The arm type wavy fabric sizing device of claim 2, wherein the first sizing module comprises a first driving wheel and a first driven wheel, the first driving wheel is in transmission connection with the driving mechanism, and both the first driving wheel and the first driven wheel are engaged with the first chain.
4. The arm-type wavy cloth setting device of claim 3, wherein the first driving wheel and the first driven wheel are provided with first grooves uniformly distributed circumferentially, and the first grooves are matched with the first rollers.

The arm-type wavy fabric setting device of claim 2, wherein the second setting module comprises a second driving wheel and a second driven wheel, the second driving wheel is in transmission connection with the driving mechanism, and both the second driving wheel and the second driven wheel are engaged with the second chain.

10. The shaping method of the arm type wavy cloth shaping device is characterized by comprising the following steps of:

thirdly, the second driving wheel rotates, the buffer cushion and the movable arm group form a lever structure by taking a second rolling shaft as a fulcrum, the movable arm group is jacked up by the buffer cushion, the movable arm group falls along with the rotation of the second driving wheel, each unit of the movable arm group is inserted into the first gap, the movable arm group and the first rolling shaft form a staggered structure, a product is shaped and formed into a wavy shape between the movable arm group and the first rolling shaft, and the movable arm group rises at the second driven wheel and is separated from the product and the first gap;
fourthly, starting the cooling mechanism and cooling the product.
Background
The existing curtain shaping is generally manual shaping and adopts paper mould shaping or steel pipe shaping. Firstly, adopt the paper mould to finalize the design, adopt comparatively stiff kraft paper promptly, according to the moulding size that needs of (window) curtain earlier, make same shape, then move the paper mould to horizontal boarding machine and carry out high temperature design processing, the paper membrane will harden, pastes the product in the paper membrane at last and carries out high temperature treatment and cooling, accomplishes the design, and the paper membrane can repetitious usage. However, the paper mould setting is a single curtain setting mode, which means that only one curtain can be processed by one paper mould or setting device at the same time, and the formed curtain needs to be processed first after the setting is finished. The efficiency of the single curtain setting mode is low, the technical requirement on operators is high, the paper mould is worn in the setting process, the paper mould is required to be replaced when the paper mould is worn to a certain degree, the loss rate of the paper mould is very high, the energy efficiency ratio is very low, and the setting cost is high. And secondly, shaping by adopting steel pipes, namely, preparing a steel pipe frame by using a plurality of stainless steel pipes as a mould, then placing the curtain on the steel pipe frame in a shape required by shaping, and pushing the steel pipe frame into a shaping machine for vacuum high-temperature shaping. The curtain formed by the steel pipe has good forming effect, can achieve a lasting form, is still in a single curtain forming mode, and has low efficiency. An efficient solution is needed for curtains or cloths.

Examples
With reference to fig. 1-5, the arm-type wavy cloth shaping device includes a first shaping module 2 and a second shaping module 3 which are arranged in parallel, the first shaping module 2 and the second shaping module 3 are both in a transmission belt shape, the second shaping module 3 is connected to a mobile tool, the first shaping module 2 is provided with a closed first chain 203, first rollers 204 are uniformly distributed on the first chain 203, a first gap 205 is arranged between the first rollers 204, the second shaping module 3 is provided with a closed second chain 304, second rollers 305 are uniformly distributed on the second chain 304, a second gap 306 is arranged between the second rollers 305, a movable arm group 307 is hinged at the position of the second roller 305, and the movable arm group 307 is matched with the first gap 205. As shown in fig. 1, the first former 2 is on the bottom, the second former 3 is on the top and the product 5 is placed on top of the first former 2. The product 5 may be a curtain, a paper film or other fabrics, in this embodiment, the product 5 is a curtain, and the main application direction is also the production and shaping of the curtain. The movable tool is a combined tool of a sliding block mechanism and an air cylinder, or a combined tool of a sliding block mechanism and a motor, or a mechanical arm, or other movable tools. The set of movable arms 307 comprises a single movable arm unit, all of which together form the set of movable arms 307. The moving tool is used for moving the second shaping module 3 and controlling the distance between the first shaping module 2 and the second shaping module 3, and the distance between the first shaping module 2 and the second shaping module 3 is used for controlling the depth of the movable arm unit inserted into the first gap 205 so as to control the shaped shape of the product 5, such as the depth of the wave shape and the angle of the turning point. The second shaping module 3 is similar to the first shaping module 2 in structure, the movable arm unit is hinged to the second roller 305, and the plurality of movable arm units and the plurality of second rollers 305 are uniformly distributed on the second chain 304. With the rolling of the second chain 304, the movable arm unit takes two forms: in the first configuration, the movable arm unit is located above the second shaping module 3, and since the second driven wheel 302 is a starting point above the second shaping module 3, the movable arm unit moves and rises from the starting point and then lies down toward the second driven wheel 302; in the second configuration, the movable arm unit moves to the second driving wheel 301 and falls, the movable arm unit is located below the second shaping module 3, and the movable arm unit is perpendicular to the second chain 304 when viewed from the side. In configuration two, the movable arm unit is inserted into the first gap 205, forming with the first roller 204 an engagement structure for the shaped product 5. The first rollers 204 carry the products 5 and the products 5 hang down in the first gaps 205 between the first rollers 204, forming an approximate wave shape, because the hanging part of the products 5 is in a "U" shape on the side, and the products 5 are finally shaped into a "W" shape on the side. The insertion of the movable arm unit into the first gap 205 solves this problem, since the movable arm unit stretches the product 5 downward, the drooping portion of the product 5 is straightened, and the side surface of the product 5 takes a "W" shape.
