1. A method of charging, comprising:
acquiring identification information of a vehicle and a payment account bound by an OBU of the vehicle;
controlling a charging pile to charge the vehicle, and recording the charging cost of the vehicle according to the identification information after the charging is finished;
and paying the charging fee by using the payment account.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining identification information of the vehicle comprises:
and acquiring first identification information from the vehicle-mounted unit according to a microwave reading antenna installed on the charging pile, and taking the first identification information as the identification information of the vehicle.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the obtaining identification information of the vehicle comprises:
acquiring a first identification image of the vehicle according to a camera in the charging station;
and identifying the first identification image to obtain second identification information, and taking the second identification information as the identification information of the vehicle.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising, after said obtaining identification information for a vehicle:
determining whether the first identification information and the second identification information are consistent;
and when the first identification information is consistent with the second identification information, triggering and controlling the charging pile to charge the vehicle.
5. The method of claim 2, further comprising, prior to the payment of the charging fee using the payment account:
acquiring a second identification image of the vehicle according to a camera in the charging station;
identifying the second identification image to obtain third identification information;
determining whether the first identification information and the third identification information are consistent;
and when the first identification information is consistent with the third identification information, triggering the step of paying the charging fee by using the payment account.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after said obtaining a payment account bound to an On Board Unit (OBU) of the vehicle:
determining a type of the payment account;
when the type of the payment account is a savings type, determining whether the balance of the payment account is greater than a preset savings amount;
and when the balance of the payment account is larger than the preset savings amount, triggering and controlling a charging pile to charge the vehicle.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to the controlling a charging post to charge the vehicle:
determining whether the identification information of the vehicle is present in a blacklist of charging information platforms;
and when the identification information of the vehicle exists in the blacklist of the charging information platform, prompting the vehicle to exit the charging field or sending alarm information.
8. A charging device, the device comprising:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring identification information of a vehicle and a payment account bound by an OBU of the vehicle;
the charging and billing module is used for controlling a charging pile to charge the vehicle, and after the charging is finished, the vehicle is charged and billed according to the identification information to obtain the charging fee of the vehicle;
and the charge payment module is used for paying the charging charge by using the payment account.
9. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the charging method of any one of claims 1 to 7.

Background
Along with the popularization of electric vehicles, the increase of charging fields in capital construction, the payment mode of the charging fields also becomes the concern of users, the charging fields are mainly divided into a UnionPay card swiping type and a payment APP type at present, card recharging or registration recharging through the APP is needed to be conducted before charging is conducted through reading card information or a user login mode, the charging can be conducted only after the system needs to judge that the balance is sufficient, the vehicle or user identity recognition method in the whole process is used, payment is conducted after identity verification is conducted only through a code scanning or account authentication mode, the efficiency and the user experience are greatly reduced, users corresponding to vehicles cannot efficiently and quickly conduct charging operation, in addition, relevant operation is needed to be conducted every time of charging, and part of vehicle users cannot complete relevant operation.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a charging method, a charging device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, which are used for realizing a registration-free quick payment mode of a non-contact charging field, shortening the charging time of a vehicle, improving the operation efficiency of the charging field and providing convenience for users who cannot perform APP registration operation.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a charging method, where the method includes:
acquiring identification information of a vehicle and a payment account bound by an OBU of the vehicle;
controlling a charging pile to charge the vehicle, and recording the charging cost of the vehicle according to the identification information after the charging is finished;
and paying the charging fee by using the payment account.
Further, the acquiring the identification information of the vehicle includes:
and acquiring first identification information from the vehicle-mounted unit according to a microwave reading antenna installed on the charging pile, and taking the first identification information as the identification information of the vehicle.
Further, the acquiring the identification information of the vehicle includes:
acquiring a first identification image of the vehicle according to a camera in the charging station;
and identifying the first identification image to obtain second identification information, and taking the second identification information as the identification information of the vehicle.
Further, after the acquiring the identification information of the vehicle, the method further includes:
determining whether the first identification information and the second identification information are consistent;
and when the first identification information is consistent with the second identification information, triggering and controlling the charging pile to charge the vehicle.
