4. The steel plate truss double-sided composite shear wall of claim 1, wherein the steel plates are provided with through holes.
5. The steel plate truss double-sided superposed shear wall of claim 1, wherein more steel plates are connected to the upper parts of the two prefabricated wall bodies, and less steel plates are connected to the lower parts of the two prefabricated wall bodies.
6. The steel plate truss double-sided superposed shear wall of claim 1, wherein the bottoms of the two prefabricated wall bodies are connected with the cast-in-place section through a UHPC wet joint.
7. The steel plate truss double-sided superposed shear wall of claim 1, wherein the bottoms of the two prefabricated wall bodies are connected with the bottom plate through a UHPC wet joint.
8. The steel plate truss double-sided composite shear wall of claim 1, wherein the steel bar truss is shaped in a plurality of V-shapes connected to each other.
9. A construction method of a steel plate truss double-sided superposed shear wall is characterized in that the steel plate truss double-sided superposed shear wall as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 is adopted, and the method comprises the following steps:
constructing a cast-in-place section at the bottom of the wallboard;
after the prefabrication of the double-sided superposed shear wall of the steel plate truss is finished, the double-sided superposed shear wall of the steel plate truss is hung and hoisted in place by using a crane and is temporarily supported, and the bottom of the double-sided superposed shear wall of the steel plate truss is connected with a cast-in-place section by adopting a UHPC (ultra high performance polycarbonate) wet joint;
concrete is poured into the cavity between the two prefabricated wall bodies of the steel plate truss double-faced superposed shear wall twice, so that the steel plate truss double-faced superposed shear wall forms an integrally stressed wall body.
Background
Current prefabricated assembled construction technology, when facing special construction such as large-scale concrete structure factory building or sewage treatment pond, current prefabricated wall body is owing to its great span and height relatively, therefore has more limitation: when the height of the prefabricated wall body is too high and the span is too large, the weight of the prefabricated part of the prefabricated wall body often reaches dozens of tons, great difficulty is generated in hoisting in the prior art, the construction difficulty is large, the construction efficiency is reduced, and the structural performance and the safety performance cannot be guaranteed.
In order to solve the problems, the prefabricated double-sided superposed shear wall can be adopted, but the traditional prefabricated double-sided superposed shear wall only depends on the truss ribs to shear, the shear strength of the traditional prefabricated double-sided superposed shear wall cannot meet the requirement that the traditional prefabricated double-sided superposed shear wall is applied to a large-size large-span structure, and the following potential safety hazards exist:
1) in the processes of transportation, stacking and hoisting, the dead weight of the double-sided composite slab is too large, so that the internal steel bar truss is deformed and the component is damaged;
2) the height of the double-sided superposed wall is too large, large lateral pressure is generated in the pouring process of internal concrete, the tensile property of the steel bar truss is insufficient, and the problems of cracking of the wall body and the like can be caused.
3) The prefabricated double-sided superposed shear wall is also provided with an internal cavity, so that a side die needs to be supported when concrete in the cavity is poured, and how to better solve the problem of a pulling node of the side die is also an important part for improving the construction quality and the construction efficiency.

and the two ends of each steel plate are respectively connected with the reinforcing mesh sheets in the two prefabricated walls.
Further, in the double-sided superposed shear wall of the steel plate truss, the reinforcing mesh comprises vertical reinforcing steel bars and transverse reinforcing steel bars which are mutually connected.
Furthermore, in the double-sided superposed shear wall of the steel plate truss, two ends of the steel plate are respectively welded with the vertical steel bars.
Furthermore, in the steel plate truss double-sided superposed shear wall, through holes are formed in the steel plates.
Furthermore, in the double-sided superposed shear wall of the steel plate truss, the number of steel plates connected to the upper parts of the two prefabricated wall bodies is large, and the number of steel plates connected to the lower parts of the two prefabricated wall bodies is small.
Furthermore, in the steel plate truss double-sided superposed shear wall, the bottoms of the two prefabricated wall bodies are connected with the cast-in-place section through UHPC wet joints.

constructing a cast-in-place section at the bottom of the wallboard;
after the prefabrication of the double-sided superposed shear wall of the steel plate truss is finished, the double-sided superposed shear wall of the steel plate truss is hung and hoisted in place by using a crane and is temporarily supported, and the bottom of the double-sided superposed shear wall of the steel plate truss is connected with a cast-in-place section by adopting a UHPC (ultra high performance polycarbonate) wet joint;
concrete is poured into the cavity between the two prefabricated wall bodies of the steel plate truss double-faced superposed shear wall twice, so that the steel plate truss double-faced superposed shear wall forms an integrally stressed wall body.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the prefabricated wall body has excellent mechanical properties: the double-faced superposed shear wall is different from the traditional double-faced superposed shear wall which is only sheared by truss ribs, steel plate reinforcing measures are added, a stress system for shearing the steel plate trusses together is formed in the double-faced superposed shear wall, the problem of insufficient shearing resistance caused by overlarge size is solved, and potential safety hazards are reduced. Meanwhile, the problems that the wall body is cracked and the like caused by insufficient tensile property of the steel bar truss when the inner cavity concrete is poured are solved
(2) The steel plate is used as a hoisting point for hoisting the wall body, so that hoisting rings and embedded parts are prevented from being arranged on the wall body, materials are saved, the construction efficiency is improved, and the integrity of the wall body is ensured;
(3) the steel plate is used as the side form drawknot end, so that the strength of a template system can be effectively improved, the deformation of the template can be controlled, the lower half section of the wall body with higher template pressure is correspondingly reinforced by the more dense steel plate, and the mechanical rule of concrete pouring is met. The formwork hoop is omitted, and the purposes of safety, reliability, material saving and convenient construction are achieved.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a double-sided stacked shear wall of a steel plate truss, comprising:
the prefabricated wall comprises two prefabricated wall bodies 1 which are arranged in parallel at intervals relatively, wherein a steel bar net sheet is arranged in each prefabricated wall body 1;
the steel bar truss 2 is arranged between the two prefabricated walls 1, and the steel bar truss 2 is respectively connected with the steel bar meshes in the two prefabricated walls;
and the steel mesh sheets are arranged between the two prefabricated wall bodies 1, and the two ends of each steel plate 3 are respectively connected with the steel mesh sheets in the two prefabricated wall bodies 1.
