The end of the adhesive tape 30 is extended and placed on the supporting surface 41, the end of the adhesive tape 30 is adhered at a designated position by moving the supporting portion 40 to make the supporting surface 41 approach to a predetermined adhering position, then the supporting portion 40 is moved to make the supporting surface 41 move in a direction opposite to the extending direction of the adhesive tape 30, the adhesive tape 30 is extended outward from the adhesive tape coil 31 while the adhesive tape coil 31 is rotated, the extending adhesive tape 30 is adhered at a predetermined position by the supporting surface 41, and the long-distance adhering of the adhesive tape 30 is completed. Alternatively, the support 10 is plate-shaped, and the tape dispenser 20 and the supporting portion 40 are disposed at the side of the support 10.
By applying the technical scheme of the invention, the adhesive tape rack 20 is arranged on the bracket 10, and the adhesive tape ring 31 of the adhesive tape 30 is rotatably sleeved on the adhesive tape rack 20; a support portion 40 is provided on the stand 10, the support portion 40 having a support surface 41, the support surface 41 being used for placing the adhesive tape 30, the support portion 40 being used for adhering the adhesive tape 30 to a preset position. When the adhesive tape is used, the end part of the adhesive tape 30 is abutted to the cable by the support part 40, the end part of the adhesive tape 30 is adhered to the cable, the support 10 is moved to extend the adhesive tape 30 outwards from the adhesive tape ring 31, the support part 40 moves along with the support 10 in the extension process, the adhesive tape 30 is always abutted to the cable, and the adhesive tape 30 is adhered to the cable in a long distance. By adopting the technical scheme, the support 10 can be remotely moved through the tool, so that the high-altitude operation of workers is avoided, the adhesive tape 30 can be quickly adhered to the preset position by moving the support 10, the operation is simple and convenient, and the labor force is saved.
In the present embodiment, the tape application apparatus further includes a cutter 50, the cutter 50 being provided on the support 10, the cutter 50 being used to cut the tape 30. Alternatively, the cutting member 50 may be scissors, a knife, or an object having a sharp tip, etc. Control structure may be provided to control the cutting member 50 to cut the adhesive tape 30 and also to move the holder 10 or the adhesive tape 30 so that the cutting member 50 is close to the adhesive tape 30 to cut the adhesive tape 30.
Specifically, the cutting element 50 is disposed between the tape dispenser 20 and the supporting portion 40, and the cutting edge 51 of the cutting element 50 is located on one side of the tape 30 close to the support 10. The adhesive tape 30 extends from the adhesive tape coil 31 to the supporting portion 40, and the cutting member 50 is disposed between the adhesive tape dispenser 20 and the supporting portion 40, so that the cutting member 50 is close to the adhesive tape 30 and saves space. The blade 51 is located on the side of the tape 30 adjacent to the holder 10, and the blade 51 can be brought close to the tape 30 to cut the tape 30.
In particular, the distance between the support surface 41 and the support 10 is adjustable. By adjusting the distance between the support surface 41 and the support 10, the distance between the tape 30 and the support 10 can be adjusted, so that the tape 30 can be moved closer to or farther away from the blade 51.
In the present embodiment, the support portion 40 includes a connection rod 42, an elastic member 43, and a support bracket 44. The connecting rod 42 is arranged on the bracket 10; one end of the elastic member 43 is connected to the connection rod 42; the other end of the elastic member 43 is connected to a support bracket 44, the support bracket 44 is movable relative to the connecting rod 42, and the support bracket 44 has a support surface 41. The elastic member 43 is arranged to move the supporting frame 44 relative to the connecting rod 42, so as to adjust the distance between the supporting surface 41 and the bracket 10. Specifically, compressing the elastic member 43 shortens the distance between the support surface 41 and the holder 10, i.e., shortens the distance between the adhesive tape 30 and the holder 10, thereby causing the blade 51 to cut off the adhesive tape 30. Alternatively, the elastic member 43 is a spring or the like.
In this embodiment, the tape dispenser further includes an operating member 60, the operating member 60 being detachably disposed on the bracket 10, the tape dispenser 20 and the supporting portion 40 being located at one side of the bracket 10, and the operating member 60 being located at the other side of the bracket 10. Optionally, the operating member 60 may be an insulating rod, the top end of the insulating rod is detachably connected to the support 10, and the worker operates the insulating rod on the ground to complete the adhesive tape adhering.
Specifically, the supporting surface 41 is an arc-shaped surface, and the extending direction of the arc-shaped surface is perpendicular to the axial direction of the adhesive tape loop 31. The cable is cylindrical, and the support surface 41 is set to be an arc-shaped surface so as to be more fit with the cable, so that the adhesive tape 30 can be completely fit with the cable and can be stuck on the cable. Generally, the radius of the arc-shaped surface is adapted to the radius of the cable.
As shown in fig. 2, the supporting frame 44 includes a connecting plate 441 and a cylinder 442 connected to each other, and the elastic member 43 is connected to the connecting plate 441. One side of the connecting plate 441 is connected with the elastic member 43, and the other side of the connecting plate is connected with the cylinder 442, and the connecting plate 441 is arranged to prevent the support frame 44 from being inclined when the elastic member 43 is compressed. The cylindrical body 442 has an opening in the top thereof in the axial direction of the tape 30, the inner surface of the cylindrical body 442 forms the support surface 41, the cylindrical body 442 is provided with guide portions 443, the guide portions 443 are disposed on both sides of the opening, and the interval between the guide portions 443 on both sides of the opening is gradually reduced toward the inside of the cylindrical body 442. The guide portions 443 prevent the tape 30 from being separated from the supporting surface 41.
Specifically, the cutting edge 51 of the cutting member 50 is serrated. The serrated edge 51 provides better tape separation.
Specifically, the operating member 60 is located at the bottom of the support portion 40. With this arrangement, it is easier to apply an external force to the support portion 40 through the operation member 60, thereby facilitating the movement of the support portion 40 or the compression of the elastic member 43.
By applying the technical scheme, after the end part of the adhesive tape 30 is adhered to the preset position by the supporting part 40, the support 10 is moved to extend the adhesive tape 30 outwards from the adhesive tape ring 31, and meanwhile, the extended adhesive tape 30 is adhered to the cable by the supporting part 40, so that the adhesive tape 30 is adhered to the cable at a long distance; the supporting portion 40 includes a connecting rod 42, an elastic member 43 and a supporting frame 44, and the distance between the supporting surface 41 and the support 10 can be shortened by compressing the elastic member 43, so that the distance between the adhesive tape 30 and the support 10 can be shortened, and the adhesive tape 30 can be cut by the blade 51, thereby facilitating the operation.
