5. The quick-drying high-flexibility vitrified tile back adhesive according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the mass ratio of the cellulose ether compound to the xanthan gum to the sepiolite is 1 (8-12) to (80-120).
6. The quick-drying high-flexibility vitrified tile backing adhesive according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
the fineness of the sepiolite is 2500-3500 meshes;
the cellulose ether compound is at least one of methyl cellulose ether, hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose ether and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether; the viscosity of the cellulose ether compound is 20000-60000 mpa.s.
7. The quick-drying high-flexibility vitrified tile back adhesive according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the fineness of the superfine portland cement is more than or equal to 1500 meshes, and the strength of the superfine portland cement is more than or equal to 42.5 MPa;
the aggregate is at least one of 40-80 mesh washing river sand, 80-120 mesh washing river sand, 40-80 mesh quartz sand and 80-120 mesh quartz sand;
the early strength agent is calcium salt series early strength agent;
the light calcium carbonate has the fineness of 2500-3500 meshes.
8. The back adhesive for quick-drying high-flexibility vitrified tiles as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the styrene-butadiene latex has a glass transition temperature Tg of-15 ℃ to-5 ℃, an effective solid content of 47 to 53 percent and a particle size of 100-200 nm.
9. The quick-drying high-flexibility vitrified tile backing adhesive according to claim 2 or 3,
the mildew preventive is isothiazolinone mildew preventive and/or bronopol mildew preventive;
the bactericide is an isothiazolinone bactericide and/or a quaternary ammonium salt bactericide;
the defoaming agent is an organic silicon defoaming agent and/or a polyether defoaming agent.
10. A method for preparing a quick-drying high-flexibility vitrified tile back adhesive according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
s1: mixing the superfine portland cement, aggregate, a water-retention thickening agent, an early strength agent and light calcium carbonate to obtain a powder component;
s2: and mixing the styrene-butadiene latex, an auxiliary agent and water to obtain the liquid material component.
Background
The vitrified tiles are used as the ceramic tiles with the lowest water absorption rate, and the application proportion of the vitrified tiles in the field of buildings is higher and higher. In recent years, in order to further improve the aesthetic appearance of buildings, vitrified tiles are used on wall surfaces as well as on ground surfaces. In the initial stage of use, workers generally adopt polymer modified tile glue to paste vitrified tiles, and the tile glue has the advantages that the flatness and the verticality of a building base layer are poor, the general thickness of the tile glue reaches more than 10mm, and the individual condition reaches more than 30 mm. If the polymer modified tile glue adopts a thin-layer construction method, the tile glue has the thickness of 2-5mm, and the effect of firmly sticking the vitrified tiles can be achieved. In the actual construction process, the thickness of the tile glue is generally more than 10mm, and the shrinkage deformation of the tile glue generates stress to greatly damage the strength of the vitrified tile stuck by the tile glue, so that the phenomenon of hollowing and tile falling is generated.
In order to solve the problem of tile falling when the polymer modified ceramic tile is pasted with a thick adhesive layer, a product for pretreating the back of a vitrified tile, namely the vitrified tile back adhesive for short, appears in the market. At present, the vitrified tile back glue is mainly divided into two categories, namely a single component and a double component. The single-component vitrified tile back adhesive is formed by mixing liquid such as pressure-sensitive adhesive, high-molecular polymer emulsion, defoaming agent, mildew preventive and the like, is directly coated on the back of a vitrified tile on site, is pasted by using polymer modified tile adhesive after being dried, and releases the action mechanism of internal stress generated by shrinkage deformation of the tile adhesive through the vitrified tile back adhesive, so that the vitrified tile is firmly pasted. The double-component vitrified tile back adhesive is rigid and flexible, and consists of a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is formed by mixing cement, sand, a water-retaining agent and the like, the component B is formed by mixing a high-molecular polymer emulsion, a mildew preventive, a defoaming agent, a coupling agent and the like, and the component A and the component B are uniformly mixed on site for use. The rigid double-component vitrified tile back adhesive achieves the effect of increasing the bonding strength between the ceramic tile adhesive and the ceramic tile mainly by increasing the roughness of the back surface of the vitrified tile. The flexible double-component vitrified tile back adhesive has similar action mechanism with the single-component liquid back adhesive, and generates internal stress by releasing shrinkage deformation of the vitrified tile adhesive, thereby achieving firm adhesion effect of the vitrified tile.
The single-component liquid back glue, such as CN106916554B, CN106497473B and the like, can be used only after being dried in the air during the construction process. The single-component liquid material is coated on the back of the vitrified tile, and is dried only by simple moisture volatilization, and particularly under the low-temperature and high-humidity environment, the moisture volatilization time is longer. Therefore, the back glue of the vitrified tile generally needs to be dried for at least 3 hours for the next procedure. The primary drying speed is accelerated by the single-component liquid gum in CN108676522A, but the addition of sand greatly increases the gum consumption per unit area, and the manufacturing cost per unit area is high. Meanwhile, the odor of the latex is relatively increased by adding polyurethane, epoxy resin and neoprene latex.
