The invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the footrest member 1 of the right rudder vehicle is provided with a support inclined surface 2 for supporting the feet of the driver, the support inclined surface 2 is inclined upward from the rear to the front, and the left part of the support inclined surface 2 is provided with a limit boss 3 protruding upward from the support inclined surface 2. The limiting boss 3 can be used for supporting the console right cover plate 14, so that the position of the console right cover plate 14 is limited, the matching appearance of the console right cover plate 14 and the footrest part 1 is ensured, and when the footrest part 1 is covered with the carpet 10, the limiting boss 3 can ensure the matching appearance of the console right cover plate 14 and the carpet 10.
In the present embodiment, the limit boss 3 is an elongated boss extending along the left edge of the support slope 2, and can better support the console right side cover 14.
In the present embodiment, the limit projection 3 is provided at the upper half of the left edge of the support slope 2 so that the lower portion of the support slope 2 maintains a large support area.
In this embodiment, the leg rest 1 is provided with a recess 8 depressed downward, the recess 8 being located on the front side of the upper edge of the support slope 2. The groove 8 serves to limit the carpet 10 covered on the footrest 1.
In the embodiment, the rear part of the supporting inclined plane 2 is provided with a sinking platform 4 which is concave downwards, and the sinking platform 4 is provided with a mounting hole which penetrates through the leg resting piece 1 downwards.
In the present embodiment, the leg rest 1 is a block-shaped member made of foam, the rear portion of the upper side of the leg rest 1 is a support slope 2, the front portion of the upper side of the leg rest 1 is a plane extending forward from the upper edge of the support slope 2, and the recess 8 is provided in the left portion of the plane.
Example two
The mounting structure of the footrest part of the right-rudder vehicle shown in fig. 1 to 4 comprises a vehicle body, a right side cover plate 14 of the auxiliary instrument panel and the footrest part of the right-rudder vehicle as described in the first embodiment, wherein the footrest part 1 is fixedly connected to the vehicle body, the limit boss 3 is positioned on the left side of the right side cover plate 14 of the auxiliary instrument panel, and the right side cover plate 14 of the auxiliary instrument panel is supported on the limit boss 3 leftwards.
In this embodiment, the leg rest member 1 is connected with the vehicle body through the mounting bracket 6, the bottom of the mounting bracket 6 is fixedly connected with the vehicle body, the top of the mounting bracket 6 is provided with a projection welding bolt, the projection welding bolt upwards passes through the mounting hole at the sinking platform 4, and the leg rest member 1 is fixedly connected with the mounting bracket 6 through a thrust round nut 7 matched with the projection welding bolt. For better arrangement of the mounting bracket 6, an escape groove 5 for escaping the mounting bracket 6 is provided at the lower side of the rear portion of the footrest 1.
In this embodiment, the carpet 10 covering the leg rest member 1 is further included, the carpet 10 is provided with an inclined wall portion 11 attached to the support inclined surface 2 and a protruding portion 12 covering the limiting boss 3, and the protruding portion 12 is spaced between the console right side cover 14 and the limiting boss 3.
In the present embodiment, including the footrest of the right-rudder vehicle as claimed in claim 4, the floor mat 10 is provided with a recess 13 recessed downward into the recess 8, and the front portion of the console right side cover 14 is stopped on a path where the recess 13 is separated upward from the recess 8. The recessed portion 13 is fitted in the groove 8 to prevent the carpet 10 from loosening.
In the embodiment, the sound insulation pad for the front wall plate is further included, and the front part of the leg rest member 1 is fixedly connected with the sound insulation pad for the front wall plate through a rivet 9.
By adopting the mounting structure of the leg rest part of the right rudder automobile, the limiting boss 3 is arranged to support the right cover plate 14 of the auxiliary instrument panel, so that the position of the right cover plate 14 of the auxiliary instrument panel can be limited, the matching appearance of the right cover plate 14 of the auxiliary instrument panel and the carpet 10 is ensured, and the front part of the right cover plate 14 of the auxiliary instrument panel is blocked on the path of the concave part 13 which is separated from the groove 8 upwards.
