1. A positioning template for a pocket zipper is characterized by comprising a bottom plate, a cover plate and a first aligning piece;
the bottom plate comprises a sewing opening and a limiting opening, the sewing opening is communicated with the upper surface of the bottom plate, the sewing opening is communicated with the limiting opening, the projection of the inner wall of the sewing opening is positioned in the projection of the inner wall of the limiting opening, and the direction of the projection is perpendicular to the upper surface of the bottom plate;
the apron is in through first counterpoint piece setting the upper surface of bottom plate, the apron is used for compressing tightly chest strap adhesive tape and cut-parts on the bottom plate, the apron is including the apron opening, the apron opening is used for exposing the sewing opening.
2. The template of claim 1, wherein the first alignment member comprises a first magnet and a second magnet, the first magnet being disposed on the bottom plate and the second magnet being disposed on the cover plate, the first magnet and the second magnet being magnetically coupled.
3. The positioning template for the pocket zipper is characterized by further comprising a pressing plate, wherein the pressing plate comprises a pressing portion, the pressing portion is used for pressing cut pieces and chest strap adhesive cloth, the pressing portion is arranged in a sewing opening, a gap is formed between the outer wall of the pressing portion and the inner wall of the sewing opening, and the pressing portion is arranged on the workbench or the positioning template through a second aligning piece.
4. A template for positioning a pocket zipper as recited in claim 3, wherein the second alignment member comprises a third magnet disposed on the pinch portion, the third magnet for magnetically coupling with a fourth magnet on the table.
5. The positioning template for the pocket zipper according to claim 3, wherein the pressing plate further comprises an extension part, the extension part is connected with the pressing part, a third magnet is arranged on the extension part, and the third magnet is magnetically connected with the second magnet.
6. The positioning template for the pocket zipper according to claim 1, wherein a workbench is arranged on one side of the positioning template, the positioning template is arranged on the workbench through a bottom plate, and an adsorption device is arranged on the workbench and used for adsorbing chest strap sticking cloth and cut pieces arranged on the positioning template.
7. A template for positioning a pocket zipper as recited in claim 1, wherein the sewn opening is shaped as a waist circle; or:
the limiting opening is in a waist circle shape.
8. A template according to claim 7, wherein the size of the stitched opening and the size of the lid opening are the same, and when the lid is stacked on the base panel, the lid opening and the stitched opening coincide.
9. A pocket zipper sewing method applied to the positioning template for the pocket zipper according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
providing a chest strap adhesive cloth, a cut piece and a sewing machine;
placing the chest strap patch in the sewing opening of the bottom plate, inserting the chest strap patch into the limiting opening and enabling the turned-over edge of the chest strap patch to be positioned in the direction that the center of the chest strap patch faces the upper surface of the bottom plate;
placing the cut pieces on the upper surface of the bottom plate;
the cover plate is arranged on the upper surface of the bottom plate through a first alignment piece, the cover plate tightly presses the chest strap adhesive cloth and the cut pieces on the bottom plate, and the opening of the cover plate is exposed out of the sewing opening;
controlling a sewing machine to sew the turnup of the chest strap adhesive cloth, the chest strap adhesive cloth positioned below the turnup and the cut pieces together along the inner wall of the sewing opening.
10. The pocket zipper sewing method according to claim 9, further comprising, after the "disposing the cover plate on the upper surface of the base plate through the first aligning member", before the "controlling the sewing machine to sew together the hems of the chest tape patches, the chest tape patches below the hems, and the cut pieces along the inner wall of the sewing opening", the steps of:
and placing a pressing part of the pressing plate on the cutting piece in the sewing opening, wherein a gap is formed between the outer wall of the pressing part and the inner wall of the sewing opening.
Background
In the clothing field, the existing chest strap adhesive cloth is finished through manual operation, the process of the manual operation is more complicated, especially when the chest strap adhesive cloth and cut pieces are positioned in an overlapping mode, the requirement on the proficiency of workers is high, the arc-shaped routing sewn by the workers is not attractive, the product quality is unstable, and the working efficiency of the workers is low.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, a positioning template for a pocket zipper and a pocket zipper sewing method are needed to be provided, and the problem that the efficiency of sewing a chest strap patch and a cut piece together by workers is low is solved.
