The induction device comprises an upper limit switch 304 and a lower limit switch 303, wherein the upper limit switch 304 and the lower limit switch 303 are both arranged on the side wall of the fan-shaped collecting hopper 204, and the height of the upper limit switch 304 is higher than that of the lower limit switch 303. The working position of the fan-shaped collecting hopper 204 is controlled by setting an upper limit switch 304 and a lower limit switch 303. The upper limit switch 304 is linked with the pressurizing device 401, when the upper limit switch 304 is touched, the electric hydraulic push rod 306 stops extending, and meanwhile, the pressurizing device 401 is started to flush the arc-shaped bottom plate 207 of the fan-shaped collecting hopper 204.
The discharging device 5 comprises a discharging pipe 502 connected with the fan-shaped collecting hopper 204, a telescopic connecting discharging sleeve 503 is arranged on the discharging pipe 502, the two pipes can move in a relatively telescopic mode, the outlet end of the discharging sleeve 503 is hinged to the supporting leg of the stirring station 1 and is connected with a waste water pipeline 504, and a discharging elbow 501 is arranged between the fan-shaped collecting hopper 204 and the discharging pipe 502. The tail of the discharge sleeve 503 can be connected with a sand-stone separator to recycle the sand-stone in the collected leakage materials. Through arranging the discharge elbow 501 and the discharge sleeve 503, the discharge pipe 502 and the discharge sleeve 503 are hinged with the supporting legs of the mixing station 1 and can be relatively extended and retracted, so that the discharge device 5 can discharge materials by self weight when the fan-shaped collecting hopper 204 is pushed to different positions.
The power device 3 comprises an electric hydraulic push rod 306, the movable end 302 of the electric hydraulic push rod is hinged with the side wall of the fan-shaped collecting hopper 204, the fixed end 301 of the electric hydraulic push rod is hinged with a support 305, and the support 305 is arranged above the lower material layer 103 of the mixing station 1. Sector collector hopper 204 may be rotated from the bottom of bundle hopper 202 to the side of bundle hopper 202 by the thrust of electro-hydraulic ram 306. The fixed end 301 of the electro-hydraulic push rod is hinged with the support 305 to adapt to the change of the thrust direction when the fan-shaped collecting hopper 204 is pushed to different positions.
When the fan-shaped collecting hopper 204 rotates to the side of the bundling hopper 202, the washing device 4 sprays water to wash the arc-shaped bottom plate 207 of the fan-shaped collecting hopper 204, and the lower baffle plate 205 collects concrete leakage in the collecting hopper and washing water sprayed by the washing nozzle 404 and discharges the concrete leakage and the washing water by the discharging device 5.
The connecting ends of the discharging device 5, the flushing device 4, the power device 3 and the fan-shaped collecting hopper 204 are all positioned below the sensing device.
The top of the bunch hopper 202 is connected with the feed opening 102 through a flange 201 or welding.
The upper parts of the two fan-shaped plates 208 are respectively and rotatably connected with two sides of the bunch hopper 202, and the fan-shaped plates 208 are connected with the bunch hopper 202 through bolts 203.
In the using process, after the concrete raw materials are fully stirred in the concrete mixer 101 of the mixing station 1, the concrete raw materials are loaded to the concrete transportation tank car 6 from the feed opening 102, when the concrete transportation tank car 6 under the mixing station 1 is loaded, the electric hydraulic push rod 306 contracts, the fan-shaped aggregate hopper 204 is pulled to rotate to the position below the beam hopper 202 and stops after touching the lower limit switch 303, at the moment, the fan-shaped aggregate hopper 204 is positioned right below the feed opening 102 of the mixing station 1, and the residual concrete grout on the inner walls of the feed opening 102 and the beam hopper 202 drops into the fan-shaped aggregate hopper 204; after the next concrete transportation tank car stops under the mixing station 1, the electric hydraulic push rod 306 starts to extend to push the fan-shaped aggregate bin 204 to rotate to the side of the bundling bin 202, so that the mixing station 1 can load the concrete transportation tank car, when the fan-shaped aggregate bin 204 touches the upper limit switch 304, the electric hydraulic push rod 306 stops extending, meanwhile, the pressurizing device 401 starts to pressurize, the arc-shaped bottom plate 207 of the fan-shaped aggregate bin 204 is flushed through the high-pressure hose 403 and the flushing nozzle 404, and the residual concrete slurry and flushing water on the arc-shaped bottom plate 207 automatically flow to the lower baffle plate 205 and are discharged through the discharging device 5.
