1. The production method of the unidirectional moisture-conducting towel fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps:
providing a double-sided machine, and arranging triangles and knitting needles according to the design requirement of the fabric; the dial needles comprise knitting needles with two needle butts, and the cylinder needles comprise knitting needles with three needle butts; two needles of the dial needles are arranged at 1 interval, the arrangement mode of the cylinder needles adopts four needles and one cycle, and the arrangement mode of the knitting needles of each cycle is as follows: a first needle, a second needle, a first needle and a third needle;
providing a yarn, the yarn comprising a plain yarn and an island yarn;
knitting by utilizing a double-sided machine and adopting 18 paths of one cycle:
the 1 st, 4 th and 7 th paths are woven by common yarns; the two needles of the dial needles of the 1 st, 4 th and 7 th paths are knitted into loops, the first needle of the cylinder needle is knitted with a floating thread, the second needle is knitted with a tuck, and the third needle is knitted with a floating thread;
the 2 nd, 3 rd, 5 th, 6 th, 8 th, 9 th, 11 th, 12 th, 14 th, 15 th, 17 th and 18 th paths are woven by adopting sea-island yarns; wherein, two needles of the dial needles of the 2 nd, 5 th, 8 th, 11 th, 14 th and 17 th paths are knitted with floating threads, the first needle of the cylinder needle is knitted with floating threads, the second needle is knitted with loops, and the third needle is knitted with loops; the two needles of the dial needles of the 3 rd, 6 th, 9 th, 12 th, 15 th and 18 th paths are knitted with floating threads, the first needle of the cylinder needle is knitted into a loop, the second needle is knitted with floating threads, and the third needle is knitted with floating threads;
the 10 th path, the 13 th path and the 16 th path are woven by adopting common yarns; knitting two needles of dial needles of 10 th, 13 th and 16 th paths into loops, knitting a floating thread on a first needle of a cylinder needle, knitting a floating thread on a second needle, and knitting a tuck on a third needle;
in the woven fabric grey cloth, common yarns form a mesh surface, and sea-island yarns form a to-be-napped surface.

The production method of the one-way moisture-transfer towel fabric according to claim 1, characterized in that the production method further comprises the steps of sequentially subjecting the woven fabric grey cloth to fiber opening, presetting, fluffing, shearing, dyeing, drying, sanding and finished product setting.
3. The production method of the one-way moisture-conducting towel fabric as claimed in claim 2, wherein the fluffing is a single-side fluffing process, in particular, the fluffing is carried out on the surface to be fluffed formed by the sea island yarns to form the fluffed surface of the fabric.
4. The production method of the one-way moisture-guiding towel fabric according to claim 1, characterized in that the common yarn is 75D polyester yarn.
5. The method for producing the one-way moisture-transfer towel fabric according to claim 1, wherein the sea-island yarn is 160D yarn.
6. The one-way moisture-conducting towel fabric is characterized in that: obtained by the production method according to any one of claims 1 to 5; the fabric has a mesh surface formed by ordinary yarns and a napped surface formed by sea-island yarns.

Furthermore, the production method also comprises the steps of sequentially carrying out opening, presetting, fluffing, shearing, dyeing, drying, sanding and finished product setting on the woven fabric grey cloth.

the production method of the invention adopts the combination of common yarns and sea-island yarns and the matching of a specific knitting and weaving process to form a fabric with a mesh structure; the knitting and weaving process of the invention utilizes the matching of the structural design and the common yarns to form the mesh surface of the fabric grey cloth, and also utilizes the matching of the structural design and the sea-island yarns to form the to-be-napped surface of the fabric grey cloth for napping; the sea-island yarn is superfine fiber yarn, so that the water absorption is good; the water absorption of the common yarn is poorer than that of the sea-island yarn, so that a one-way moisture-conducting effect is formed; the mesh surface formed by the common yarns is of a mesh structure, so that the fabric has better comfort and air permeability; the mesh surface of the fabric is smooth, and the fabric is not easy to stick to a body when being used for wiping the body; moreover, when the body is wiped, the napping surface is matched with the mesh surface to quickly absorb and guide water on the body, so that the surface of the fabric, which is in contact with the body, is dry; in addition, the sea island yarn forms a flat suede with uniform fluff after subsequent process treatment; the flat suede has fine and plump velvet feeling, and gives the fabric better hand feeling and better heat retention;
the fabric prepared by the production method has excellent comfort, air permeability and moisture absorption and quick drying performance, can keep good comfort after being used for a long time, and can meet the high use requirement of consumers on towel fabrics.

Examples
A production method of one-way moisture-conducting towel fabric comprises the following steps:
providing a double-sided machine, and arranging triangles and knitting needles according to the design requirement of the fabric; the dial needles of the needles comprise two-butt needles (marked 1, 2 in fig. 1), and the cylinder needles comprise three-butt needles (marked 1 ', 2 ', 3 ' in fig. 1); as shown in the knitting needle arrangement mode of fig. 1, two needles of dial needles are arranged at 1 interval, the arrangement mode of cylinder needles adopts four needles and one cycle, and the knitting needle arrangement mode in one cycle specifically is as follows: a first needle, a second needle, a first needle and a third needle; the delta arrangement method is shown in FIG. 2; wherein, the V-shaped V in figure 2 represents a looping triangle; "— denotes a float triangle; the "size" represents the tuck triangle;
providing a yarn, the yarn comprising a plain yarn and an island yarn; the common yarn can be preferably chemical fiber yarn, in this embodiment, the common yarn is 75D polyester yarn; the sea-island yarn is preferably a 160D sea-island type ultrafine polyester fiber yarn.
Knitting is performed by using a double-sided machine and by adopting 18 paths and one cycle, and as shown in fig. 3, the specific knitting method comprises the following steps:
the 1 st, 4 th and 7 th paths are woven by common yarns; the two needles of the dial needles of the 1 st, 4 th and 7 th paths are knitted into loops, the first needle of the cylinder needle is knitted with a floating thread, the second needle is knitted with a tuck, and the third needle is knitted with a floating thread;
the 2 nd, 3 rd, 5 th, 6 th, 8 th, 9 th, 11 th, 12 th, 14 th, 15 th, 17 th and 18 th paths are woven by adopting sea-island yarns; wherein, two needles of the dial needles of the 2 nd, 5 th, 8 th, 11 th, 14 th and 17 th paths are knitted with floating threads, the first needle of the cylinder needle is knitted with floating threads, the second needle is knitted with loops, and the third needle is knitted with loops; the two needles of the dial needles of the 3 rd, 6 th, 9 th, 12 th, 15 th and 18 th paths are knitted with floating threads, the first needle of the cylinder needle is knitted into a loop, the second needle is knitted with floating threads, and the third needle is knitted with floating threads;
the 10 th path, the 13 th path and the 16 th path are woven by adopting common yarns; knitting two needles of dial needles of 10 th, 13 th and 16 th paths into loops, knitting a floating thread on a first needle of a cylinder needle, knitting a floating thread on a second needle, and knitting a tuck on a third needle;
in the woven fabric blank, the ordinary yarns form a mesh surface, and the sea-island yarns form a to-be-napped surface.
And (3) sequentially carrying out opening, presetting, fluffing, shearing, dyeing, drying, sanding and finished product setting on the woven fabric grey cloth. The raising is a single-side raising process, and particularly, raising is carried out on a to-be-raised surface formed by the sea-island yarns to form a raised surface.
