The upper inner wall and the lower inner wall of the cleaning ring 30 are connected with a scraping ring 31 which is a semi-annular body through rotating bearings, the concave surface of the scraping ring 31 is provided with a hairbrush, the front surface of the scraping ring 31 corresponding to the position of the rotating ring 32 is fixedly connected with a push rod 36 which is V-shaped, the push rod 36 penetrates through the cleaning ring 30, the outer wall of the rotating ring 32 is cut with an annular groove, the inner wall of the groove is fixedly connected with a lug 35 at equal intervals, the lug 35 corresponds to the position of the push rod 36, when the lug 35 is contacted with the push rod 36 in the rotating process of the rotating ring 32, the push rod 36 is forced to push the scraping ring 31 to rotate, when the scraping ring 31 rotates, the hairbrush is used for scraping and cleaning the stainless steel piece, then when the lug 35 is separated from the push rod 36 along with the rotation, the cleaning ring 30 drives the push rod 36 to reset under the action of air flow, and the hairbrush is used for scraping and cleaning the stainless steel piece once, through the arrangement of the scraping and cleaning ring 31, the stainless steel piece is matched with the left and right sides of air flow for scraping and cleaning, the cleaning effect on the stainless steel part is improved, the scraping ring 31 can rotate in a reciprocating mode in the moving process of the lantern ring 9, and the scraping cleaning effect is further improved.

S3, in the process that the stainless steel piece is inserted into the plug shaft 12 and attached to the top plate 14, the stainless steel piece pushes the pressure plate 28, the pressure plate 28 is pressed downwards under force and pulls the piston B24 to descend, negative pressure is generated in the piston B24 and air in the elastic expansion pad 22 is sucked in, the elastic expansion pad 22 contracts and pulls the lantern ring 9 to be close to the top plate 14, the lantern ring 9 corresponds to the rear end of the stainless steel piece, the pickling range is ensured, the elastic expansion pad 22 on the rear side can expand in the sliding process of the side frame 3, air in the cylinder 23 is sucked in, the piston B24 slides in the cylinder 23 under the action of the negative pressure and pulls the spring A25 to expand, when the lantern ring 9 is separated from clamping of the stainless steel piece, the spring A25 rebounds to allow the piston B24 to suck air, and the lantern ring 9 is pulled to reset.

S4, when the bump 35 contacts the push rod 36 in the rotation process of the rotating ring 32, the push rod 36 is forced to push the scraping ring 31 to rotate, when the scraping ring 31 rotates, the brush is used for scraping and cleaning the stainless steel part, then when the bump 35 is separated from the push rod 36 along with the rotation, the cleaning ring 30 drives the push rod 36 to reset under the action of air flow, and the brush is used for scraping and cleaning the stainless steel part once.
