1. An automatic bale breaker, comprising: the device comprises a tripping device, a conveying device, a turnover dumping device and a packaging and recycling device; the unbuckling device is positioned above the conveying device, and the conveying device, the overturning and dumping device and the packaging and recycling device are sequentially connected;
the trip device includes:
a first clamping mechanism secured to a base of the bale breaker, comprising:
the telescopic piece is provided with a fixed end and a movable end, and the fixed end is fixed on the base;
the first cross bar is fixedly connected with the fixed end;
the second cross rod is connected with the movable end in a sliding mode;
the first elastic body is fixedly connected with the first cross rod and the second cross rod, and the telescopic distance of the telescopic piece is greater than the normal length of the first elastic body;
a first support bar hinged to the second cross bar;
the first clamping rod is hinged with the first cross rod and the first supporting rod;
a wire pick-up unit fixedly connected to the movable end;
the package recycling device includes:
the movable bag taking assembly is positioned on one side of the overturning and dumping device and comprises a lifting cylinder and a translation rod, the lifting cylinder is fixedly connected with the translation rod, and the translation rod can reciprocate;
the rotary throwing assembly is positioned above the movable bag taking assembly and comprises a second clamping mechanism, and the second clamping mechanism is the same as the first clamping mechanism.
2. The automatic bale breaker of claim 1, wherein the conveyor comprises a plurality of spaced apart conveyor belts.
3. The automatic bale breaker of claim 1, wherein the rotary dumping device comprises:
the packaging clamping assembly is provided with a movable clamping plate, and a sucking disc is arranged on the clamping plate;
and the movable overturning assembly is rotatably connected with the packaging clamping assembly and is in sliding connection with the base.
4. The automatic bale breaker of claim 3, wherein the package clamping assembly further comprises bottom pallets spaced apart corresponding to the spacing of the conveyor belt.
5. The automatic bale breaker of claim 1, wherein a support surface is provided on top of the lifting cylinder; the rotary throwing assembly is provided with a pre-clamping unit corresponding to the supporting surface, and the pre-clamping unit is fixedly connected with the movable end of the telescopic piece of the second clamping mechanism.
6. The automatic bale breaker of claim 1, wherein the wire pick up unit is an electromagnetic unit.
7. The automatic bale breaker of claim 5, wherein the pre-clamping unit is a vacuum chuck.
8. The automatic bale breaker of claim 1, wherein the telescoping members comprise telescoping cylinders with guide sleeves therebetween.
9. The automatic bale breaker of claim 8, wherein the telescoping cylinder is a pneumatic cylinder.
10. The automatic bale breaker of any of claims 1-9, wherein the rotary drop assembly further comprises:
the rotating mechanism is fixedly connected with the base, and the second clamping mechanism is fixedly connected with the rotating mechanism;
and the height adjusting cylinder is used for adjusting the lifting of the rotating mechanism.
Background
At present, the unpacking and the unloading of the ton bag mainly have two modes, namely, the bottom surface of the ton bag is cut to form an unloading opening, and a tether tied at the unloading opening is manually untied. For the first type, a cutter is generally adopted and is realized in a manual or mechanical cutting mode, but the cutter can generate scraps when cutting the ton bag, pollute powder and influence the use of downstream processes (such as material blockage, blockage of a conveying pipeline, pollution of the powder and the like), and the discharged ton bag cannot be reused due to breakage; for the second kind, in order to prevent that the dust from falling on operating personnel in a large number, operating personnel need stay cord far away to because ton bag is great, the powder of transportation is heavier, consequently need operating personnel just can solve ton bag with very big strength, intensity of labour is big, wastes time and energy, influences production efficiency.
