The lower parts of two sides of an operating platform box body 49 are respectively provided with a heat dissipation air inlet filter 42, a heat dissipation exhaust filter 43 is arranged above the heat dissipation air inlet filter 42, a power indicator lamp 44 is arranged on the left side above the operating platform box body 49, an operation indicator lamp 45 is arranged below the power indicator lamp 44, a 10-inch touch screen 46 is arranged in the middle of the upper part of the operating platform box body 49, a buzzer alarm 47 is arranged on the right side above the operating platform box body 49, an emergency stop button 48 is arranged below the buzzer alarm 47, an electric installation plate 58 is arranged in the operating platform box body 49, an operating platform wire casing 70 is arranged on the periphery of the electric installation plate 58, a miniature circuit breaker 62 is arranged on the left side above the electric installation plate 58, a socket 63 is arranged on the right side of the miniature circuit breaker 62, a power filter 64 is arranged on the right side of the socket 63, a PLC controller 65 is arranged on the right side of the power filter 64, and a switching power supply 66 is arranged below the PLC controller 65, an X-axis servo driver 59 is installed below the switching power supply 66, a Y-axis servo driver 60 is installed on the right side of the X-axis servo driver 59, a Z-axis servo driver 61 is installed on the right side of the Y-axis servo driver 60, an electric main shaft frequency converter 67 is installed on the right side of the Z-axis servo driver 61, a motor wiring terminal 69 is installed below the electric main shaft frequency converter 67, an intermediate relay 57 is installed on the left side of the motor wiring terminal 69, and a signal wiring terminal 68 is installed on the right side of the electric mounting plate 58.

The electrical junction box 38 comprises an electrical junction box body 50, an air inlet quick connector 51, a junction box wiring terminal 52, a junction box wiring groove 53, an air source triple piece 54, an electromagnetic valve set 55 and an air outlet quick connector 56. The quick connector 51 that admits air is installed on electrical connection changes case box 50 left side, and the quick connector 56 that gives vent to anger is installed on electrical connection changes case box 50 right side, and electrical connection changes case box 50 inside top and installs and connect changes case binding post 52, connects changes case binding post 52 below and installs air supply trigeminy piece 54, and electromagnetism valves 55 is installed to air supply trigeminy piece 54 right side, and electrical connection changes the inside periphery of case box 50 and installs and connect changes case wire casing 53.

The PLC 65 detects that the oil pipe 16 is clamped, sends out pulse and direction signals to the X-axis servo driver 59, the Y-axis servo driver 60 and the Z-axis servo driver 61 respectively to control the X-axis linear module 40, the Y-axis linear module 13 and the Z-axis linear module 12 to reach specified positions respectively, then sends out signals to control the electric spindle frequency converter 67 to operate and further control the air-cooled spindle motor 9 to operate, the PLC 65 sends out different position signals according to different oil pipe marks to control the X-axis linear module 40, the Y-axis linear module 13 and the Z-axis linear module 12 to drive a milling cutter on the air-cooled spindle motor 9 to carve different marks on the surface of the oil pipe 16, the cooling pump 22 operates in a circulating mode in the operation process of the air-cooled spindle motor 9, so that cooling liquid in the cooling water tank 21 is sprayed to the milling cutter on the air-cooled spindle motor 9 through a pipeline to achieve the effect of carving codes and cooling, the coded coolant is collected by the sump 28 and then returned to the coolant tank 21. An operator can send out control commands and set parameters through a 10-inch touch screen 46 on the operation table 20, and electric signals are transmitted between the operation table 20 and the electric transfer box 38 through a multi-core cable connection.
