Deformable child safety seat for automobile and use method thereof
1. A transformable child safety seat for automobiles, comprising:
the large seat is fixed on a certain seat in the rear row of the automobile and is provided with a safety belt;
and the small seat is in sliding fit with the large seat and is selectively fixed on the large seat or other seats in the rear row of the automobile, and a safety belt is arranged on the small seat.
2. A convertible automobile child safety seat as claimed in claim 1, wherein the large seat is connected to the rear seat of the automobile by an ISOFIX interface.
3. A deformable automotive child safety seat as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front part of the load bearing seat plate of the large seat is provided with a rail, and the front part of the load bearing seat plate of the small seat is provided with a sliding block which is in sliding fit with the rail.
4. A transformable child safety seat for automobiles as claimed in claim 3, wherein the front part of the load-bearing seat plate of the small seat is provided with a connecting frame, and the sliding block is mounted on the side of the connecting frame.
5. A transformable child safety seat for automobiles as claimed in claim 3 or 4, wherein the front part of the load bearing seat plate of the large seat is provided with a weight plate, and the rail is provided with the weight plate.
6. A transformable automotive child safety seat as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outside of the small seat is provided with a fixing insert matching with the car seat belt socket.
7. A deformable automobile child safety seat as claimed in claim 6, wherein the small seat has a mounting hole at the back for the automobile safety belt to pass through, and the corresponding shell of the fixing insertion piece is provided with a fixing socket matching with the automobile safety belt insertion piece.
8. A transformable child safety seat for automobiles as claimed in claim 1, wherein armrests are provided on both sides of the large seat, respectively, and at least one of the armrests is a sliding armrest which can slide upward.
9. The transformable automotive child safety seat as claimed in claim 8, wherein the bottom of the sliding armrest is fixedly connected with the load bearing seat plate of the large seat through a buckle.
10. A use method of a deformable child safety seat for an automobile is characterized by comprising the following two states:
1) from single seats to double seats
a. Connecting a large seat with a certain seat in the rear row of the automobile through an ISOFIX interface;
b. the buckle at the sliding armrest of the large seat is unfastened, so that the sliding armrest moves upwards;
c. the small seat on the large seat slides towards the direction of the sliding armrest until the small seat is positioned at other seats at the back row of the automobile, and the sliding armrest moves downwards to reset;
d. inserting the fixing insertion pieces on the side edges of the small seats into corresponding automobile safety belt sockets to preliminarily fix the small seats;
e. a safety belt of an automobile seat where a small seat is located penetrates through a mounting hole of a seat back of the small seat, and an inserting piece of the safety belt is inserted into a fixing socket of the small seat so as to further fix the small seat; the fixed socket is arranged on the shell where the fixed inserting sheet is arranged;
2) from double seats to single seats
a. Separating a fixed socket of the small seat from a corresponding automobile safety belt inserting piece, and separating the automobile safety belt from the seat back of the small seat;
b. separating the fixed inserting sheet of the small seat from the automobile safety belt socket;
c. the buckle at the sliding armrest of the large seat is unfastened, and the sliding armrest is moved upwards;
d. the small seat slides towards the direction of the big seat until the small seat is positioned on the big seat, the sliding armrest moves downwards to reset, and the sliding armrest is fixed with the big seat through a buckle.
Background
At present, the situation that a family has two or more children is increasingly common, and how to safely carry a plurality of children to take a family car becomes a problem to be considered by many parents. Current children's safety seat usually passes through the ISOFIX interface to be fixed on car back row seat, fixes children on safety seat through children's special safety belt, and current product can reliably ensure children's safety by bus, but has occupied a large amount of automobile space.
Taking the most common 5-seat household automobile at the present stage as an example, the front row seats are taken by a driver and a copilot, the front row does not allow the installation of a child safety seat according to law, and the 3 rear rows comprise two large seats and a middle small seat. Furthermore, the front part of the bearing seat plate of the big seat is provided with a track, the front part of the bearing seat plate of the small seat is provided with a sliding block, and the sliding block is in sliding fit with the track. The front part of the bearing seat plate of the small seat is provided with a connecting frame, and the sliding block is arranged on the side edge of the connecting frame. The front part of the bearing seat plate of the big seat is provided with a counterweight plate, and the track is arranged on the counterweight plate.
The sliding block can be in track horizontal migration, and the setting of weight plate can increase the weight of big seat, guarantees the stability of big seat.
The connecting frame is respectively and rigidly installed and connected with the small seat and the sliding block, the height of the connecting frame is matched with the height difference of the bearing seat plates of the large seat and the small seat, and the width of the connecting frame is not more than that of the small seat.
Furthermore, the outside of little seat is equipped with the fixed inserted sheet that matches with the car blet socket. The seat back department of little seat is equipped with the mounting hole that supplies the car blet to pass, be equipped with the fixed socket that matches with the car blet inserted sheet on the casing that fixed inserted sheet corresponds.
The fixed socket and the fixed inserting sheet of the small seat are integrated on the same shell.

c. the small seat on the large seat slides towards the direction of the sliding armrest until the small seat is positioned at other seats at the back row of the automobile, and the sliding armrest moves downwards to reset;
d. inserting the fixing insertion piece at the side of the small seat into the corresponding automobile safety belt socket;
e. a safety belt of an automobile seat where a small seat is located penetrates through an installation hole of a seat back of the small seat, and an insertion piece of the safety belt is inserted into a fixed socket of the small seat; the fixed socket is arranged on the shell where the fixed inserting sheet is arranged;
2) from double seats to single seats
a. Separating a fixed socket of the small seat from a corresponding automobile safety belt inserting piece, and separating the automobile safety belt from the seat back of the small seat;
b. separating the fixed inserting sheet of the small seat from the automobile safety belt socket;
c. the buckle at the sliding armrest of the large seat is unfastened, and the sliding armrest is moved upwards;
d. the small seat slides towards the direction of the big seat until the small seat is positioned on the big seat, the sliding armrest moves downwards to reset, and the sliding armrest is fixed with the big seat through a buckle.
