3. A method for preparing a degradable material for disposable tableware is characterized in that,
putting 1 part by mass of blue algae powder into a fermentation tank, adding 5 parts by mass of distilled water, and uniformly stirring;
adding 0.2 part by mass of composite microbial starter culture into the fermentation tank, and sealing the fermentation tank;
observing the fermentation condition of the blue algae powder in the fermentation tank until the blue algae powder is fermented to form blue algae glue;
adding 0.5 part by mass of plant fixing agent and 260 parts by mass of plant fiber, and stirring at high speed;
putting the stirred semi-finished product into a die for die-casting forming;
and drying the die-cast finished product.
4. The method of preparing a degradable material for disposable tableware according to claim 1 wherein in the step of putting 1 part by mass of the blue algae powder into a fermentation tank, adding 5 parts by mass of distilled water, and stirring uniformly, the method further comprises,
the distilled water flows downwards along the wall of the fermentation tank and moves along the inner wall of the fermentation tank in a circle in the pouring process.
5. The method of preparing a degradable material for disposable tableware according to claim 1 wherein in the step of adding 0.5 parts by mass of a plant fixing agent and 260 parts by mass of a plant fiber and stirring at a high speed,
contacting a stirring paddle of a stirring motor with a mixture of a plant fixing agent, plant fibers and blue algae glue;
starting a stirring motor to rotate clockwise, wherein the rotation rate of the stirring motor is 1500rpm-2000rpm, and the stirring motor moves along the inner wall of the fermentation tank for 30 min;
starting the stirring motor to rotate anticlockwise, wherein the rotation speed of the stirring motor is 1500rpm-2000rpm, and the stirring motor moves along the inner wall of the fermentation tank for 30 min.
6. The method for preparing degradable material for disposable tableware according to claim 1, wherein in the step of "putting the stirred semi-finished product into a mold for die casting", said method further comprises,
scraping the semi-finished product adhered to the inner wall of the fermentation tank by using a scraper;
transferring the stirred semi-finished product by using a clamping jaw;
and (4) putting the semi-finished product into a forming die of tableware, and shaping at high pressure.
7. The method for preparing degradable material for disposable tableware according to claim 1, wherein in the step of drying the die-cast finished product, said method further comprises,
taking out the die-casting finished product from the die;
transferring the finished product to an oven;
the temperature of the oven is adjusted to be between 80 ℃ and 110 ℃.
Background
At present, along with more and more serious environmental pollution, people pay attention to environmental protection, such as energy conservation and emission reduction, and daily necessities made of degradable materials.
At present, the disposable tableware is used in a large amount, and is difficult to degrade after being discarded, so people begin to use the disposable tableware made of bamboo fiber powder, corn starch, urea-formaldehyde resin powder and bone bran and perform hot-press molding.
The disposable tableware is prepared by using the bamboo fiber powder, the corn starch and the bone bran as raw materials, urea-formaldehyde resin is required to be added as an adhesive in the processing process, and the plant fibers are bonded and then subjected to hot press forming.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a degradable material for disposable tableware and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the technical problem that the disposable tableware is easy to decompose in the using process due to the fact that the urea-formaldehyde resin is poor in adhesive quality and affects the connectivity of bamboo fiber powder, corn starch and bone bran due to the fact that the urea-formaldehyde resin is fixed for a long time in the prior art.

The invention also comprises a preparation method of the degradable material for disposable tableware, which comprises the following steps:
putting 1 part by mass of blue algae powder into a fermentation tank, adding 5 parts by mass of distilled water, and uniformly stirring;
adding 0.2 part by mass of composite microbial starter culture into the fermentation tank, and sealing the fermentation tank;
observing the fermentation condition of the blue algae powder in the fermentation tank until the blue algae powder is fermented to form blue algae glue;
adding 0.5 part by mass of plant fixing agent and 260 parts by mass of plant fiber, and stirring at high speed;
putting the stirred semi-finished product into a die for die-casting forming;
and drying the die-cast finished product.

The invention relates to a degradable material for disposable tableware and a preparation method thereof, which is characterized in that blue algae powder is put into a fermentation tank, added distilled water is uniformly stirred, a compound microbial fermentation agent is added into the fermentation tank, the fermentation tank is sealed, the fermentation condition of the blue algae powder in the fermentation tank is observed until the blue algae powder is fermented to form blue algae glue, a plant fixing agent and plant fibers are added, high-speed stirring is carried out, a stirred semi-finished product is put into a die for die-casting forming, a die-cast formed finished product is dried, and the blue algae powder can generate the blue algae glue with strong viscosity after fermentation, and the blue algae glue can have higher connection strength by adding the plant fixing agent, so that the disposable tableware has better stability in the using process.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a method for preparing a degradable material for disposable tableware includes the following steps:
s301: putting 1 part by mass of blue algae powder into a fermentation tank, adding 5 parts by mass of distilled water, allowing the distilled water to flow downwards along the tank wall of the fermentation tank, moving along the inner wall of the fermentation tank for a circle in the pouring process, and uniformly stirring;
in this embodiment, the fermentation vat is the open closed sealed tank body to use the clear glass material, inside circumstances can be watched from the outside to operating personnel, evenly tile 1 part by mass blue algae powder to the bottom of the pool of fermentation vat, and add the distilled water along the pool wall limit of fermentation vat, and remove, fill up 5 parts by mass's distilled water along the pool wall, stir water and blue algae powder.

in the embodiment, 0.5 part by mass of plant fixing agent and 260 parts by mass of plant fiber are added into the fermented blue algae glue, then a stirring motor with a stirring paddle is started, the motor drives the stirring paddle to stir the mixture, and the mixture rotates clockwise for 30 minutes and anticlockwise for 30 minutes, so that the blue algae glue, the plant fixing agent and the plant fiber are mixed, and the adhesion quality of the blue algae glue is improved.
S305: putting the stirred semi-finished product into a die for die-casting forming;
s3051: scraping the semi-finished product adhered to the inner wall of the fermentation tank by using a scraper;
s3052: transferring the stirred semi-finished product by using a clamping jaw;
s3053: putting the semi-finished product into a forming die of tableware, and shaping at high pressure;
in the embodiment, the mixture of the blue algae glue, the plant fixing agent and the plant fiber is taken out and put into a forming die for high-pressure forming, so that the finished product of the tableware is obtained.
S306: drying the die-cast finished product;
s3061: taking out the die-casting finished product from the die;
s3062: transferring the finished product to an oven;
s3063: the temperature of the oven is adjusted to be between 80 ℃ and 110 ℃.
In this embodiment, the finished product of the tableware is placed in an oven, baked at 80 ℃ to 110 ℃ for 1 hour, and the baked finished product is taken out, thereby obtaining the finished product of the disposable tableware.
