3. The filmless metal-type wrapping paper of claim 2, wherein the solvent is selected from the group consisting of absolute ethyl alcohol, water, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate in a ratio of 1: 1: 1: 0.8 in weight ratio.

4. The filmless metal-type wrapping paper of claim 1, wherein the anhydrous ethanol is 15-17 parts, the distilled water is 10-13 parts, and the plasticizer is one or a combination of dimethyl phthalate, diethyl phthalate and dioctyl phthalate.

s1, preparing aluminum-plated bearing layer paint

Uniformly mixing acrylic emulsion, acrylic resin, a solvent, a plasticizer, ammonia water and glycerol triglycidyl ether according to a ratio to obtain an aluminized bearing layer coating;

s2 coating aluminum-plated bearing layer paint

Coating an aluminized bearing coating on the surface of the waterproof coated paper, forming an aluminized bearing layer on the waterproof coated paper, and drying and rolling to obtain bearing coated paper;

s3, aluminum plating

Plating aluminum on the surface of the aluminum plating bearing layer bearing the coated paper, and forming an aluminum plating layer on the aluminum plating bearing layer to obtain the aluminum plating coated paper;

s4: coating water paint

Coating a water-based paint on the aluminized layer surface of the aluminized coated paper prepared in the S3 by using a coating machine, forming a printable protective layer on the aluminized layer, and drying to prepare printable coated paper;

s5: moisture regain ironing

Steam dampening and ironing the copperplate paper suitable for printing to prepare composite copperplate paper;

s6: bonding

8. The method according to claim 7, wherein in S4, a printable protective layer is formed on the aluminized layer, and after drying, the printable coated paper is steam-conditioned and ironed to obtain a composite coated paper.

Background

The colorful glittering card paper widely used in entertainment places, advertising industries, hotels and handicraft industries has a visual effect formed by reflection and refraction of light due to the fact that a 200-400A aluminum molecular layer is plated between a color layer and paper.

The surface of the traditional gold and silver card paper is usually provided with a PET film, so that the environmental pollution is easily caused after the paper is discarded, and the film needs to be removed during recycling and reconstruction.

Therefore, the gold-silver card paper is prepared by a transfer method, and the aluminum-plated layer is plated on the paper surface through the transfer film, so that a PET film does not need to be attached to the surface of the gold-silver card paper, paper can be directly recycled, and the preparation process comprises the following steps: (1) manufacturing a transfer film: coating a release mold pressing coating on the plastic film to form a transfer film; (2) aluminum plating: plating an aluminum layer on the transfer film; (3) attaching and transferring: the coiled transfer film plated with the aluminum layer is placed on an unreeling device, the transfer film is attached to a printing stock (such as paper) coated with an adhesive in advance when passing through an attaching device, the aluminum layer of the transfer film is bonded with the adhesive, the adhesive is solidified, then the plastic film is peeled off by a peeling device, and the peeled plastic film is rolled by a rolling device, so that the aluminum layer is transferred to the printing stock, and the transfer aluminized paper is obtained.

However, the gold and silver cardboard produced by the conventional transfer method is hard in surface texture and easy to crack in the actual use process.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a film-free metal type packaging paper and a preparation method thereof, aiming at improving the crack resistance of gold and silver card paper.

In a first aspect, the application provides a film-free metal type wrapping paper, which adopts the following technical scheme:

a kind of filmless metal type wrapping paper, from top to bottom include the base paper ply, tie coat, waterproof copper plate paper ply, aluminize the coating of the bearing layer, aluminize the layer, suitable for printing the protective layer sequentially;

the aluminized bearing layer coating is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of acrylic emulsion, 16-20 parts of acrylic resin, 1-2 parts of plasticizer, 1-3 parts of ammonia water and 25-30 parts of solvent.

By adopting the technical scheme, the base material formed by the acrylic emulsion and the acrylic resin can be used as a better aluminized bearing coating, ammonia water is further added to adjust the pH value of the acrylic emulsion, and meanwhile, the acrylic coating still has good toughness after being cured, so that the packaging paper is not easy to crack, and the crack resistance of the packaging paper is improved;

the ductility and flexibility of the acrylic emulsion and the acrylic resin can be improved by adding the plasticizer in the formula, so that the coating keeps certain flexibility after being cured, the wrapping paper is not easy to crack, and the crack resistance of the wrapping paper is improved.

Preferably, the solvent is prepared from absolute ethyl alcohol, water, ethyl acetate and butyl acetate according to the ratio of (1-2): (1-1.5): (1-1.5): (0.8-1) in weight ratio.

By adopting the technical scheme and adopting the combined solvent of absolute ethyl alcohol, water, ethyl acetate and butyl acetate, the raw materials in the formula have better compatibility.

Preferably, the solvent is prepared from absolute ethyl alcohol, water, ethyl acetate and butyl acetate according to the ratio of 1: 1: 1: 0.8 in weight ratio.

By adopting the technical scheme and adopting the combined solvent of absolute ethyl alcohol, water, ethyl acetate and butyl acetate, the raw materials in the formula have better compatibility.

Preferably, the plasticizer is one or a combination of more of dimethyl phthalate, diethyl phthalate and dioctyl phthalate.

Preferably, 5-8 parts of glycerol triglycidyl ether is also included.

By adopting the technical scheme, the glycerol triglycidyl ether can be used as a diluent, on one hand, the glycerol triglycidyl ether can act with a base material formed by the acrylic emulsion and the acrylic resin to improve certain flame retardance, so that the heat resistance is improved, and meanwhile, the glycerol triglycidyl ether also has the effects of viscosity reduction, leveling and toughening, so that the acrylic coating still has good toughness after being cured, the wrapping paper is not easy to crack, and the crack resistance of the wrapping paper is improved.

By adopting the technical scheme, the method has the advantages of simple process and convenient operation, and can realize the quantitative production of the film-free metal type packaging paper.

Preferably, in S4, a printable protective layer is formed on the aluminized layer, and after drying, the printable coated paper is steam-remoistened and ironed to obtain the composite coated paper.

Preferably, the moisture content of the moisture-regained and ironed composite coated paper is 7% +/-0.5%.

By adopting the technical scheme, the water content is controlled, so that the film-free metal type packaging paper has certain toughness while the strength is ensured, and the crack resistance of the packaging paper is improved.

In summary, the present application has the following beneficial effects:

1. the base material formed by the acrylic emulsion and the acrylic resin can be used as a better aluminized bearing coating, ammonia water is further added to adjust the pH value of the acrylic emulsion, and meanwhile, the acrylic coating still has good toughness after being cured, so that the packaging paper is not easy to crack, and the crack resistance of the packaging paper is improved.

2. Detailed Description

The raw materials used in the preparation examples and examples are commercially available. Wherein:

the coating speed of the coating machine is 140 m/min; the oven temperature of the coating machine is 120 ℃, and the drying time is 4 hours; the rolling cooling temperature of the coating machine is 14 ℃;

the compounding speed of the wet compounding machine is 110 m/min; the drying oven temperature of the wet compound machine is 110 ℃, and the drying time is 4 h; the cooling temperature of the wet compounding machine was 20 ℃.
