1. A bar code automatic pasting device is characterized by comprising
The material label identification device is used for identifying at least one label of the material and acquiring corresponding initial label data;
the labeling device is used for generating a label corresponding to the initial label data and pasting the label on a bearing piece bearing materials;
the carrier label identification device is used for identifying at least one label on the carrier and acquiring corresponding label data; and
and the control device is used for judging whether at least one label adhered on the bearing piece is abnormal or not according to the label data and the initial label data corresponding to the label data.
2. The automatic bar code pasting device according to claim 1, wherein said labeling means comprises:
a printing component that prints the label according to the initial label data; and
and the pasting assembly is arranged at the label outlet of the printing assembly, acquires the label printed by the printing assembly and pastes the label on the bearing piece.
3. The automatic bar code pasting device according to claim 2, wherein said pasting member comprises a suction member for sucking said label, and a first driving mechanism for driving said suction member to approach or move away from at least one side of said carrier.
4. The automatic bar code pasting device according to claim 3, wherein said first driving mechanism comprises:
a guide member;
the end, close to the bearing part, of the supporting part is connected with the adsorption part, and the supporting part can slide back and forth along the guide part and drive the adsorption part to be close to or far away from the side surface of the bearing part; and
a first driving member driving the supporting member.
5. The automatic barcode pasting apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the first driving mechanism further comprises a rotating member connecting the adsorbing member and the supporting member, and a second driving member for driving the rotating member so that the adsorbing member connected thereto can face a different side of the bearing member.
6. The automatic bar code pasting device according to claim 3, wherein said control means controls said first driving mechanism to drive said adsorbing member to paste different labels on at least two sides of said carrier.
7. The automatic barcode pasting apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the first side of the carrier to which the label is pasted is a first side of the carrier perpendicular to the moving direction thereof and located at the front end of the moving direction, and the control device controls the first driving mechanism to drive the adsorbing member to align with the first side before the carrier arrives.
8. The automatic bar code pasting device according to claim 7, wherein said second side of said carrier to which said label is affixed is a second side of said carrier parallel to the direction of movement thereof and adjacent to said printing assembly.
9. The automatic barcode pasting apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising: and the lifting mechanism is used for adjusting the height of the labeling device in the vertical direction.
10. The automatic bar code pasting device according to claim 9, further comprising a traverse mechanism connected to said elevating mechanism and adjusting a horizontal distance between said labeling means and said carrier.
11. The automatic barcode applicator according to claim 8, further comprising a pressing means which is provided along a transport direction of the carrier and presses at least one label applied to the carrier.
12. The automatic bar code pasting device according to claim 11, wherein said pressing means comprises: the swing piece can swing along the transportation direction of the bearing piece, the rolling piece is arranged at one end of the swing piece, the rolling surface of the rolling piece can be attached to the side surface of the bearing piece, the reset piece is connected to the other end of the swing piece and resets the swing piece, and the limiting piece is arranged on the side opposite to the swing direction of the swing piece and used for limiting the reset position of the swing piece.
13. The automatic bar code pasting device according to claim 12, wherein said rollers are routed sequentially past said labels on said first and second sides of said support member as said first and second sides of said support member are pasted with corresponding labels.
14. The barcode auto-affixing apparatus according to claim 2, further comprising:

