In detail, the paper feeding assembly and the exposure mechanism are driven to move forward, whether the paper feeding assembly and the exposure mechanism are located at the preparation position is detected, and when one of the paper feeding assembly and the exposure mechanism is not located at the preparation position, the paper feeding assembly and the exposure mechanism are driven to move forward until the paper feeding assembly and the exposure mechanism are detected to be located at the preparation position. Detecting whether the printing assembly 14 is positioned at the printing end, and when not positioned at the printing end, driving the printing assembly 14 to move forward until the printing assembly 14 is detected, and simultaneously driving the paper feeding assembly and the exposure mechanism to move back and forth for a plurality of times along the preparation position to the printing end, thereby realizing printing. The preparation positions of the paper feeding assembly and the exposure mechanism can be different, the main control board controls the paper feeding assembly to move forwards according to a certain distance from the preparation position of the paper feeding assembly to the paper outlet end to finish the printing of the film, and controls the exposure mechanism to move forwards according to a certain distance from the preparation position of the exposure mechanism to the printing end to finish the exposure of the film printing process. The prior art of the printer is how the paper feeding assembly 2, the paper feeding assembly, the printing assembly 14 and the exposure mechanism implement transmission, printing, exposure and the like, and need not be described in detail herein.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the method for printing a medical thermal printer includes the following steps: preheating a printing head 16 of a printing assembly 14 for a period of time, starting a temperature control thread to enable the temperature to be within a specified range, detecting whether the printing head 16 of the printing assembly 14 is located at a preparation position, driving the printing assembly 14 to move forward when the printing head is not located at the preparation position, detecting whether the paper feeding assembly is located at the printing end when the paper feeding assembly is located at the preparation position, and driving the printing assembly 14 to move forward when the paper feeding assembly is not located at the printing end.
In detail, the print head 16 of the printing assembly 14 is preheated, the print head 16 is regulated and controlled at a constant temperature through a temperature control thread, whether the print head 16 of the printing assembly 14 is located at a preparation position or not is detected, and when the print head 16 is not located at the preparation position, the printing assembly 14 is driven to move forward, and the position of the print head 16 is adjusted. When the print head 16 is in the ready position, it is detected whether the feed assembly is at the printing end, and when not at the printing end, the printing assembly 14 is driven forward until it is detected that the printing assembly 14 or the print head 16 is at the printing end, thereby completing printing of the film. Wherein the ready position of the print head 16 is detected by the electric eye and uploaded to the main control board. Wherein, the printing component 14 controls the forward distance according to the preset distance between the preparation position and the printing end to complete the printing.

Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application or portions thereof that substantially contribute to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium and including instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the above-described method according to the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
In summary, the embodiments of the present application provide a system and a method for a medical thermal printer:
in the application embodiment, the film is brought into the paper inlet end of the paper feeding assembly through the paper feeding assembly 2, the film is transmitted through the paper feeding assembly, and the printing end of the printing assembly 14 is driven by the pressure head assembly to be matched with the paper outlet end of the paper feeding assembly, so that printing is realized; the film inlet end and the film outlet end of the paper inlet component 2 are detected through the detection component, so that the processes of grabbing and entering printing of the film are detected; detecting the paper inlet end and the paper outlet end of the paper feeding assembly through the detection assembly, so as to detect the proceeding process of the film in printing; detecting the printing end of the printing assembly 14 through the detection assembly, so as to judge whether the printing end of the printing assembly 14 is matched with the film output by the paper feeding assembly and obtain whether the film is printed; all detection results of the detection assembly are obtained through the main control board, and the paper feeding assembly 2, the paper feeding assembly, the pressure head assembly and the printing assembly 14 are controlled to complete printing according to the printed film grabbing, transmitting and printing processes, so that the defects of the design of a printer hardware system can be avoided and compensated conveniently, and the normal use of the medical thermal printer is met.
According to the embodiment of the application, whether the sucking disc 4 of the paper feeding assembly 2 is positioned at the film outlet end is detected, and when the sucking disc 4 is positioned at the film inlet end, the sucking disc 4 is started to absorb the film, so that the film is conveyed by driving the paper feeding assembly 2; the method comprises the steps that whether a sucking disc 4 of a paper feeding assembly 2 is located at a film outlet end or not is detected, the paper feeding assembly 2 is driven to move forwards when the sucking disc 4 is not located at the film outlet end, and an air pump of the sucking disc 4 is turned off when the sucking disc 4 is located at the film outlet end, so that a film is placed at the film outlet end; whether the paper feeding assembly is located at the printing end or not is detected, so that the paper feeding assembly is controlled to move forwards when the paper feeding assembly is not located at the printing end, the film to be printed is transmitted along the printing direction, and the paper feeding assembly is driven to move backwards when the paper feeding assembly is located at the printing end, so that the next film to be printed leaves the printing position. By detecting the printing process, the defects of the hardware system design are avoided and compensated, and the normal use of the medical thermal printer is met.