When one of the first and second molding modules 2 and 3 is stuck, the first and second molding modules 2 and 3 move relatively, the movable arm assembly 307 moves relatively to the first gap 205, and if the movable arm assembly 307 is fixed to the second chain 304, the movable arm assembly 307 interferes with the first roller 204 and collides with the first roller, thereby damaging the structures of the first and second molding modules 2 and 3. The movably arranged set of moving arms 307 is advantageous for protecting the structure in case of an emergency jamming.
The arm type wavy cloth shaping device further comprises a driving mechanism 1 and a cooling mechanism 4, wherein the driving mechanism 1 is connected with the first shaping module 2 and the second shaping module 3; the cooling means 4 are located at the outlet end of the product 5 of the first sizing module 2. In this embodiment, the driving mechanism 1 is a motor. Referring to fig. 1, the outlet end of the product 5 of the first shaped module 2 is the end near the first driven wheel 202, the length of the first shaped module 2 is greater than that of the second shaped module 3, and the end of the first driven wheel 202 has a greater length for cooling. In this embodiment, the cooling mechanism 4 may be a fan, or may be a cooling mechanism 4 such as a heat pipe. The fan cost is lower, and the cooling tube needs to lay the pipeline cost higher.
The first sizing module 2 comprises a first driving wheel 201 and a first driven wheel 202, the first driving wheel 201 is in transmission connection with the driving mechanism 1, and both the first driving wheel 201 and the first driven wheel 202 are matched with the first chain 203. The first chain 203 is closed, a first driving wheel 201 and a first driven wheel 202 are arranged in the closed ring, the first driving wheel 201 and the first driven wheel 202 are located at two ends of the first shaping module 2, the first driving wheel 201 drives the first chain 203 to roll, and the first driven wheel 202 is used for limiting and keeping the first shaping module 2 and the second shaping module 3 parallel.
As shown in fig. 4, the first driving pulley 201 and the first driven pulley 202 are respectively provided with first grooves 206 uniformly distributed circumferentially, and the first grooves 206 are matched with the first rollers 204. The first grooves 206 are provided in plurality, and the distance between the first grooves 206 is the same as the distance between the first rollers 204. Thus, when the first driving wheel 201 and the first driven wheel 202 roll, the first grooves 206 can be engaged with the first rollers 204 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, so as to prevent the first chains 203 from sliding out of position. As shown in fig. 5, second grooves 308 are uniformly distributed on the second driving wheel 301 and the second driven wheel 302, and the second grooves 308 are matched with the second roller 305. The principle of the second groove 308 cooperating with the second roller 305 is the same as that of the first groove 206.
The second shaping module 3 includes a second driving wheel 301 and a second driven wheel 302, the second driving wheel 301 is in transmission connection with the driving mechanism 1, and both the second driving wheel 301 and the second driven wheel 302 are matched with the second chain 304. The second chain 304 is closed, a second driving wheel 301 and a second driven wheel 302 are arranged in the closed ring, the second driving wheel 301 and the second driven wheel 302 are located at two ends of the second sizing module 3, the second driving wheel 301 drives the second chain 304 to roll, and the second driven wheel 302 is used for limiting and keeping the second sizing module 3 parallel to the first sizing module 2.
