The construction waste recycling and consignment device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the transmission belt (7) comprises a transmission chain (71), a rolling gear (72), an external protective frame (73) and a guide shaft (74), one end of the transmission chain (71) is wound on a rotating shaft of the rolling gear (72), the other end of the transmission chain (71) is wound in the recycling shovel (8), the external protective frame (73) is arranged below the transmission chain (71), the rolling gear (72) is movably mounted on the external protective frame (73) after being penetrated by the rotating shaft, one end of the external protective frame (73) is fixedly connected with the consignment frame (1), and the guide shaft (74) is arranged outside the transmission chain (71).

s3: in the moving process of the transmission chain (71), the construction waste contacted with the transmission chain (71) is driven by the transmission chain (71), and the construction waste is brought into the consignment frame (1) by the transmission chain (71);
s4: the construction waste brought into the delivery frame (1) is conveyed to the side sliding plate (5) by the transmission chain (71), and the construction waste slides from the side sliding plate (5) to the accommodating cavity (6) until the whole delivery frame (1) is filled;
s5: the delivery frame (1) filled with the garbage is pushed through the push rod (3) again, and the idler wheels (2) drive the delivery frame (1) to move so as to deliver the construction garbage.
Background
The construction waste refers to construction waste generated by human or natural reasons in engineering, and comprises waste residue soil, waste soil, silt, waste materials and the like. The materials are not helpful to the building per se, but are substances generated in the building process, corresponding treatment is needed, and the building wastes are classified according to the generation sources, and can be divided into engineering dregs, decoration wastes, removal wastes, engineering mud and the like; the construction waste can be classified into slag, concrete blocks, broken stone blocks, broken bricks and tiles, waste mortar, slurry, asphalt blocks, waste plastics, waste metals, waste bamboo and wood and the like according to the composition.
However, in the process of collecting the construction waste, it is found that the collection is still performed manually, which is not only inefficient, but also leaves some of the construction waste with sharp objects such as nails, which may cause hand injuries easily due to long-term work.

step four: the construction waste brought into the delivery frame is conveyed to the side sliding plate by the transmission chain, and the construction waste slides down from the side sliding plate to the accommodating cavity until the whole delivery frame is filled;
step five: the delivery frame filled with the garbage is pushed through the push rod again, and the idler wheels drive the delivery frame to move so as to deliver the construction garbage.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention provides a construction waste recycling and conveying device and an implementation method thereof, wherein an inclined shovel at the front end of a triangular frame shovels construction waste and enables the construction waste to be in contact with a transmission chain, a driving motor drives a transmission gear to rotate, the transmission gear rotates to drive a rolling gear to rotate, the rolling gear drives the transmission chain to move, the construction waste in contact with the transmission chain is driven by the transmission chain, the construction waste is brought into a conveying frame by the transmission chain, the construction waste brought into the conveying frame is conveyed to a side sliding plate by the transmission chain, the construction waste slides down from the side sliding plate to an accommodating cavity until the whole conveying frame is full, a push rod pushes the conveying frame of the waste, a roller drives the conveying frame to move to convey the construction waste, the device can avoid the direct contact of hands with the construction waste, and not only can the problem that the hands of workers are injured be avoided, the efficiency of picking up is still retrieved in the rubbish consignment process to having improved.

step five: the delivery frame 1 filled with the garbage is pushed through the push rod 3 again, and the idler wheels 2 drive the delivery frame 1 to move so as to deliver the construction garbage.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the delivery frame 1 is pushed by the push rod 3, the delivery frame 1 moves through the roller 2, the delivery frame 1 moves to the front of a building rubbish pile, the building rubbish is shoveled by an inclined shovel at the front end of the triangular frame 81, the building rubbish is in contact with the transmission chain 71, the driving motor 42 is started, the driving motor 42 drives the transmission gear 44 to rotate, the transmission gear 44 rotates to drive the rolling gear 72 to rotate, the rolling gear 72 drives the transmission chain 71 to move, the building rubbish in contact with the transmission chain 71 is driven by the transmission chain 71 in the moving process of the transmission chain 71, the building rubbish is brought into the delivery frame 1 by the transmission chain 71, the building rubbish brought into the delivery frame 1 is conveyed to the side sliding plate 5 by the transmission chain 71, the building rubbish slides down from the side sliding plate 5 to the accommodating cavity 6 until the whole delivery frame 1 is filled, the delivery frame 1 is pushed by the push rod 3 again, the idler wheel 2 drives the consignment frame 1 to move, and consignment is carried out on the construction waste.
