Sewage enters the front-end treatment tank through the water inlet, primary filtration of sewage is carried out through the motor control mechanical grating, large-particle impurities in the sewage are filtered out, and therefore the treatment speed of the sewage after the device is improved.
The patent document with the publication number of CN 208471822U does not relate to the connection relationship between the mechanical grating and the motor, nor how the motor controls the mechanical grating to perform the primary filtration of the sewage, nor how to treat the large particles after filtration.

The sewage enters the tank body through the water inlet, and the particles are blocked by the grating and are accumulated at the bottom position of the grating. When the cleaning machine needs to be cleaned, an operator pushes the connecting rod mechanism, the bottom of the grating moves towards the impurity discharging port, accumulated particles are pushed to the impurity discharging port, and the particles leave the water inlet through the impurity discharging port.
After the particulate matter is cleaned, an operator pulls the connecting rod mechanism, the connecting rod mechanism pulls the grating to reset, and meanwhile, the valve plate is pulled to reset, namely, the valve plate closes the impurity discharging port.
The grating of the invention has a filtering effect on the sewage in the process of normally entering the tank body. The water inlet of the water filter is not provided with a motor, and the water-proof treatment of the filter mechanism is not needed, so that the filter mechanism is simple and has long service life.

With reference to fig. 1 and 2, the integrated sewage treatment device comprises a tank body 1, wherein a front-end treatment tank 5, a reaction tank 6, a clean water tank 7 and an operation room 8 are arranged in the tank body, a water inlet 2 is arranged on one side of the tank body, a filter mechanism 3 is arranged at the water inlet, the filter mechanism comprises a grid 31, a trash discharge port 201 is formed in the water inlet, the trash discharge port is located on the side of the grid, a valve plate 202 is arranged at the trash discharge port, the valve plate is connected with a connecting rod mechanism, and the connecting rod mechanism is connected with the bottom of the grid; the top of the grid is in movable fit with the guide structure 32; the connecting rod mechanism is manually pushed and drives the bottom of the grating to move towards the impurity discharging port, and synchronously, the connecting rod mechanism drives the valve plate to open the impurity discharging port.
Sewage enters the tank body 1 through the water inlet 2, and particles are blocked by the grating 31 and accumulated in the water inlet 2 and are positioned at the bottom position of the grating, as shown in fig. 2, the particles have the tendency of being displaced towards the grating as the sewage flows towards the grating. When the cleaning is needed, an operator pushes the connecting rod mechanism, the bottom of the grating is displaced towards the impurity discharging port, and the displacement direction is opposite to the flowing direction of the sewage in the water inlet. The grate 31 pushes the accumulated particles towards the reject port 201, through which they leave the water inlet, as shown in fig. 3. A collection container may be placed below the trash opening 201 to collect the particulate matter falling from the trash opening. After the cleaning of the particles is completed, the operator pulls the link mechanism, the link mechanism pulls the grating 31 to reset, and simultaneously, the valve plate 202 is pulled to reset, and the valve plate closes the impurity discharging port 201. The sewage can normally enter the tank 1 through the water inlet 2.
As shown in fig. 2, the link mechanism includes a main rod 33 and an auxiliary rod 34, the bottom of the grid 31 is hinged with the main rod, the auxiliary rod is hinged with the main rod, and the auxiliary rod is hinged with the valve plate 202; when the valve plate closes the impurity discharging port 201 from bottom to top, the end of the auxiliary rod hinged with the valve plate is in a declined state. When the operator opens the impurity discharging port again, the auxiliary rod can smoothly push the valve plate. When the auxiliary rod pushes the valve plate, the main rod 33 pushes the grating 31 which is originally inclined to be inclined more, and the top of the grating descends along the guide structure 32.
The end of the main rod 33 remote from the auxiliary rod 34 is provided with a positioning element 35 which can be connected to the side wall of the water inlet 2. After the operator pulls the main rod 33 to reset the grating 31 and the valve plate 202, the operator locks the position of the main rod by using the connection between the positioning member and the side wall of the water inlet, so that the grating keeps a normal working position, and the valve plate 202 keeps a closed state of the impurity discharging port 201. Alternatively, the positioning member 35 is a bolt that passes through a through hole in the main rod 33 and can be connected to a screw hole in the sidewall of the water inlet.
The link mechanism is manually pushed, and the main rod 33 always moves horizontally along the bottom surface of the water inlet 2. An operator enters the front end processing pool along the escalator, comes to the inner side of the water inlet 2 positioned in the tank body 1, and extends hands into the water inlet, pushes and pulls the main rod 33, the action grating 31 and the valve plate 202. The front end treatment tank 5, the reaction tank 6, the clean water tank 7 and the operation room 8 are sequentially and transversely distributed from left to right in the tank body 1, the upper end of the interior of the reaction tank 6 is fixedly connected with a connecting frame 13, and the outer surface of the lower end of the connecting frame 13 is fixedly connected with a membrane reactor 14.