Further, before the payment of the charging fee by using the payment account, the method further includes:
acquiring a second identification image of the vehicle according to a camera in the charging station;
identifying the second identification image to obtain third identification information;
determining whether the first identification information and the third identification information are consistent;
and when the first identification information is consistent with the third identification information, triggering the step of paying the charging fee by using the payment account.
Further, after the acquiring the payment account bound by the On Board Unit (OBU) of the vehicle, the method further includes:
determining a type of the payment account;
when the type of the payment account is a savings type, determining whether the balance of the payment account is greater than a preset savings amount;
and when the balance of the payment account is larger than the preset savings amount, triggering and controlling a charging pile to charge the vehicle.
Further, before the controlling the charging pile charges the vehicle, the method further includes:
determining whether the identification information of the vehicle is present in a blacklist of charging information platforms;
and when the identification information of the vehicle exists in the blacklist of the charging information platform, prompting the vehicle to exit the charging field or sending alarm information.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a charging apparatus, where the apparatus includes:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring identification information of a vehicle and a payment account bound by an OBU of the vehicle;
the charging and billing module is used for controlling a charging pile to charge the vehicle, and after the charging is finished, the vehicle is charged and billed according to the identification information to obtain the charging fee of the vehicle;
and the charge payment module is used for paying the charging charge by using the payment account.
In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, where the electronic device includes:

In a fourth aspect, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, and the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the charging method.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the identification information of the vehicle and the payment account bound by the OBU of the vehicle can be obtained; controlling a charging pile to charge the vehicle, and recording the charging cost of the vehicle according to the identification information after the charging is finished; and paying the charging fee by using the payment account. The embodiment of the invention provides a solution for the non-contact charging fee payment of the vehicle provided with the vehicle-mounted unit OBU, the charging fee of the vehicle can be recorded according to the identification information of the vehicle, and an efficient and quick charging payment mode is provided for a user by utilizing the charging fee of the vehicle which is subjected to the non-contact payment of the payment account bound by the vehicle-mounted unit OBU, so that the operation of the user for paying the charging fee is simplified, the charging time of the vehicle is shortened, the operation efficiency of a charging field is improved, and convenience is provided for the user who cannot perform APP registration operation.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a charging method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the charging method may be executed by a charging apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the apparatus may be implemented in software and/or hardware. In a particular embodiment, the apparatus may be integrated in an electronic device, which may be, for example, a server. The following embodiments will be described by taking as an example that the apparatus is integrated in an electronic device, and referring to fig. 1, the method may specifically include the following steps:
step 110, obtaining identification information of a vehicle and a payment account bound by an OBU of the vehicle;
for example, an On Board Unit (OBU) may be a microwave device that communicates with a Road Side Unit (RSU) using a Dedicated Short Range Communication (DSRC), and the OBU mainly stores information of an identified object, such as; vehicle type, identity information, attribute information, identification information. The payment account bound by the OBU can be a union pay card associated with the OBU, an electronic wallet associated with the OBU, and a payment code of a payment account associated with the OBU; when the payment account bound by the OBU is the Unionpay card associated with the OBU, carrying out corresponding payment operation according to the type of the Unionpay card; when the payment account bound by the OBU is the electronic wallet associated with the OBU, payment is carried out according to the recharging balance in the electronic wallet; and when the payment account bound by the OBU is the payment code of the OBU associated payment account, scanning the payment code for payment.
The identification information of the vehicle is identification information for determining the identity of the vehicle, and the vehicle identification information may include, but is not limited to: license plate number, frame number, factory number, trademark, factory mark, and engine model. The identification information of the vehicle can come from information acquisition equipment, the acquisition equipment of the identification information can be equipment with an information acquisition function, such as a camera, digital scanning equipment and the like, the identification information of the vehicle can be identification information identified according to an identification image acquired by the camera in real time, identification information sent by information interaction electronic equipment pre-installed in a charging field and the vehicle, and also can be a two-dimensional code corresponding to the identification information displayed at a fixed position on the vehicle; when the identification information of the vehicle is the identification information identified by the identification image acquired in real time, namely the identification information of the vehicle is identified by acquiring the identification image of the vehicle in real time by using a camera installed in a charging field; when the identification information of the vehicle is identification information sent by information interaction electronic equipment pre-installed in the vehicle and the charging field, the electronic equipment installed on the vehicle identifies the charging field interaction electronic equipment and sends the identification information, and the interaction electronic equipment in the charging field identifies the identification information of the vehicle according to the sent identification information; when the identification information of the vehicle is the two-dimensional code corresponding to the identification information displayed at the fixed position on the vehicle, the two-dimensional code scanning electronic equipment in the charging field scans the two-dimensional code on the vehicle to identify the identification information of the vehicle.
