1. A mud preparation and circulation piece-rate system, its characterized in that includes:

a slurry storage tank;

the mud-sand separator is communicated to the mud storage pool through a mud conveying pipe;

the drilling machine is arranged corresponding to a pile foundation casing buried underground, and a slurry outlet pipe of the drilling machine is communicated to the mud-sand separator and provides slurry to be separated for the mud-sand separator;

a first slurry pump disposed between the sand-mud separator and the slurry storage tank, for delivering the slurry separated by the sand-mud separator into the slurry storage tank;

the second mud pump is arranged between the mud storage pool and the drilling machine and used for conveying mud in the mud storage pool into the pile foundation casing corresponding to the drilling machine;

a slurry preparation tank in which prepared slurry is contained;

a third mud pump disposed between the mud preparation tank and the mud reserve tank for delivering the prepared mud in the mud preparation tank into the mud reserve tank.

2. The mud preparation and circulation separation system of claim 1, wherein the mud storage tank is implemented by another pile casing that is buried underground adjacent to the pile casing.

The mud preparation and circulation separation system of claim 2, wherein the mud preparation pond is disposed at the periphery of a construction area where the drilling machine is located, a bentonite storage area, an additive storage area and a fresh water supply device are disposed near the mud preparation pond, the bentonite storage area is used for storing bentonite, the additive storage area is used for storing additives, and the fresh water supply device is communicated with the mud preparation pond and used for supplying fresh water to the mud preparation pond.

The mud preparation and circulation separation system of claim 3, further comprising a data processing module and a control module, wherein the data processing module is configured to determine a net time for which the mud stored in the mud storage tank is consumed according to the capacity of the mud storage tank and the amount of mud delivered by the mud storage tank into the pile casing corresponding to the drilling rig; the control module is used for starting the third mud pump to convey the mud prepared in the mud preparation pool to the mud storage pool according to the net consumed time of the mud stored in the mud storage pool.

The mud preparation and circulation separation system of claim 4, wherein the data processing module is further configured to determine a start time for preparing mud using the mud preparation tank based on a net time for the mud stored in the mud storage tank to be consumed, wherein the start time for preparing mud using the mud preparation tank is at least 24 hours earlier than the net time for the mud stored in the mud storage tank to be consumed.

The mud preparation and circulation separation system of claim 4, further comprising a monitoring device, wherein the monitoring device is disposed in the construction area where the drilling machine is located, and is used for monitoring the construction condition of the construction area where the drilling machine is located; the control module is also used for starting the third mud pump to convey the mud prepared in the mud preparation pool to the mud storage pool or stopping the third mud pump according to an externally input control instruction.

7. The mud preparation and circulation separation system of claim 1, further comprising a removable drill cuttings collection box disposed adjacent the grit separator, the grit outlet of the grit separator being aligned with the drill cuttings collection port of the drill cuttings collection box.

Background

In the pile foundation construction link of a wharf, a pile casing needs to be embedded in a construction area in advance, then a drilling machine is used for drilling in the pile casing, and after the holes are formed, a reinforcement cage is sequentially placed in the holes, and concrete is poured. Wherein, in the drilling process of the drilling machine, slurry is required to be injected into the protective cylinder in order to ensure the quality of the formed hole. Generally, the mud needs to be prepared in advance so as to inject the mud into the casing in time during the drilling process of the drilling machine. However, the method has large demand for the slurry, and the preparation cost of the slurry is high, which is not beneficial to controlling the construction cost.

Disclosure of Invention

An object of the present invention is to solve at least the above problems and/or disadvantages and to provide at least the advantages described hereinafter.

The invention aims to provide a mud preparation and circulation separation system, which can realize the preparation and the circulation use of mud in the pile foundation construction process and reduce the construction cost.

To achieve these objects and other advantages in accordance with the purpose of the invention, there is provided a slurry preparation and circulation separation system comprising:

a slurry storage tank;

the mud-sand separator is communicated to the mud storage pool through a mud conveying pipe;

the drilling machine is arranged corresponding to a pile foundation casing buried underground, and a slurry outlet pipe of the drilling machine is communicated to the mud-sand separator and provides slurry to be separated for the mud-sand separator;

a first slurry pump disposed between the sand-mud separator and the slurry storage tank, for delivering the slurry separated by the sand-mud separator into the slurry storage tank;

the second mud pump is arranged between the mud storage pool and the drilling machine and used for conveying mud in the mud storage pool into the pile foundation casing corresponding to the drilling machine;

a slurry preparation tank in which prepared slurry is contained;

a third mud pump disposed between the mud preparation tank and the mud reserve tank for delivering the prepared mud in the mud preparation tank into the mud reserve tank.

Preferably, in the slurry preparation and circulation separation system, the slurry storage tank is implemented by another pile casing which is buried underground and adjacent to the pile casing.

