A detachable oil separation tank device is characterized by comprising a base module, a stand column module, a baffle plate module and a reinforcing module, wherein the base module comprises an annular frame and a plurality of lock catches, the annular frame comprises a plurality of corner seats and a plurality of middle connecting assemblies, one middle connecting assembly is arranged between every two adjacent corner seats, and two ends of each middle connecting assembly are respectively connected with the two corner seats through the two lock catches; the upright post module comprises a plurality of corner upright posts and a plurality of middle upright posts, the bottom end of each corner upright post can be detachably mounted on one corner seat, a plurality of middle upright posts are mounted on each middle connecting assembly, the bottom end of each middle upright post can be detachably mounted on one middle connecting assembly, two sides of each corner upright post are respectively provided with a first U-shaped groove, and two sides of each middle upright post are respectively provided with a second U-shaped groove; the baffle plate module comprises a plurality of baffle plate assemblies, one baffle plate assembly is detachably arranged between any adjacent first U-shaped groove and one second U-shaped groove, and one baffle plate assembly is detachably arranged between any adjacent two second U-shaped grooves; the reinforcing module comprises a plurality of reinforcing connecting rods, one reinforcing connecting rod is detachably mounted on each corner upright column and a plurality of middle upright columns adjacent to the corner upright columns, and one reinforcing connecting rod is detachably mounted on any adjacent plurality of middle upright columns.

The removable oil interceptor device of claim 1, wherein the corner seat comprises two corner plates connected perpendicular to each other, the middle connecting member comprises a plurality of sequentially arranged first seats, any two adjacent first seats are connected by one of the latches, and the two first seats at both ends are respectively connected to the two corner plates by the two latches.

The removable oil separation tank device according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of connecting U-shaped openings are formed at one end of each corner plate close to the straight seat and at two ends of each straight seat, the lock catch comprises an inner plate, an outer plate and a plurality of first screws, the inner plate is used for being arranged at the inner side of the butt joint of the corner plate and the straight seat or the butt joint of two adjacent straight seats, the outer plate is used for being arranged at the outer side of the butt joint of the corner plate and the straight seat or the butt joint of two adjacent straight seats, a plurality of through holes are formed in the outer plate, a plurality of threaded holes are formed in the inner plate, and each first screw is used for sequentially passing through one through hole and one connecting U-shaped opening and being installed in one threaded hole.

The removable oil interceptor device of claim 3 wherein the column modules further comprise a plurality of quick-lock assemblies, each of the corner columns and each of the intermediate columns having a plurality of the quick-lock assemblies mounted thereon; and a first fixed U-shaped opening is formed in one end, far away from the first character seat, of each corner plate, and a plurality of second fixed U-shaped openings are formed in the middle of each character seat.

The removable oil interceptor device of claim 4, wherein the corner posts comprise L-shaped connecting plates and two connecting posts connected perpendicularly to each other, the connecting posts comprise U-shaped plates, first sealing strips, first pressing strips and second screws, each U-shaped plate comprises a bottom plate and first and second side plates fixed to the same sides of the two bottom plates, the first U-shaped grooves are formed between the bottom plate, the first side plates and the second side plates, the first sealing strips are fixed to the inner sides of the first side plates far away from one end of the bottom plate, the first pressing strips are arranged on the inner sides of the second side plates far away from one end of the bottom plate, the plurality of quick locking assemblies are sequentially mounted on the outer sides of the second side plates from top to bottom, and the quick locking assemblies mounted on the second side plates penetrate through the second side plates to be connected with the first pressing strips and are used for driving the first pressing strips to be horizontal The two bottom plates of the two connecting upright columns are perpendicular to each other and fixedly connected through the L-shaped connecting plate, the two second side plates of the two connecting upright columns are respectively used for being arranged on the inner sides of the two corner plates in the corner seats, and each second screw is used for penetrating through one first fixing U-shaped opening and being installed at the bottom of one second side plate in a threaded mode.

