Adding white cement, mineral powder, silica fume, an expanding agent, quartz sand and quartz powder into a stirrer, stirring for 5-8min, then adding a shrinkage reducing agent, a high-performance polycarboxylic acid shrinkage reducing agent and water simultaneously, and continuing to stir for 8-15 min; then adding steel fiber, continuing stirring for 8-12min to obtain UHPC, firstly performing hollow pattern design before production, and marking the position of a round wood mold on a steel mold table by a pencil according to the designed pattern; after marking is finished, a release agent is coated on the steel mould table back and forth, after the release agent is dried in the air, a single-layer reinforcing mesh 1 is arranged according to the position of the hollow hole 4, and meanwhile, a circular wood mould and a sleeve 3 are arranged; after the arrangement is finished, sealant is applied to the contact part of the circular wood mould and the steel mould table, so that the circular wood mould and the steel mould table are combined more firmly; after the sealant is completely cured, pouring the UHPC base layer 2 at one time, starting a vibrating table to fully tap for 15-30s, ensuring that the UHPC base layer 2 is fully filled between a steel mould table and a round wood mould and fully removing bubbles; and after the forming is finished, placing the hanging plate in a room for curing for 7d, after the curing is finished, hoisting the hanging plate by using an electric hoist, removing the side mold and the circular wood mold, and after the mold removal is finished, obtaining the white UHPC hollowed-out decorative hanging plate.
