acquiring user authentication information of a current user and card authentication information of the financial card, and judging whether the user authentication information is matched with the card authentication information;
and if the user verification information is matched with the card verification information, continuing to execute the current processing service according to the current progress and the current parameters.

and if the current processing service is the recycled bank notes, continuing to execute the operation of recycling the bank notes until the recycling is finished.

Background
For the existing card service in the prior art, as long as the fact that the bank card in the card reader is not in the card reader unexpectedly in the service processing process of the financial terminal is detected, the service is considered to be abnormal, the service cannot be continued, and the service can be terminated. The above technical processing method is actually a technical prejudice in the industry.
In fact, due to the design of the card reader hardware, the interference of the external environment to the device may also cause the card reader to withdraw or swallow the card. At the moment, the business is not abnormal, the user does need to insert the card again to operate the business from the beginning, the business execution efficiency of the self-service terminal is seriously reduced, and the time of the user is delayed.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a card reading method of a self-service device according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The card reading method of the self-service equipment provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
s101: and judging whether the current processing service is a preset card service or not, if so, executing the step S102.
In a specific implementation scenario, whether the current processing service is a preset card service may be determined according to a preset detection period (e.g., 5 seconds), where the preset card service may be set in advance by a manager of the self-service terminal, for example, card withdrawal, card deposit, card account transfer, and the like. The pre-set card service may be that the service must keep the card reader in a card-present state all the time during execution, or that the service must keep the card reader in a card-present state during a critical step of execution. If the card reader needs to be in a card state in the key step, whether the current processing service is carried out to the key step is further judged.
S102: whether the card reader is in a card state is detected. If not, go to step S103.
In a specific implementation scenario, whether the card reader is in the card-holding state may be detected by detecting whether a card is inserted into the card reader, or whether the card reader is in the card-holding state may be detected by detecting whether the card reader can read card information.
S103: and pausing execution of the current processing service, saving the current progress and current parameters of the current processing service, and adjusting the display picture of the display to be a preset pause picture.
In a specific implementation scenario, if the card reader is not currently in a card-holding state, the execution of the current processing service is suspended, and the current progress and the current parameters of the current processing service are stored. For example, the current user is performing a transfer service, execution of the transfer service is suspended. Specifically, in the currently executed transfer service, if the user inputs the transfer amount, the current progress is recorded as the step of inputting the transfer amount, and the current parameter is the transfer amount input by the user. Or in the current transfer service, recording the current progress as the step of inputting the account of the receiver if the user inputs the account of the receiver, wherein the current parameters are the account of the receiver input by the user and other parameters before the step of inputting the account of the receiver by the user, such as transfer amount and the like.
Further, in order to ensure the account security of the user, the display screen of the display is adjusted to be a preset pause screen. If the user is currently in a page where personal information of the user is possibly leaked, such as an input account password, the personal information safety of the user can be effectively protected by adjusting the page to be a preset pause picture. Meanwhile, the display picture is adjusted to the pause picture, so that the user can be effectively reminded that the current card reader is in a card-free state and needs to be inserted into the financial card, or the financial card is withdrawn and needs to be inserted again.
In other implementation scenarios, if the current processing service is in an executing state, it needs to determine whether to directly suspend execution or to execute the current step first and then suspend execution according to actual conditions. In a specific implementation scenario, when it is detected that the card reader is not in a card-holding state, timing is started, or when a real picture is adjusted to a pause picture, timing is started, and further, countdown can be displayed on the pause picture to judge whether the financial card is inserted into the card reader within a preset waiting time. The detection of whether the financial card is inserted into the card reader may be performed by detecting whether the card is inserted into the card reader or by detecting whether the card reader can read card information.