To achieve the above object, the present embodiment provides a positioning template for a pocket zipper, comprising a bottom plate, a cover plate and a first aligning member;

providing a chest strap adhesive cloth, a cut piece and a sewing machine;
placing the chest strap patch in the sewing opening of the bottom plate, inserting the chest strap patch into the limiting opening and enabling the turned-over edge of the chest strap patch to be positioned in the direction that the center of the chest strap patch faces the upper surface of the bottom plate;
placing the cut pieces on the upper surface of the bottom plate;
the cover plate is arranged on the upper surface of the bottom plate through a first alignment piece, the cover plate tightly presses the chest strap adhesive cloth and the cut pieces on the bottom plate, and the opening of the cover plate is exposed out of the sewing opening;
controlling a sewing machine to sew the turnup of the chest strap adhesive cloth, the chest strap adhesive cloth positioned below the turnup and the cut pieces together along the inner wall of the sewing opening.
Further, after "the cover plate is disposed on the upper surface of the base plate through the first aligning member", before "controlling the sewing machine to sew the hems of the chest strap attachment, the chest strap attachment located below the hems, and the cut pieces together along the inner wall of the sewing opening", the method further includes the steps of:
and placing a pressing part of the pressing plate on the cutting piece in the sewing opening, wherein a gap is formed between the outer wall of the pressing part and the inner wall of the sewing opening.
Be different from prior art, above-mentioned technical scheme places the chest area adhesive tape on the bottom plate, fills in spacing opening with the position that is close to the edge on the chest area adhesive tape, and chest area adhesive tape forms the turn-ups like this. Then, the cut pieces are placed on the upper surface of the bottom plate, so that the cut pieces and the chest strap adhesive cloth are adhered together. Finally, the cover plate is placed on the bottom plate. The first aligning piece can play a role in guiding the alignment of the bottom plate and the cover plate, so that the cover plate opening of the cover plate is exposed out of the sewing opening of the bottom plate. The sewing machine can run along the inner wall of the sewing opening. So, the positioning template promotes workman's efficiency of sewing, has reduced the time that the workman spent to counterpoint chest strap adhesive tape and cut-parts greatly. In the sewn product, the shape of the chest strap patch is the same as that of the limiting opening, and the attractiveness of the chest strap patch is improved.

Detailed Description
To explain technical contents, structural features, and objects and effects of the technical solutions in detail, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with the embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present embodiment provides a positioning template for a pocket zipper, including a bottom plate 1, a cover plate 2 and a first aligning member. The base plate 1 comprises a sewing opening 11 and a limiting opening 12. The sewing opening 11 is communicated with the upper surface of the bottom plate 1, the sewing opening 11 is communicated with the limit opening 12, and the sewing opening 11 takes the limit opening 12 as the bottom. The projection of the inner wall of the sewing opening 11 is located in the projection of the inner wall of the limit opening 12, the direction of the projection is perpendicular to the upper surface of the bottom plate 1, namely, on the same section, and the width of the sewing opening 11 is smaller than that of the limit opening 12. The cover plate 2 is arranged on the upper surface of the bottom plate 1 through a first alignment piece. The cover plate 2 is used for pressing the chest strap adhesive cloth 4 and the cut pieces 5 on the bottom plate 1, and the chest strap adhesive cloth 4 and the cut pieces 5 are prevented from shifting when being sewn. The cover plate 2 comprises a cover plate opening 21, and the cover plate opening 21 is used for exposing the sewing opening 11.
Among the above-mentioned technical scheme, place the chest area adhesive tape on the bottom plate, fill in spacing opening with the position that is close to the edge on the chest area adhesive tape, chest area adhesive tape forms the turn-ups like this. The position of the turned-over edge is used as a suture line area, and the turned-over edge is positioned in the direction of the center of the chest strap sticking cloth towards the upper surface of the bottom plate. The limiting opening is used for enabling the chest belt cloth patch to keep a preset shape. Then, the cut pieces are placed on the upper surface of the bottom plate, so that the cut pieces and the chest strap adhesive cloth are adhered together. Finally, the cover plate is placed on the bottom plate. The first aligning piece can play a role in guiding the alignment of the bottom plate and the cover plate, so that the cover plate opening of the cover plate is exposed out of the sewing opening of the bottom plate. The sewing machine can run along the inner wall of the sewing opening. So, the positioning template promotes workman's efficiency of sewing, has reduced the time that the workman spent to counterpoint chest strap adhesive tape and cut-parts greatly. In the sewn product, the shape of the chest strap patch is the same as that of the limiting opening, and the attractiveness of the chest strap patch is improved.
The worker can easily realize the linear routing, but the arc-shaped routing is difficult to realize, and the arc-shaped stitching is not attractive. In this embodiment, the sewing opening 11 has an arc-shaped edge, as shown in fig. 1. Therefore, the sewing machine can sew beautiful arc-shaped routing lines. Preferably, the sewing opening 11 is shaped like a kidney-shaped circle, so that a sewing machine can sew the kidney-shaped line.
