3. An edging and dusting device as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that said mounting frame (24) is provided in the shape of "Jiong", the two ends of said mounting frame (24) being removably arranged on the outer wall of said processing apparatus (2).

An edging and dust removing device for wood working according to claim 1, characterized in that said blowing ports (27) are mounted on a right-angled table of the working machine (2), said blowing ports (27) are connected with a blower inside the working machine (2) with the blowing direction vertically upward, said blowing ports (27) are uniformly and equidistantly arranged below said edging wheel (25).

An edging and dust removing device for wood processing according to claim 1, characterized in that the first conveying device (3) comprises a first conveying table (31) with a high front end and a low rear end, the first conveying table (31) is provided with a first leg (32) at the lower part, and the two first legs (32) have different heights.

An edging and dust removing device for wood working according to claim 5, characterized in that two second socle (42) with the same height are arranged below the second conveying table (41), and the height of the second conveying table (41) is consistent with the height of the material collecting table (5).
7. An edging and dust removing device for wood working according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the processing equipment (2) is externally provided with a controller (6) for control.

Background
Furniture needs to use a large amount of panels in the production process, and in order to facilitate on-line furniture sale, more and more factories can process the panels into semi-finished products, and then the mounting parts are matched, so that consumers can conveniently carry out DIY at home. The collected wood has different shapes, and finally the wood needs to be made into the same specification, so various cutting processes are needed. After the processing is finished, in order to improve smoothness of the edge part, polishing is also carried out, and the polished finished product also needs to realize the condition of uniform specification. And most hand-crafted mills require the use of experienced craftsmen to push the wood for grinding. This approach is labor intensive, slow, requires empirical judgment of the angle of sanding, and is prone to safety hazards. Therefore, they are gradually replaced by mechanized factories requiring efficiency. Based on this, in order to solve the defect of manual polishing, the invention provides an edging dust removal device for wood processing.

the left end of conveyer belt is equipped with first conveyor, first conveyor's direction is for setting up from back to front, first conveyor's conveying end sets up in second conveyor's top, second conveyor includes that the level sets up, direction of transfer second conveying platform to the right, the end of second conveying platform is equipped with the material collection platform.
Preferably, the front side of the conveyor belt is provided with a baffle plate for limiting the conveying direction of the wood to be processed.
Preferably, the mounting rack is arranged in a shape like 'Jiong', and two ends of the mounting rack are detachably arranged on the outer wall of the processing equipment.
Preferably, the air blowing ports are installed on a right-angle table top of the processing equipment, the air blowing ports are connected with an air blower inside the processing equipment, the air blowing direction is vertical upwards, and the air blowing ports are uniformly arranged below the edging wheels at equal intervals.

In the using process of the invention, the controller is started to enable the parts in the drawing to normally operate, the wood board to be processed is manually placed towards the edging wheels according to the edging parts, the non-edging parts are placed towards the baffle and pushed leftwards (then driven to move leftwards by the conveyor belt), the wood is conveyed towards the linear direction in the pushing process, the lower part of the wood is driven by the conveyor belt, meanwhile, the conveying press roller with brush hair at the upper part pushes the wood to move, the processing equipment is arranged behind the conveyor belt, the edging wheels are arranged in the direction of the processing equipment close to the conveying press roller, so that the wood is edged while being conveyed, an air blowing port is arranged below the right-angle table surface of the processing equipment, and an air blowing fan with an upward air blowing direction is connected inside the air blowing port, so that residual dust after polishing can be blown upwards and is respectively sucked by a plurality of dust suction branch pipes at the upper part of the wood, thereby make the whole reduction of the inside dust volume of mill, because the air-blast port sets up, be convenient for with piece, the dust drive after the edging and conveying up for dust absorption effect is better, then utilize first conveyer, second conveyer and collecting platform to be convenient for retransfer timber to worker's hand, makes things convenient for the workman to collect.