In view of the above, the prior art is obviously inconvenient and disadvantageous in practical use, and needs to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, an object of the present invention is to provide an automatic bale breaker, which has a simple structure, and can automatically unpack, dump, and recycle a packaging bag, so that the packaging bag is not damaged, and secondary recycling is achieved.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an automatic bale breaker comprising: the device comprises a tripping device, a conveying device, a turnover dumping device and a packaging and recycling device; the unbuckling device is positioned above the conveying device, and the conveying device, the overturning and dumping device and the packaging and recycling device are sequentially connected;
the trip device includes:
a first clamping mechanism secured to a base of the bale breaker, comprising:
the telescopic piece is provided with a fixed end and a movable end, and the fixed end is fixed on the base;
the first cross bar is fixedly connected with the fixed end;
the second cross rod is connected with the movable end in a sliding mode;
the first elastic body is fixedly connected with the first cross rod and the second cross rod, and the telescopic distance of the telescopic piece is greater than the normal length of the first elastic body;
a first support bar hinged to the second cross bar;
the first clamping rod is hinged with the first cross rod and the first supporting rod;
a wire pick-up unit fixedly connected to the movable end;
the package recycling device includes:
the movable bag taking assembly is positioned on one side of the overturning and dumping device and comprises a lifting cylinder and a translation rod, the lifting cylinder is fixedly connected with the translation rod, and the translation rod can reciprocate;
the rotary throwing assembly is positioned above the movable bag taking assembly and comprises a second clamping mechanism, and the second clamping mechanism is the same as the first clamping mechanism.
According to the automatic bale breaker, the conveying device comprises a plurality of conveying belts which are arranged at intervals.
According to the automatic bale breaker of the invention, the rotary dumping device comprises:
the packaging clamping assembly is provided with a movable clamping plate, and a sucking disc is arranged on the clamping plate;
and the movable overturning assembly is rotatably connected with the packaging clamping assembly and is in sliding connection with the base.
According to the automatic bale breaker, the packaging clamping assembly further comprises bottom supporting plates, and the bottom supporting plates are arranged at intervals corresponding to the intervals of the conveying belts.
According to the automatic bale breaker, the top of the lifting cylinder is provided with a supporting surface; the rotary throwing assembly is provided with a pre-clamping unit corresponding to the supporting surface, and the pre-clamping unit is fixedly connected with the movable end of the telescopic piece of the second clamping mechanism.
According to the automatic bale breaker of the invention, the wire pick-up unit is an electromagnetic unit.
According to the automatic bale breaker of the invention, the pre-clamping unit is a vacuum chuck.
According to the automatic bale breaker, the telescopic piece comprises a plurality of telescopic cylinders, and a guide sleeve is arranged between the telescopic cylinders.

According to the automatic bale breaker of the invention, the rotary dropping-in component further comprises:

According to the invention, by utilizing an easy-to-pull buckle bundling mode which is convenient to disassemble, the magnetic substance is arranged at the tail end of the bundling rope, the tail end of the bundling rope is picked up by utilizing the electromagnet and then clamped and unbuckled, automatic unbuckled is realized, the limit of manual unbuckled is removed, meanwhile, the ton bag is overturned and dumped, the integrity of the ton bag is not damaged in the whole process, the ton bag is transversely moved and taken out, and then the ton bag is clamped to a specified position, so that the secondary recovery of the ton bag is realized, the production cost is reduced, the ton bag is recycled, and the equipment has a simple structure and is easy to maintain.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides an automatic bale breaker. This automatic bale breaker includes: the device comprises a tripping device 1, a conveying device 2, a turnover dumping device 3 and a packaging and recovering device 4, wherein the tripping device 1 is positioned above the conveying device 2, the turnover dumping device 3 is positioned on one side of the conveying device 2, the packaging and recovering device 4 is positioned on one side of the turnover dumping device 3, and the conveying device 2, the turnover dumping device 3 and the packaging and recovering device 4 are sequentially arranged.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the unfastening apparatus 1 includes a first clamping mechanism 11 and a wire take-up unit 12, the first clamping mechanism 11 including: first horizontal pole 111, second horizontal pole 112, two at least first clamping bars 114, correspond first bracing piece 113 of first clamping bar 114, first elastomer 115 and extensible member 116, extensible member 116 is equipped with stiff end and expansion end, stiff end fixed connection is on the base of this automatic bale breaker, first horizontal pole 111 fixed connection extensible member 116 stiff end, second horizontal pole 112 sliding connection extensible member 116 expansion end, be equipped with first elastomer 115 between first horizontal pole 111 and the second horizontal pole 112, the flexible distance of extensible member 116 is greater than the normality length of first elastomer 115. One end of each of the first clamping rods 114 is hinged to both ends of the first transverse plate 111, one end of each of the first supporting rods 113 is hinged to both ends of the second transverse plate 112, the other end of each of the first supporting rods 113 is hinged to the middle of the first clamping rod 114, and the wire rope picking unit 12 is fixed to the movable end of the telescopic member 116. When the telescopic member 116 is contracted, the movable end of the telescopic member 116 drives the second cross plate 112 to compress the first elastic body 115, the first clamping rod 114 is contracted and clamped by the driving of the first support rod 113, when the telescopic member 116 extends outwards, the second cross plate 112 moves along with the telescopic member 116 under the pushing of the first elastic body 115, when the extending distance of the telescopic member 116 is greater than the normal length of the first elastic body 115, the first elastic body 115 changes from a compressed state to a normal state, the second cross plate 112 remains static under the pulling force of the first elastic body 115, the first clamping rod 114 is expanded outwards by the driving of the first support rod 113, and when the telescopic member 116 extends outwards continuously, the wire rope picking unit 12 continues to descend.
Referring to fig. 4, the conveying device 2 includes a plurality of belt conveyor belts 21 and chain conveyor belts 22, the belt conveyor belts 21 are located below the trip device 1, the ton bags with sealed openings are placed on the belt conveyor belts 21, the belt conveyor belts 21 convey the ton bags to the lower side of the trip device 1, after the trip device 1 unlocks the sealed strapping ropes, the belt conveyor belts 21 continue to convey the ton bags backwards, and the ton bags are conveyed to the chain conveyor belts 22, with reference to fig. 5, the plurality of chain conveyor belts 22 are arranged in parallel at intervals, and the intervals correspond to the bottom support plates 312 of the turnover dumping device 3. In order to prevent the position of the ton bag from being deviated, guide plates 23 are arranged on two sides of the belt type conveying belt 21, so that the ton bag can move within the range of the guide plates 23.
Referring to fig. 5 and 8, the turnover dumping device 3 includes a packing clamping assembly 31 and a movable turnover assembly 32, the packing clamping assembly 31 includes a two-sided movable clamp plate 311, a bottom pallet 312 and a top clamp plate 313, and the two-sided movable clamp plate 311 performs horizontal movement by the prior art, such as: the cylinder drives the two side clamping plates to move in opposite directions or in opposite directions, the top clamping plate 313 moves up and down through the prior art, and the bottom supporting plate 312 is fixed. The movable clamping plates 311 on the two sides, the bottom supporting plate 312 and the top clamping plate 313 are all provided with a plurality of suckers 314, when goods are filled in the ton bag, a plane appears on the three-dimensional surface of the ton bag, and the suckers 314 suck the ton bag to fix the ton bag. The packaging clamping assembly 31 is installed inside the movable overturning assembly 32, the movable overturning assembly 32 slides on a base of the automatic bale breaker through a sliding rail, and motors are installed on two sides of the packaging clamping assembly 31 to drive the packaging clamping assembly 31 to rotate inside the movable overturning assembly 32. The bottom supporting plate 312 extends into the space between the chain type conveying belts 22 under the driving of the movable overturning component 32 to lift the ton bags on the chain type conveying belts 22, then the movable clamping plates 311 and the top clamping plates 313 on the two sides clamp the ton bags, the suction cups 314 suck the ton bags, the movable overturning component 32 moves backwards, and the packaging clamping component 31 rotates to overturn the ton bags for feeding.
