A multipurpose incremental pump according to claim 1, wherein the right end face of the left cylinder (4) is a smooth surface, the left end face of the right cylinder (7) is a smooth surface, the left cylinder hole is a step extending leftwards from the center of the left cylinder (4), a threaded through hole with a step inside is installed at the center of the step, a left cylinder hole is processed leftwards at the center of the left cylinder (4), and a groove for installing an O-shaped ring (5) is opened outside the diameter side of the left cylinder hole.

A multipurpose incremental pump according to claim 1, wherein the left end of the push rod (11) is a circular arc surface, the right end of the large piston (9) is protruded with a step, and the center of the surface of the step is provided with an arc-shaped hole of the push rod (11) which is the same as the left end surface of the push rod (11).
4. The multipurpose booster pump of claim 1, wherein the upper cylinder and the lower cylinder are through holes which protrude outwards and are internally provided with screw threads and steps.

A multi-purpose booster pump according to claim 1, characterized in that two slots for mounting small cups are machined on the outer circumferential surface of the small piston (12), a slot for mounting the large cup (8) is machined on the outer surface of the large piston (9), a large cup (8) is arranged in the right cylinder (7) between the large piston (9) and the right cylinder (7) and a small cup (13) is arranged in front of the small piston (12) and the right cylinder.
6. A multipurpose booster pump according to claim 1 characterised in that a vent hole (10) for inserting a vent pipe is provided at one side of the right cylinder (7).

The multipurpose incremental pump according to claim 1, wherein a small joint (16) is connected to the right end of the right cylinder, the small joint (16) is detachably connected with the right cylinder, a small sealing piece (15) is further arranged between the small joint (16) and the right cylinder, a stepped hole is formed in the right and left of the center of a small piston (12) in the right cylinder, and a guide rod (18) is connected to the right side of the small piston (12) through a small nut (14).
Background
At present, hydraulic transmission is often adopted in construction of international and domestic engineering machinery, and if a master cylinder and a branch pump work together, a certain effect can be achieved, but the master cylinder is manually operated, so that the master cylinder is very large in size for meeting the needs, and the branch pump is also large in size for meeting the needs. Preferably, the right end face of the left cylinder body is a smooth surface, the left end face of the right cylinder body is a smooth surface, the left cylinder hole is a step extending leftwards from the central portion of the left cylinder body, a screw thread through hole with the step inside is mounted in the center of the step, a left cylinder hole is processed leftwards in the center of the left cylinder body, and a groove for mounting an O-shaped ring is formed in the outer side of the diameter side of the left cylinder hole.
Preferably, the left end of the push rod is an arc surface, the right end of the large piston protrudes with a step, and a push rod arc hole which is the same as the left end face of the push rod is machined in the center of the surface of the step.
Preferably, the upper cylinder barrel and the lower cylinder barrel are through holes which protrude outwards and are internally provided with screw threads and steps.
Preferably, two slots for mounting the small leather cups are processed on the outer circular surface of the small piston, a slot for mounting the large leather cup is processed on the outer surface of the large piston, the large piston is arranged in the right cylinder, the large leather cup is arranged between the large piston and the right cylinder, and the small leather cup is arranged in front of the small piston and the right cylinder.
Preferably, a vent hole for inserting the vent pipe is formed on one side of the right cylinder body.

A small and long step extends out of the right cylinder body 7 to the right, a straight-through right cylinder barrel is processed in the step, an inner screw thread of an inner hole provided with a step for installing a sealing element and used for installing an oil inlet pipe small joint 16 is processed in a right hole of the right cylinder barrel, a hole for mounting a small nut is processed rightwards at the left end of the oil inlet small pipe joint, a small piston 12 is arranged in a small cylinder barrel at the right side, stepped holes are formed in the left and right sides of the center of the small piston 12, a guide rod 18 with double small nuts 14 is arranged at the right side, a guide rod 11 with a left-end arc surface is arranged at the left side, two slots for mounting a small leather cup 13 are processed on the outer circular surface of the small piston 12, a large piston 9 is mounted in a large cylinder barrel of a right cylinder body, a step is protruded at the right end of the large piston, the center of the surface of the step is provided with a push rod arc-shaped hole which is the same as the left end surface of the push rod 11, the outer surface of the large piston is provided with a groove for mounting the large leather cup 8, and the left side of the right cylinder body is provided with a hole 10 for inserting the vent pipe.
In the invention, when a valve (outside) on a filling oil pipe is closed (oil is filled after air is exhausted), oil on an oil inlet joint on the right side enters the oil pipe, then the pressure of the oil pushes a guide rod to lead the right side of a small piston to drive the small piston to the left, the small piston drives a push rod, a large piston is moved to the left through an arc surface on the left side of the push rod, the oil is output to an oil outlet pipe from a large cylinder cavity under the pressure of the oil on the left side of the large piston, the moving stroke distance of the piston is the same as the moving length distance of the small piston, and the oil discharge amount of the large cylinder is increased under the condition of the same stroke, thus the pump is called as an incremental pump.
The multipurpose incremental pump has the advantages of simple structure, convenient construction, strong universality, high economic value, humanization, no environmental pollution, safety and reliability, and saves the number of workers.