In a specific implementation scenario, the service account information corresponding to the currently processed service is obtained, for example, a financial card is inserted into a card reader for the first time, and the obtained account information is used as the service account information corresponding to the currently processed service, or when the currently processed service is executed, personal information (such as an identification card, a mobile phone number, a fingerprint, and the like) of a user is obtained, and the personal information is matched with the account information and used as the service account information, or when the currently processed service is executed, account information specified by the user is used as the service account information.
When the financial card is inserted into the card reader, card account information of the card is read, wherein the business account information and the card account information comprise one or more of an account number, a user name, a reserved mobile phone number and a fingerprint, and the business account information and the card account information can be the same (for example, both are the account number) or different (for example, one is the account number and one is the reserved mobile phone number). And judging whether the business account information is matched with the card account information, for example, judging whether the two account numbers are the same or judging whether the account numbers correspond to the reserved mobile phone numbers.
S106: and continuously executing the current processing service according to the current progress and the current parameters, and adjusting the display picture of the display to be a service picture matched with the current processing service.
In a specific implementation scenario, if the service account information matches the card account information, it indicates that the inserted financial card of the user is a financial card required for executing the current processing service, the current processing service is continuously executed according to the current progress and the current parameters, and the display screen of the display is adjusted to the service screen matching the current processing service. For example, if the current progress is the step of inputting a payee account, the current parameters are the payee account input by the user, and other parameters before the step of inputting the payee account by the user, such as transfer amount, the step of inputting the payee account is continued, a transfer page matched with the current processing service is displayed, the page includes the payee account input by the user, and when a transfer confirmation message input by the user is obtained, a transfer operation is executed.
As can be seen from the above description, in this embodiment, the current processing service is a preset card service, the card reader is not in a card presence state, the execution of the current processing service is suspended, the current progress and the current parameters of the current processing service are stored, the display frame of the display is adjusted to the preset suspension frame, which can effectively protect the personal information security of the user and prompt the user to insert a financial card in time, if the financial card is inserted into the card reader within the preset waiting time, and if the service account information corresponding to the current processing service matches the card account information of the financial card, the current processing service is continuously executed according to the current progress and the current parameters, so as to prevent other users from performing illegal operation on the current processing service after leaving the self-service device for card withdrawal, thereby effectively ensuring the account security of the user, and meanwhile, when the service account information matches the card account information, the method avoids the user from restarting the business operation, and effectively improves the business processing efficiency of the self-service equipment.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a card reading method of a self-service device according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The card reading method of the self-service equipment provided by the invention comprises the following steps:

S206: and acquiring user authentication information of the current user and card authentication information of the financial card, and judging whether the user authentication information is matched with the card authentication information. If yes, go to step S207, otherwise go to step S208.
In a specific implementation scenario, in order to further ensure the account security of the user, prevent others from stealing and falsely using the financial card that the user forgets to take away when the user returns the card, obtain the user authentication information of the current user and the card authentication information of the financial card, for example, obtain the account password input by the user, determine whether the account password is consistent with the account password of the financial card, or obtain the fingerprint, facial image, voiceprint, pupil image, etc. of the user, determine whether the reserved information corresponding to the financial card is consistent, if so, the user authentication information matches with the card authentication information, and if not, the user authentication information does not match with the card authentication information.

