(3) and mixing the intermediate A and the intermediate B, heating to 50-70 ℃, stirring at a high speed, and keeping the temperature for 3 hours to obtain the cationic single-component aqueous epoxy asphalt.

At present, emulsified asphalt or polymer modified emulsified asphalt materials are generally used in the market, and the viscosity of the materials at 60 ℃ is generally low and is not enough to wrap asphalt mixtures with larger porosity. Therefore, micro-surfacing, fine-surfacing and cold-mix cold-laying techniques using such materials have insufficient durability when applied in preventive maintenance techniques.

(3) and mixing the intermediate A and the intermediate B, heating to 50-70 ℃, stirring at a high speed, and keeping the temperature for 3 hours to obtain the cationic single-component aqueous epoxy asphalt.

The cationic single-component aqueous epoxy asphalt has excellent mechanical property, can be used for cold-mixed asphalt mixture with the porosity of 12-16%, and has good pavement durability and low driving noise after compaction.

Example 1

(1) Weighing 50 parts of solid bisphenol A epoxy resin with an epoxy value of 0.11, 8 parts of n-butyl alcohol, 5 parts of butyl cellosolve and 20 parts of ethylenediamine, adding into a reaction kettle, heating to 100 ℃, reacting for 2.5 hours, cooling to room temperature, adding 8 parts of acetic acid, and uniformly stirring to obtain an intermediate A;

(1) Weighing 45 parts of solid bisphenol A epoxy resin with an epoxy value of 0.20, 6 parts of N-butanol, 9 parts of butyl cellosolve and 15 parts of N-N dimethylethanolamine, adding the materials into a reaction kettle, heating to 110 ℃, reacting for 3 hours, cooling to room temperature, adding 10 parts of boric acid, and uniformly stirring to obtain an intermediate A;

(2) weighing 5 parts of liquid bisphenol A epoxy resin with an epoxy value of 0.45, 65 parts of No. 70 petroleum asphalt and 3 parts of SBS elastomer, mixing, heating to 165 ℃, stirring and developing for 2 hours, weighing 4 parts of MQK-3M emulsifier and 80 parts of water, adjusting the temperature to 58 ℃ to prepare soap liquid, and shearing and grinding to obtain an intermediate B;

(2) weighing 2 parts of liquid bisphenol A epoxy resin with an epoxy value of 0.54, 60 parts of No. 70 petroleum asphalt and 2 parts of SBS elastomer, mixing, heating to 165 ℃, stirring and developing for 2.5 hours, weighing 2 parts of AA-63D type emulsifier and 70 parts of water, adjusting the temperature to 62 ℃ to prepare soap liquid, and shearing and grinding to obtain an intermediate B;

(1) Weighing 44 parts of solid bisphenol A epoxy resin with an epoxy value of 0.13, 6 parts of N-butanol, 7 parts of butyl cellosolve, 15 parts of ethylenediamine and N-N dimethylethanolamine (the mass ratio of the ethylenediamine to the N-N dimethylethanolamine is 1: 1), adding into a reaction kettle, heating to 105 ℃, reacting for 2.7 hours, cooling to room temperature, adding 8 parts of acetic acid, and uniformly stirring to obtain an intermediate A;

(2) weighing 3 parts of liquid bisphenol A epoxy resin with an epoxy value of 0.43, 55 parts of No. 70 petroleum asphalt and 6 parts of SBS elastomer, mixing, heating to 175 ℃, stirring and developing for 2 hours, weighing 4 parts of 18331 type emulsifier and 90 parts of water, adjusting the temperature to 62 ℃ to prepare soap liquid, and shearing and grinding to obtain an intermediate B;

(1) Weighing 58 parts of solid bisphenol A epoxy resin with an epoxy value of 0.21, 6 parts of n-butyl alcohol, 6 parts of butyl cellosolve and 28 parts of 1, 2-propane diamine, adding into a reaction kettle, heating to 100 ℃, reacting for 2.8 hours, cooling to room temperature, adding 8 parts of boric acid, and uniformly stirring to obtain an intermediate A;

(2) weighing 5 parts of liquid bisphenol A epoxy resin with an epoxy value of 0.48, 58 parts of No. 70 petroleum asphalt and 3 parts of SBS elastomer, mixing, heating to 178 ℃, stirring and developing for 3 hours, weighing 4 parts of SM-LS type emulsifier and 90 parts of water, adjusting the temperature to 62 ℃ to prepare soap liquid, and shearing and grinding to obtain an intermediate B;

(3) and mixing the intermediate A and the intermediate B (wherein the mass of the intermediate A/the mass of the intermediate B is 2: 1), heating to 68 ℃, stirring at a high speed of 3200r/min, and preserving heat for 3 hours to obtain the cationic single-component aqueous epoxy asphalt.

The prepared cationic single-component water-based epoxy asphalt has an oilstone ratio of 12 percent, and the technical indexes for testing the cationic single-component water-based epoxy asphalt are as follows:
