Further, the bottom plate 120 is fixed on the upper surface of the base 200, a motor slot 2000 is formed in the base 200, a rotating motor 210 is installed in the motor slot 2000, an output end of the rotating motor 210 penetrates through the base 200 and the bull gear hole 1202 to be fixedly connected with the bull gear swivel 1241, and the bull gear 124 can be driven to rotate through the work of the rotating motor 210, so that the rotating disc 132 is driven to rotate.