In a specific implementation scenario, the user authentication information and the card authentication information do not match, and the execution of the current processing service is terminated in order to ensure the account security of the user. Further, if the first authentication user authentication information and the card authentication information are not matched, the user may be provided with an opportunity of re-authentication, and if the authentication results of consecutive times (e.g., 3 times) are not matched, the execution of the current processing service is terminated. Further, the financial card is subjected to card-swallowing processing or card-returning processing. In a specific implementation scenario, if the service account information and the card account information are not matched, it may be that the financial card currently inserted by the user is not the same as the originally inserted financial card, which may prompt the user that the current card is incorrect, and if it is determined that the service account information and the card account information are not matched for a plurality of consecutive times (e.g., 3 times), the execution of the current processing service is terminated, and the service account corresponding to the current processing service is subjected to accounting processing operation according to the current schedule, the current parameter, and a preset service specification, for example, it is known that the current processing service is already in a cash dispensing step according to the current schedule and the current parameter, and the cash dispensing is not continued, but the cash is returned according to the quantity in the current parameter, and the payment is not performed on the account corresponding to the current processing service. The card reading system 10 of the self-service equipment provided by the invention is applied to the self-service equipment, the self-service equipment comprises a card reader and a display, and the card reading system comprises: card module 11, pause module 12, insert module 13, account module 14, and execute module 15.
The card module 11 is configured to determine whether the current processing service is a preset card service, and detect whether the card reader is in a card presence state if the current processing service is the preset card service. The pause module 12 is configured to pause execution of the current processing service if the card reading is not in the card presence state, store the current progress and the current parameters of the current processing service, and adjust the display screen of the display to a preset pause screen. The insertion module 13 is used for judging whether the financial card is inserted into the card reader within a preset waiting time. The account module 14 is configured to, if a financial card is inserted into the card reader within a preset waiting time, acquire service account information corresponding to the currently processed service and card account information of the financial card currently inserted into the card reader, and determine whether the service account information and the card account information are matched. The execution module 15 is further configured to obtain user authentication information of the current user and card authentication information of the financial card, and determine whether the user authentication information and the card authentication information are matched; and if the user verification information is matched with the card verification information, continuing to execute the current processing service according to the current progress and the current parameters.
The execution module 15 is further configured to terminate execution of the current processing service and perform a card-swallowing process or a card-returning process on the financial card if the user authentication information and the card authentication information do not match.
The account module 14 is further configured to terminate execution of the current processing service if the service account information is not matched with the card account information, and perform an accounting processing operation on a service account corresponding to the current processing service according to the current progress, the current parameter, and the preset service specification.
The account module 14 is also configured to execute card transactions for financial cards according to preset card processing specifications.
The insertion module 13 is further configured to terminate execution of the current processing service if the financial card is not inserted into the card reader within the preset waiting time, and perform an accounting processing operation on a service account corresponding to the current processing service according to the current progress, the current parameter, and the preset service specification.
The pause module 12 is further configured to pause the cash dispensing and record the number of the dispensed cash if the currently processed service is the cash dispensing service; if the current processing service is the opening of the cash door, closing the cash door; if the current processing service is waiting for the user to input the target information, waiting for the user to finish inputting the target information, and storing the target information; and if the current processing service is the recycling of the bank notes, the operation of recycling the bank notes is continuously executed until the recycling is finished.

Financial self-service device 20 includes a processor 21, a memory 22. The processor 21 is coupled to a memory 22. The memory 22 has stored therein a computer program which is executed by the processor 21 in operation to implement the method as shown in fig. 1-2. The detailed methods can be referred to above and are not described herein.
As can be seen from the above description, in this embodiment, when the current processing service is a preset card service and the card reader is not in a card-holding state, the financial self-service device suspends the execution of the current processing service, stores the current progress and current parameters of the current processing service, adjusts the display frame of the display to a preset suspension frame, can effectively protect the personal information security of the user, and timely remind the user to insert a financial card, if the financial card is inserted into the card reader within a preset waiting time, if the service account information corresponding to the current processing service matches the card account information of the financial card, the current processing service is continuously executed according to the current progress and the current parameters, so that it is possible to prevent other people from performing illegal operations on the current processing service after the user leaves the self-service device for the occurrence of card withdrawal, effectively ensuring the account security of the user, and meanwhile, continuing to execute the current processing service when the service account information matches the card account information, the method avoids the user from restarting the business operation, and effectively improves the business processing efficiency of the self-service equipment.

The storage medium 30 stores at least one computer program 31, and the computer program 31 is used for being executed by a processor to implement the method shown in fig. 1-2, and the detailed method can be referred to above and is not described herein again. In one embodiment, the computer readable storage medium 30 may be a memory chip in a terminal, a hard disk, or other readable and writable storage tool such as a removable hard disk, a flash disk, an optical disk, or the like, and may also be a server or the like.