The two layers of steel bar meshes are connected through the steel bar truss, and the steel bar meshes are embedded into the prefabricated wall body. The two ends of each steel plate are respectively connected with the steel mesh sheets in the two prefabricated walls, so that shearing force of the steel plate truss during installation of the double-faced superposed shear wall can be resisted, slippage is prevented, and the tensile resistance of the prefabricated walls is ensured when concrete is poured into the space between the two prefabricated walls.
The prefabricated double-sided superposed shear wall mainly replaces the traditional prefabricated double-sided superposed shear wall by the prefabricated steel plate truss double-sided superposed shear wall, so that the problems that the construction quality and the construction efficiency cannot be considered due to overlarge prefabricated wall component size, difficult construction and low safety in the existing project are solved. Finally, a set of novel steel plate truss double-face superposed shear wall construction method with good construction quality and good safety performance is formed.
In an embodiment of the steel plate truss double-sided superposed shear wall, the steel bar mesh comprises vertical steel bars and transverse steel bars which are connected with each other.
In an embodiment of the steel plate truss double-sided superposed shear wall, two ends of the steel plate are respectively welded with the vertical steel bars.
The steel plate is welded with the vertical main rib in the wall, and a stress system which can be sheared together with the steel plate truss is formed in the double-faced superposed shear wall.
In an embodiment of the steel plate truss double-sided superposed shear wall, the steel plate is provided with a through hole.
When the wall is hoisted, the hoisting rope penetrates through the through hole in the steel plate, so that operations such as vertical hoisting, horizontal hoisting and the like can be completed, and no hoisting ring is required to be additionally arranged.
In the embodiment of the steel plate truss double-sided superposed shear wall, the number of steel plates connected to the upper parts of the two prefabricated wall bodies is large, and the number of steel plates connected to the lower parts of the two prefabricated wall bodies is small.
Different from the traditional double-sided superposed shear wall, the novel double-sided superposed shear wall of the steel plate truss has the advantages that the shearing resistance cannot meet the requirements of transportation, hoisting and construction of large-size components due to the fact that the shearing resistance is large, the upper part and the lower part of the double-sided superposed shear wall are provided with steel plates to enhance the shearing resistance, and the upper steel plates are used for resisting upper load, so that fewer upper steel plates can be arranged; the steel plate of lower part guarantees when being used for pouring the concrete prefabricated wall body tensile, so can set up more lower part steel sheet.
In one embodiment of the steel plate truss double-sided superposed shear wall, the bottoms of two prefabricated wall bodies are connected with a cast-in-place section through UHPC wet joints.
In one embodiment of the steel plate truss double-sided superposed shear wall, the bottoms of two prefabricated wall bodies are connected with a bottom plate through UHPC wet joints.
In an embodiment of the steel plate truss double-sided superposed shear wall, the steel bar truss is in a shape of a plurality of V-shaped structures connected with each other.
The invention also provides a construction method of the steel plate truss double-sided superposed shear wall, which adopts the steel plate truss double-sided superposed shear wall of any embodiment, and the method comprises the following steps:
step S1, constructing a cast-in-place section at the bottom of the wallboard;
step S2, after the prefabrication of the steel plate truss double-sided superposed shear wall is finished, the steel plate truss double-sided superposed shear wall is hung and hoisted in place by using a crane and is temporarily supported, and the bottom of the steel plate truss double-sided superposed shear wall is connected with a cast-in-place section by using a UHPC wet joint;
and step S3, pouring concrete in the cavity in two times in the cavity between the two prefabricated walls of the steel plate truss double-sided superposed shear wall, so that the steel plate truss double-sided superposed shear wall forms an integrally stressed wall.
In summary, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the prefabricated wall body has excellent mechanical properties: the double-faced superposed shear wall is different from the traditional double-faced superposed shear wall which is only sheared by truss ribs, steel plate reinforcing measures are added, a stress system for shearing the steel plate trusses together is formed in the double-faced superposed shear wall, the problem of insufficient shearing resistance caused by overlarge size is solved, and potential safety hazards are reduced. The formwork hoop is omitted, and the purposes of safety, reliability, material saving and convenient construction are achieved.