In a specific example, identification information of a vehicle and a payment account bound by an OBU (on-board unit) installed on the vehicle are respectively acquired through information acquisition equipment and a microwave reading antenna in a charging field, and the identification information is used for confirming the identity of the vehicle in each operation step in the whole charging process through the identification information of the vehicle, so that the condition that the identification information bound on the OBU is inconsistent with the identification information of the vehicle, and the charge payment is not clear or wrong is avoided.
Step 120, controlling a charging pile to charge the vehicle, and recording the charging cost of the vehicle according to the identification information after the charging is finished;
specifically, through information acquisition equipment and communication signal reading device in the electric field that charges, obtain the identification information of vehicle respectively, fill electric pile and charge to the vehicle according to the identification information control of vehicle. The charging of the charging pile to the vehicle can be controlled by acquiring the identification information of the vehicle again through the camera equipment on the charging pile or the microwave reading antenna on the charging pile, and triggering the charging step of the charging pile through the charging information platform. And controlling the charging pile to charge the vehicle, and calculating the charging cost of the charging according to the charging time of the charging pile for charging the vehicle and the charging unit price of the charging pile after the charging is finished. And recording the charging cost of the current charging on the charging information platform according to the identification information of the vehicle.
For example, the microwave reading antenna in the charging field may be installed at an entrance of the charging field, and the vehicle entering microwave reading antenna acquires the identification information of the vehicle and a payment account bound by an on-board unit OBU of the vehicle; the microwave reading antenna in the charging field can be installed in the charging field to charge the electric pile, and the vehicle arrives at the charging position of the charging pile to acquire the identification information of the vehicle and the payment account bound by the OBU of the vehicle. The charging pile is further provided with an information acquisition device, identification information of the vehicle is acquired through the information acquisition device and the microwave reading antenna respectively to confirm the identity of the vehicle in each operation step of the whole charging process, and the condition that the identification information bound on the OBU is inconsistent with the identification information of the vehicle is avoided, so that the cost payment is not clear or wrong.
And step 130, paying the charging fee by using the payment account.
Exemplarily, identification information of the vehicle is respectively acquired through the information acquisition device and the microwave reading antenna in the charging field, and the charging pile is controlled to charge the vehicle according to the identification information of the vehicle. And controlling the charging pile to charge the vehicle, and calculating the charging cost of the charging according to the charging time of the charging pile for charging the vehicle and the charging unit price of the charging pile after the charging is finished. And recording the charging cost of the current charging on the charging information platform according to the identification information of the vehicle. The charging information platform sends the charging cost of the vehicle for this time to the OBU in a microwave signal form through the charging pile, and the OBU receives the microwave signal, identifies the charging cost of the vehicle for this time and pays the charging cost of the vehicle for this time through the payment account.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the identification information of the vehicle and the payment account bound by the OBU of the vehicle can be obtained; controlling a charging pile to charge the vehicle, and recording the charging cost of the vehicle according to the identification information after the charging is finished; and paying the charging fee by using the payment account. The embodiment of the invention provides a solution for the non-contact charging fee payment of the vehicle provided with the vehicle-mounted unit OBU, the charging fee of the vehicle can be recorded according to the identification information of the vehicle, and an efficient and quick charging payment mode is provided for a user by utilizing the charging fee of the vehicle which is subjected to the non-contact payment of the payment account bound by the vehicle-mounted unit OBU, so that the operation of the user for paying the charging fee is simplified, the charging time of the vehicle is shortened, the operation efficiency of a charging field is improved, and convenience is provided for the user who cannot perform APP registration operation.