16. The automatic bar code pasting apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a screening means: and when the label adhered on the bearing piece is abnormal, the bearing piece and the material thereof are moved out of the movement path.
Background
At present, the automation and informatization development of the electronic industry in China is fast, related industries such as the electronic industry, the automobile industry and manufacturing are in direct contact with the world as soon as possible, the automation planning of a production line is developed together with informatization, the informatization development is promoted rapidly on the premise of promoting the automation development, relevant data such as equipment and automation are extracted by using an informatization means, and meanwhile, relevant data support is provided for lean management.
At present, in the rapid industries such as air conditioners, small household appliances and express delivery, packing boxes, machine type bar codes, express delivery bills and the like used in the related fields are mostly manually operated and rarely have related supports such as data, and the operation mode increases a large amount of manpower input for after-sale tracing. At present, in a packing line for producing an air conditioner indoor unit, a finished product air conditioner is packed, a finished product bar code is packed and pasted manually, the labor intensity of the manual work is overlarge, and the data support degree of the finished product air conditioner is weak.
In order to solve the problems, the Chinese patent discloses an accurate identification, labeling and marking system, materials are conveyed through a conveying line and then identified, after identification is completed, labels are pasted on the materials, and then laser marking and coding are carried out on a packaging box through a marking mechanism, so that the management level and the efficiency are improved. Although the problem of automatic labeling is solved, whether the adhered label is abnormal or not cannot be judged, and the integrity and consistency of the bar code cannot be guaranteed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide automatic bar code pasting equipment, and aims to solve the problem that the existing automatic bar code pasting equipment cannot detect whether a pasted label is abnormal or not.

In an embodiment of the present application, the labeling device includes:
a printing component that prints the label according to the initial label data; and
and the pasting assembly is arranged at the label outlet of the printing assembly, acquires the label printed by the printing assembly and pastes the label on the bearing piece.
In an embodiment of this application, the pasting subassembly includes the absorption piece that is used for adsorbing the label, drives the absorption piece is close to or keeps away from carry the first actuating mechanism of at least one side of thing.
In an embodiment of the present application, the first driving mechanism includes:
a guide member;
the end, close to the bearing part, of the supporting part is connected with the adsorption part, and the supporting part can slide back and forth along the guide part and drive the adsorption part to be close to or far away from the side surface of the bearing part; and
a first driving member driving the supporting member.

By adopting the technical scheme, the material label identification device identifies the initial label data on the material, then acquires the data on the label pasted by the labeling device, and detects whether the label on the packaging box of the air conditioner indoor unit is abnormal or not by comparing the two label data, so that the accuracy of the label on the packaging box of the air conditioner indoor unit is ensured.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the following specific examples are only for illustrating the present invention and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.

labeling means for generating a label corresponding to the initial label data and attaching the label to a carrier carrying the material 120;
the carrier label identification device is used for identifying at least one label on the carrier and acquiring corresponding label data; and
and the control device is used for judging whether at least one label adhered on the bearing piece is abnormal or not according to the label data and the initial label data corresponding to the label data.
Specifically, the automatic bar code pasting device 100 is used for pasting a label on a material 120 conveyed by a conveying device 90 and checking whether the pasting of the label is abnormal or not. For convenience of understanding, the material 120 of the present application is exemplified by an air conditioner indoor unit, and the carrier is exemplified by a packing box 110 for packing the air conditioner indoor unit. The conveying device 90 is used for conveying a packing box 110 in which an air conditioner internal unit is placed.
The material 120 label recognition device 10 includes a support rod connected to one side of the conveying device 90, the support rod is made of metal material, and the support rod made of metal material has the advantages of strong supporting force, wear resistance and the like. Of course, other materials may be used according to design requirements, such as wood, and the support rod made of wood has the advantage of shock resistance.
The top end of the supporting rod horizontally extends to the middle position close to the conveying device 90 and is in an inverted L shape, and a camera used for acquiring initial label data pasted on an air conditioner indoor unit is connected to the free end, located above the conveying device 90, of the supporting rod.
After the camera acquires the initial label data pasted on the air conditioner internal unit, the labeling device generates a label corresponding to the initial label data according to the initial label data, and the labeling device pastes the generated label on a packaging box 110 for packaging the air conditioner internal unit.
After the label is pasted on the packaging box 110 for packaging the air conditioner indoor unit, the label on the packaging box 110 for packaging the air conditioner indoor unit is identified by the bearing piece label identification device, and the control device judges whether the label on the packaging box 110 is abnormal or not according to the initial label data acquired by the material 120 label identification device 10 and the label data acquired by the bearing piece label identification device. The abnormality comprises the following conditions: missing tags, incomplete tags, errors in tag content, etc.
By adopting the technical scheme, the data of the two labels are compared, whether the label on the packaging box 110 of the air conditioner indoor unit is abnormal or not is detected, and the accuracy of the label on the packaging box 110 of the air conditioner indoor unit is ensured.
In an embodiment of the present application, the labeling device includes:
a printing component 21 for printing the label according to the initial label data; and
and the pasting component 22 is arranged at a label outlet of the printing component 21, acquires the label printed by the printing component 21 and pastes the label on the bearing component.

