A microwave plasma device for treating oily waste liquid is characterized by comprising an oil-water mixed liquid storage barrel (1), an evaporator (2), a gas processor (3), a microwave plasma device (4) and a condenser (5); the liquid outlet of the oil-water mixed liquid storage barrel (1) is communicated with the liquid inlet of the evaporator (2) through a first connecting pipe, the gas processor (3) is provided with a gas treatment chamber, the steam outlet of the evaporator (2) is communicated with the gas treatment chamber through a second connecting pipe, and the gas outlet of the gas treatment chamber is communicated with the gas inlet of the condenser (5) through a third connecting pipe; a microwave plasma device (4) provides a high temperature plasma flame to the gas processing chamber.

The microwave plasma oily waste liquid treatment device according to claim 1, further comprising a gas heat exchange device, wherein the gas heat exchange device comprises a gas heat exchange box (8), the gas heat exchange box (8) is provided with a working gas inlet and a working gas outlet, and the working gas outlet is communicated with a gas inlet of the microwave plasma device (4) through a fourth connecting pipe; the third connecting pipe penetrates through the gas heat exchange box (8) and is communicated with the gas inlet of the condenser (5).

The apparatus for treating oily waste liquid by microwave plasma according to claim 2, wherein the oil-water mixture storage tank (1) comprises an inner tank and an outer tank disposed outside the inner tank, a gap is left between the inner tank and the outer tank to form a preheating chamber (6), the third connecting pipe is communicated with the preheating chamber (6), the oil-water mixture storage tank (1) is connected with a fifth connecting pipe communicated with the preheating chamber (6), and the fifth connecting pipe is communicated with the air inlet of the condenser (5).

4. A microwave plasma apparatus for treating an oil-containing waste liquid according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the third connecting pipe extends into the gas treatment chamber and into the high temperature plasma flame zone of the gas treatment chamber.

5. A microwave plasma treatment apparatus for an oily waste liquid according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the water outlet of the condenser (5) is connected to a condensed water tank (7).

A microwave plasma treatment apparatus for oily waste liquid according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the liquid outlet of the oil-water mixture storage barrel (1) is connected with a water pump (9) through a first connecting pipe, and the liquid outlet pipe of the water pump (9) is communicated with the liquid inlet of the evaporator (2).

Background

The oil-water mixed liquid is an industrial liquid used for cooling and lubricating cutters and workpieces in metal cutting and grinding processes. Currently, commercially available cutting fluids are classified into water-soluble (water-based) fluids and water-insoluble (oil-based) fluids according to the chemical composition of the oil. Oil-based cutting fluids generally do not deteriorate due to odor, and the reason for replacing the cutting fluid is mainly due to chemical changes of the cutting fluid, an increase in the amount of mixed chips, leakage of a large amount of machine tool lubricating oil, mixing of water, and the like. The final treatment of waste oil with oil-based cutting fluid is generally a combustion treatment, and waste oil may be regenerated in order to save resources. The waste liquid treatment of the water-based cutting fluid can be classified into physical treatment, chemical treatment, biological treatment and combustion treatment. Since the compositions of water-based cutting fluids vary, there has been no fixed method for treatment, and the above-mentioned methods are generally used in combination according to the properties of the waste fluid to be treated.

The components of the oil-water mixed liquid are complex, the wastewater has the characteristics of high COD value, high phosphorus content, high content of emulsified substances and the like, the treatment difficulty is high, and particularly the emulsified substances in the water are difficult to remove in the conventional method. Therefore, the method is urgently needed to provide a method which can better remove COD and phosphorus in the cutting fluid wastewater and realize the standard discharge of the cutting fluid wastewater.

Based on the technical problems in the background art, the invention provides a device for treating oily waste liquid by using microwave plasma.

The invention provides a microwave plasma device for treating oil-containing waste liquid, which comprises an oil-water mixed liquid storage barrel, an evaporator, a gas processor, a microwave plasma device and a condenser, wherein the oil-water mixed liquid storage barrel is connected with the evaporator; the liquid outlet of the oil-water mixed liquid storage barrel is communicated with the liquid inlet of the evaporator through a first connecting pipe, the gas processor is provided with a gas treatment chamber, the steam outlet of the evaporator is communicated with the gas treatment chamber through a second connecting pipe, and the gas outlet of the gas treatment chamber is communicated with the gas inlet of the condenser through a third connecting pipe; the microwave plasma device provides a high temperature plasma flame to the gas processing chamber.

Preferably, the microwave plasma device also comprises a gas heat exchange device, wherein the gas heat exchange device comprises a gas heat exchange box, the gas heat exchange box is provided with a working gas inlet and a working gas outlet, and the working gas outlet is communicated with a gas inlet of the microwave plasma device through a fourth connecting pipe; the third connecting pipe penetrates through the gas heat exchange box and is communicated with the gas inlet of the condenser.

