Article conveying device
1. An article conveying apparatus, comprising:
the first chain and the second chain are two vertically arranged annular chains with the same shape and size, chain wheels are respectively arranged at two ends of each annular chain, and the first chain and the second chain synchronously move under the driving of a driving mechanism; the horizontal planes of the first chain and the second chain are parallel to each other, the first chain and the second chain are respectively provided with a first end and a second end along the length direction, and the first end of the first chain and the first end of the second chain are staggered by a set distance in the horizontal direction, so that the second end of the first chain and the second end of the second chain are staggered by the set distance in the horizontal direction; a first cylindrical pin extending to one side of the second chain is arranged on the first chain, and a second cylindrical pin extending to one side of the first chain is arranged on the second chain; and
the connecting mechanism is bridged between the first chain and the second chain and comprises a strip-shaped pushing hand mounting plate, two connecting rods, two connecting blocks and a pushing hand, the pushing hand mounting plate is horizontally arranged, the two ends of the pushing hand mounting plate are respectively provided with the connecting rods which are respectively a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod, and the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are arranged along the two sides of the pushing hand mounting plate in a staggered manner; the free end of the first connecting rod is connected with the first cylindrical pin through a connecting block, and the free end of the second connecting rod is connected with the second cylindrical pin through another connecting block; the pushing hand is arranged on the pushing hand mounting plate and is vertical to the pushing hand mounting plate.
2. The article conveying device according to claim 1, wherein the pushing arm is an L-shaped baffle, one side of the L-shaped baffle is fixedly connected to the pushing arm mounting plate, and the other side of the L-shaped baffle is perpendicular to the pushing arm mounting plate.
3. An article transfer device as in claim 1 wherein the first and second pins comprise a plurality of pin banks and wherein the plurality of pin banks are evenly distributed on the first and second chains.
4. The article conveying device according to claim 1, wherein at least one first chain wheel is provided at each of two ends of the first chain, the first chain is sleeved on the first chain wheel, at least one second chain wheel is provided at each of two ends of the second chain, the second chain is sleeved on the second chain wheel, and the first chain wheel and the second chain wheel are connected to a power output end of the driving motor through a linkage shaft.
5. The article conveying device according to claim 1, further comprising a frame, wherein side plates are respectively disposed on two sides of the feeding direction of the frame, the two side plates are disposed in a parallel manner, the first chain and the second chain are disposed between the two side plates, and a belt tightness adjusting assembly for adjusting tightness of the first chain or the second chain is disposed on an outer side of each side plate.
6. An article transfer device as in claim 5 wherein the belt tightness adjustment assembly comprises: the chain is meshed with the fixed wheel, the tensioning wheel and the adjusting wheel; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the shaft of the fixed wheel is fixed on the side plate;
the side plate is provided with an adjusting hole, the shaft of the adjusting wheel passes through the adjusting hole to be connected with one chain wheel of the first chain or the second chain, and the shaft of the adjusting wheel is transversely adjusted in the adjusting hole;
and a tensioning groove is further formed in the side plate, and a shaft of the tensioning wheel penetrates through the tensioning groove and is in sliding connection with the tensioning groove.
7. The article conveying device according to claim 6, wherein a sliding block is sleeved on the shaft of the adjusting wheel after passing through the adjusting hole, at least one screw hole fixedly connected with the side plate is formed in the sliding block, at least one strip-shaped hole for allowing an adjusting screw to slide is formed in the side edge of the adjusting hole, and the threaded portion of the adjusting screw passes through the strip-shaped hole and is fixedly connected with the screw hole of the sliding block.
8. An article transfer device as in claim 6 wherein the adjustment aperture is flanked by position markings.
9. The article transfer device of claim 6, wherein the fixed sheave, the tensioning sheave, and the adjustment sheave are not collinear, and the tensioning sheave is located between the fixed sheave and the adjustment sheave.
10. An article transfer device as in claim 1 further comprising: the device comprises a transmission belt for conveying articles and a belt tightness adjusting component for adjusting the tightness of the transmission belt; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the belt tightness adjusting assembly comprises:
the belt tensioning wheel is arranged on the inner side of the transmission belt;
a rotating gear rotating under an external force;
the eccentric adjusting shaft comprises a first section, a second section and a third section, one end of the first section is rotatably connected with the axis of the belt tensioning wheel, one end of the third section is fixedly connected with the axis of the rotating gear, the other end of the first section and the other end of the third section are respectively fixed with two ends of the second section, and the central axis of the belt tensioning wheel is not collinear with the central axis of the rotating gear.