When the seat is used, if a child sits on the seat, the seat adopts the single-seat form of the invention, at the moment, the seat is arranged on the seat at the back row of the automobile through the ISOFIX interface of the big seat, the small seat is folded on the big seat, the armrests at the two sides of the big seat can limit the small seat, and the child sits on the small seat and is fixed by the safety belt on the small seat.
When the automobile seat is used, if two children sit on the automobile seat, the double-seat form of the automobile seat is adopted, at the moment, the sliding armrest is moved upwards, the small seat is pulled out from the side surface through the sliding block below the small seat and the track fixed on the counterweight plate of the large seat, so that the small seat is positioned at other seats on the rear row of the automobile, the small seat is fixed by using the safety belt of the automobile at the position of the seat, the fixing insertion piece of the small seat is inserted into the corresponding socket of the safety belt of the automobile, multiple security is realized to fix the small seat, and then the sliding armrest of the large seat is reset. One child sits on the small seat, the other child sits on the large seat, and the two children are fixed by the safety belts on the large seat and the small seat respectively.
When the automobile rear seat is used, if three children sit, the rear seats of the automobile are only required to adopt the double-seat form of the invention, and the other rear seats of the automobile are provided with a common child safety seat or a single-seat form of the invention.
The invention has simple and reasonable structure, easy production and manufacture, convenient and quick switching between the single-seat form and the double-seat form, is suitable for the condition that one or more than two children take the bus, saves the space of the bus and has wide market space.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a transformable child safety seat for automobile includes:
the large seat 1 is fixed on the left seat of the rear row of the automobile, and a safety belt 2 is arranged on the large seat;
the small seat 3 is slidably engaged with the large seat, whereby the small seat is selectively fixed to the large seat or the middle seat in the rear row of the vehicle according to the number of children seated therein, and a safety belt (not shown) is provided on the small seat.
Wherein, the bearing seat plate 5 of the small seat is higher than the bearing seat plate 6 of the big seat, and the width of the small seat is narrower than that of the big seat.
The front part of the bearing seat plate of the big seat is provided with a counterweight plate 7, the counterweight plate is provided with a track which is horizontally arranged, the front part of the bearing seat plate of the small seat is rigidly provided with a connecting frame 8, the left side edge of the connecting frame is rigidly connected with a sliding block 9, and the sliding block is horizontally matched with the track in a sliding manner so as to realize the horizontal sliding fit of the small seat and the big seat.
The connecting frame is respectively and rigidly installed and connected with the small seat and the sliding block, the height of the connecting frame is matched with the height difference of the bearing seat plates of the large seat and the small seat, and the width of the connecting frame is not more than that of the small seat.
The left side of the big chair is provided with a fixed armrest 10, the right side is provided with a sliding armrest 11 which can move up and down, and the sliding armrest can move up and down on the side surface of the back of the big chair. The rear side of the large seat is connected with the rear seat of the automobile through an ISOFIX interface 12.
The back of the small seat is provided with a mounting hole 4 for the middle seat belt of the automobile to pass through, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the right rear side of the small seat is connected with a shell 13, the shell is provided with a fixing insertion sheet 14 matched with the socket of the middle seat belt of the automobile, and the shell is also provided with a fixing socket 15 matched with the insertion sheet of the middle seat belt of the automobile.
Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1, in order to prevent the sliding armrest from sliding unintentionally, a buckle is arranged between the bottom of the sliding armrest and a bearing seat plate of a large seat, so that the sliding armrest is ensured not to be displaced along with the bumping of the automobile, and the side limit of a small seat on the large seat can be carried out.
The limiting buckles of the sliding blocks can be arranged at the outer side ends of the tracks as required, so that the stability of the sliding blocks in the single-seat form and the double-seat form is enhanced.
Example 3
In addition to embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 7, a method for using a child safety seat for a convertible car:
1) from single seats to double seats
a. The large seat 1 is connected with the left seat of the back row of the automobile through an ISOFIX interface 12;
b. the buckle at the position of the sliding armrest 11 of the large seat is unfastened, so that the sliding armrest moves upwards;
c. the small seat 3 on the big seat slides towards the direction of the sliding armrest until the small seat is positioned at the middle seat in the back row of the automobile, and the sliding armrest moves downwards to reset;
d. inserting the fixing insertion sheet 14 at the right rear side of the small seat into a safety belt socket at the right side of a middle seat in the rear row of the automobile;
e. the safety belt of the middle seat in the rear row of the automobile passes through the mounting hole 4 of the back of the small seat, and the inserting piece of the safety belt is inserted into the fixed socket 15 of the small seat;
2) from double seats to single seats
a. Separating a fixed socket 15 of the small seat from a safety belt inserting sheet of a middle seat in the rear row of the automobile, and separating the automobile safety belt from the backrest of the small seat;
b. separating the fixing insertion sheet 14 of the small seat from the automobile safety belt socket;
c. the buckle at the sliding armrest of the large seat is unfastened, and the sliding armrest is moved upwards;
d. the small seat slides towards the direction of the big seat until the small seat is positioned on the big seat, the sliding armrest moves downwards to reset, and the sliding armrest is fixed with the big seat through a buckle.