Preferably, the oil-water mixed liquid storage barrel comprises an inner barrel and an outer barrel arranged outside the inner barrel, a gap is reserved between the inner barrel and the outer barrel to form a preheating cavity, the third connecting pipe is communicated with the preheating cavity, the oil-water mixed liquid storage barrel is connected with a fifth connecting pipe communicated with the preheating cavity, and the fifth connecting pipe is communicated with an air inlet of the condenser.

Preferably, the third connecting tube extends into the gas treatment chamber and into the high temperature plasma flame zone of the gas treatment chamber.

Preferably, the water outlet of the condenser is connected with a condensed water tank.

Preferably, the liquid outlet of the oil-water mixed liquid storage barrel is connected with a water pump through a first connecting pipe, and the liquid outlet pipe of the water pump is communicated with the liquid inlet of the evaporator.

According to the device for treating the oily waste liquid by using the microwave plasma, disclosed by the invention, an evaporator is used for evaporating and cracking the oily water mixed liquid, so that oil-water mixed steam is generated, and the temperature of the oil-water mixed steam is about 200 ℃; the microwave plasma device provides 3000K-6000K high-temperature plasma flame for the gas treatment chamber, oil-water mixed liquid steam enters the gas treatment chamber, oil steam, water steam and oxygen in the air are cracked by microwave plasma, and the generated ozone, hydroxyl and the like are utilized to oxidize the oil steam, so that the oil steam is treated more fully; the tail gas generated by the plasma cracking treatment can preheat the working gas of the microwave plasma device, so that the treatment efficiency is improved, the oil-water mixed liquid can be preheated, the evaporation efficiency is improved, and the energy-saving effect is achieved; the condenser 5 condenses the treated tail gas, and the condensed water is used as the other purpose.

The automatic feeding device automatically feeds materials through the water pump, and continuously generates steam; the oil-water mixed steam is treated by microwave plasma, so that the oil-water mixed gas is treated more thoroughly; the generated high-temperature tail gas is used for preheating the mixed liquid of the working gas and the oil water, so that the treatment efficiency is improved.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides a microwave plasma device for treating oil-containing waste liquid, which comprises an oil-water mixed liquid storage barrel 1, an evaporator 2, a gas processor 3, a microwave plasma device 4, a gas heat exchange device and a condenser 5; wherein:

the oil-water mixed liquid storage barrel 1 comprises an inner barrel and an outer barrel arranged outside the inner barrel, and a gap is reserved between the inner barrel and the outer barrel to form a preheating cavity 6. The liquid outlet of the oil-water mixed liquid storage barrel 1 is connected with a water pump 9 through a first connecting pipe, and the liquid outlet pipe of the water pump 9 is communicated with the liquid inlet of the evaporator 2. The oil-water mixed liquid storage barrel 1 is connected with a fifth connecting pipe communicated with the preheating cavity 6, and the fifth connecting pipe is communicated with an air inlet of the condenser 5. The water outlet of the condenser 5 is connected with a condensed water tank 7.

The gas processor 3 is provided with a gas processing chamber, a steam outlet of the evaporator 2 is communicated with the gas processing chamber through a second connecting pipe, and the microwave plasma device 4 provides high-temperature plasma flame for the gas processing chamber. The gas outlet of the gas treatment chamber is connected with a third connecting pipe, and the third connecting pipe extends into the gas treatment chamber and extends into the high-temperature plasma flame zone of the gas treatment chamber.

The gas heat exchange device comprises a gas heat exchange box 8, the gas heat exchange box 8 is provided with a working gas inlet and a working gas outlet, and the working gas outlet is communicated with the gas inlet of the microwave plasma device 4 through a fourth connecting pipe. The third connecting pipe penetrates through the gas heat exchange box 8 and is communicated with the preheating cavity 6.

The evaporator 2 of the invention evaporates and cracks the mixed liquid containing oil and water, thereby generating oil-water mixed steam, and the temperature of the oil-water mixed steam is about 200 ℃; the microwave plasma device 4 provides 3000K-6000K high temperature plasma flame for the gas treatment chamber, oil-water mixed liquid steam enters the gas treatment chamber, oil steam, water steam and oxygen in the air are cracked by microwave plasma, and the generated ozone, hydroxyl and the like are utilized to oxidize the oil steam, so that the oil steam treatment is more sufficient.

The tail gas generated by the plasma cracking treatment can preheat the working gas of the microwave plasma device 4, so that the treatment efficiency is improved, the oil-water mixed liquid can be preheated, the evaporation efficiency is improved, and the energy-saving effect is achieved. The condenser 5 condenses the treated tail gas, the condensed water is used as the other purpose, and the gas is directly discharged.
