1. A control system for a machine passenger's waiting position, comprising:

a detection means for detecting whether the preferred stairway position is occupied; and

a position assignment unit configured to:

when the first-choice elevator waiting position is not occupied, determining the first-choice elevator waiting position as a target elevator waiting position;

and when the preferred elevator waiting position is occupied, determining the candidate elevator waiting position as the target elevator waiting position or sending a prompt.

2. The control system for a machine passenger's waiting position according to claim 1, wherein the position assigning unit is configured to issue a prompt and wait for a specific time when the preferred waiting position is occupied.

3. The control system for a machine passenger's waiting position according to claim 2, wherein after the specified time, the detecting means detects again whether the preferred waiting position is occupied, and if the preferred waiting position is not occupied, the preferred waiting position is determined as the target waiting position, and if the preferred waiting position is still occupied, the candidate waiting position is determined as the target waiting position.

4. The control system of a machine passenger's waiting position according to claim 1, wherein the control system of a machine passenger's waiting position is integrated into a machine passenger, the machine passenger comprising: a machine passenger body; a moving device that drives the machine passenger body to move; a position determining device for detecting a position of the machine passenger in the building; and a communication device for communicating with the elevator control device.

5. The control system for a machine passenger's waiting space according to claim 1, wherein the space allocation unit includes a memory storing a map including scenes around at least one lobby and preferred and alternative lobby locations at the at least one lobby.

6. The control system of a machine passenger's waiting position according to claim 1, wherein the control system of a machine passenger's waiting position is integrated into an elevator control system, the control system of a machine passenger's waiting position further comprising means for visualizing the target waiting position.

7. The control system for a machine passenger landing position according to claim 6, wherein visualizing the target landing position includes changing the lighting and/or color of the target landing position.

8. The control system for a machine passenger's waiting position according to claim 6, wherein the control system for a machine passenger's waiting position comprises: and the projection lamp projects the target elevator waiting position.

9. The control system for a machine passenger's waiting position according to claim 6, wherein the control system for a machine passenger's waiting position comprises: at least one floor light embedded in the floor, the at least one floor light mapping out of the target lobby location.

10. The control system for a machine passenger landing position according to claim 6, wherein visualizing the target landing position includes visualizing a textual or symbolic indication of the at least one landing position.

11. A method for controlling a waiting position of a passenger in a machine, comprising:

detecting whether the preferred elevator waiting position is occupied; and

when the first-choice elevator waiting position is not occupied, determining the first-choice elevator waiting position as a target elevator waiting position;

and when the preferred elevator waiting position is occupied, determining the candidate elevator waiting position as the target elevator waiting position or sending a prompt.

12. The method of claim 11, wherein a voice prompt is issued and waiting for a specified time while the preferred landing position is occupied.

13. The method for controlling a waiting position for passengers on board a vehicle as claimed in claim 12, wherein after the specified time, it is redetected whether the preferred waiting position is occupied, and if the preferred waiting position is not occupied, the preferred waiting position is determined as the target waiting position, and if the preferred waiting position is still occupied, the candidate waiting position is determined as the target waiting position.

14. The method of controlling a machine passenger's waiting position according to claim 11, further comprising controlling a machine passenger to move to the target waiting position.

15. The method of controlling a machine passenger landing position according to claim 11, further comprising visualizing the target landing position.

16. The method of controlling a machine passenger landing position according to claim 15, wherein visualizing the target landing position includes changing lighting and/or colors of the target landing position.

17. The method of controlling a machine passenger waiting position according to claim 15, wherein visualizing the target waiting position comprises projecting the target waiting position using a projection lamp.

18. The method of controlling a machine passenger waiting position according to claim 15, wherein visualizing the target waiting position comprises illuminating a light embedded in a floor at the target waiting position.

19. The method of controlling a machine passenger's waiting position according to claim 15, wherein visualizing the target waiting position includes visualizing a text or logo indication on the target waiting position.

20. The method of controlling a machine passenger waiting position according to claim 11, further comprising: assigning a designated elevator based on one or more of machine passenger information, elevator system information, and building information, and determining a preferred or alternate landing location corresponding to the designated elevator as a target landing location.