After the printing assembly 21 finishes printing the label, the pasting assembly 22 arranged at the label outlet of the printing assembly 21 acquires the printed label and pastes the note on the bearing member. It is conceivable that the printing device is further provided with means for peeling the label from the release paper in order to effect the application of the label. Since it is prior art, it is not described in detail herein.
By adopting the technical scheme, after the material 120 label identification device 10 acquires the initial label data, the label is printed in real time through the printing component 21, and then the pasting is realized through the pasting component 22, so that the pasting speed and the pasting efficiency are improved.
In an embodiment of the present application, the pasting assembly 22 includes an adsorbing member 221 for adsorbing the label, and a first driving mechanism for driving the adsorbing member 221 to approach or depart from at least one side of the carrier.
Specifically, the pasting member 22 includes a suction member 221 for sucking the label, and the suction member 221 may be a suction cup or a vacuum suction member 221 capable of generating a negative pressure. In order to improve the adsorption capacity, the present application employs a vacuum adsorption member 221 that can generate a negative pressure.
The adsorbing member 221 is adsorbed on the side of the label without glue, after the adsorbing member 221 adsorbs the label printed by the printing component 21, the adsorbing member 221 is driven by the first driving mechanism to be close to the packaging box 110 for packaging the air conditioner indoor unit on the conveying device 90, after the label on the adsorbing member 221 is adhered to the packaging box 110 for packaging the air conditioner indoor unit, the first driving mechanism drives the adsorbing member 221 to be far away from the packaging box 110 for packaging the air conditioner indoor unit, and one-time label adhesion is completed. It is of course conceivable to repeat the above operations when it is necessary to attach a plurality of labels to the packing box 110 that packs the air conditioner indoor unit.
Adopt above-mentioned technical scheme, adsorb the label that printing unit 21 printed through adsorbing piece 221, avoid having the one side contact of glue with the label, guarantee that the one side that has glue contacts completely with packing carton 110 of packing air conditioner internal unit to it is more firm to make to paste, also is convenient for the label and adsorbs breaking away from of piece 221.
In an embodiment of the present application, the first driving mechanism includes:
the guide 2221;
a support 2222, one end of the support 2222 close to the carrier is connected to the absorption member 221, and the support 2222 can slide back and forth along the guide 2221, which drives the absorption member 221 to close to or move away from the side of the carrier; and
a first driving member 2223 for driving the supporting member 2222.
Specifically, the guide 2221 is two mutually parallel slide rails, and the slide rails are made of a metal material, such as an aluminum alloy material, and the slide rails made of the aluminum alloy material have the advantages of strong supporting force, wear resistance, and the like. Of course, other materials may be used as required by the design, such as plastic or wood, and the plastic guiding element 2221 has the advantages of low cost and light weight. The wood material has the advantages of shock absorption and the like.
The length direction of guide rail is perpendicular to conveyer 90's direction of delivery, and support 2222 is the backup pad, and the bottom sliding connection of backup pad is on two slide rails that are parallel to each other to guarantee the even running of backup pad. The support plate can reciprocate back and forth on the slide rail, one side of the support plate close to the conveying device 90 is connected with the adsorption part 221, and the support plate drives the adsorption part 221 to reciprocate on the guide rail.
First driving piece 2223 can be telescopic cylinder, adopts telescopic cylinder simple structure, and the drive of backup pad can also be accomplished in the cooperation that can also adopt lead screw motor and nut according to the needs of design certainly.
By adopting the above technical scheme, the driving of the suction piece 221 is completed through the guide piece 2221, the first driving piece 2223 and the support piece 2222, the structure is simple, the later maintenance is facilitated, the transmission is stable, and the sticking of the suction piece 221 to the label is facilitated.
In an embodiment of the present application, the first driving mechanism further includes a rotating part 2224 connecting the absorbing part 221 and the supporting part 2222, and the absorbing part 221 driving the rotating part 2224 to be connected can face a second driving part on different sides of the bearing part.

