The engraving is a drilling and milling combined machining in principle, and a plurality of data input modes of the engraving machine have more free edges as required. The existing Chinese patent document with the publication number of CN203974345U discloses an engraving machine, and the key points of the technical scheme are as follows: the automatic tool changing machine comprises a machine base, a working frame, a carving machine head and a clamp, and further comprises an automatic tool changing system, wherein the machine base is provided with a working table, the working frame is arranged above the machine base, and the carving machine head is arranged on the working frame and corresponds to the working table in position; the automatic tool changing system is arranged on one side of the engraving machine head; the clamp comprises a telescopic piece and a clamping piece, the clamping piece is located above the workbench, one end of the telescopic piece extends into the workbench to be connected with the motor, and the other end of the telescopic piece is connected with the clamping piece.
In view of the above-mentioned related technologies, the inventor believes that there is a defect that the waste chips are not easy to clean, resulting in accumulation of the waste chips on the workpiece during the machining process.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the engraving machine head 4 is provided with a blowing mechanism 6, the mounting base 3 is provided with a gas supply assembly 7 for supplying gas to the blowing mechanism 6, and the gas supply assembly 7 supplies gas to the blowing mechanism 6, so that the blowing mechanism 6 can blow gas to the engraving position of a workpiece in the machining process, and the waste scraps are cleaned while engraving. A baffle 11 is respectively installed all around to the outside of base 1, and four baffles 11 are connected in order end to end and are formed a rectangle and keep off the frame to avoid blowing in-process sweeps to base 1 and cause the influence to the workshop environment outward. An operation opening is formed in one of the baffle plates 11, and a plugging plate 111 for plugging the operation opening is rotatably connected to one side of the baffle plate 11, which is located at the operation opening. The operation opening can be opened by opening the plugging plate 111, so that the workpiece can be conveniently installed before carving, and the machined workpiece can be taken out after carving.
Referring to fig. 2, the blowing mechanism 6 includes an annular air tube 61, the annular air tube 61 is sleeved on the engraving head 4 and is fixedly connected with the engraving head 4, a plurality of blowing tubes 62 are distributed at the bottom of the annular air tube 61 along the annular direction, the plurality of blowing tubes 62 all extend towards the direction away from the center position of the engraving head 4, a blowing head 63 is installed at one end of each blowing tube 62 away from the annular air tube 61, and a first air inlet pipe 64 is connected to the top of the annular air tube 61 to provide air input. The air supply assembly 7 comprises an air supply pump 71, an air supply seat 73 is welded above the mounting seat 3 and located on the engraving head 4, the air supply pump 71 is fixedly mounted on the air supply seat 73, an air outlet end of the air supply pump 71 is connected with an air supply pipe 72, an external thread is arranged at one end, far away from the air supply pump 71, of the air supply pipe 72, and an internal thread matched with the external thread is arranged on the first air inlet pipe 64.
Before carrying out engraving process, with gas-supply pipe 72 threaded connection on first intake pipe 64, engraving process, start air feed pump 71, air feed pump 71 passes through gas-supply pipe 72 and carries gas to first intake pipe 64, gas enters into annular trachea 61 from first intake pipe 64 in, and blow off from the blowhead 63 department of a plurality of blowpipes 62 tip simultaneously, when engraver head 4 carves, blowpipe 62 can blow away the sweeps that the sculpture in-process produced to all around promptly, in order to avoid the sweeps to pile up the going on that influences the course of working.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in order to clean the scraps accumulated around the workpiece out of the workpiece, two sets of cleaning assemblies 31 are mounted on the mounting base 3, and the two sets of cleaning assemblies 31 are respectively located at two sides of the engraving machine head 4 so as to clean the scraps. The cleaning assembly 31 comprises a cleaning seat 311 and a cleaning brush 312, the cleaning seat 311 is welded on the mounting seat 3, and the cleaning brush 312 is rotatably connected to the bottom end of the cleaning seat 311. The cleaning base 311 is welded with a limiting base 313 above the cleaning brush 312, a connecting spring 314 is fixedly connected between the limiting base 313 and the cleaning brush 312, and when the connecting spring 314 is in a natural state, the two cleaning brushes 312 extend in a direction away from each other, so that the two cleaning brushes 312 are in an inclined state in the natural state.