Referring to fig. 6, the packaging and recycling device 4 comprises a movable bag taking assembly 41 and a rotary feeding assembly 42, the movable bag taking assembly 41 is located on one side of the turnover dumping device 3, and is provided with a lifting cylinder 411 and a translation rod 413, the lifting cylinder 411 is fixedly connected with the translation rod 413, the lifting cylinder 411 can go deep into a ton bag turned over in the turnover dumping device 3, the translation rod 413 moves transversely, the ton bag is separated from the suction cup 314 by the lifting cylinder 411 and is taken out of the turnover dumping device 3. The rotary releasing assembly 42 is located above the movable bag taking assembly 41, the rotary releasing assembly 42 is provided with a second clamping mechanism 421, and the second clamping mechanism 421 has the same working principle as the first clamping mechanism 11, and will not be described herein again. When the bag taking assembly 41 is moved to take out the ton bag, the second clamping mechanism 421 descends to clamp the ton bag, the lifting cylinder 411 descends to withdraw from the interior of the ton bag, and the second clamping mechanism 421 takes out the ton bag.
Further, a supporting surface 412 is arranged above the lifting cylinder 411, a plane can be formed at the bottom of the ton bag, a pre-clamping unit 422 is arranged below the rotary feeding assembly 42, the pre-clamping unit 422 is fixedly connected to the movable end of the telescopic piece of the second clamping mechanism 421, the ton bag is lifted by the pre-clamping unit 422 on the supporting surface 412, and then the second clamping mechanism 421 performs secondary clamping, so that packaging and recycling are more reliable.
Furthermore, the pre-clamping unit 422 is a vacuum chuck, the supporting surface 412 is matched with the vacuum chuck, the ton bag is easy to absorb, the structure is simple and compact, the maintenance is easy, the suction force is controllable, and when the ton bag needs to be put in, the suction force is reduced, and the ton bag can be loosened.
Furthermore, the thread rope picking unit 12 is an electromagnetic unit, a magnetic object is arranged at the tail end of the ton bag strapping rope, the magnetic object is adsorbed by the electromagnetic unit, so that the strapping rope is picked up, the strapping rope adopts an easy-to-pull buckle, and the bag can be detached by pulling the tail end of the strapping rope. When the electromagnetic unit is powered off, the rope can be loosened, and the winding phenomenon cannot occur.
Referring to fig. 7, further, the telescopic member 116 includes a plurality of telescopic cylinders, when there are two telescopic cylinders, the first telescopic cylinder 1161 is fixedly connected to the guiding sleeve 1162, the second telescopic cylinder 1163 is slidably connected to the guiding sleeve 1162, and the first telescopic cylinder 1161 is fixedly connected to the second telescopic cylinder 1163. The telescopic distance of the telescopic piece 116 can be increased, and the packaging bag is suitable for more packaging bag varieties. Meanwhile, if the ton bag has a small loading amount, the height of the ton bag is low, and the extensible member 116 has a sufficient length to contact the ton bag.
Preferably, the telescopic cylinder 116 of the present invention employs an air cylinder, which is low in cost, large in clamping force, adjustable in speed, and convenient for maintenance, and the first elastic body employs a spring, which is low in cost.
Further, the rotary throwing assembly 42 further includes a rotating mechanism 423 and a height adjusting cylinder 424, the rotating mechanism 423 is fixedly connected to the base, and the second clamping mechanism 421 is fixedly connected to the rotating mechanism 423. The rotating mechanism 423 rotates the second clamping mechanism 421 through gear engagement or belt transmission, the ton bag is rotated to a position to be thrown, and the height adjusting cylinder 424 is fixedly connected with the rotating mechanism 423 and the second clamping mechanism 421 to realize height adjustment of the second clamping mechanism 421, so that the height adjusting range of the second clamping mechanism 421 is wider, and the ton bag clamping device is suitable for clamping ton bags with different heights.