The second driving wheel 301 is provided with cushions 303 uniformly distributed on the circumference, the number of the cushions 303 is the same as that of the second grooves 308, the cushions 303 are adjacent to the second grooves 308, the diameter of the distribution circle of the outermost ends of the cushions 303 is larger than that of the second grooves 308, and the cushions 303 are matched with the first gaps 205. The cushion pad 303 is a soft strip, such as a plastic strip, the cushion pad 303 is parallel to the second groove 308 and the movable arm unit, and the cushion pad 303 is used for jacking up the movable arm unit before the movable arm unit rotates by means of the hinge structure at the second roller 305. If the cushion pad 303 is not provided, the movable arm unit rotates along with the second driving wheel 301 and the second chain 304 moves and falls, the movable arm unit will turn over during the falling process, the turning fulcrum is a hinged structure at the second roller 305, the gravity of the movable arm unit completely applies force to the turning fulcrum, and the fulcrum is very easy to be damaged. And the cushion pad 303 is arranged, and a force which is opposite to the gravity of the movable arm unit is formed at the position close to the fulcrum, so that the pressure of the fulcrum is reduced, and the probability of damage of the fulcrum is reduced. The soft buffer pad 303 can reduce the instant impact force for jacking up the movable arm unit, reduce the damage probability of the buffer pad 303 and the movable arm unit, and prolong the service life of the buffer pad 303 and the movable arm unit.
The first gap 205 and the second gap 306 have the same width. That is, the distance between the first rollers 204 is equal to the distance between the second rollers 305, and since the movable arm units are hinged to the second rollers 305, that is, the distance between the movable arm units is equal to the distance between the first rollers 204, that is, within a distance of one end, the number of the movable arm units is equal to the number of the first gaps 205 and the movable arm units are distributed in a one-to-one correspondence, so that each movable arm can be inserted into the first gaps 205 uniformly.
And a shaping shaft is arranged at the end part of the movable arm unit. In the shaping process, the end part of the movable arm unit is in contact with the product 5 and has a powerful effect, if the end part of the movable arm unit has a sharp part, the product 5 can be damaged in the shaping process, so that a shaping shaft is additionally arranged at the end part of the movable arm unit, and the surface of the shaping shaft is a curved surface, so that the product 5 can be protected. And the diameter of the sizing shaft is the same as the curvature of the turning point of the wave shape of the product 5, and the diameter of the sizing shaft is determined according to the curvature of the turning point of the wave shape of the product 5.
The embodiment also provides a shaping method of the arm type wavy cloth shaping device, which comprises the following steps:
the moving tool connected with the second shaping module 3 is adjusted, the second shaping module 3 is moved according to the depth of the wave shape required by shaping and the angle data of the turning point, and the distance between the second shaping module 3 and the first shaping module 2 is adjusted. The depth of the wave shape required by the shaping is in positive correlation with the distance between the second shaping module 3 and the first shaping module 2, and the angle of the turning point is in negative correlation with the distance between the second shaping module 3 and the first shaping module 2. Referring to fig. 2, a is the turning point, B is the angle of the turning point, and C is the depth of the wave shape.
Secondly, hanging the product 5 on the first roller 204, starting the driving mechanism 1, rotating the first driving wheel 201 and the second driving wheel 301 in opposite directions, and driving the first chain 203 and the second chain 304 to move by the first driving wheel 201 and the second driving wheel 301 respectively. The product 5 is "U" shaped on its side when the product 5 is hung on the first roller 204. As shown in fig. 1, first capstan 201 rotates clockwise and second capstan 301 rotates counterclockwise.
Thirdly, the second driving wheel 301 rotates, the cushion pad 303 and the movable arm group 307 form a lever structure with the second roller 305 as a fulcrum, the movable arm group 307 is jacked up by the cushion pad 303, the movable arm group 307 falls along with the rotation of the second driving wheel 301, each unit of the movable arm group 307 is inserted into the first gap 205, the movable arm group 307 and the first roller 204 form a staggered structure, the product 5 is fixed and formed into a wave shape between the movable arm group 307 and the first roller 204, and the movable arm group 307 rises at the second driven wheel 302 and is separated from the product 5 and the first gap 205. The set of movable arms 307 comprises a single movable arm unit, all of which together form the set of movable arms 307. The movable arm units stretch the products 5 downwards, stretch the products 5 to the side to form a W shape, and keep the shape until the movable arm units are separated from the products 5.
Fourthly, the cooling mechanism 4 is started to cool the product 5.
The present invention and its embodiments have been described above schematically, without limitation, and what is shown in the drawings is only one of the embodiments of the present invention, and the actual structure is not limited thereto.
