The signboard for a bus stop according to claim 4, wherein the rotation unit comprises a rotation shaft (10), two first bearings, two torsion springs (13) and two transmission units, the first bearings are disposed inside the collecting box (3), both ends of the rotation shaft (10) are connected to inner rings of the two first bearings, respectively, the collecting plate (8) is connected to an outer circumference of the rotation shaft (10), one ends of the two torsion springs (13) are connected to outer rings of the two first bearings, respectively, the other ends of the torsion springs (13) are connected to the rotation shaft (10), the two transmission units are disposed on both ends of the rotation shaft (10), and the two transmission units are connected to both ends of one side of the support plate (14) adjacent to the rotation shaft (10), respectively.

The signboard for a bus stop according to claim 5, wherein the driving unit comprises driving discs (11) and driving ropes (12), two driving discs (11) are respectively disposed at both ends of the rotating shaft (10), one end of the driving rope (12) is wound around the driving discs (11), and the other ends of the two driving ropes (12) are respectively connected to both ends of the side of the support plate (14) adjacent to the rotating shaft (10).

The signboard for a bus station according to claim 1, wherein the dust removing mechanism further comprises a fixing plate (5), one side of the fixing plate (5) is connected to an inner wall of a side of the collecting box (3) far from the drain pipe (7), and the other side of the fixing plate (5) is connected to a bottom inside the collecting box (3).
Background
The billboard refers to all outdoor media for transmitting advertising information, the size of the media is determined according to the actual environment, and pictures of shop signs, doorheads and outer facades can be made by manual drawing, computer making or printing on paper. The materials of the billboard are generally as follows: square pipe, angle steel, etc. are welded to form, and may have three-dimensional board, lamp cloth, plastic uptake, automobile baking finish, buckle, aluminum-plastic panel, etc.
The existing advertising board is placed outdoors, so that dust is easily covered on the advertising board, and pedestrians and the like cannot clearly observe advertisements.

the collecting assembly comprises a collecting plate, a sealing plate, a rotating unit and a connecting unit, the rotating unit is arranged above the collecting box, the two connecting units are respectively arranged on two sides of the collecting box and are connected with the rotating unit, the connecting unit is connected with the power unit, the rotating unit is connected with one side of the collecting plate, and the sealing plate is arranged on one side, close to an opening, of the collecting plate.
Preferably, in order to realize the function of moving the piston up and down, the power unit comprises a suction pump, a first connecting pipe and a second connecting pipe, the suction pump is arranged on the air cylinder and is communicated with the inside of the air cylinder through the first connecting pipe, the suction pump is communicated with one end of the second connecting pipe, the other end of the second connecting pipe is connected with the connecting unit, and the suction pump is electrically connected with the PLC.

The invention has the advantages that the purified rainwater can be uniformly sprayed to the main body through the dust removal mechanism, the sprayed water has certain impact force, thereby realizing the function of removing dust at all places of the main body, improving the dust removal effect, preventing dust from covering the main body to influence an observer to check advertisements, avoiding artificial cleaning and consuming urban water sources, improving the environmental protection of equipment, being sprayed to the main body after purifying the rainwater, slowing down the corrosion speed of the main body, prolonging the service life of the main body and having higher practicability, compared with the existing dust removal mechanism, the dust removal mechanism can ensure that the collection plate is in an inclined state when the collection plate does not shield an opening, thereby expanding the range of collecting the rainwater, leading the rainwater falling on the collection plate to slide into the collection box under the self gravity, thereby can collect more rainwater, thereby can promote the effect of dust removal, and when not raining, can drive the collecting plate and rotate to being close to the open-ended direction, make the closing plate move into in the opening, thereby can reduce the windward area of collecting plate, thereby can reduce the probability that the collecting plate is blown down by strong wind, thereby can prolong the life of collecting plate, the practicality is higher, through wiping the rain mechanism, the function of wiping rain has been realized, prevent that the rainwater from leaving water stain in the main part, thereby prevent to influence the advertising effect, the practicality of equipment has been improved, compare with current wiping the rain mechanism, this wiping the rain mechanism and dust removal mechanism link gear as an organic whole, the practicality of driving source has been reduced, the practicality of equipment has been improved.