The detachable oil separation tank device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the middle upright comprises an inner upright, an outer upright, a middle plate, two second sealing strips, two second pressing strips and two third screws, the inner upright and the outer upright are parallel to each other, the middle parts of the inner upright and the outer upright are connected through the middle plate, two second U-shaped grooves are formed between the two sides of the inner upright, the two sides of the middle plate and the outer upright, the inner sides of the two ends of the inner upright are respectively fixed with one second sealing strip, the inner sides of the two ends of the outer upright are respectively provided with one second pressing strip, the outer sides of the two ends of the outer upright are respectively provided with a plurality of quick locking assemblies from top to bottom, each quick locking assembly mounted on the outer upright passes through the outer upright to be connected with the second pressing strips and is used for driving the second pressing strips to reciprocate in the horizontal direction, the outer vertical plate is used for being arranged on the inner side of the straight seat, and each third screw is used for penetrating through one second fixing U-shaped opening and is installed at the bottom of the outer vertical plate in a threaded mode.

The removable oil separation tank device according to claim 6, wherein the quick locking assembly comprises a fixing block, a locking nut, a connecting screw, a guide rod, a connecting rod, an operating handle, two first hinges, two second hinges and two third hinges, the connecting rod comprises an inverted U-shaped rod and two side rods fixed to two sides of the lower end of the inverted U-shaped rod, the operating handle comprises a handle body and two L-shaped plates symmetrically arranged at one end of the handle body, the guide rod is slidably sleeved in the fixing block, the connecting screw is installed at the front end of the guide rod, the front ends of the two side rods are installed at two sides of the fixing block through the two first hinges, the rear ends of the two side rods are installed at the middle parts of the outer sides of the two L-shaped plates through the two second hinges, the front ends of the two L-shaped plates are installed at two sides of the rear end of the guide rod through the two third hinges, the fixed block is used for being mounted on the second side plate or the outer vertical plate in a threaded mode, the locking nut is mounted on the fixed block and used for being tightly pressed against the second side plate or the outer vertical plate, and the connecting screw is used for being connected with the first pressing strip or the second pressing strip.

The removable oil separation tank device according to claim 6, wherein a plurality of inverted U-shaped openings are formed in the lower end of the reinforcing connecting rod, a plurality of fourth screws are sequentially arranged on the outer side of the second side plate from top to bottom, a plurality of fifth screws are sequentially arranged on the outer sides of the two ends of the outer vertical plate from top to bottom, the plurality of inverted U-shaped openings of the reinforcing connecting rod, which are installed on the corner vertical column and the plurality of middle vertical columns adjacent to the corner vertical column, are used for being clamped on one fourth screw and the plurality of fifth screws, and the plurality of inverted U-shaped openings of the reinforcing connecting rod, which are installed on any adjacent middle vertical columns, are used for being clamped on the plurality of fifth screws.

The removable oil separation tank device according to claim 6, wherein the baffle assembly comprises a plurality of baffles which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the top and the bottom of each baffle are respectively provided with an installation protrusion and an installation groove, two sides of each installation groove are respectively provided with a baffle sealing strip, the baffle sealing strips are fixed on the bottom surfaces of the baffles, the installation groove of the baffle above is used for being clamped on the installation protrusion of the baffle below, and the two baffle sealing strips are respectively used for sealing two sides of the connection position of the installation groove and the installation protrusion.
10. The removable oil interceptor device of claim 9, wherein the U-shaped plate, the L-shaped connecting plate, the inner vertical plate, the outer vertical plate, and the intermediate plate are made of aluminum alloy, and the baffle is made of aluminum alloy with a hollow structure.
Background
The flexible oil bag is widely used for temporary oil supply of airports, field construction sites, emergency rescue and the like, and in order to prevent oil leakage of the flexible oil bag, a temporary oil depot is often required to be built for temporary storage of the flexible oil bag. However, the conventional temporary oil depot is mainly constructed by constructing at a proper position and excavating a standard oil separation tank, and has the advantages of durability, strong protection on a flexible oil sac, long construction period (generally, about one week is needed to construct a standard oil separation tank), high cost, special construction team, immobility (certain influence on the environment), and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a detachable oil separation tank device which is reasonable in structural design, convenient and quick to detach, low in manufacturing cost, reusable and high in practicability.

