An anti-jamming structure is characterized by comprising a transmission shaft (1), a transmission shaft cylinder (2) and a universal shaft shell (3); the universal shaft is characterized in that a cutting-preventing sleeve (4) is fixedly sleeved on the transmission shaft (1), the other end of the cutting-preventing sleeve (4) is jointly covered on the transmission shaft cylinder body (2) and the universal shaft shell (3), and at least one cutting knife group (5) is further arranged on the outer wall of the cutting-preventing sleeve (4).

The anti-seize structure according to claim 1, characterized in that a small annular space (14) is formed between the inner wall of the anti-seize sleeve (4) and the outer wall of the transmission shaft cylinder (2) and between the inner wall of the anti-seize sleeve (4) and the outer wall of the universal shaft housing (3).
3. The anti-jamming structure according to claim 2, characterized in that the transmission shaft (1) is hollow, and the transmission shaft (1) is further provided with a through hole (17) for communicating the inside of the transmission shaft (1) with the small annulus (14).
4. The anti-jamming structure according to claim 1, characterized in that cutting teeth (6) are further provided at both ends of the anti-jamming sleeve (4).
5. The anti-seize structure according to claim 1, wherein the cutting blade group (5) is formed in a spiral shape, and the surface of the cutting blade group (5) is formed in a saw-tooth shape.
6. The anti-seize structure according to claim 1, wherein the anti-seize sleeve (4) is threadedly connected with the transmission shaft (1).

The anti-jamming structure according to claim 1, characterized in that a transmission shaft assembly (9) fastened to the front end surface of the transmission shaft cylinder (2) is arranged in the transmission shaft cylinder, and a sealing ring (10) is further arranged between the front end of the transmission shaft assembly (9) and the anti-jamming sleeve (4).

An anti-sticking drilling tool, characterized by comprising the anti-sticking structure of any claim 1-9, and further comprising a universal shaft assembly (11), a rotor assembly (12) and a drill bit (18), wherein the rotor assembly (12), the universal shaft assembly (11) and the transmission shaft (1) are sequentially connected, the drill bit (18) is installed on the transmission shaft (1), and the universal shaft assembly (11) is further provided with a circulation channel (13) for communicating the interior of the transmission shaft (1) and the inner wall of the universal shaft housing (3).
Background
When the oil field is drilled with underground cement plugs and other well repair operations, a screw drilling tool needs to be used, and high-pressure liquid flow is input by the ground to drive the screw drilling tool to rotate. Therefore, high-pressure liquid flow input from the ground passes through the screw drill which consists of a stator and a rotor which are tightly matched, and when the high-pressure liquid flow impacts, the rotor rotates to drive the drill bit to rotate so as to carry out well repairing operation. However, when drilling in a stratum which is easy to collapse, the stratum often collapses due to the reasons of breakage or expansion and the like, so that coal dust cannot be discharged and broken in time, the drilling tool is buried or blocked, and if the condition is serious, the whole drilling tool cannot be lifted or lowered, the operation and the service life are influenced, and economic loss is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an anti-jamming structure and an anti-jamming drilling tool with the same, which not only enable the drilling tool to perform drilling in a positive mode when the drilling tool is buried in a collapsed stratum, but also are convenient to use and ensure the service life of the drilling tool.
In order to realize the purpose of the invention, the technical scheme is as follows: an anti-jamming structure comprises a transmission shaft, a transmission shaft cylinder and a universal shaft shell; the transmission shaft is fixedly sleeved with an anti-blocking sleeve, the other end of the anti-blocking sleeve covers the transmission shaft cylinder and the universal shaft shell together, and the outer wall of the anti-blocking sleeve is further provided with at least one cutting knife set.

In some embodiments, the anti-blocking sleeve 4 is in threaded connection with the transmission shaft 1, so that the connection mode between the anti-blocking sleeve 4 and the transmission shaft 1 is more convenient; meanwhile, in order to prevent the drilling tool from falling off in the drilling process, the screwing direction of the anti-blocking sleeve 4 can be opposite to the drilling direction of the transmission shaft 1, so that the screwing direction of the anti-blocking sleeve 4 is always one example in the drilling process of the drilling tool, and the fixing effect of the anti-blocking sleeve 4 is better.

In some embodiments, the cutting blade set 5 further has a through hole 16 passing through in the transverse direction, and the axial direction of the through hole 16 is the same as the width direction of the cutting blade set 5 or the axial direction of the through hole 16 is inclined to the width direction of the cutting blade set 5, so that not only can the weight of the anti-blocking sleeve 4 be reduced, but also the slurry can flow through the through hole 16, the flow of the slurry in the spiral guide groove 15 is more disturbed, the slurry is effectively prevented from being deposited in the spiral guide groove 15, and the blocking of the flow of the slurry is avoided.