Preferably, in the mud preparation and circulation separation system, the mud preparation tank is arranged on the periphery of a construction area where the drilling machine is located, a bentonite storage area, an additive storage area and fresh water supply equipment are arranged near the mud preparation tank, the bentonite storage area is used for storing bentonite, the additive storage area is used for storing additives, and the fresh water supply equipment is communicated with the mud preparation tank and used for supplying fresh water to the mud preparation tank.

Preferably, the mud preparation and circulation separation system further comprises a data processing module and a control module, wherein the data processing module is used for determining the net consumption time of the mud reserved in the mud reserve tank according to the capacity of the mud reserve tank and the mud amount conveyed by the mud reserve tank into the pile foundation casing corresponding to the drilling machine; the control module is used for starting the third mud pump to convey the mud prepared in the mud preparation pool to the mud storage pool according to the net consumed time of the mud stored in the mud storage pool.

Preferably, in the mud preparation and circulation separation system, the data processing module is further configured to determine a start time of preparing mud using the mud preparation tank according to a net consumption time of the mud stored in the mud storage tank, wherein the start time of preparing mud using the mud preparation tank is at least 24 hours earlier than the net consumption time of the mud stored in the mud storage tank.

Preferably, the mud preparation and circulation separation system further comprises monitoring equipment, wherein the monitoring equipment is arranged in the construction area where the drilling machine is located and is used for monitoring the construction condition of the construction area where the drilling machine is located; the control module is also used for starting the third mud pump to convey the mud prepared in the mud preparation pool to the mud storage pool or stopping the third mud pump according to an externally input control instruction.

Preferably, the mud preparation and circulation separation system further comprises a movable drilling slag collection box, the drilling slag collection box is arranged near the mud-sand separator, and a mud-sand outlet of the mud-sand separator is aligned with a drilling slag collection port of the drilling slag collection box.

The mud preparation and circulation separation system provided by the invention can directly prepare mud, can recycle the mud discharged in the drilling process, and can inject the purified mud into the protective cylinder again to supplement the mud required by drilling.

Detailed Description

The present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings so that those skilled in the art can implement the invention by referring to the description text.

As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a slurry preparation and circulation separation system, comprising: a slurry storage tank 6; a mud-sand separator 4 communicated to the mud reserve tank 6 through a mud conveying pipe; the drilling machine 2 is arranged corresponding to a pile foundation casing 1 buried underground, a slurry outlet pipe 3 of the drilling machine 2 is communicated to the mud-sand separator 4, and slurry to be separated is provided for the mud-sand separator 4; a first slurry pump 7 provided between the sand separator 4 and the slurry storage tank 6, for feeding the slurry separated by the sand separator into the slurry storage tank; a second slurry pump 5 provided between the slurry storage tank 6 and the drilling machine 2, for delivering the slurry in the slurry storage tank 6 to the pile casing 1 corresponding to the drilling machine; a slurry preparation tank 8 in which prepared slurry is contained; a third slurry pump 9, which is arranged between the slurry preparation tank 8 and the slurry storage tank 6, and is used for conveying the prepared slurry in the slurry preparation tank to the slurry storage tank.

Specifically, according to the proportion of each component in the slurry, the slurry is prepared in a slurry preparation pool, and the prepared slurry is conveyed to a slurry storage pool by a third slurry pump for standby. When the drilling machine performs drilling operation in the pile foundation casing, slurry is discharged to the mud-sand separator through a slurry outlet pipe of the drilling machine, the mud-sand separator performs purification and separation on the slurry discharged by the drilling machine to remove drilling slag in the slurry discharged by the drilling machine, and the separated slurry is conveyed to a slurry storage pool through a first slurry pump to be stored. And then, according to the requirement of drilling construction of the drilling machine, the second slurry pump is used for conveying the slurry in the slurry storage tank into the pile foundation casing corresponding to the drilling machine so as to supplement the slurry in the pile foundation casing.

Based on the process, the mud preparation and circulation separation system provided by the invention can directly prepare mud, can recycle the mud discharged in the drilling process, and injects the mud into the protective cylinder after purification treatment to supplement the mud required by drilling. In conclusion, the invention meets the requirement of the drilling machine for drilling the slurry based on two modes, improves the flexibility of slurry supply and can effectively reduce the construction cost.

In a preferred embodiment, in the mud preparation and circulation separation system, the mud storage tank 6 is implemented by another pile casing which is buried underground and adjacent to the pile casing.

In order to save the construction cost of the slurry reserve tank, the pile foundation casing is directly used as the slurry reserve tank. Specifically, when the drilling machine conducts drilling construction in a first pile foundation casing in a construction area, another pile foundation casing adjacent to the drilling machine is used as a slurry storage pool. When the drilling construction to first pile foundation casing completely, can carry out drilling construction to another adjacent pile foundation casing, then regard as the mud reserve tank with other adjacent pile foundation casings.