Preferably, the corner seat comprises two corner plates which are connected in a mutually perpendicular mode, the middle connecting assembly comprises a plurality of sequentially arranged straight seats, any two adjacent straight seats are connected through one lock catch, and the two straight seats at two ends are respectively connected with the two corner plates through the two lock catches.
Preferably, a plurality of connecting U-shaped openings are formed in one end of each corner plate close to the one-shaped seat and two ends of each one-shaped seat, each lock catch comprises an inner plate, an outer plate and a plurality of first screws, the inner plate is used for being arranged on the inner side of the butt joint of the corner plate and the one-shaped seat or the butt joint of two adjacent one-shaped seats, the outer plate is used for being arranged on the outer side of the butt joint of the corner plate and the one-shaped seat or the butt joint of two adjacent one-shaped seats, a plurality of through holes are formed in the outer plate, a plurality of threaded holes are formed in the inner plate, and each first screw is used for sequentially penetrating through one through hole and one connecting U-shaped opening and being installed in one threaded hole.
Preferably, the column module further comprises a plurality of quick locking assemblies, and a plurality of quick locking assemblies are mounted on each corner column and each middle column; and a first fixed U-shaped opening is formed in one end, far away from the first character seat, of each corner plate, and a plurality of second fixed U-shaped openings are formed in the middle of each character seat.

The installation of being convenient for dismantle between a plurality of corner seats 111 and a plurality of middle coupling assembling in the base module 1 of this embodiment, stand module 2 includes a plurality of corner stands 21 and a plurality of middle stand 22, corner stand 21 and middle stand 22 can be convenient for dismouting respectively on corner seat 111 and middle coupling assembling, baffle module 3 includes a plurality of baffle subassemblies, the baffle subassembly is convenient for the dismouting between corner stand 21 and middle stand 22 or between two adjacent middle stands 22, reinforcement module 4 includes a plurality of reinforcement bar 41, can strengthen the structural strength of whole device through setting up reinforcement bar 41. It can be seen that the detachable oil separation tank device 100 in this embodiment has the advantages of reasonable structural design, convenient and fast detachment, convenient movement, low manufacturing cost, reusability and stronger practicability.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the corner seat 111 includes two corner plates 1111 vertically connected to each other, the middle connection assembly includes a plurality of linear seats 112 sequentially arranged, any two adjacent linear seats 112 are connected to each other by a lock 12, and the two linear seats 112 at both ends are respectively connected to the two corner plates 1111 by two locks 12. The ring frame 11 in this embodiment is a rectangular frame, and four corner seats 111 are provided.

When the shackle 12 is in an initial state, the inner plate 121 and the outer plate 122 are connected through a plurality of first screws 123, the first screws 123 between the inner plate 121 and the outer plate 122 are partially inserted into the corresponding connecting U-shaped openings 113, and then the first screws 123 are screwed, so that the fixed connection between the corner seat 111 and the first character seat 112 or between two adjacent first character seats 112 can be realized.

