1. A double-unfolding fan-shaped solar wing is characterized by comprising:

the disc hinge is provided with two rotating discs which can rotate relatively;

the flexible solar wing is arranged on the flexible solar wing and is circumferentially arranged by taking the disc hinge as a center, and two ends of the flexible supporting rods are respectively connected to two ends of the flexible solar wing close to and far away from the disc hinge;

when the foldable solar wing is folded, the unfolding mechanism and the telescopic stay bar are both in a contracted state, and the flexible solar wing is folded and compressed between the two cover plates;

when the solar panel is unfolded for the first time, the second end of the unfolding mechanism drives the cover plate to move away from the disc hinge, and the cover plate drives the flexible solar wing and the telescopic support rod to unfold away from the disc hinge;

when the flexible solar wing is unfolded for the second time, the driving mechanism drives one rotating disc to rotate around the other rotating disc, and the rotating disc drives one unfolding mechanism and the cover plate to rotate circumferentially so as to drive the flexible solar wing to unfold circumferentially.

2. The double unfolding fan solar wing of claim 1, wherein said unfolding mechanism is a screw mechanism, said screw mechanism having a first end that is fixed and a second end that is extendable.

3. The quadric unfolding fan solar wing according to claim 1, wherein said driving mechanism is a unfolding motor.

4. The quadric unfolding sectored solar wing according to claim 1, wherein said telescopic struts are rigid struts.

5. The quadric fanned solar wing according to claim 1, wherein said cover plate is a right trapezoid.

Background

In the long-term operation process of the spacecraft in orbit, the solar wing is mainly used for providing electric energy for the spacecraft. The solar wing converts light energy into electric energy by using the battery piece attached to the solar wing for the spacecraft to use.

The working modes of the solar wing are as follows: when the spacecraft launches, the solar wings are in a folded state, so that the occupied volume is reduced; and after the spacecraft is in orbit, the sun wing is in an open state to generate power.

The existing solar wing occupies a large space envelope in a furled state and has a small area after being unfolded.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a twice-unfolding fan-shaped solar wing, which can realize twice folding of the fan-shaped solar wing, and further reduce the space envelope occupied by the solar wing in the folded state.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

a double unfolding fan-shaped solar wing comprising:

the disc hinge is provided with two rotating discs which can rotate relatively;

the driving mechanism is connected to the disc hinge and is used for driving one rotating disc to rotate around the other rotating disc;

the first ends of the two unfolding mechanisms are respectively connected with the two rotating discs;

the two cover plates are arranged in parallel and oppositely, and the second ends of the two unfolding mechanisms are respectively connected with one cover plate;

the flexible solar wing is in a fan shape and is arranged between the two cover plates, two sides of one end, far away from the disc hinge, of the flexible solar wing are fixedly connected to the two cover plates respectively, and two sides, close to one end of the disc hinge, of the flexible solar wing are fixedly connected to first ends of the two unfolding mechanisms respectively;

the flexible solar wing is arranged on the flexible solar wing and is circumferentially arranged by taking the disc hinge as a center, and two ends of the flexible supporting rods are respectively connected to two ends of the flexible solar wing close to and far away from the disc hinge;

when the foldable solar wing is folded, the unfolding mechanism and the telescopic stay bar are both in a contracted state, and the flexible solar wing is folded and compressed between the two cover plates;

when the solar panel is unfolded for the first time, the second end of the unfolding mechanism drives the cover plate to move away from the disc hinge, and the cover plate drives the flexible solar wing and the telescopic support rod to unfold away from the disc hinge;

when the flexible solar wing is unfolded for the second time, the driving mechanism drives one rotating disc to rotate around the other rotating disc, and the rotating disc drives one unfolding mechanism and the cover plate to rotate circumferentially so as to drive the flexible solar wing to unfold circumferentially.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the unfolding mechanism is a screw mechanism, and the first end of the screw mechanism is a fixed end and the second end of the screw mechanism is extendable.

According to an embodiment of the invention, the drive mechanism is a deployment motor.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the telescopic stay is a rigid stay.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the cover plate has a right trapezoid shape.

Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and positive effects:

(1) the embodiment of the invention is provided with the disc hinge, the driving mechanism, the two unfolding mechanisms, the two cover plates and the plurality of telescopic support rods, so that secondary unfolding of the flexible solar wing in two directions is realized, the occupied space envelope is small in a folded and folded state, and the area is large after unfolding.

The driving mechanism is connected to the disc hinge 2 and used for driving one rotating disc to rotate around the other rotating disc, in the embodiment, the driving mechanism is the unfolding motor 6, the unfolding motor 6 is fixedly connected to one rotating disc through a flange, an output shaft of the unfolding motor 6 penetrates through the rotating disc fixedly connected with the unfolding motor and is fixedly connected with the other rotating disc, and the output shaft rotates to drive the rotating disc to rotate around the other rotating disc.

The first ends of the two unfolding mechanisms are respectively connected to the two rotating discs, the unfolding mechanism is a screw mechanism 5 in this embodiment, the first end of the screw mechanism 5 is a fixed end, and the second end of the screw mechanism 5 is extendable, that is, the second end of the screw mechanism 5 can extend and retract relative to the first end. Specifically, screw mechanism 5 includes lead screw, screw nut and screw motor, and screw nut wears to establish and threaded connection in the lead screw, and the one end of lead screw rotates to be connected in disc hinge 2 and rather than axial fixity, the other end of screw motor's output shaft lead screw.

In this embodiment, the telescopic stay bar 3 is a rigid stay bar, has a sleeve-type structure, is divided into two sections, and can be extended and shortened in a linear direction.

The working process of the present invention is further explained as follows:

when the folding and furling device is folded, the screw rod mechanism 5 and the telescopic stay bar 3 are both in a contraction state, and the flexible solar wing 4 is folded and compressed between the two cover plates 1.

when the solar wing is unfolded for the second time, the driving mechanism drives one rotating disc to rotate 360 degrees around the other rotating disc, the rotating disc drives one lead screw mechanism 5 and the cover plate 1 to rotate circumferentially so as to drive the flexible solar wing 4 to be unfolded circumferentially, and the unfolded flexible solar wing 4 is approximately circular.

The secondary unfolding fan-shaped solar wing has the characteristics of small folding volume, simple structure and light weight. The solar energy collecting device is composed of 2 rigid cover plates 1, a plurality of telescopic supporting rods 3 and flexible solar wings 4, and is approximately circular after being unfolded. In the furled state, the rigid cover plate 1 is used for realizing compaction and folding, and the screw mechanism 5 is used for driving the telescopic stay bar 3 to furl the flexible solar wing 4 further, so that the volume is reduced.