The charging method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is further described below, and as shown in fig. 2, the method may specifically include the following steps:
step 210, obtaining identification information of a vehicle and a payment account bound by an OBU of the vehicle;
further, the acquiring the identification information of the vehicle includes:
and acquiring first identification information from the vehicle-mounted unit according to a microwave reading antenna installed on the charging pile, and taking the first identification information as the identification information of the vehicle.
Exemplarily; fill electric pile can be electric automobile and be used for the replenishing device of input electric energy, can install in charging field, public building (market, public parking area etc.) and resident's parking area, can be according to different vehicle types for all kinds of vehicles charge. When the charging pile is installed in a charging field, the information acquisition equipment and the microwave reading antenna can be installed in the charging field or on the charging pile; when charging pile is installed in public building or resident's parking area, information acquisition equipment and microwave read antenna can only be installed on charging pile. The microwave reading antenna can receive or transmit signals of a preset waveband, and can receive information in a non-contact manner within a certain distance by transmitting through space waves. The first identification information may be identification information of a bound vehicle of the on-board unit, which is obtained from the on-board unit by a microwave reading antenna installed on the charging pile.
In a specific example, the microwave reading antenna installed on the charging pile acquires first identification information of a vehicle bound by the vehicle-mounted unit from information stored in the vehicle-mounted unit as identification information of the vehicle, and the first identification information is used for identity verification of the vehicle on which the vehicle-mounted unit is installed and the vehicle on which the vehicle-mounted unit is bound, so that the situation that the identification information stored in the vehicle-mounted unit is not consistent with the identification information of the installed vehicle is avoided, and when the vehicle-mounted unit is installed in an error, the fee deduction device deducts the error fee.
Further, the acquiring the identification information of the vehicle includes:
acquiring a first identification image of the vehicle according to a camera in the charging station;
and identifying the first identification image to obtain second identification information, and taking the second identification information as the identification information of the vehicle.
For example, the first identification image may be an image shot by a camera in the charging station and containing identification information of the vehicle, and the second identification information may be identification information of a fixed position of the first identification image of the vehicle at a preset position acquired in real time by the information acquisition device. The second identification information is identification information which is acquired in real time and recognized by a first identification image fixed position of the vehicle at a preset position, and the first identification information is information which is pre-stored and read by the microwave reading antenna in the vehicle-mounted unit.
In a specific example, the camera in the charging station may be a camera installed on the charging pile, or a camera installed in the charging field; when the vehicle enters the camera shooting position, the camera shoots the vehicle on the camera shooting position to obtain a first identification image, the first table identification image is identified to obtain identification information on a fixed position, the identification information on the fixed position in the first identification image is used as second identification information, and the vehicle used for installing the vehicle-mounted unit and the vehicle used for binding the vehicle-mounted unit with information are used for identity verification, so that the phenomenon that the vehicle-mounted unit mistakenly deducts a payment account when the identification information stored in the vehicle-mounted unit is not consistent with the identification information of the installed vehicle and the vehicle-mounted unit is installed in a wrong way is avoided.
Step 220, determining whether the first identification information is consistent with the second identification information;
in a specific implementation, the second identification information is identification information which is acquired in real time and recognized by a fixed position of a first identification image of the vehicle at a preset position, and the first identification information is information which is pre-stored and read by the microwave reading antenna in the vehicle-mounted unit. Comparing the first identification information with the second identification information to determine whether the first identification information is consistent with the second identification information, if so, indicating that the identification information stored in the vehicle-mounted unit is consistent with the identification information of the vehicle, and the vehicle-mounted unit on the vehicle is not in problem and cannot generate the phenomenon of deducting a wrong payment account; if the first identification information is inconsistent with the second identification information, the charging payment cannot be carried out by using the payment account bound by the On Board Unit (OBU), and other payment modes corresponding to the vehicle are required for payment, such as: cash payments, etc.
And 230, when the first identification information is consistent with the second identification information, triggering and controlling the charging pile to charge the vehicle.
