s1, selecting materials according to a formula: 100 parts of modified polypropylene rubber, 40-60 parts of reinforcing agent, 6-8 parts of paraffin oil, 4-6 parts of accelerator and 1-1.5 parts of cross-linking agent, wherein the modified polypropylene rubber is prepared by mixing and reacting polypropylene, flame retardant, smoke suppressor, TVOC remover, odor adsorbent and stabilizer;
s2, adding the modified polypropylene rubber, the reinforcing agent, the paraffin oil, the accelerator and the cross-linking agent into an internal mixer, and internally mixing at the temperature of 100-120 ℃, the rotating speed of 35-45 r/min and the time of 4-8 min to obtain a rubber mixture;
s3, placing the rubber mixture obtained in the step S2 into an open mill for extrusion forming, and then placing the formed rubber into vulcanization equipment for treatment to obtain the environment-friendly automobile water pipe rubber material.

The preparation method of the environment-friendly automobile water pipe rubber material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: the modified polypropylene rubber in the step S1 is specifically prepared by: adding polypropylene, a flame retardant and a smoke suppressor into a low-speed mixer, mixing for 15-20 minutes, adding a TVOC (total volatile organic compound) remover, an odor adsorbent and a stabilizer, mixing and stirring for 20-40 minutes, heating to 70-80 ℃, vacuumizing and stirring for 2-3 hours to obtain the modified polypropylene rubber.

The preparation method of the environment-friendly automobile water pipe rubber material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: the odor adsorbent is a compound formed by mixing zeolite and clay in a mass ratio of 1:2, the TVOC remover is an alcohol substance of C1-C8, and the stabilizer is any one of a hindered phenol antioxidant, a phosphite antioxidant and a hindered amine light stabilizer.

Background
The automobile pipeline is one of important parts of an automobile, is widely applied to an automobile body, a skylight and an engine case, has the functions of water drainage, cooling and oil circulation, can maintain and maintain a small environment in the automobile, and has a protection effect on electric devices and other equipment in the automobile, the skylight water drainage pipe is used as one part of a skylight water drainage system, and the skylight water drainage pipe plays a role in draining accumulated water in a skylight water drainage tank, so that the skylight water drainage function is realized.
However, most of the traditional automobile skylight drain pipes are made of PVC/EPDM materials, the drain pipes made of the materials may generate harmful gases in a high-temperature environment, and do not accord with the environment-friendly concept of automobile emission reduction.

Further, the modified polypropylene rubber in step S1 is specifically prepared as follows: adding polypropylene, a flame retardant and a smoke suppressor into a low-speed mixer, mixing for 15-20 minutes, adding a TVOC (total volatile organic compound) remover, an odor adsorbent and a stabilizer, mixing and stirring for 20-40 minutes, heating to 70-80 ℃, vacuumizing and stirring for 2-3 hours to obtain the modified polypropylene rubber.

according to the invention, the specific low-odor nitrogen-phosphorus halogen-free flame retardant and metal hydroxide are selected as the smoke suppressor through the modified polypropylene, so that the effects of excellent mechanical property, good flame retardant effect and low smoke density are realized, and then the odor adsorbent and the TVOC remover prepared by mixing zeolite and clay are added, so that TVOC and other small molecular substances generated in the raw materials and the processing process are effectively removed.

s2, adding the modified polypropylene rubber, the reinforcing agent, the paraffin oil, the accelerator and the cross-linking agent into an internal mixer, and internally mixing at the temperature of 100 ℃, the rotating speed of 35r/min and the time of 4min to obtain a rubber mixture;
s3, placing the rubber mixture obtained in the step S2 into an open mill for extrusion forming, and then placing the formed rubber into vulcanization equipment for treatment to obtain the environment-friendly automobile water pipe rubber material.
In some embodiments, the modified polypropylene rubber in step S1 is specifically prepared as: adding polypropylene, a flame retardant and a smoke suppressor into a low-speed mixer, mixing for 15 minutes, adding a TVOC remover, an odor adsorbent and a stabilizer, mixing and stirring for 20 minutes, heating to 70 ℃, vacuumizing and stirring for 2 hours to obtain the modified polypropylene rubber.
In some embodiments, the flame retardant is a composite of ammonium polyphosphate and melamine cyanurate and the smoke suppressant is magnesium hydroxide.