Background

With the rapid development of the robot field, the mobile communication field, and the artificial intelligence field, movable machine passengers gradually enter everyday lives. There are some machine passengers moving in a building, such as robots performing meal service at hotels, etc., that need to use elevators when performing tasks. Such robots are predisposed with a fixed position of the waiting elevator, which, if occupied, can cause the machine passengers to stay, to make turns around, etc., with the result of causing obstacles to the passengers on board the elevator.

Disclosure of Invention

It is an object of the present invention to solve or at least alleviate problems in the prior art.

In one aspect, a control system for a passenger waiting position of a machine is provided, comprising:

a detection means for detecting whether the preferred stairway position is occupied; and

a position assignment unit configured to:

when the first-choice elevator waiting position is not occupied, determining the first-choice elevator waiting position as a target elevator waiting position;

and when the preferred elevator waiting position is occupied, determining the candidate elevator waiting position as the target elevator waiting position or sending a prompt.

Optionally, the location assignment unit is configured to issue a voice prompt and wait for a specified time when the preferred lobby location is occupied.

Optionally, after the specific time, the detecting device detects whether the first-mentioned elevator waiting position is occupied again, when the first-mentioned elevator waiting position is not occupied, the first-mentioned elevator waiting position is determined as the target elevator waiting position, and if the first-mentioned elevator waiting position is still occupied, the candidate elevator waiting position is determined as the target elevator waiting position.

Optionally, the detection means comprises a lidar sensor and/or a camera sensor.

Optionally, the control system of the machine passenger's waiting position is integrated in a machine passenger, the machine passenger comprising: a machine passenger body; a moving device that drives the machine passenger body to move; a position determining device for detecting a position of the machine passenger in the building; and a communication device for communicating with the elevator control device.

Optionally, the location allocation unit comprises a memory, said memory storing a map, said map comprising scenes around at least one lobby and a preferred lobby and an alternative lobby location at the at least one lobby.

Optionally, the control system of the machine passenger waiting position is integrated in an elevator control system, and the control system of the machine passenger waiting position further comprises a device for displaying the target waiting position.

Optionally, visualizing the target landing position comprises changing the lighting and/or color of the target landing position.

Optionally, the control system for the machine passenger waiting position comprises: and the projection lamp projects the target elevator waiting position.

Optionally, the control system for the machine passenger waiting position comprises: at least one floor light embedded in the floor, the at least one floor light mapping out of the target lobby location.

Optionally, presenting the target landing location comprises presenting a text or logo indication for the target landing location.

In another aspect, a method for controlling a waiting position of a passenger in a machine is provided, which comprises the following steps:

detecting whether the preferred elevator waiting position is occupied; and

when the first-choice elevator waiting position is not occupied, determining the first-choice elevator waiting position as a target elevator waiting position;

and when the preferred elevator waiting position is occupied, determining the candidate elevator waiting position as the target elevator waiting position or sending a prompt.

Optionally, in the method, a voice prompt is issued and a certain time is waited for when the preferred lobby location is occupied.

Optionally, after the specific time, re-detecting whether the first-selected elevator waiting position is occupied, if the first-selected elevator waiting position is not occupied, determining the first-selected elevator waiting position as the target elevator waiting position, and if the first-selected elevator waiting position is still occupied, determining the candidate elevator waiting position as the target elevator waiting position.

Optionally, in the method, the detection device comprises a lidar sensor and/or a camera sensor.

Optionally, in the method, the method further comprises controlling movement of a machine passenger to the target landing position.

Optionally, in the method, the method further comprises visualizing the target stairway location.

Optionally, in the method, visualizing the target landing position comprises changing the lighting and/or color of the target landing position.

Optionally, in the method, visualizing the target lobby location comprises projecting the target lobby location with a projection lamp.

Optionally, the method further comprises: assigning a designated elevator based on one or more of machine passenger information, elevator system information, and building information, and determining a preferred or alternate landing location corresponding to the designated elevator as a target landing location.

The device and the method realize better interaction between the machine passengers and people in the elevator taking process of the machine passengers.

Detailed Description

The machine passenger in the following embodiments of the present invention may be various types of robots that can ride an elevator, such as a take-out robot, a meal delivery robot, a courier robot, etc., and may also be a controlled autonomous moving transport vehicle. It will be appreciated that the particular type, configuration and/or use of the machine passenger may be varied, and is limited by the following embodiments of the invention.