Background
Before the goods are sold, the goods need to be packaged, for example, a layer of packaging film is coated outside the goods, so that the dirtying is avoided, and the subsequent transportation is facilitated. In the packaging and packing process, the transfer of the articles generally requires the use of a transfer device, which includes a conveyor belt that can be put into motion by means of a conveyor chain. The conveying device comprises a pusher hand which is configured for pushing the article.
The existing conveying device mostly adopts double-chain transmission, two ends of a pushing hand are directly bridged between two chains, the motion trail of the pushing hand is changed from horizontal conveying to vertical conveying in the vertical direction in the synchronous motion process along with the chains, particularly when the pushing hand moves to two ends of the chains, and the pushing hand can tip over due to unstable motion, so that the packaging and packaging of articles are influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to provide an article conveying apparatus to solve the problems mentioned in the background above.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the application provides an article conveying device, includes:
the first chain and the second chain are two vertically arranged annular chains with the same shape and size, chain wheels are respectively arranged at two ends of each annular chain, and the first chain and the second chain synchronously move under the driving of a driving mechanism; the horizontal planes of the first chain and the second chain are parallel to each other, the first chain and the second chain are respectively provided with a first end and a second end along the length direction, and the first end of the first chain and the first end of the second chain are staggered by a set distance in the horizontal direction, so that the second end of the first chain and the second end of the second chain are staggered by the set distance in the horizontal direction; a first cylindrical pin extending to one side of the second chain is arranged on the first chain, and a second cylindrical pin extending to one side of the first chain is arranged on the second chain; and
the connecting mechanism is bridged between the first chain and the second chain and comprises a strip-shaped pushing hand mounting plate, two connecting rods, two connecting blocks and a pushing hand, the pushing hand mounting plate is horizontally arranged, the two ends of the pushing hand mounting plate are respectively provided with the connecting rods which are respectively a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod, and the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are arranged along the two sides of the pushing hand mounting plate in a staggered manner; the free end of the first connecting rod is connected with the first cylindrical pin through a connecting block, and the free end of the second connecting rod is connected with the second cylindrical pin through another connecting block; the pushing hand is arranged on the pushing hand mounting plate and is vertical to the pushing hand mounting plate.
Preferably, the first chain and the second chain are in a runway shape, the upper side and the lower side are straight sides, and the left end and the right end are in a semi-circular arc shape.
Preferably, the pushing arm is an L-shaped baffle, one side of the L-shaped baffle is fixedly connected to the pushing arm mounting plate, and the other side of the L-shaped baffle is perpendicular to the pushing arm mounting plate.
Preferably, the first cylindrical pin and the second cylindrical pin form a cylindrical pin group, the first chain and the second chain comprise a plurality of cylindrical pin groups, and the plurality of cylindrical pin groups are uniformly distributed on the first chain and the second chain.
Preferably, both ends of the first chain are respectively provided with at least one first chain wheel, the first chain is sleeved on the first chain wheel, both ends of the second chain are respectively provided with at least one second chain wheel, the second chain is sleeved on the second chain wheel, and the first chain wheel and the second chain wheel are connected to a power output end of the driving motor through a linkage shaft.
More preferably, two ends of the first chain are respectively provided with a first chain wheel, the first chain is sleeved on the two first chain wheels, two ends of the second chain are respectively provided with a second chain wheel, and the second chain is sleeved on the two second chain wheels.
More preferably, the first chain and the second chain are square rings, four corners of the first chain are respectively provided with a first chain wheel, the four first chain wheels are sleeved with the first chain, four corners of the second chain are respectively provided with a second chain wheel, and the four second chain wheels are sleeved with the second chain.
Preferably, article conveyer still includes the frame, the both sides of frame direction of feed are equipped with the curb plate respectively, and two curb plates are just to parallel arrangement, first chain with the second chain is located between two curb plates, every the outside of curb plate is equipped with and is used for adjusting first chain or the chain elasticity adjusting part of second chain elasticity.
More preferably, the chain tightness adjusting assembly comprises: the chain is meshed with the fixed wheel, the tensioning wheel and the adjusting wheel; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the shaft of the fixed wheel is fixed on the side plate;
the side plate is provided with an adjusting hole, the shaft of the adjusting wheel passes through the adjusting hole to be connected with one chain wheel of the first chain or the second chain, and the shaft of the adjusting wheel is transversely adjusted in the adjusting hole;
and a tensioning groove is further formed in the side plate, and a shaft of the tensioning wheel penetrates through the tensioning groove and is in sliding connection with the tensioning groove.