Two bottom plates 212 of the two connecting columns are perpendicular to each other and fixedly connected through an L-shaped connecting plate 211, two second side plates 214 of the two connecting columns are respectively used for being arranged at the inner sides of two corner plates 1111 of each corner seat 111, and each second screw 217 is used for penetrating through one first fixing U-shaped opening 114 and being installed at the bottom of one second side plate 214 in a threaded mode, so that the corner column 21 is fixed on the corner seat 111.
As shown in fig. 9-12, the middle upright 22 includes an inner vertical plate 221, an outer vertical plate 222, a middle plate 223, two second sealing strips 224, two second pressing strips 225 and two third screws 226, the inner vertical plate 221 and the outer vertical plate 222 are parallel to each other, the middle portions of the inner vertical plate 221 and the outer vertical plate 222 are connected through the middle plate 223, two second U-shaped grooves 228 are formed between the two sides of the inner vertical plate 221, the outer vertical plate 222 and the middle plate 223, one second sealing strip 224 is fixed on the inner side of each of the two ends of the inner vertical plate 221, one second pressing strip 225 is arranged on the inner side of each of the two ends of the outer vertical plate 222, a plurality of quick-locking assemblies 23 are sequentially arranged on the outer side of each of the two ends of the outer vertical plate 222 from top to bottom, each quick-locking assembly 23 mounted on the outer vertical plate 222 penetrates through the outer vertical plate 222 to be connected with the second pressing strips 225 and is used for driving the second pressing strips 225 to reciprocate in the horizontal direction, the end portion of the baffle assembly is placed in the second U-shaped groove 228, the quick clamping assembly is operated, the baffle plate assembly is pressed at the second sealing strip 224 through the second pressing strip 225, transverse leakage prevention of the oil separation tank device is achieved, the oil separation tank device is good in oil separation effect, and specifically, six quick locking assemblies 23 are arranged on the outer vertical plates 222. The outer vertical plate 222 is configured to be disposed inside the horizontal base 112, and each third screw 226 is configured to pass through one second fixing U-shaped opening 115 and be threadedly mounted at the bottom of the outer vertical plate 222, so as to fix the middle upright 22 on the horizontal base 112.
As shown in fig. 20-22, the quick locking assembly 23 includes a fixing block 231, a locking nut 232, a connecting screw 233, a guide rod 234, a connecting rod 235, an operating handle 236, two first hinges 237, two second hinges 238 and two third hinges 239, wherein the connecting rod 235 includes an inverted U-shaped rod 2351 and two side rods 2352 fixed to two sides of the lower end of the inverted U-shaped rod 2351, the operating handle 236 includes a handle body 2361 and two L-shaped plates 2362 symmetrically arranged at one end of the handle body 2361, the guide rod 234 is slidably sleeved in the fixing block 235231, the connecting screw 233 is mounted at the front end of the guide rod 234, specifically, a mounting threaded hole is processed at the front end of the guide rod 234, the connecting screw 233 is arranged in the mounting threaded hole, the front ends of the two side rods 2352 are mounted to two sides of the fixing block 231 through the two first hinges 237 respectively, the rear ends of the two side rods 2 are mounted to the middle of the outer sides of the two L-shaped plates 23562 through the two second hinges 238 respectively, the front ends of the two L-shaped plates 2362 are respectively mounted on two sides of the rear end of the guide rod 234 through two third hinges 239, the fixing block 231 is used for being mounted on the second side plate 214 or the outer vertical plate 222 in a threaded manner, the locking nut 232 is mounted on the fixing block 231 and is used for being tightly pressed against the second side plate 214 or the outer vertical plate 222, and the connecting screw 233 is used for being connected with the first pressing bar 216 or the second pressing bar 225.