In a preferred embodiment, in the mud preparation and circulation separation system, the mud preparation tank 8 is disposed at the periphery of a construction area where the drilling machine is located, a bentonite storage area, an additive storage area and a fresh water supply device are disposed near the mud preparation tank 8, the bentonite storage area is used for storing bentonite, the additive storage area is used for storing an additive, and the fresh water supply device is communicated with the mud preparation tank and used for supplying fresh water to the mud preparation tank.

The slurry preparation tank can be arranged at the periphery of the construction area and communicated to the slurry storage tank through a slurry conveying pipeline. When the slurry reserve tank changes position, the slurry preparation tank can be communicated with a new slurry reserve tank by adjusting the position of the slurry supply pipe. Based on the arrangement, a larger construction area can be radiated by the slurry preparation tank. And the slurry preparation pool is arranged at the periphery of the construction area, so that the drilling construction is not influenced, the two links of slurry preparation and drilling construction are independently realized, and the two links do not interfere with each other.

A bentonite storage area, an additive storage area and fresh water supply equipment are arranged near the mud preparation pool and are used for providing various raw materials for preparing mud. When the slurry is prepared, the bentonite and the admixture can be manually filled into the slurry preparation pool or by using a conveying belt, fresh water is supplied into the slurry preparation pool by using fresh water supply equipment, and the raw materials are uniformly stirred by using an air compressor to prepare the slurry.

In a preferred embodiment, the mud preparation and circulation separation system further comprises a data processing module and a control module, wherein the data processing module is used for determining the net time for the mud reserved in the mud reserve tank to be consumed according to the capacity of the mud reserve tank and the amount of the mud delivered by the mud reserve tank into the pile casing corresponding to the drilling machine; the control module is used for starting the third mud pump to convey the mud prepared in the mud preparation pool to the mud storage pool according to the net consumed time of the mud stored in the mud storage pool.

In order to improve the working efficiency of the system, the data processing module can be used for automatically calculating the net consumed time of the slurry stored in the slurry storage pool, and the control module controls the third slurry pump to automatically convey the prepared slurry to the slurry storage pool according to the net consumed time so as to realize the timely supplement of the slurry. The amount of the mud delivered into the pile foundation casing corresponding to the drilling machine by the mud storage tank can be calculated by the amount of the mud delivered into the pile foundation casing corresponding to the drilling machine by the mud storage tank in unit time and the delivery time, and the amount of the mud delivered into the pile foundation casing corresponding to the drilling machine by the mud storage tank in unit time can be determined by combining the experience of a worker and the working condition of the second mud pump.

In a preferred embodiment, in the mud preparation and circulation separation system, the data processing module is further configured to determine a start time of preparing mud using the mud preparation tank according to a net time of consumption of the mud stored in the mud storage tank, wherein the start time of preparing mud using the mud preparation tank is at least 24 hours earlier than the net time of consumption of the mud stored in the mud storage tank.

In the process of preparing the slurry, after all raw materials are prepared together, the use requirement of the slurry can be met only by standing for a period of time. The standing time is generally 24 hours. Therefore, in order to ensure that the mud preparation tank can provide mud to the mud reserve tank in time, the time for mud preparation is also determined according to the determined net time for mud to be consumed.

In a preferred embodiment, the mud preparation and circulation separation system further comprises a monitoring device, wherein the monitoring device is arranged in the construction area where the drilling machine is located and used for monitoring the construction condition of the construction area where the drilling machine is located; the control module is also used for starting the third mud pump to convey the mud prepared in the mud preparation pool to the mud storage pool or stopping the third mud pump according to an externally input control instruction.

The slurry preparation and the drilling construction are performed independently of each other, so that workers near the slurry preparation pool may not be able to timely master the consumption condition of the slurry at the construction site. The monitoring equipment is arranged in the construction area, workers can check the field condition in time, when the consumption speed of the mud in the mud storage pool is high, the third mud pump can be started in advance to supply the mud to the mud storage pool, and when the consumption speed of the mud in the mud storage pool is low, the third mud pump can be closed, so that the mud in the mud storage pool is prevented from overflowing.

In a preferred embodiment, the mud preparation and circulation separation system further comprises a movable drilling mud collection box, the drilling mud collection box is arranged near the mud-sand separator, and a mud-sand outlet of the mud-sand separator is aligned with a drilling mud collection opening of the drilling mud collection box.

The mud-sand separator can purify and separate mud discharged by the drilling machine, so that drilling slag and the mud which can be recycled after being treated are separated. The drill slag can be discharged directly into a drill slag collecting box which is arranged to be movable, for example in the structure of a trolley, and is directly drawn out of the construction area by a traction device and carried away by a transport vehicle.

While embodiments of the invention have been disclosed above, it is not intended to be limited to the uses set forth in the specification and examples. It can be applied to all kinds of fields suitable for the present invention. Additional modifications will readily occur to those skilled in the art. It is therefore intended that the invention not be limited to the exact details and illustrations described and illustrated herein, but fall within the scope of the appended claims and equivalents thereof.