The invention provides a control system for a waiting position of a machine passenger, which comprises: a detection means for detecting whether the preferred stairway position is occupied; and a position assigning unit configured to: when the first-choice elevator waiting position is not occupied, determining the first-choice elevator waiting position as a target elevator waiting position; and when the preferred elevator waiting position is occupied, determining the candidate elevator waiting position as the target elevator waiting position or sending a prompt.

Referring to fig. 1, an elevator system to which a control system of a machine passenger's waiting position according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied is shown. An elevator system includes: at least one elevator 1 (only one elevator is shown in the figure), e.g. one, two or more elevators; an elevator control device (not shown) that controls the operation of the at least one elevator 1; and at least one lobby location 31,32,33,34 located at least one lobby in the building; wherein the elevator control can be integrated with the control system of the machine passenger waiting position according to the invention. The detection means can be implemented, for example, as a camera 4 arranged in the lobby, and the position allocation unit can be integrated in the control of the elevator control. The elevator control is arranged to allocate the elevator performing said landing request upon reception of the landing request signal issued by the machine passenger, and the control system of the landing position of the machine passenger determines at least one landing position 31,32,33,34 corresponding to said allocated elevator as the target landing position and optionally informs and/or visualizes the machine passenger of the target landing position. In the context of the present invention, rendering a location refers to changing a location from a normal state to a more prominent, more perceptible state, for example by a change in lighting, color, etc. In the present disclosure, a lobby may refer to an lobby of each floor, such as a bottom lobby or any other floor. The at least one landing location comprises a preferred landing location 31 and candidate landing locations 32,33, 34. The step of determining the target elevator position specifically comprises the following steps: detecting whether the preferred lobby location 31 is occupied by a detection device; and the position assigning unit is configured to: when the first-choice elevator position 31 is not occupied, determining the first-choice elevator position 31 as a target elevator position; when the preferred candidate 31 has been occupied, then at least one of the candidate positions 32,33,34 (e.g., unoccupied) is determined as the target or a prompt is issued.

In some embodiments, illumination and/or color changes may be utilized to visualize at least one of the stair locations. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the elevator system may include a projection device 2, the projection device 2 may project light corresponding to a preferred landing location 31, and optionally, the light may include a text prompt, such as projecting a word "machine passenger landing location," or the light may include a pattern prompt, such as a machine passenger pattern, or both. In other embodiments, the elevator system may include lights embedded beneath the preferred landing location 31 and the optional alternate landing locations 32,33,34 that may be illuminated in response to being determined as the target landing location and may cause text or graphics to appear on transparent covers above the ground, for example, at the preferred landing location 31 and the optional alternate landing locations 32,33, 34. By the arrangement, when no machine passenger takes the elevator, other passengers do not or are not easy to notice at least one elevator waiting position 31,32,33,34 for the machine passenger to take the elevator, and when the machine passenger needs to take the elevator, other passengers can clearly know the elevator waiting position of the machine passenger and give the position out.

In the embodiment shown, the preferred landing location 31 is located on the right side of the landing door, in alternative embodiments the preferred landing location 31 may be located at any suitable location. In some embodiments, the elevator system may comprise a plurality of alternative positions 32,33,34 for the machine passenger to take the elevator, and the elevator control may be further configured to visualize at least one of the alternative positions 32,33,34 upon receiving the elevator taking request signal issued by the machine passenger. For example, the elevator system can detect whether a person occupies the preferred lobby location 31 by at least one camera arranged in the lobby. In case a landing request by a machine passenger is received and it is detected that the preferred candidate is occupied, the elevator system may detect whether a number of candidate positions 32,33,34 are occupied, determine and visualize one of the candidate positions as the target candidate position if it is not occupied, e.g. candidate position 34, and/or inform the machine passenger of the candidate position 34 to move said machine passenger directly to the candidate position 34. In addition, if a plurality of machine passengers simultaneously make elevator boarding requests, the elevator control can then, for example, simultaneously display the preferred and candidate elevator positions, send the preferred elevator position information to the first machine passenger, the first candidate elevator position to the second machine passenger, and so on, thereby allocating the elevator positions of the individual machine passengers.