The vitrified tile back glue in CN107033812A, CN105418031A, CN109517541A and CN106495572B consists of an A component and a B component, and the airing time of the vitrified tile back glue after the construction of the vitrified tile back is not illustrated. The next procedure construction can be carried out after 5 hours of gum construction in CN104529342A, the next procedure can be carried out after 3 hours of gum construction in CN108117342A, and meanwhile, the speed of vitriol or high-alumina cement hydration is high, caking is easy to generate in the storage process of raw materials, the stability of the sulphoaluminate cement batch is poor, each batch needs to be adjusted according to the actual performance of the sulphoaluminate cement, and the production process is not particularly convenient. CN105777009B introduces that the construction of the back glue can be carried out the next procedure construction after being dried for 30-40min, but the consumption of methyl hydroxypropyl cellulose ether is more, the surface of the vitrified tile is still kept in a wet state after 30-40min of back glue construction, most of the back glue on the back of the vitrified tile is taken away by the adhesive in the subsequent construction process, the back glue needs to be kept by special attention during smearing, and the construction efficiency is not high.
Therefore, a new vitrified tile back adhesive is urgently needed to be provided.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a quick-drying high-flexibility vitrified tile back adhesive and a preparation method thereof aiming at the defects of the prior art. The back glue disclosed by the invention is quickly formed into a film and dried after being coated, so that the construction efficiency is improved, the bonding strength is ensured, and the back glue has good flexibility.
In order to achieve the above objects, in one aspect, the present invention provides a quick-drying high-flexibility vitrified tile back adhesive, which comprises a liquid component and a powder component; the powder material comprises the following components: superfine portland cement, aggregate, early strength agent, light calcium carbonate and water-retaining thickener; the liquid material comprises the following components: styrene-butadiene latex, an auxiliary agent and water; wherein the water-retaining thickening agent is a mixture of cellulose ether compounds, xanthan gum and sepiolite.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the quick-drying high-flexibility vitrified tile back adhesive, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
s1: mixing the superfine portland cement, aggregate, a water-retention thickening agent, an early strength agent and light calcium carbonate to obtain a powder component;
s2: and mixing the styrene-butadiene latex, an auxiliary agent and water to obtain the liquid material component.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the styrene-butadiene latex disclosed by the invention is relatively smaller in particle size and has proper glass transition temperature, so that the adhesive strength of the back adhesive is ensured, and the back adhesive has good flexibility. Meanwhile, the styrene-butadiene latex with smaller particle size is easy to be quickly combined with the superfine portland cement particles, and the surface is quickly filmed and dried after being coated, so that the construction efficiency is improved, a good bonding effect is kept, and the subsequent construction is facilitated.
(2) The invention utilizes the superfine portland cement, the surface of which can quickly absorb the styrene-butadiene latex particles, thereby shortening the aggregation time between styrene-butadiene latexes and accelerating the film-forming solidification of the latexes in the system.
(3) According to the invention, methyl cellulose ether, xanthan gum and sepiolite are combined for use, the methyl cellulose ether keeps a reasonable water retention effect, the xanthan gum greatly increases the consistency of slurry, the sepiolite is suspended in the slurry to further prevent the settlement of cement and sand, and the three have comprehensive effects, so that not only is the good slurry stability kept under the condition of high cement ratio, but also the operation time is sufficient, the surface of a coating film is quickly dried, and the problems that most of the back gum of a vitrified brick existing in the subsequent construction process of the back gum of CN105777009B is taken away by an adhesive, the back gum can be reserved only by special attention during smearing, the construction efficiency is not high and the like are solved.

Test example
In the test example, the vitrified tile back adhesives of the examples 1 to 7 are tested, and the test method adopts a test method of cement-based ceramic tile adhesive in JC/T547-2017 standard. Before testing, the standard ceramic tile is coated with the prepared vitrified tile back adhesive in advance, the vitrified tile back adhesive can be used after being aired for 20min, and sample preparation and maintenance are carried out according to a corresponding method in JC/T547-2017 standard, and detection is carried out when the standard ceramic tile is due. The tile adhesive meeting the C1 performance index is also tested according to a standard method in the test example, and specific test results are shown in the following table.

According to the table, the ceramic tile is subjected to gum pretreatment, the reduction phenomenon does not occur to each index of the ceramic tile, and the lifting phenomenon occurs to all the other 3 indexes except that the tensile adhesive strength is not improved. Therefore, after the ceramic tile is pretreated by the back glue, the ceramic tile is more firmly stuck with the ceramic tile glue. Meanwhile, a test piece with the formed thickness of 1mm is maintained for 28 days under the standard conditions of 23 +/-2 ℃ and the relative humidity of 50 +/-5%, and the vitrified tile back adhesive has no cracking phenomenon, so that the vitrified tile back adhesive has good flexibility, can resist the damage effect generated by shrinkage deformation of the tile adhesive, and improves the overall adhesion firmness of the tile.