Further, the adjusting holes are long round holes which are distributed transversely.
Furthermore, the side of the adjusting hole is provided with position scales.
Further, the fixed wheel, the tensioning wheel and the adjusting wheel are all located on the inner side of the chain.
Further, the fixed wheel, the tensioning wheel and the regulating wheel are not located on the same line.
Further, the tension wheel is located between the fixed wheel and the adjusting wheel.
Furthermore, the shaft of the adjusting wheel penetrates through the adjusting hole and then is sleeved with a sliding block, and the sliding block is provided with at least one screw hole fixedly connected with the side plate.
Furthermore, the side of the adjusting hole is provided with at least one strip-shaped hole for sliding of the adjusting screw, and the thread part of the adjusting screw penetrates through the strip-shaped hole to be fixedly connected with the screw hole of the sliding block.
Preferably, the outer sides of the first chain and the second chain are both provided with chain protection covers, a chain guide block is fixedly mounted on the inner side of each chain protection cover, each chain guide block is used for supporting and limiting the position of the first chain or the second chain in the chain protection cover, and a track sliding groove used for sliding the first chain or the second chain is arranged between the edge of each chain protection cover and the chain guide block.
Preferably, the article transfer device further comprises: a driving belt for conveying articles and a belt tightness adjusting component for adjusting the tightness of the driving belt.
More preferably, the belt tightness adjusting assembly comprises:
the belt tensioning wheel is arranged on the inner side of the transmission belt;
a rotating gear rotating under an external force;
the eccentric adjusting shaft comprises a first section, a second section and a third section, one end of the first section is rotatably connected with the axis of the belt tensioning wheel, one end of the third section is fixedly connected with the axis of the rotating gear, the other end of the first section and the other end of the third section are respectively fixed with two ends of the second section, and the central axis of the belt tensioning wheel is not collinear with the central axis of the rotating gear.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1) the invention provides an article conveying device, which is characterized in that two groups of completely same closed-loop chains are arranged in a staggered manner, and a connecting mechanism is arranged between the two chains, so that a pushing hand of the connecting mechanism moves along with the synchronous transmission of the two chains, moves in the same direction with the chains in the parallel direction, and ascends or descends in the vertical direction, the circular reciprocating motion of the pushing hand around the chains is realized, the conveying of articles is facilitated, the pushing hand can always keep vertical upwards in the moving process, and the tipping phenomenon cannot occur.
2) The article conveying device further comprises a chain tightness adjusting assembly, wherein the chain tightness adjusting assembly can adjust the tightness of the first chain and the tightness of the second chain so as to ensure the consistency of the tension of the first chain and the tension of the second chain, so that the two ends of the connecting mechanism are uniformly stressed, and the vertical rising and falling of the pushing hands are realized.
3) The invention has the advantages of simple design, easy manufacture and convenient maintenance, and is suitable for popularization and use.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and effects of the present invention clearer and clearer, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. Example one
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the article conveying device of the present invention includes two endless transmission chains, which are equal in size, vertically arranged, and identical in shape, and have a race track shape, wherein the upper and lower sides are straight sides, the left and right ends are semi-circular arcs, and the two endless transmission chains are driven by a driving mechanism to synchronously move. As shown in fig. 1, the horizontal planes of the two endless transmission chains are parallel to each other, the first chain 1 and the second chain 2 are arranged from left to right in sequence, a distance is reserved between the first chain 1 and the second chain 2, and the first chain 1 and the second chain 2 are staggered by a set distance from left to right. The first chain 1 is provided with a first cylindrical pin 71 extending towards one side of the second chain 2, the second chain 2 is provided with a second cylindrical pin 72 extending towards one side of the first chain 1, and the first cylindrical pin 71 and the second cylindrical pin 72 form a cylindrical pin group. Of course, the number of the cylinder pin groups may be provided as a plurality, that is, a plurality of first cylinder pins 71 are uniformly distributed on the first chain 1, and a plurality of second cylinder pins 72 are also uniformly distributed on the second chain 2, as shown in fig. 2. The first chain 1 and the second chain 2 are connected in a bridging manner by a connecting mechanism, and the connecting mechanism comprises a strip-shaped pushing hand mounting plate 3, two connecting rods, two connecting blocks and a pushing hand 4. The pushing hand mounting plate 3 is horizontally arranged, the length direction of the pushing hand mounting plate is parallel to the upper side and the lower side of the first chain 1 and the second chain 2, two ends of the pushing hand mounting plate are respectively provided with a connecting rod which is a first connecting rod 51 and a second connecting rod 52, and the first connecting rod 51 and the second connecting rod 52 are arranged along two sides of the pushing hand mounting plate 3 in a staggered manner; the other end of the first connecting rod 51 is connected to the first cylindrical pin 71 through a first connecting block 61, and the other end of the second connecting rod 52 is connected to the second cylindrical pin 72 through a second connecting block 62. The material pushing hand 4 is an L-shaped baffle, one side edge of the L-shaped baffle is fixedly connected to the material pushing hand mounting plate 3, and the other side edge of the L-shaped baffle is perpendicular to the material pushing hand mounting plate 3.