In some embodiments, the elevator system may include a plurality of elevators, each of which may include a corresponding at least one lobby location for a machine passenger. The elevator control device is configured to assign a designated elevator to perform a machine passenger boarding request based on one or more of machine passenger information, elevator system information, and building information upon receiving a boarding request signal issued by the machine passenger, and the elevator control device presents at least one landing position corresponding to the assigned elevator and notifies the machine passenger. The machine passenger, upon receiving the notification, may move directly to the at least one lobby location corresponding to the assigned elevator. With this arrangement only the elevator position before the elevator allocated to perform the machine passenger's request for taking the elevator, i.e. the determined target elevator position, appears without affecting passengers waiting for other elevators. In some embodiments, the machine passenger information may include: the position of the machine passenger and the moving speed of the machine passenger, etc.; the elevator system information may include: the location, operating status, call orders received, elevator load, i.e. passengers in the current elevator and their destination floors, etc. of each of said elevators; the building information includes the density of people in each area in the building, the closing or opening condition of the access control system, and the like.

In addition, the elevator control apparatus can also take into account building-related information, such as the density of people in the movement path of the machine passenger, the density of people in the floor, the density of people at the lobby, etc., when assigning a designated elevator to perform the elevator boarding request of the machine passenger. When the elevator taking request signals of a plurality of machine passengers are received, the elevator control device can allocate the elevator which executes the elevator taking request of each machine passenger according to the information. In some embodiments, the elevator system may decide whether or when to assign an elevator to a machine passenger based on the current elevator load, e.g., when the elevator load is large, the machine passenger may be allowed to wait in a waiting position so as not to affect the boarding passenger. In some embodiments, if the machine passenger is farther from the elevators in the elevator system, allocation of an elevator may be delayed so that the machine passenger is allocated after approaching. In any embodiment where allocation of an elevator is delayed, presenting the target landing location may be performed after allocation of the elevator. In addition, the devices according to the invention, such as floor lights, projector lights, camera devices, etc. at least one landing location, may be arranged at a certain floor, such as the bottom floor, or these devices may be arranged at each floor.

Furthermore, the control system of the machine passenger's waiting position according to an embodiment of the invention can also be used as part of a machine passenger, which can be used alone or in combination with the elevator system according to the invention, to achieve a better interaction between the person and the machine passenger during the waiting. Wherein the machine passenger may include: a machine passenger body; a moving device driving the machine passenger main body to move; a position determining device for detecting the position of a machine passenger in the building; a communication device for communicating with the elevator control device; and a control system for the machine passenger's waiting position according to an embodiment of the present invention. As described above, the control system for the machine passenger's waiting position may include a detection device, such as a camera or a lidar sensor, for detecting whether the preferred waiting position is occupied; and a position assigning unit configured to: when the first-choice elevator waiting position is not occupied, determining the first-choice elevator waiting position as a target elevator waiting position; and when the preferred elevator waiting position is occupied, determining the candidate elevator waiting position as the target elevator waiting position or giving out a prompt so as to avoid the person occupying the preferred elevator waiting position. The detection device may be a detection device which the machine passenger has itself, and the position allocation unit may be integrated in the control device of the machine passenger. In some embodiments, the control device of the machine passenger is configured to control the machine passenger to preferentially move near the preferred lobby location 31 at the at least one lobby and detect whether the preferred lobby location 31 is occupied when the machine passenger needs to take a ride; if the preferred elevator waiting position 31 is not occupied, the machine passenger is controlled to move to the preferred elevator waiting position 31; if the preferred landing position 31 is already occupied, the machine passenger is controlled to move directly to the alternative landing positions 32,33,34 or to issue a prompt. A machine passenger according to an embodiment of the present invention does not stay or spin around or collide with a person while the lobby location is occupied.

In some embodiments, with the control system of a machine passenger's waiting position according to an embodiment of the present invention, the control device of the machine passenger may be configured to stop moving, issue a voice prompt, e.g., "please leave", etc., after the machine passenger moves to the vicinity of the preferred waiting position 31 when the preferred waiting position 31 is occupied, and wait for a certain time, e.g., 1 second to 3 seconds. After a certain time, it is redetected whether the preferred landing position 31 is occupied, e.g. the preferred landing position 31 is not occupied, and the machine passenger is moved to the preferred landing position 31, e.g. the preferred landing position 31 is still occupied, and the machine passenger is moved to the alternative landing positions 32,33, 34.