Further, the limiting opening 12 has an arc-shaped edge. Preferably, the shape of the limit opening 12 is a waist circle, and the chest belt patch is tightly attached to the inner wall of the limit opening for one circle, and the structure is shown in fig. 1. This allows the chest band patch 4 to be formed into a waist-rounded shape.
In the present embodiment, the size of the sewing opening 11 is the same as that of the cover opening 21, and the structure is as shown in fig. 1 and 2. In this way, when the cover panel 2 is stacked on the base panel 1, the cover panel opening 21 and the sewing opening 11 are overlapped together, so that the cover panel presses the cut pieces and the chest band appliques to the maximum extent.
In the present embodiment, in order to achieve the fast positioning between the base plate 1 and the cover plate, the first aligning member includes a first magnet 13 and a second magnet 22, which are configured as shown in fig. 1 and 2. The first magnet 13 is arranged on the bottom plate 1, the second magnet 22 is arranged on the cover plate, and the first magnet 13 and the second magnet 22 are magnetically connected. In this way, when the first magnet 13 and the second magnet 22 are close to each other and both are within the sensing range, the fast docking of the cover plate 2 and the base plate 1 can be achieved. The operation is simple, and the time spent on the alignment of workers is greatly reduced.
It should be noted that the number of the first magnets and the number of the second magnets can be increased to enhance the alignment effect. The number of first magnets may be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or more, the number of second magnets may be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or more, and the number of first magnets and the number of second magnets may be the same.
In some embodiments, the first alignment member may be a combination of an alignment block (not shown) and an alignment slot (not shown). The locating piece sets up the upper surface of bottom plate, the constant head tank sets up on the lower surface of apron. The shape of locating piece and the shape phase-match of constant head tank, when the apron was arranged in on the bottom plate, the locating piece can enter into the constant head tank to realize counterpoint function. Preferably, the number of the positioning blocks is multiple, and the number of the positioning grooves is also multiple.
It should be noted that the positions of the positioning block and the positioning groove may be interchanged, the positioning block is disposed on the lower surface of the cover plate, and the positioning groove is disposed on the upper surface of the bottom plate.
In some embodiments, the first alignment member is a hinge (not shown), and the cover plate is disposed on the base plate through the hinge, so that the cover plate can rotate in the hinge and is instead on the cover plate. The hinge may be a hinge.
In some embodiments, the first alignment member is an adhesive tape (not shown) that adheres the bottom plate and the cover plate.
In the present embodiment, in the sewing process, the cut pieces and the chest strap attachment are easy to shift due to shaking, which may cause wrinkles in the finished product, and in order to prevent the pressing cut pieces and the chest strap attachment from shifting, the positioning template further includes a pressing plate 3, which has a structure shown in fig. 3. The pressing plate 3 comprises a pressing part 31, and the pressing part 31 is used for pressing cut pieces and chest strap adhesive cloth. The pressing portion 31 is disposed in the sewing opening 11, and a gap is formed between an outer wall of the pressing portion 31 and an inner wall of the sewing opening 11, and the structure is shown in fig. 4. The pressing part 31 is arranged on the workbench or the positioning template through a second alignment piece. So, cut-parts and chest strap granny rag are compressed tightly by compressing tightly portion 31, reduce the probability that the two appears the fold for the finished product of making is more pleasing to the eye and level and smooth.
In this embodiment, a table (not shown) is provided on one side of the positioning template, and the positioning template is provided on the table through the bottom plate 1. Set up adsorption equipment on the workstation, adsorption equipment adsorbs chest strap adhesive tape and cut-parts of arranging in on the locating template.
In this embodiment, the second alignment member includes a third magnet 33, which is shown in fig. 3. The third magnet 33 is disposed on the pressing portion 31, and the third magnet 33 is magnetically connected to a fourth magnet on the worktable. At this time, the limit opening 12 communicates with the lower surface of the base plate 1. The fourth magnet is arranged on the workbench, and the workbench is used for bearing the positioning template. Thus, when the fourth magnet and the third magnet 33 approach each other and both are in the sensing range, it is possible to fix the pressing portion 31 in the sewing opening 11 and press the chest strap patch and the cut pieces in the sewing opening 11, so that the chest strap patch and the cut pieces are kept flat.
In some embodiments, the limiting opening is not in communication with the lower surface of the bottom plate, i.e., the limiting opening has a bottom. At the moment, the fourth magnet is arranged on the hole bottom of the limiting opening. Further, a hole is provided outside the sewing opening to fit the suction device.