s2, adding the modified polypropylene rubber, the reinforcing agent, the paraffin oil, the accelerator and the cross-linking agent into an internal mixer, and internally mixing at the temperature of 110 ℃, the rotating speed of 40r/min and the time of 6min to obtain a rubber mixture;
s3, placing the rubber mixture obtained in the step S2 into an open mill for extrusion forming, and then placing the formed rubber into vulcanization equipment for treatment to obtain the environment-friendly automobile water pipe rubber material.
In some embodiments, the modified polypropylene rubber in step S1 is specifically prepared as: adding polypropylene, a flame retardant and a smoke suppressor into a low-speed mixer, mixing for 18 minutes, adding a TVOC remover, an odor adsorbent and a stabilizer, mixing and stirring for 30 minutes, heating to 75 ℃, vacuumizing and stirring for 2.5 hours to obtain the modified polypropylene rubber.

s2, adding the modified polypropylene rubber, the reinforcing agent, the paraffin oil, the accelerator and the cross-linking agent into an internal mixer, and internally mixing at the temperature of 120 ℃, the rotating speed of 45r/min and the time of 8min to obtain a rubber mixture;
s3, placing the rubber mixture obtained in the step S2 into an open mill for extrusion forming, and then placing the formed rubber into vulcanization equipment for treatment to obtain the environment-friendly automobile water pipe rubber material.
In some embodiments, the modified polypropylene rubber in step S1 is specifically prepared as: adding polypropylene, a flame retardant and a smoke suppressor into a low-speed mixer, mixing for 20 minutes, adding a TVOC remover, an odor adsorbent and a stabilizer, mixing and stirring for 40 minutes, heating to 80 ℃, vacuumizing and stirring for 3 hours to obtain the modified polypropylene rubber.

s1, selecting materials according to a formula: 100 parts of PVC rubber, 50 parts of reinforcing agent, 6 parts of paraffin oil, 4 parts of accelerator and 1 part of cross-linking agent;
s2, putting the PVC rubber, the reinforcing agent, the paraffin oil, the accelerator and the cross-linking agent into an internal mixer, and internally mixing at the temperature of 110 ℃, the rotating speed of 40r/min and the time of 6min to obtain a rubber mixture;
s3, placing the rubber mixture obtained in the step S2 into an open mill for extrusion forming, and then placing the formed rubber into vulcanization equipment for treatment to obtain the environment-friendly automobile water pipe rubber material.
In some embodiments, the reinforcing agent is semi-reinforcing carbon black, the accelerator is TMTM, and the crosslinking agent is a peroxide crosslinking agent.
In some embodiments, the mill conditions in step S3 are: the open milling temperature is 80 ℃ and the time is 3 min.

The environmental-friendly automobile water pipe rubber material prepared in the embodiments 1 to 3 and the comparative example of the invention is subjected to a performance test:
the performance tests in the above table can be tested by the following criteria: tensile strength was tested according to GB/T1040, elongation at break was tested according to NES D58066.4C, oxygen index was tested according to GB/T5454, smoke density was tested according to GB/T8627, odour was tested according to VDA270, organic compound emissions determination (TVOC) was tested according to VDA 277.
From the above table, it is known that the odor and TVOC of the environmental protection automobile water pipe rubber material prepared in the embodiments 1 to 3 of the present invention can meet the environmental protection requirement, while the odor and TVOC of the environmental protection automobile water pipe rubber material prepared in the comparative example can not meet the environmental protection requirement.