In some embodiments, the location assigning unit may include a processor and a memory, the memory storing a machine passenger boarding routine that, when executed by the processor, controls the machine passenger to perform the above-described elevator waiting operations, and the memory may further store a map of a building in which the machine passenger is located, the map including a building plan map and a preferred elevator waiting location and an alternative elevator waiting location at least one elevator waiting hall. The building map may be self-rendered by the machine passenger by means of his detection device, for example a lidar sensor and/or a camera sensor, and saved in memory, or downloaded from a server. The preferred or alternative landing positions may be obtained by communication with the elevator control system or from a server. In some embodiments, the machine passenger may utilize detection devices such as laser radar sensors and/or camera sensors to detect whether the preferred landing position is occupied. In other embodiments, the machine passenger can detect whether the preferred lobby location 31 is occupied by means of communication with the elevator system and using the camera 4 of the elevator system. In this way, the machine passenger can know whether the preferred landing position is occupied away from the preferred landing position 31. In some embodiments, the machine passenger sends a ride request to the elevator control via the communication device and receives assigned elevator information from the elevator control, thereby moving directly to the preferred or alternate landing location of the assigned elevator.

In another aspect, a method for controlling a waiting position of a passenger in a machine is provided, which comprises the following steps: detecting whether the preferred elevator waiting position is occupied; when the first-choice elevator waiting position is not occupied, determining the first-choice elevator waiting position as a target elevator waiting position; and when the preferred elevator waiting position is occupied, determining the candidate elevator waiting position as the target elevator waiting position or sending a prompt. The method according to the invention can be implemented as a control method of an elevator system, which method can, for example, in some embodiments comprise: s11 receiving an elevator boarding request signal from a machine passenger; s12 allocating an elevator to execute the boarding request; and S13 visualizing at least one lobby location in the lobby corresponding to the assigned elevator. By this method, it is possible to notify the passenger of the vacation of the waiting position for the machine passenger before the machine passenger takes the elevator.

In some embodiments, the method may further comprise: judging whether a first-choice elevator waiting position 31 corresponding to the allocated elevator is occupied or not by using a camera 4 in the elevator waiting hall; and when the preferred landing position 31 is unoccupied, determining the preferred landing position 31 as the target landing rear position and optionally making it appear or informing it to the machine passenger; at least one of the alternative stairway positions 32,33 or 34 is determined as the destination stairway position and made visible when the preferred stairway position 31 has been occupied, and the machine passenger is notified or a prompt is issued. By this arrangement, when the passenger occupies the preferred waiting position prior to the machine passenger, the request for the passenger to move is avoided, and the machine passenger can receive the notification and directly move to the vacated alternative waiting position. As previously described, visualizing at least one of the positions of the stairs includes varying the illumination and/or color. For example, at least one lobby location is projected using the projection lamp 2, or a lamp embedded in the floor at least one lobby location is illuminated.

With continued reference to fig. 3, a flow chart of a method of controlling a machine passenger's waiting position according to the present invention is shown. The control method for the elevator waiting position of the machine passenger comprises the following steps: s21, sending an elevator taking request signal to an elevator control device; s22, receiving the allocated elevator information from the elevator control device, and moving the elevator to approach a preferred elevator waiting position corresponding to the allocated elevator in the elevator waiting hall; s23 detecting whether the preferred stairway position is occupied; and if the preferred landing position is not occupied, S25 determining the preferred landing position as the target landing position and moving to the preferred landing position; if the preferred lobby location has been occupied, S24 determines the candidate lobby location as the target lobby location and moves to the candidate lobby location. In this embodiment, the machine passenger is not in the way of the passenger and will be on his own at the alternative location.

With continued reference to fig. 4, in this embodiment, the steps preceding step S23 are the same as in the embodiment of fig. 3. After detecting whether the preferred elevator position is occupied at step S23, if the preferred elevator position is not occupied, S25 determines the preferred elevator position as the target elevator position, and moves to the preferred elevator position, and if the preferred elevator position is occupied, S26 moves to the vicinity of the preferred elevator position, stops moving, issues a voice prompt, and waits for a certain time, for example, 1 second to 3 seconds. After a certain time, it is detected again whether the first candidate position is occupied, if the first candidate position is not occupied, S25 determines the first candidate position as the target candidate position, and moves to the first candidate position, if the first candidate position is still occupied, S24 determines at least one candidate position as the target candidate position, and moves to the at least one candidate position. In this embodiment, the machine passenger's interaction with the passenger allows the passenger to learn the purpose of the machine passenger and to avoid the machine passenger's boarding location.