In the present embodiment, when the second magnet is provided on the cover plate, the non-pressing portion region of the pressing plate may be magnetically connected to the second magnet (also serving as the fourth magnet) via the third magnet. The pressing plate further comprises an extension 32, and the extension 32 is connected with the pressing part 31. A third magnet 33 is disposed on the extension portion 32, and the third magnet 33 is magnetically connected to the second magnet 22. Thus, when the second magnet and the third magnet are close to each other and are in the induction range, the rapid butt joint of the positioning template and the extension part can be realized.
The number of the third magnets may be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or more, and the number of the third magnets may be the same as the number of the fourth magnets. The first magnet, the second magnet, the third magnet and the fourth magnet can be made into a circular shape, so that the appearance is attractive, and the alignment is convenient.
Similarly, the second alignment element may be a combination of a positioning block and a positioning groove, which is not described herein again.
The embodiment provides a pocket zipper sewing method, which is applied to the positioning template for the pocket zipper in any one of the embodiments. The pocket zipper sewing method comprises the following steps:
provides a chest strap applique 4, cut pieces 5 and a sewing machine. The cut pieces 5 are provided with slots 51, and the slots 51 can be rectangular, oval and the like. The suture region is outside the slot.
The soleplate 1 is placed on a work bench.
The chest strap patch 4 is placed in the sewing opening 11 of the bottom plate 1, the chest strap patch 4 is inserted into the limit opening 12, and the turned-over edge 42 of the chest strap patch 4 is positioned in the direction from the center of the chest strap patch 4 to the upper surface of the bottom plate 1, and the structure is shown in fig. 5.
The cut pieces 5 are placed on the upper surface of the bottom panel 1, the cut slots 51 of said cut pieces 5 being located in the sewing openings 11.

The sewing machine is controlled to sew the turned-over edge 42 of the chest band patch 4, the chest band patch 4 positioned below the turned-over edge 42, and the cut pieces 5 together along the inner wall of the sewing opening 11. Wherein the trace surrounds the slot of the cut segment 5, and the structure is shown in fig. 6.
In this embodiment, after the "setting the cover plate on the upper surface of the base plate 1 by the first aligning member", before the "controlling the sewing machine to sew the hems 42 of the chest band patch 4, the chest band patch 4 and the cut pieces 5 under the hems 42 together along the inner wall of the sewing opening 11", the following steps are further included:
the pressing part 31 of the pressing plate 3 is placed on the cut pieces 5 in the sewing opening 11, and a gap is reserved between the outer wall of the pressing part 31 and the inner wall of the sewing opening 11. The third magnet on the pressing part 31 is connected with the fourth magnet on the workbench, and the third magnet on the extension part 32 is magnetically connected with the second magnet on the cover plate. Thus, the chest strap adhesive 4 and the cut pieces 5 can be pressed to be smooth, and the degree of wrinkles of the chest strap adhesive 4 and the cut pieces 5 is reduced.
In the present embodiment, the suction device on the table is turned on at the time of the "placing the base plate 1 on the table". The upper surface of workstation sets up the absorption hole, and adsorption equipment includes air extractor and exhaust duct, and the air extractor is connected exhaust duct, and exhaust duct communicates the absorption hole. When the bottom plate 1 is placed on the upper surface of the workbench, the adsorption holes communicate with the sewing opening 11. Alternatively, the bottom plate 1 is not engaged with the suction device through the sewing opening 11, and another hole is provided outside the sewing opening 11 of the bottom plate 1 to engage with the suction device. The air extractor works and operates to pump away the air in the air extraction pipeline to form a negative pressure state, so that the chest strap adhesive cloth 4 or the cut pieces 5 are attached to the bottom plate 1.
In the present embodiment, there is a gap between the outer wall of the pressing portion 31 and the inner wall of the sewing opening 11, and the gap is used for the sewing machine to run. The sewing machine forms a waist-shaped line on the chest band patch and the cut piece after running along the inner wall of the sewing opening 11. After the positioning template is taken away, and sewing is performed in the sewing area of the finished oval, the shape of the second-time sewing trace 41 is preferably oval, but may also be rectangular. The second routing is positioned in the first routing, and the stability between the chest strap adhesive cloth and the cut pieces is improved through the sewing on the two sides.
It should be noted that, by controlling the difference between the width of the limit opening 12 and the width of the sewing opening 11, the sewing thread is located at the turn-up after sewing. And the thread position of the sewing thread is close to the inner wall of the limit opening 12, so that the turnup and the chest belt sticking cloth under the turnup are prevented from forming a large-size O-shaped shape.
It should be noted that, although the above embodiments have been described herein, the invention is not limited thereto.
