However, the garbage classification work also brings some troubles to some people. In life, the garbage generated every day needs to spend a great deal of energy for classification, which brings inconvenience to life. Therefore, in order to reduce the burden of garbage classification, an intelligent multi-classification garbage can needs to be developed.
Chinese patent CN213009920U discloses an intelligent household garbage classification garbage can, which can realize the classification of garbage, but the garbage can does not have the functions of automatic packaging and bag covering, and can only realize the classification of two kinds of garbage, and can not realize the multiple classification of garbage.
Chinese patent CN213009913U discloses a classification garbage can which can functionally realize garbage classification, but the garbage can does not have automatic packing and bagging functions, and the shape is not suitable for household use, and needs to be improved by one step.

as shown in figure 1, the garbage can comprises a can body shell 1, and a middle disc 7, a top cover 8 and a classification can body 3 which are arranged on the can body shell 1, wherein the top cover 8 is positioned at the uppermost layer of the whole classification device and is connected with the middle disc 7 through a servo motor 36, the can body shell 1 is connected with the middle disc 7 through the servo motor 36, the classification can body 3 and the can body shell 1 are positioned below the middle disc 7, the classification can body 3 is connected with the can body shell 1 through a tray 17, the tray 17 is coaxial with the can body shell 1, the garbage tray 13 is connected with the classification can body 3 through a garbage tray connecting piece 20, the left heating clamp 4 and the right heating clamp 16 are hinged with the classification can body 3, the two heating clamps are meshed through incomplete gears positioned on the heating clamps and are positioned below the garbage tray 13, the garbage tray 13 is lifted and rotated by a rotating door 6 on the middle disc 7, the revolving door 6 is located below the intermediate tray 7.
As shown in fig. 2, the temporary storage space of the garbage bags is located between the partition board 2 and the can body shell 1, the partition board 2 is installed on the can body shell 1, the temporary storage space of the garbage bags is sealed by the buckle 21, two spaces on the partition board 2 are used for storing standby garbage bags, and different temporary storage spaces of the garbage bags can store garbage bags with different colors, so as to correspond to different types of garbage.
As shown in fig. 3, top cap 8 is located the superiors of whole garbage bin, is connected for servo motor 36 between top cap 8 and the intermediate disk 7, and camera 9 fixed mounting is on top cap 8, and light filling lamp 10 fixed mounting is beside camera 9, thereby the light filling lamp is opened when infrared sensor detects that ambient light is not enough and is convenient for the camera to discern different rubbish kinds.
As shown in fig. 4, the plastic bag heat sealing mechanism includes a left heating clamp 4 and a right heating clamp 16, the two heating clamps are engaged with each other by using an incomplete gear located on the heating clamps, the left heating clamp 4 and the right heating clamp 16 are respectively hinged on the classification barrel 3, meanwhile, the edge sheets 15 are respectively hinged with the two heating clamps, the other ends of the two edge sheets 15 are hinged with the intermediate connection sheet 14, and meanwhile, magnets on the intermediate connection sheet 14 can be butted with the packing push rod 23, so that the alignment function is completed.
As shown in fig. 5, the classification barrels 3 are positioned on the trays 17, the trays 17 of the classification barrels 3 are connected by using protrusions and grooves, the movement of the trays 17 is driven by using the chassis motor 19, and the trays 17 and the chassis motor 19 are connected by using the tray connecting member 26 installed on the chassis motor 19 and the grooves on the trays, so that the classification barrels can rotate along with the rotation of the trays.
As shown in fig. 6, the heating tongs 16 is composed of three parts, the upper part is a heat-seal hot wire upper 31 for forming the bottom of the next garbage bag, the middle part is a cutting hot wire 32 for cutting two garbage bags, the lower part is a heat-seal hot wire lower 33 for forming the seal of the previous garbage bag, and the three hot wires are fixedly arranged on the left heating tongs 4 and the right heating tongs 16.
The movement of the tray 17 as shown in figure 7 is driven by a chassis motor 19. The tray 17 is connected with the chassis motor 19 by a tray connecting piece 26 arranged on the chassis motor 19 and a groove on the tray. Thereby driving the tray to rotate.
As shown in fig. 8, the revolving door 6 is coaxial with the intermediate tray 7, the revolving door 6 is fixedly mounted on the lifting motor 24, the revolving door can be lifted and lowered by the rotation of the lifting motor, and is further connected with the garbage tray, the revolving door rotating motor 29 is fixedly mounted on the intermediate tray 7 and can drive the revolving door to rotate for a certain angle, the revolving gear 25 is coaxial with the lifting motor 24, and the revolving gear 25 is fixedly mounted on the intermediate tray 7 and can move relative to the revolving door 6.
As shown in fig. 9, the garbage tray is composed of two parts, including an upper garbage tray 5 and a lower garbage tray 13, which are connected with the groove through a protrusion, so that the garbage bag can be conveniently replaced, the lower garbage tray 13 is installed on the classification can body 3 through a garbage tray connecting piece 20, the garbage tray connecting piece can well fix the garbage tray, and the garbage tray connecting piece 20 is fixedly installed on the classification can body 3.
As shown in fig. 10, the automatic bagging mechanism comprises a small fan 28 fixedly arranged on the middle plate 7, a garbage plate 13 connected through a garbage plate connecting piece 20, when the garbage can is bagged, the small fan 28 rotates, so that the garbage bag in the garbage plate 13 is attached to the can wall of the classification can body 3, the garbage can is easy to load, the classification can body 3 is arranged on a tray 17 through a bulge and a groove, and the tray 17 is arranged on a bottom thrust bearing 18 and is coaxial with the can body shell 1.
As shown in fig. 11, the automatic packing mechanism comprises a garbage tray 13, a left heating clamp 4, a right heating clamp 16, an edge sheet 15, an intermediate connector 14, a packing push rod 23, a rotating door 6 and a heating clamp stop 22, wherein the packing push rod 23 is fixedly installed on a left barrel partition 34, and when packing is required, the packing push rod 23 stretches and retracts to drive the edge sheet 15 to move so as to drive the left heating clamp 4 and the right heating clamp 16 to move.