As shown in fig. 22, taking the quick locking assembly 23 mounted on the middle upright post 22 as an example, the head of the connecting screw 233 is fixedly connected to the second pressing bar 225, the front end of the fixing block 231 is threadedly mounted on the outer upright plate 222, then the fixing block 231 is locked by screwing the locking nut 232, when the handle body 2361 is in the downward vertical state in fig. 22, the guide rod 234 is in the forward extending state, at this time, the guide rod 234 pushes the second pressing bar 225 against the baffle assembly, that is, the baffle assembly is locked, when the baffle assembly needs to be detached, the handle body 2361 is rotated 180 degrees to the upward vertical state, at this time, the L-shaped plate 2362 at one end of the handle body 2361 drives the guide rod 234 to retract, the connecting screw 233 drives the second pressing bar 225 to move backward, so that the second pressing bar leaves the baffle assembly, and at this time, the baffle assembly can be detached.
As shown in fig. 18 and 19, the lower end of the reinforcing connecting rod 41 is provided with a plurality of inverted U-shaped openings 42, the outer side of the second side plate 214 is sequentially provided with a plurality of fourth screws 218 from top to bottom, the outer sides of the two ends of the outer vertical plate 222 are sequentially provided with a plurality of fifth screws 227 from top to bottom, the plurality of inverted U-shaped openings 42 of the reinforcing connecting rod 41 installed on the corner upright post 21 and the plurality of middle upright posts 22 adjacent to the corner upright post 21 are used for being clamped on one fourth screw 218 and the plurality of fifth screws 227, and the plurality of inverted U-shaped openings 42 of the reinforcing connecting rod 41 installed on any adjacent plurality of middle upright posts 22 are used for being clamped on the plurality of fifth screws 227.
In this embodiment, two sides of the lower end of the reinforcing connecting rod 41 are respectively provided with an inverted U-shaped opening 42, and the middle of the lower end of the reinforcing connecting rod 41 is provided with two inverted U-shaped openings 42. Specifically, the outer side of the baffle 31 is provided with a clamping groove 35, which is convenient for manual clamping in the assembling and disassembling process. The baffle assembly in this embodiment comprises 6 baffles 31.
In this embodiment, the U-shaped plate, the L-shaped connecting plate 211, the inner vertical plate 221, the outer vertical plate 222 and the middle plate 223 are all made of aluminum alloy plates, and the baffle 31 is made of aluminum alloy sections with a hollow structure, so as to reduce the weight of the oil separation tank device. In this embodiment, the height of the baffle 31 is 200mm, the thickness is 40mm, the length of the baffle 31 has two specifications of 1690mm and 690mm, and the installation positions of the baffles 31 with the same specification can be interchanged.
In this embodiment, the reinforcing connecting rod 41 is made of 05-size hot-rolled equilateral angle steel, the width of the edge is 50mm, the thickness of the edge is 5mm, the length of the reinforcing connecting rod 41 has two specifications of 4170mm and 3450mm, and the mounting positions of the reinforcing connecting rods 41 with the same specification can be interchanged.
The specific using process is as follows: splicing a plurality of corner seats 111 and a plurality of first-shaped seats 112 into an annular frame 11, fixedly connecting the corner seats 111 and the first-shaped seats 112 and two adjacent first-shaped seats 112 through a lock 12 to form a base module 1, fixing the corner upright posts 21 on the corner seats 111 through first fixing U-shaped openings 114 and second screws 217, fixing the middle upright posts 22 on the first-shaped seats 112 through second fixing U-shaped openings 115 and third screws 226, assembling a part of baffle plate assemblies between the corner upright posts 21 and the middle upright posts 22 through first U-shaped grooves 219 and second U-shaped grooves 228, operating the quick clamping assemblies to clamp the part of baffle plate assemblies, assembling the other part of baffle plate assemblies between the two middle upright posts 22 through two second U-shaped grooves 228, operating the quick clamping assemblies to clamp the part of baffle plate assemblies, finally installing a part of reinforcing connecting rods 41 on the corner upright posts 21 and a plurality of middle upright posts 22 adjacent to the corner upright posts 21 through inverted U-shaped openings 42, the other part of the reinforcing connecting rod 41 is mounted on the adjacent plurality of middle columns 22 through the inverted U-shaped openings 42 by screwing the fourth screw 218 and the fifth screw 227 for locking, and the detachable oil separation tank device 100 in the present embodiment is completely assembled by screwing the fifth screw 227 for locking. When the detachable oil separation tank device 100 in this embodiment needs to be detached, the detachable oil separation tank device can be detached in reverse order.