In the specific example, the first identification information is compared with the second identification information, whether the first identification information is consistent with the second identification information is determined, if the first identification information is consistent with the second identification information, the identification information stored in the vehicle-mounted unit is consistent with the identification information of the vehicle, the vehicle-mounted unit on the vehicle is not installed, a fee deduction device can not be used for deducting a wrong payment account, the payment account bound by the vehicle-mounted unit OBU can be used for paying the charging fee of the vehicle, the charging information platform is triggered to control the charging pile to charge the vehicle, and the charging fee of the charging pile is calculated according to the charging duration of the charging pile for charging the vehicle and the charging unit price of the charging pile after the charging is completed. And recording the charging cost of the current charging on the charging information platform according to the identification information of the vehicle.
Further, before the controlling the charging pile charges the vehicle, the method further includes:
determining whether the identification information of the vehicle is present in a blacklist of charging information platforms;
and when the identification information of the vehicle exists in the blacklist of the charging information platform, prompting the vehicle to exit the charging field or sending alarm information.
Exemplarily; the blacklist of the charging information platform can be an identification information set corresponding to the identification information, wherein the unpaid charging fee exceeds a preset amount, or an identification information set corresponding to the identification information, wherein the identification information set is used for damaging facilities and charging piles in a charging field after a vehicle is charged, or an identification information set corresponding to the identification information, wherein the vehicle is a scrapped vehicle; when the blacklist of the charging information platform is an identification information set of which the unpaid charging cost exceeds a preset arrearage amount, the identification information on the blacklist can be eliminated in a subsidy mode; when the blacklist of the charging information platform is an identification information set, corresponding to the identification information, of damaged facilities and charging piles in the charging field after the vehicle is charged, the identification information on the blacklist can be eliminated in a compensation mode; when the blacklist of the charging information platform is an identification information set of which the vehicle corresponding to the identification information is a scrapped vehicle, the identification information on the blacklist can be eliminated through the scrapped identification information acquired in real time.
In specific implementation, after identification information of a vehicle is acquired, the identification information of the vehicle is searched in a blacklist of a charging information platform according to the identification information, if the identification information of the vehicle is searched in the blacklist of the charging information platform, the identification information of the vehicle is shown to be present in the blacklist of the charging information platform, the vehicle cannot be charged according to the identification information, the vehicle is prompted to exit a charging field or alarm information is sent, if the vehicle needs to be charged, the identification information of the vehicle needs to be eliminated from the charging information platform firstly, and the vehicle is charged according to the identification information; and if the identification information of the vehicle is not found in the blacklist of the charging information platform, triggering and controlling the charging pile to charge the vehicle.
In a specific embodiment, the alarm notification may be sent to an alarm device to notify the alarm device to perform an alarm prompt, where the alarm device may be, for example, a speaker, a loudspeaker, a display screen, and the alarm prompt may be in the form of voice, text, and the like, and is not limited herein.
Further, before the payment of the charging fee by using the payment account, the method further includes:
acquiring a second identification image of the vehicle according to a camera in the charging station;
identifying the second identification image to obtain third identification information;
determining whether the first identification information and the third identification information are consistent;
and when the first identification information is consistent with the third identification information, triggering the step of paying the charging fee by using the payment account.
Exemplarily; the second identification image may be an image which is shot by a camera in the charging station after the vehicle is charged and contains identification information of the vehicle, and the third identification information may be identification information which is recognized by the second identification image of the vehicle at a preset position and is collected in real time by the information collection device.
In a specific example, comparing the first identification information with the third identification information to determine whether the first identification information is consistent with the third identification information, if so, indicating that the identification information stored in the vehicle-mounted unit is consistent with the identification information of the vehicle at the shooting position of the camera in the charging station, and triggering a payment account to pay the charging fee of the vehicle according to the identification information, wherein the charging pile charging vehicle is a vehicle corresponding to the identification information stored in the vehicle-mounted unit; if the first identification information is inconsistent with the third identification information, it is indicated that the charging pile charging vehicle is not a vehicle corresponding to the identification information stored in the vehicle-mounted unit, the payment account cannot be triggered to pay the charging fee of the vehicle according to the identification information, and the charging fee of the vehicle for charging at this time needs to be paid according to other payment methods.