Preferably, each of the two ends of each endless drive chain is provided with a sprocket. Specifically, the two ends of the first chain 1 are respectively provided with a first chain wheel, the first chain 1 is sleeved on the two first chain wheels, the two ends of the second chain 2 are respectively provided with a second chain wheel, the second chain 2 is sleeved on the two second chain wheels, and the first chain wheels and the second chain wheels are connected to the power output end of the driving motor through a linkage shaft.
The working principle of the article conveying device of the embodiment is as follows: the congruent and annular first chain 1 and the annular second chain 2 drive the chain wheels to synchronously rotate through the driving mechanism to form a motion track. Along with the synchronous transmission of the first chain 1 and the second chain 2, the connecting mechanism bridged between the first chain 1 and the second chain 2 ascends, descends and transversely transmits along with the circular reciprocating movement of the first chain 1 and the second chain 2, in addition, in the transmission process, the pushing hand mounting plate 3 of the connecting mechanism is always kept in a horizontal state, and the pushing hand 4 of the connecting mechanism is always kept in a vertical state. The pushing hand 4 pushes the articles in front of the movement to be conveyed from the feeding area to the designated position area through contact in the transverse conveying process, and then descends or ascends in the vertical direction, so that the circular reciprocating movement is realized.
Example two
Referring to fig. 4 to 9, compared with the first embodiment, the article conveying device of the present embodiment further includes a frame, two sides of the feeding direction of the frame are respectively provided with a side plate, which is a first side plate 8 and a second side plate 9, the two side plates are arranged opposite to each other, the first chain 1 and the second chain 2 are located between the two side plates, and a chain tightness adjusting assembly for adjusting the tightness of the first chain 1 or the second chain 2 is arranged outside the side plates.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of the first side plate 8. Be equipped with on first curb plate 8 and be used for adjusting chain elasticity adjusting part A of 1 elasticity of first chain, chain elasticity adjusting part A includes first tight pulley 82, first regulating wheel 83, first tight pulley 84 to and the chain A81 of cover on first tight pulley 82, first regulating wheel 83 and first tight pulley 84, chain A81 meshes with the tooth of first tight pulley 82, first regulating wheel 83 and first tight pulley 84 mutually. The first fixed wheel 82, the first adjusting wheel 83 and the first tensioning wheel 84 are not collinear, and the first tensioning wheel 84 is located between the first fixed wheel 82 and the first adjusting wheel 83. Wherein the shaft of the first fixed wheel 82 is fixed on the first side plate 8; the shaft of the first adjusting wheel 83 passes through the first side plate 8 to be connected with a chain wheel of the first chain 1, and the shaft of the first adjusting wheel 83 can be transversely adjusted on the first side plate 8.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is an enlarged schematic view of a portion B of fig. 5. Specifically, a first adjusting hole 85 is formed in the first side plate 8, a shaft of the first adjusting wheel 83 penetrates through the first adjusting hole 85 to be connected with one chain wheel of the first chain 1, and the shaft of the first adjusting wheel 83 is transversely adjusted in the first adjusting hole 85. The side of the first adjusting hole 85 is provided with position scales. In order to conveniently fix and adjust the adjusted first adjusting wheel 83, a first sliding block 87 (see fig. 4) is further sleeved on the shaft of the first adjusting wheel 83 after passing through the first adjusting hole 85, and at least one screw hole fixedly connected with the first side plate 8 is formed in the first sliding block 87. The side of first regulation hole 85 is equipped with and supplies the gliding first bar hole 86 of adjusting screw, for example, two first bar holes 86 are located the last side and the lower side of first regulation hole 85 respectively, the screw thread portion of adjusting screw pass respectively behind the first bar hole 86 with first slider 87's screw fixed connection.