As shown in fig. 1-3, the dust removing mechanism comprises a collecting box 3, a raindrop sensor 6, an activated carbon filter screen 4, two collecting components and a plurality of drain pipes 7, wherein the collecting box 3 is arranged above the main body 2, the raindrop sensor 6 is arranged above the collecting box 3, the raindrop sensor 6 is electrically connected with the PLC, an opening is arranged above the collecting box 3, the collecting components are arranged above the collecting box 3, the two collecting components are respectively arranged at two sides of the opening, the collecting components correspond to the power units one by one, the collecting components are connected with the power units, the activated carbon filter screen 4 is horizontally arranged inside the collecting box 3, the drain pipes 7 are uniformly arranged below the collecting box 3, the drain pipes 7 are communicated with the inside of the collecting box 3, the drain pipes 7 are obliquely arranged, one end of the drain pipes 7 far away from the collecting box 3 is arranged towards one side of the main body 2, a pressure release valve is arranged in the drain pipe 7 and is electrically connected with the PLC;
the collecting assembly comprises a collecting plate 8, a sealing plate 9, a rotating unit and a connecting unit, the rotating unit is arranged above the collecting box 3, the two connecting units are respectively arranged on two sides of the collecting box 3 and are connected with the rotating unit, the connecting unit is connected with a power unit, the rotating unit is connected with one side of the collecting plate 8, and the sealing plate 9 is arranged on one side, close to an opening, of the collecting plate 8.
When the raindrop sensor 6 detects rain, the power unit is controlled to work, so that air in the air cylinder 21 can be guided into the connecting unit, the connecting unit works, the rotating unit can be driven to work, the collecting plate 8 can rotate towards the direction far away from the opening, the opening is exposed, rainwater can conveniently enter the inside of the collecting box 3, the function of collecting rainwater is achieved, the rainwater falls on the bottom of the collecting box 3 after impurity removal through the activated carbon filter screen 4, the purified rainwater enters the inside of the drain pipe 7, when the pressure relief value of the pressure relief valve is reached, the pressure relief valve is opened, the purified rainwater can be discharged through the drain pipe 7, the purified rainwater can be uniformly sprayed to the main body 2, the sprayed water has certain impact force, the function of removing dust from all parts of the main body 2 can be achieved, and the dust removing effect is improved, prevent dust from covering the main body 2 to affect the observer to look over the advertisement, and need not to be cleaned manually, and need not consume urban water source, thus can improve the environmental protection of the apparatus, can be sprayed to the main body 2 after purifying the rainwater, thus can slow down the speed of corroding the main body 2, thus can lengthen the service life of the main body 2, the practicability is higher, and when the collecting plate 8 does not shelter from the opening, the collecting plate 8 is in the inclined state, thus can expand the scope of collecting the rainwater, make the rainwater falling on the collecting plate 8 can also slip into the collecting box 3 under its own gravity, thus can collect more rainwater, thus can promote the effect of dust removal, when not raining, the power unit works, can drive the connection unit to work, make the rotation unit work, thus drive the collecting plate 8 to rotate to the direction close to the opening, make the sealing plate 9 move into the opening, thereby can reduce the frontal area of collecting plate 8 to can reduce the probability that collecting plate 8 is blown down by strong wind, thereby can prolong collecting plate 8's life, the practicality is higher.

When the raindrop sensor 6 detects raining, the suction pump 19 is controlled to start, air in the air cylinder 21 is guided into the second connecting pipe 18 through the first connecting pipe 20, so that air pressure in the air cylinder 21 is reduced, the piston 22 moves upwards, the connecting rod 25 can be driven to move upwards through the pull rope 23, the rain scraping plate 26 is driven to move upwards, when the raining is stopped, the suction pump 19 is controlled to start, air in the second connecting pipe 18 is sucked into the first connecting pipe 20 and then guided into the air cylinder 21, the piston 22 moves downwards, and under the action of restoring force of the elastic rope 27, the rain scraping plate 26 can be driven to move downwards through the connecting rod 25, so that rain remaining on the main body 2 can be scraped, a water removing function is achieved, rain is prevented from leaving water stains on the main body 2, the advertising effect is prevented from being influenced, and the practicability of the device is improved.
Preferably, in order to change the moving direction of the pulling rope 23, the guide unit includes a guide ring 28 and a fixed pulley 24, the fixed pulley 24 is disposed above one side of the main body 2, an outer ring of the guide ring 28 is connected to an inner wall of the circular hole, the guide ring 28 is fitted over the pulling rope 23, the pulling rope 23 is wound around the fixed pulley 24, the pulling rope 23 is slidably connected to the guide ring 28, and the pulling rope 23 is slidably connected to the fixed pulley 24.