Referring to fig. 1, when the automatic bale breaker is used, a tied ton bag is placed on the conveying device 2, the ton bag is conveyed to the lower part of the trip device 1 along the belt conveyor 21 under the action of the guide plates 23 on the two sides, the extensible member 116 extends outwards, the second cross bar 112 moves downwards under the action of the first elastic body 115 to drive the first supporting rod 113 to move downwards and rotate, the first clamping rod 114 is opened, when the first elastic body 115 returns to a normal state, the first clamping mechanism 11 is opened, the extensible member 116 continues to extend outwards to drive the rope pickup unit 12 to descend to be close to the ton bag, a magnetic substance is arranged at the tail end of the tying rope on the ton bag, the tying rope adopts a zip-top binding mode, the rope pickup unit 12 adopts an electromagnet, the electromagnet is electrified to suck the magnetic substance arranged at the tail end of the tying rope, the extensible member 116 stops extending outwards to contract, the electromagnet lifts the tail end of the tying rope, the extensible member 116 drives the second cross bar 112, the first elastic body 115 is compressed, the first support rod 113 rotates upwards to clamp the first clamping rod 114, the electromagnet lifts the tail end of the strapping rope, the first clamping rod 114 clamps the strapping rope for the second time, then the telescopic piece 116 contracts continuously to stretch and release the zip-top rope buckle of the strapping rope upwards, then the electromagnet is powered off to release the tail end of the strapping rope, the telescopic piece 116 extends outwards, and the first clamping rod 114 is released in the same way, so that the whole strapping rope is released. The belt conveyor 21 transports the opened ton bags continuously to the chain conveyor 22 arranged at intervals, the packaging clamping assembly 31 is driven by the movable overturning assembly 32 to stretch the bottom supporting plate 312 into the chain conveyor 22, the ton bags on the chain conveyor 22 are lifted, the movable clamping plates 311 on two sides move inwards, the top clamping plate 313 moves downwards to clamp the ton bags, and meanwhile, the suction cups 314 dispersed on the clamping plates attract and fix the surfaces of the ton bags. The movable turnover component 32 is moved to move backwards, meanwhile, the packaging clamping component 31 is rotated by 180 degrees, goods inside the packaging clamping component are poured by means of dead weight due to the fact that the mouth of the ton bag is opened, and after pouring, the ton bag is still kept in the original state due to the effect of the suction cups 314 and cannot be loosened. After pouring down, remove and get bag subassembly 41 translation to ton bag below, lift cylinder 411 lifts, stretch into in the ton bag, then transversely translate out packing clamping component 31 with ton bag, at the removal in-process, transversely vibrate, be favorable to driving the remaining goods in the ton bag, when removing the assigned position, rotary mechanism 423 rotates second clamping mechanism 421 to lift cylinder 411 top, second clamping mechanism 421 drives clamping unit 422 descends in advance, the decline mode is the same with first clamping mechanism 11 mode, no longer describe here any more. When the pre-clamping unit 422 contacts the supporting surface 412 on the lifting cylinder 411, the ton bag is sucked, the second clamping mechanism 421 is lifted, the ton bag is lifted by the pre-clamping unit 422, the second clamping mechanism 421 is convenient to clamp, after the ton bag is clamped by the second clamping mechanism 421, the lifting cylinder 411 acts according to actual conditions to avoid the rotation and translation of the ton bag, the rotating mechanism 423 drives the second clamping mechanism 421 to rotate, the ton bag is transferred to a specified position, then the pre-clamping unit 422 releases the ton bag, the second clamping mechanism 421 is opened, and the ton bag is released to the specified position.
In conclusion, the invention utilizes an easy-to-pull buckle tying mode which is convenient to disassemble, the tail end of the binding rope is provided with the magnetic substance, the tail end of the binding rope is picked up by the electromagnet and then is clamped and unbuckled, automatic unbuckled is realized, the limitation of manual unbuckling is removed, meanwhile, the ton bag is overturned and toppled, the integrity of the ton bag is not damaged in the whole process, the ton bag is transversely moved and taken out, and then the ton bag is clamped to the designated position, so that the secondary recovery of the ton bag is realized, the production cost is reduced, the reuse of the ton bag is realized, and the device has a simple structure and is easy to maintain.