The first side plate 8 is further provided with a first tensioning groove 88, and the first tensioning groove 88 is obliquely arranged. Referring to fig. 7, the shaft of the first tensioning wheel 84 passes through the first tensioning slot 88 and is slidably connected to the first tensioning slot 88.
The operating principle of the chain tightness adjusting assembly a of this embodiment is as follows: adjust the interval between first regulating wheel 83 and the first tight pulley 82, treat that the axle of first regulating wheel 83 removes to suitable position after, be fixed in first slider 87 on first curb plate 8 with adjusting screw to the realization is adjusted the elasticity of first chain 1.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic structural view of the second side plate 9. The first side plate 8 is provided with a chain tightness adjusting component B for adjusting the tightness of the second chain 2, the chain tightness adjusting component B comprises a second fixed wheel 92, a second adjusting wheel 93, a second tensioning wheel 94 and a chain B91 sleeved on the second fixed wheel 92, the second adjusting wheel 93 and the second tensioning wheel 94, and the chain B91 is meshed with the teeth of the second fixed wheel 92, the second adjusting wheel 93 and the second tensioning wheel 94. The second fixed wheel 92, the second adjusting wheel 93 and the second tensioning wheel 94 are not in the same line, and the second tensioning wheel 94 is located between the second fixed wheel 92 and the second adjusting wheel 93. Wherein the shaft of the second fixed wheel 92 is fixed on the second side plate 9; the shaft of the second adjusting wheel 93 passes through the second side plate 9 to be connected with a chain wheel of the second chain 2, and the shaft of the second adjusting wheel 93 can be transversely adjusted on the second side plate 9; the axis of the second tensioning wheel 94 is vertically adjustable on the second side plate 9.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is an enlarged schematic view of a portion a of fig. 8. Specifically, a second adjusting hole 95 is formed in the second side plate 9, a shaft of the second adjusting wheel 93 penetrates through the second adjusting hole 95 to be connected with one chain wheel of the second chain 2, and the shaft of the second adjusting wheel 93 is transversely adjusted in the second adjusting hole 95. The side of the second adjusting hole 95 is provided with position scales. In order to conveniently fix and adjust the second adjusting wheel 93 after the adjustment is completed, a second sliding block 97 (see fig. 4) is further sleeved on the shaft of the second adjusting wheel 93 after passing through the second adjusting hole 95, and at least one screw hole fixedly connected with the second side plate 9 is formed in the second sliding block 97. The side of the second adjusting hole 95 is provided with a second strip-shaped hole 96 for allowing an adjusting screw to slide, and the thread part of the adjusting screw penetrates through the second strip-shaped hole 96 and the screw hole of the second sliding block 97 to be fixedly connected.
The second side plate 9 is further provided with a second tensioning groove 98, and the first tensioning groove 98 is vertically arranged. Referring to fig. 8, the shaft of the second tensioning wheel 94 passes through the second tensioning slot 98 and is slidably connected to the second tensioning slot 98.
The working principle of the chain tightness adjusting assembly B of the present embodiment is similar to that of the chain tightness adjusting assembly a, and is not described herein again.
Preferably, chain protection covers (not shown) are disposed on the outer sides of the first chain 1 and the second chain 2, and are thin shells, and the shapes of the chain protection covers can be consistent with the arrangement shapes of the first chain 1 and the second chain 2. The chain guard device is characterized in that a chain guide block is fixedly mounted on the inner side of each chain guard cover, each chain guide block is used for supporting and limiting the position of the first chain 1 or the second chain 2 in the chain guard cover, and a track sliding groove used for the first chain 1 or the second chain 2 to slide is formed between the edge of the chain guard cover and the chain guide block.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 10 to 11, the present application further adds a driving belt 11 for article transfer and a belt tightness adjusting assembly 10 for adjusting the tightness of the driving belt 11, compared with the second embodiment.
The belt tightness adjusting assembly 10 includes:
a belt tensioner 101 disposed inside the drive belt 11;
a rotation gear 102 rotatable by an external force (e.g., a driving motor or a manual operation);