Further, after the acquiring the payment account bound by the On Board Unit (OBU) of the vehicle, the method further includes:
determining a type of the payment account;
when the type of the payment account is a savings type, determining whether the balance of the payment account is greater than a preset savings amount;
and when the balance of the payment account is larger than the preset savings amount, triggering and controlling a charging pile to charge the vehicle.
For example, the type of the payment account may be a payment account payment property type, and the type of the payment account may be a savings type or a credit type; when the payment account is of a savings type, the account cannot overdraw the amount, and consumption cost is directly drawn from the payment account after consumption is finished, and the amount of money needs to be stored in the payment account in advance; when the payment account is credit type, the overdraft limit can be obtained according to the asset credit of the registered user of the payment account, and the consumption cost can be drawn from the overdraft limit of the payment account after the consumption is finished. And determining the minimum balance of the savings type payment account as a preset savings amount according to actual requirements and experimental data, and when the balance of the savings type payment account is smaller than the preset savings amount, not using the payment account bound by the On Board Unit (OBU) to pay the charging fee of the vehicle.
In a specific example, after a payment account bound by an on-board unit (OBU) of a vehicle is acquired, when the type of the payment account is determined to be a savings type, whether the balance of the payment account is larger than a preset storage amount or not is determined, if the balance of the payment account is larger than the preset storage amount, the payment account bound by the on-board unit (OBU) of the vehicle can be used for paying the charging cost of the vehicle at this time, and a charging information platform is triggered to control a charging pile to charge the vehicle; if the balance of the payment account is smaller than or equal to the preset storage amount, the payment account bound by the OBU cannot be used for paying the charging fee of the vehicle, the charging information platform cannot be triggered to control the charging pile to charge the vehicle, and the phenomenon that the accumulated amount of the arrearage amount is huge is avoided.
Step 240, controlling a charging pile to charge the vehicle, and recording the charging cost of the vehicle according to the identification information after the charging is finished;
and step 250, paying the charging fee by using the payment account.

Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a charging device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the charging device includes:
the information acquisition module 310 is configured to acquire identification information of a vehicle and a payment account bound to an on-board unit (OBU) of the vehicle;
the charging and billing module 320 is configured to control the charging pile to charge the vehicle, and after the charging is completed, perform charging and billing on the vehicle according to the identification information to obtain a charging fee of the vehicle;
a fee payment module 330, configured to pay the charging fee by using the payment account.
In one embodiment, the information obtaining module 310 obtains identification information of a vehicle, including:
and acquiring first identification information from the vehicle-mounted unit according to a microwave reading antenna installed on the charging pile, and taking the first identification information as the identification information of the vehicle.
In one embodiment, the information obtaining module 310 obtains identification information of a vehicle, including:
acquiring a first identification image of the vehicle according to a camera in the charging station;
and identifying the first identification image to obtain second identification information, and taking the second identification information as the identification information of the vehicle.
In one embodiment, the information obtaining module 310 further includes, after obtaining the identification information of the vehicle:
determining whether the first identification information and the second identification information are consistent;
and when the first identification information is consistent with the second identification information, triggering and controlling the charging pile to charge the vehicle.
In one embodiment, the charging billing module 320 further includes, before the payment of the charging fee by using the payment account:
acquiring a second identification image of the vehicle according to a camera in the charging station;
identifying the second identification image to obtain third identification information;
determining whether the first identification information and the third identification information are consistent;
and when the first identification information is consistent with the third identification information, triggering the step of paying the charging fee by using the payment account.
In an embodiment, the information obtaining module 310 further includes, after the obtaining of the payment account bound to the on board unit OBU of the vehicle:
determining a type of the payment account;
when the type of the payment account is a savings type, determining whether the balance of the payment account is greater than a preset savings amount;
and when the balance of the payment account is larger than the preset savings amount, triggering and controlling a charging pile to charge the vehicle.
In an embodiment, the charging and billing module 320 further includes, before the controlling the charging pile charges the vehicle:
determining whether the identification information of the vehicle is present in a blacklist of charging information platforms;
and when the identification information of the vehicle exists in the blacklist of the charging information platform, prompting the vehicle to exit the charging field or sending alarm information.