In an embodiment of the present application, the control device controls the first driving mechanism to drive the suction member 221 to adhere different labels to at least two sides of the carrier.
Specifically, when two or more than two labels need to be pasted, a plurality of labels are respectively pasted on different side faces of the packaging mixed box, so that subsequent code scanning identification and verification are facilitated.

In an embodiment of the present application, the second side of the carrier to which the corresponding label is attached is a second side of the carrier parallel to the moving direction of the carrier and close to the printing assembly 21.
Specifically, the second label is applied to the second side, which reduces the waiting time of the transfer device 90 and improves the transfer efficiency of the transfer device 90 because the second label can be applied to any position of the entire side.
In an embodiment of the present application, the method further includes: a lifting mechanism 40 for adjusting the height of the labeling device in the vertical direction.

In an embodiment of the present application, a traverse mechanism 50 is further included, which is connected to the lifting mechanism 40 and adjusts the horizontal distance between the labeling device and the carrier.
Specifically, the structure of the traverse mechanism 50 is the same as that of the lifting mechanism 40, and the traverse mechanism 50 is perpendicular to the lifting mechanism 40 for adjusting the horizontal distance between the labeling device and the packaging box 110.
By adopting the technical scheme, the structure is simple, and the maintenance is convenient.
In an embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further comprises a pressing device 60 disposed along the transport direction of the carrier and pressing at least one label affixed to the carrier.

In an embodiment of the present application, the pressing device 60 includes: the swing device comprises a swing piece 61 capable of swinging along the conveying direction of the bearing piece, a rolling piece 62 arranged at one end of the swing piece 61 and with a rolling surface capable of being attached to the side surface of the bearing piece, a reset piece 63 connected to the other end of the swing piece 61 and used for resetting the swing piece 61, and a limiting piece 64 arranged at the opposite side of the swing piece 61 in the swinging direction and used for limiting the resetting position of the swing piece 61.
Specifically, the pressing device 60 includes a swinging member 61, a rolling member 62 is disposed on the swinging member 61, a rolling surface of the rolling member 62 is attached to a side surface of the packing box 110, the swinging member 61 is disposed in front of the conveying direction of the packing box 110, the swinging member 61 is pressed when the packing box 110 contacts the swinging member 61, the swinging member 61 swings in the conveying direction of the packing box 110 and rolls on a side wall of the packing box 110, when the conveying direction of the swinging member 61 and the conveying direction of the packing box 110 are kept parallel, the rolling member 62 rolls on a second side surface of the packing box 110, and after the packing box 110 completely passes through, the swinging member 61 returns to an initial position under the action of a resetting member 63.
By adopting the technical scheme, the structure is simple, and the maintenance is convenient.
In one embodiment of the present application, the running of the rolling member 62 sequentially passes the labels on the first and second sides of the carrier when the first and second sides are adhered with corresponding labels.
The rolling member 62 sequentially passes through the first side surface and the second side surface, so that the labels on the packing box 110 can be pressed.
In an embodiment of the present application, the method further includes:
an input device 70 for inputting printing parameters of the printing assembly 21.
The input device 70 inputs the printing parameters of the printing component 21, so that the printing component 21 can print different labels, and the applicability of the automatic bar code pasting device 100 is improved.

In an embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further comprises a screening device 80: when the label adhered on the bearing piece is abnormal, the bearing piece and the material 120 thereof are moved out of the moving path.
The sorting device 80 is a pusher provided on one side of the transfer device 90, and when the label attached to the packing box 110 is abnormal, the pusher removes the material 120 and the packing box 110 from the transfer device 90 together, and the material is recovered by a recovery device provided on one side of the transfer device 90.
