1. A charging machine, characterized by comprising:
a base (1);
the bracket is connected with the base (1) in a sliding manner along the length direction of the base (1);
the limiting part (3) comprises a limiting barrel (31), one end of the limiting barrel (31) in the axial direction is provided with an open limiting groove, the limiting barrel (31) is rotatably connected with the support, and the limiting barrel (31) is provided with a first position where the opening of the limiting barrel (31) faces upwards and a second position where the opening of the limiting barrel (31) faces the sliding direction of the support;
the filling barrel is arranged in the limiting groove, and the opening of the filling barrel is consistent with the opening of the limiting barrel (31) in direction;
the filling part (4) can extend into the filling barrel, and is in clearance fit with the inner wall of the filling barrel.
2. The machine according to claim 1, characterized in that said support and said base (1) are provided, one with a chute (21) and the other with a sliding rail (11).

The charging machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the support comprises a sliding plate (22), a supporting frame (23) and a plurality of fixing members (24), the sliding plate (22) is in sliding fit with the base (1), the plurality of fixing members (24) are arranged on two sides of the supporting frame (23) at intervals along the sliding direction of the sliding plate (22) and fix the supporting frame (23) on the sliding plate (22), and the limiting barrel (31) is rotatably connected with the supporting frame (23).

The charging machine according to claim 3, characterized in that the supporting frame (23) comprises two supporting columns (231) which are spaced apart and are perpendicular to the horizontal plane, the limit barrel (31) is located between the two supporting columns (231), and the two supporting columns (231) are respectively and rotatably connected with the limit barrel (31) through bearings along the peripheral wall perpendicular to the sliding direction of the sliding plate (22).

The filling machine according to any of the claims 1-6, characterized in that the stopping portion (3) further comprises two stopping plates (32), the peripheral wall of the stopping tub (31) is provided with an opening from which the filling tub can enter the stopping groove, the two stopping plates (32) have a third position that simultaneously covers the opening of the stopping groove and a fourth position that simultaneously opens the opening of the stopping groove, the stopping plates (32) are hinged to the stopping tub (31), and the two stopping plates (32) are snapped into each other.

The filling machine according to any of the claims 1-6, characterized in that the limiting part (3) further comprises a limiting plate (32), the peripheral wall of the limiting barrel (31) is provided with an opening from which the filling barrel can enter the limiting groove, the limiting plate (32) has a third position covering the opening of the limiting groove and a fourth position opening the opening of the limiting groove, and the limiting plate (32) is hinged to the limiting barrel (31) along one side perpendicular to the axial direction of the limiting barrel (31) and is clamped to the limiting plate (32) along the other side.
9. A charger as claimed in any one of claims 1-6, characterized in that it further comprises a first driving member (5), said first driving member (5) driving said carriage in sliding movement.
10. The charging machine according to claim 9, characterized in that it further comprises a second drive which drives the limit bucket (31) to switch between the first and second position.

the filling barrel is arranged in the limiting groove, and the opening of the filling barrel is consistent with the opening of the limiting barrel in direction;
the filling part can extend into the filling barrel and is in clearance fit with the inner wall of the filling barrel.
As the preferred technical scheme of the charger, one of the support and the base is provided with a sliding chute, and the other is provided with a sliding rail.
As the preferred technical scheme of the feeding machine, the support comprises a sliding plate, a supporting frame and a plurality of fixing pieces, the sliding plate is in sliding fit with the base, the fixing pieces are arranged on two sides of the supporting frame at intervals along the sliding direction of the sliding plate, the supporting frame is fixed on the sliding plate, and the limiting barrel is rotatably connected with the supporting frame.
As the preferable technical scheme of the charging machine, the supporting frame comprises two supporting columns which are spaced and perpendicular to the horizontal plane, the limiting barrel is positioned between the two supporting columns, and the two supporting columns are respectively and rotationally connected with the limiting barrel through a bearing along the peripheral wall perpendicular to the sliding direction of the sliding plate.

Optionally, the bracket and the base 1 are provided with a sliding groove 21 one and a sliding rail 11 the other. In this embodiment, the bracket is provided with a sliding groove 21, the base 1 is provided with a sliding rail 11, and the sliding rail 11 is slidably connected with the sliding groove 21.
Optionally, the support includes slide 22, support frame 23 and a plurality of mounting 24, slide 22 and base 1 sliding fit, and a plurality of mounting 24 set up in the both sides of support frame 23 along the slip direction interval of slide 22, and with support frame 23 fixed in slide 22, spacing bucket 31 is connected with support frame 23 rotation. In this embodiment, the advantage that the supporting frame 23 and the sliding plate 22 are detachably connected by the plurality of fixing members 24 is that the supporting frame 23 with different sizes can be replaced, when the filling barrels with other sizes are required to be filled with slurry, the limiting barrel 31 and the supporting frame 23 corresponding to the size of the filling barrel can be replaced, and meanwhile, the supporting frame 23 is fixed on the sliding plate 22 by the fixing members 24. Preferably, the fixing member 24 is a rotary clamping cylinder, the rotary clamping cylinder includes a cylinder body and a clamping portion, the cylinder body is fixedly connected to the sliding plate 22, and the cylinder body drives the clamping portion and presses the supporting frame 23 to the sliding plate 22.
Optionally, the supporting frame 23 includes two supporting columns 231 spaced apart and perpendicular to the horizontal plane, the position-limiting barrel 31 is located between the two supporting columns 231, and the two supporting columns 231 are rotatably connected to the circumferential wall of the position-limiting barrel 31 along the direction perpendicular to the sliding direction of the sliding plate 22 through bearings. In this embodiment, a bearing seat is disposed at an end of the supporting column 231 away from the sliding plate 22, two rotating shafts are disposed on the circumferential wall of the limiting barrel 31 along the direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the limiting barrel 31, the two rotating shafts are collinear, and the bearing seat and the rotating shaft corresponding thereto are rotatably connected through a bearing.
Optionally, the sliding plate 22 is convexly provided with a limiting column 25, and the limiting column 25 limits the supporting frame 23 to slide along the horizontal direction. In this embodiment, the limiting posts 25 and the fixing members 24 cooperate to fix the supporting frame 23 on the sliding plate 22.

In this embodiment, the first driving member 5 is a telescopic cylinder, the telescopic cylinder is fixedly connected to the base 1, and a telescopic end of the telescopic cylinder is fixedly connected to the sliding plate 22.
Optionally, the charging machine further comprises a second driving element, and the second driving element drives the limit barrel 31 to switch between the first position and the second position. In this embodiment, the second driving member is a rotary cylinder.
Example two
This embodiment is basically the same as the first embodiment, and the only difference lies in that spacing portion 3 still includes limiting plate 32, and the perisporium of spacing bucket 31 is provided with uncovered, and the filling bucket can get into the spacing groove from uncovered, and limiting plate 32 has the uncovered third position that covers the spacing groove and the uncovered fourth position of opening the spacing groove, and limiting plate 32 along the axial one side of perpendicular to spacing bucket 31 with spacing bucket 31 articulated, the opposite side with limiting plate 32 joint. In this embodiment, when installing a filling section of thick bamboo, at first switch limiting plate 32 to the fourth position, then put into the spacing inslot through uncovered with the filling bucket, then switch limiting plate 32 to the third position again, and limiting plate 32 and spacing bucket 31 joint.