When the cleaning brush 312 moves above the workpiece during the movement of the engraving machine head 4, the cleaning brush 312 can be tightly pressed against the workpiece under the elastic force of the connecting spring 314, so as to improve the cleaning effect on the workpiece. In the process of moving the engraving machine head 4 left and right, when the cleaning brush 312 moves to the outside of the workpiece, the sweeps on the workpiece can be taken away from the base 1, so that the influence on the engraving effect caused by accumulation of the sweeps generated on the workpiece is avoided to a certain extent.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the engraving machine of this embodiment further includes a purging mechanism 8, the purging mechanism 8 includes a purging main pipe 81 and a plurality of purging branch pipes 82, the purging main pipe 81 is slidably disposed between two of the baffles 11 and located above the base 1, a length direction of the purging main pipe 81 is identical to a length direction of the rack 2, and a sliding direction of the purging main pipe 81 is perpendicular to the length direction of the rack 2. One of the baffle plates 11 is provided with a driving mechanism 12 for driving the purging main pipe 81 to slide along the length direction of the baffle plate 11, and a plurality of purging branch pipes 82 are distributed along the length direction of the purging main pipe 81. Referring to fig. 5, a scrap collecting groove 9 is installed at one end of the base 1 facing the plugging plate 111, and the purging branch pipe 82 is inclined toward a direction close to the scrap collecting groove 9 so as to purge the scraps from the base 1 to the scrap collecting groove 9 for collection.
After the sculpture process, drive through actuating mechanism 12 and sweep and be responsible for 81 and remove to the sculpture position, then to sweeping and be responsible for 81 conveying gas, can make many sweep branch pipe 82 and blow off gas on to base 1 simultaneously, then will sweep and be responsible for 81 and slide to the outside of base 1 to the direction that is close to sweeps collecting vat 9 along the length direction of baffle 11, can take away the sweeps that the sculpture in-process produced outside base 1 promptly, realize the effect of cleaning base 1.
Referring to fig. 4, the driving mechanism 12 includes a driving seat 121, a driving motor 122, a screw rod 123 and a driving block 124, the driving seat 121 is consistent with the length direction of the baffle plate 11 and is welded on the baffle plate 11, one end of the driving seat 121 extends to the outside of the baffle plate 11, the driving motor 122 is welded at one end of the driving seat 121 located outside the baffle plate 11, the driving seat 121 has a mounting groove opened towards one side of the purging mechanism 8, the screw rod 123 is rotatably connected in the mounting groove, one end of the screw rod 123 is coaxially connected with an output shaft of the driving motor 122, the driving block 124 is slidably connected in the mounting groove and is sleeved on the screw rod 123 through threads, and one end of the purging main pipe. When the base 1 needs to be cleaned, the driving motor 122 drives the screw rod 123 to rotate, and the screw rod 123 can drive the driving block 124 to move along the length direction of the mounting groove in the rotating process, so that the purging main pipe 81 is driven to synchronously move. The baffle 11 opposite to the baffle 11 provided with the driving seat 121 is welded with the sliding seat 13, the sliding seat 13 is parallel to the driving seat 121, one end of the purging main pipe 81 far away from the driving block 124 is connected with the sliding seat 13 in a sliding manner, and the sliding seat 13 can support the purging main pipe 81 in a certain supporting effect in the moving process of the purging main pipe 81, so that the stability of the purging main pipe 81 is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, a second air inlet pipe 83 is arranged on the purging main pipe 81, an internal thread matched with the external thread of the air delivery pipe 72 is formed in the second air inlet pipe 83, when the base 1 needs to be purged after the machining process is finished, the air delivery pipe 72 is taken down from the first air inlet pipe 64 on the annular air pipe 61, and then the taken-down air delivery pipe 72 is in threaded connection with the second air inlet pipe 83, so that air can be delivered to the purging main pipe 81 without additionally increasing an air source.
Referring to fig. 5, the height of the scrap collecting groove 9 is lower than that of the base 1 so as to improve the collection effect of the scraps conveniently, the scrap collecting groove 9 is an inverted cone-shaped groove with the opening area at the top larger than that at the bottom, and a scrap collecting box 91 is installed below the scrap collecting groove 9. Open air feed pump 71 and to sweeping and be responsible for the interior conveying gas of 81 to drive through actuating mechanism 12 and sweep and be responsible for 81 and remove to the direction that is close to sweeps collecting box 91, the sweeps gets into the back from the opening at sweeps collecting vat 9 top, can assemble to the opening of sweeps collecting vat 9 bottom and fall into in sweeps collecting box 91, sweeps collecting box 91 can store the sweeps.
