The jewelry artware is popular with people because of high ornamental value and collection value, certain processing and treatment are required before the jewelry artware is displayed and sold, the jewelry artware is required to be pretreated before treatment, the conventional jewelry artware pretreatment mostly adopts manual treatment, the time and the labor are consumed, the treatment efficiency is low, and the prior art has the problems that: the existing jewelry artware is often required to be carved with patterns and holes, if manual treatment is adopted, the time is consumed, the fixing effect of the existing processing equipment on the jewelry artware is poor, and the selling and overall viewing effects of the jewelry artware are easily influenced when the jewelry made of brittle materials is encountered.
Disclosure of Invention

the clamping part comprises a clamping plate arranged on the second expansion plate, a clamping piece arranged on the clamping plate, a fixed rod connected with the clamping piece, movable rods arranged on two sides of the fixed rod and connected with the clamping piece, a tensioning part used for stretching the movable rods and a first rubber sleeve arranged on the outer side of the clamping piece, the clamping piece is arc-shaped, and the first rubber sleeve is sleeved on the clamping piece.
Preferably, the tension member includes a cavity disposed in the clamping plate, extending portions disposed on both sides of an inner end portion of the movable rod, a hook portion disposed in the cavity, and a tension spring disposed between the hook portion and the extending portions.

As shown in fig. 1 to 15, the processing equipment for jewelry-based artware according to the embodiment of the present invention includes an operation platform 1, a clamping device for jewelry fixation, and an engraving device for jewelry modification, wherein the clamping device includes a fixed plate 21 disposed on the operation platform 1, at least three groups of first expansion plates 22 disposed on the fixed plate 21, a second expansion plate 23 engaged with the first expansion plate 22, a first cylinder 24 for pushing the second expansion plate 23, a clamping member disposed on the first expansion plate 22, and a pre-fixing member for improving a fixing effect, and the groups of first expansion plates 22 are centrosymmetric;
the clamping component comprises a clamping plate 251 arranged on the second expansion plate 23, a clamping sheet 252 arranged on the clamping plate 251, a fixing rod 253 connected with the clamping sheet 252, movable rods 254 arranged on two sides of the fixing rod 253 and connected with the clamping sheet 252, a tensioning component used for stretching the movable rods 254, and a first rubber sleeve 256 arranged on the outer side of the clamping sheet 252, wherein the clamping sheet 252 is arc-shaped, and the first rubber sleeve 256 is sleeved on the clamping sheet 252.
According to the invention, by arranging the operating table 1, the clamping device and the engraving device, the first expansion plate 22 is preferably four and is encircled into a ring, the fixed plate 21 is C-shaped, one side of the fixed plate is opened to facilitate the putting in of jewels to be processed, the first expansion plate 22 and the second expansion plate 23 can be relatively expanded and contracted to a certain degree and can be opened and closed to facilitate the putting in of jewel artworks, the first air cylinder 24 can be purchased directly from the market, one end of the first air cylinder 24 is connected with the fixed plate 21, the other end of the first air cylinder is connected with the second expansion plate 23 to drive the second expansion plate 23 to extend and facilitate the clamping of the jewel artworks, the fixed rod 253 is connected with the clamping piece 252, the movable rod 254 can be expanded and contracted according to the shape of the jewel artworks to facilitate the fixing of the jewels, the first rubber sleeve 256 can block the clamping piece 252, the jewelry artware can be clamped and prevented from being directly contacted, and damage caused by direct clamping of the jewelry artware can be avoided.
Referring to fig. 6, the tension member includes a cavity 2551 provided in the clamping plate 251, extensions 2552 provided at both sides of an inner end of the movable bar 254, a hook portion 2553 provided in the cavity 2551, and a tension spring 2554 provided between the hook portion 2553 and the extensions 2552.
Adopt above-mentioned scheme: through the arrangement of the cavity 2551, the extension portion 2552, the hook portion 2553 and the tension spring 2554, when the movable rod 254 is stressed, the movable rod 254 can retract in the cavity 2551, and the tension spring 2554 is extended, so that the movable rod 254 can clamp the jewelry artware all the time, and a stable fixing effect is kept.
Referring to fig. 15, the clamping piece 252 includes a supporting portion 2521 connected to the fixing rod 253, deformable portions 2522 provided at both sides of the supporting portion 2521, a holding portion 2523 provided at both sides of the deformable portion 2522, and a plurality of bar portions 2524 provided on the holding portion 2523.
Adopt above-mentioned scheme: by providing the supporting portion 2521, the deforming portion 2522, the clamping portion 2523 and the bar-shaped portion 2524, the supporting portion 2521, the deforming portion 2522, the clamping portion 2523 and the bar-shaped portion 2524 are integrally formed, the supporting portion 2521 is connected to the fixing rod 253, the clamping piece 252 is preferably made of copper alloy with good elastic effect, the clamping portion 2523 can be deformed by the deforming portion 2522 when being stressed, the plurality of bar-shaped portions 2524 can increase the contact area between the clamping piece 252 and the jewelry art, so that the clamping piece 252 and the first rubber sleeve 256 can be fixed more compactly, and the clamping effect is improved.
Referring to fig. 12, the first rubber sleeve 256 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 2561 engaged with the bar-shaped portion 2524, and the plurality of protrusions 2561 are arranged in an arc shape.

Referring to fig. 5, the pre-fixing component includes a plurality of first telescopic rods 261 disposed on the fixing plate 21, a pressing plate 262 disposed at an end of the first telescopic rods 261, a plurality of telescopic slots 263 disposed on the pressing plate 262, a pressing head 264 disposed inside the telescopic slots 263, a spring 265 disposed between the telescopic slots 263 and the pressing head 264, a first anti-falling portion 266 disposed in the telescopic slots 263, a second anti-falling portion 267 disposed on the pressing head 264, and a second rubber sleeve 268 disposed on the pressing head 264, and the second rubber sleeve 268 is sleeved outside the pressing head 264.
Adopt above-mentioned scheme: through setting up first telescopic link 261, pressure strip 262, flexible groove 263, hold-down head 264, spring 265, first anticreep portion 266, second anticreep portion 267 and second gum cover 268, first telescopic link 261 can be directly bought from the market, the quantity of first telescopic link 261 is the same with first expansion plate 22 quantity, first telescopic link 261 can promote pressure strip 262 flexible, and can fix a position jewelry handicraft through hold-down head 264, hold-down head 264 can slide in flexible groove 263, second spring 265 can absorb partly pressure, it directly contacts with jewelry handicraft and causes wearing and tearing to reduce hold-down head 264, second gum cover 268 is made for rubber, and the cover is in the outside of hold-down head 264 during the use, can absorb the wearing and tearing between hold-down head 264 and the jewelry handicraft, collision wearing and tearing when can prevent jewelry handicraft and hold-down head 264 contact.