The charging device can acquire the identification information of the vehicle and the payment account bound by the OBU of the vehicle; controlling a charging pile to charge a vehicle, and recording the charging cost of the vehicle according to the identification information after the charging is finished; and paying the charging fee by using a payment account. The embodiment of the invention provides a solution for the non-contact charging fee payment of the vehicle provided with the vehicle-mounted unit OBU, the charging fee of the vehicle can be recorded according to the identification information of the vehicle, and an efficient and quick charging payment mode is provided for a user by utilizing the charging fee of the vehicle which is subjected to the non-contact payment of the payment account bound by the vehicle-mounted unit OBU, so that the operation of the user for paying the charging fee is simplified, the charging time of the vehicle is shortened, the operation efficiency of a charging field is improved, and convenience is provided for the user who cannot perform APP registration operation.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 illustrates a block diagram of an exemplary electronic device 12 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present invention. The electronic device 12 shown in fig. 4 is only an example and should not bring any limitation to the function and the scope of use of the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 4, electronic device 12 is embodied in the form of a general purpose computing device. The components of electronic device 12 may include, but are not limited to: one or more processors or processing units 16, a system memory 28, and a bus 18 that couples various system components including the system memory 28 and the processing unit 16.
Bus 18 represents one or more of any of several types of bus structures, including a memory bus or memory controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, and a processor or local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures. By way of example, such architectures include, but are not limited to, Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, micro-channel architecture (MAC) bus, enhanced ISA bus, Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) local bus, and Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus.
Electronic device 12 typically includes a variety of computer system readable media. Such media may be any available media that is accessible by electronic device 12 and includes both volatile and nonvolatile media, removable and non-removable media.
The system memory 28 may include computer system readable media in the form of volatile memory, such as Random Access Memory (RAM)30 and/or cache memory 32. The electronic device 12 may further include other removable/non-removable, volatile/nonvolatile computer system storage media. By way of example only, storage system 34 may be used to read from and write to non-removable, nonvolatile magnetic media (not shown in FIG. 4, and commonly referred to as a "hard drive"). Although not shown in FIG. 4, a magnetic disk drive for reading from and writing to a removable, nonvolatile magnetic disk (e.g., a "floppy disk") and an optical disk drive for reading from or writing to a removable, nonvolatile optical disk (e.g., a CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, or other optical media) may be provided. In these cases, each drive may be connected to bus 18 by one or more data media interfaces. Memory 28 may include at least one program product having a set (e.g., at least one) of program modules that are configured to carry out the functions of embodiments of the invention.
A program/utility 40 having a set (at least one) of program modules 42 may be stored, for example, in memory 28, such program modules 42 including, but not limited to, an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which examples or some combination thereof may comprise an implementation of a network environment. Program modules 42 generally carry out the functions and/or methodologies of the described embodiments of the invention.
Electronic device 12 may also communicate with one or more external devices 14 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, display 24, etc.), with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with electronic device 12, and/or with any devices (e.g., network card, modem, etc.) that enable electronic device 12 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may be through an input/output (I/O) interface 22. Also, the electronic device 12 may communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network, such as the Internet) via the network adapter 20. As shown, the network adapter 20 communicates with other modules of the electronic device 12 via the bus 18. It should be appreciated that although not shown in FIG. 4, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with electronic device 12, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, and data backup storage systems, among others.
The processing unit 16 executes various functional applications and data processing by executing programs stored in the system memory 28, for example, implementing a charging method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, the method including:
acquiring identification information of a vehicle and a payment account bound by an OBU of the vehicle;
controlling a charging pile to charge the vehicle, and recording the charging cost of the vehicle according to the identification information after the charging is finished;
and paying the charging fee by using the payment account.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the charging method, and the method includes:
acquiring identification information of a vehicle and a payment account bound by an OBU of the vehicle;
controlling a charging pile to charge the vehicle, and recording the charging cost of the vehicle according to the identification information after the charging is finished;
and paying the charging fee by using the payment account.
Computer storage media for embodiments of the invention may employ any combination of one or more computer-readable media. The computer readable medium may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer readable storage medium would include the following: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the context of this document, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
A computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more procedural programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + +, or a conventional procedural programming language such as the "C" language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).
