obtaining a first work grade according to the first evaluation result and the grade division rule;

linking the first creative work to a first level work library according to the first work level;

when the first work grade meets a first preset condition, obtaining a first associated work according to the work basic information and the first grade work library;

according to the first associated work and the first creative work, first work interlocking information is generated, and the first work interlocking information is added into the first creative work and the watermark of the first associated work, wherein the first work interlocking information comprises interlocking rules.

obtaining first feature information according to the first evaluation value;

The digital watermark can be identified and recognized by a producer, and the purposes of confirming content creators and purchasers, transmitting secret information or judging whether the carrier is tampered or not and the like can be achieved through the information hidden in the carrier. Digital watermarking is an effective method for protecting information safety, realizing anti-counterfeiting tracing and copyright protection, and is an important branch and direction in the research field of information hiding technology.

In the process of implementing the technical scheme of the invention in the embodiment of the present application, the inventor of the present application finds that the above-mentioned technology has at least the following technical problems:

the digital watermark is embedded in the work in a single mode, and the protection efficiency of the work is low.

1. because a neural network model and a big data information processing technology are adopted, the content evaluation of each part of the first creative work is realized by acquiring each item of basic information data of the first creative work, so that different protection levels of each part of the work are determined according to the evaluation value, and a watermark embedding scheme of the first creative work is determined by combining the requirements of management information of the work. The watermark embedding layout is realized aiming at the works with different protection levels, so that the technical aim of further improving the protection of the digital watermark to the works is fulfilled.

Because the database division is carried out on the works with different evaluation levels and the watermark interlocking is carried out on the works with higher association degree, the unified management can be realized on the works with the same protection level, the association among the works is enhanced through the interlocking scheme, the theft cost of the works is improved, and the safety risk of the works is reduced.

Example two

Based on the same inventive concept as the creative work management method based on digital watermarking in the foregoing embodiment, the present invention further provides a creative work management system based on digital watermarking, as shown in fig. 2, the system includes:

a first obtaining unit 11, the first obtaining unit 11 being configured to obtain a first creative work;

a second obtaining unit 12, where the second obtaining unit 12 is configured to obtain basic information of a work according to the first creative work, where the basic information of the work includes author information, content information, and reading amount information;

a seventh obtaining unit 18, where the seventh obtaining unit 18 is configured to obtain first execution information according to the first work watermark and the watermark embedding scheme, where the first execution information is used to embed the first work watermark into the first work according to the watermark embedding scheme.

an eighth obtaining unit, configured to obtain a preset rating rule, where the preset rating rule has a first relationship with the first evaluation result;

The digital watermark-based authored work management method and the specific example in the first embodiment of fig. 1 are also applicable to the digital watermark-based authored work management system of the present embodiment, and a digital watermark-based authored work management system in the present embodiment is clearly known to those skilled in the art through the foregoing detailed description of the digital watermark-based authored work management method, so for the sake of brevity of the description, detailed description is not provided herein.

Exemplary electronic device

The electronic device of the embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to fig. 3.

Fig. 3 illustrates a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application.

Based on the inventive concept of the digital watermark-based creative work management method, the invention further provides a digital watermark-based creative work management system, on which a computer program is stored, and the program is executed by a processor to implement the steps of any one of the aforementioned digital watermark-based creative work management methods.

Where in fig. 3 a bus architecture (represented by bus 300), bus 300 may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, bus 300 linking together various circuits including one or more processors, represented by processor 302, and memory, represented by memory 304. The bus 300 may also link together various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. A bus interface 305 provides an interface between the bus 300 and the receiver 301 and transmitter 303. The receiver 301 and the transmitter 303 may be the same element, i.e., a transceiver, providing a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium.

The processor 302 is responsible for managing the bus 300 and general processing, and the memory 304 may be used for storing data used by the processor 302 in performing operations.

The application provides a digital watermark-based creative work management method, wherein the method comprises the following steps: obtaining a first creative work; obtaining basic information of the work according to the first creative work, wherein the basic information of the work comprises author information, content information and reading amount information; obtaining a preset evaluation rule, wherein the preset evaluation rule corresponds to the basic information of the work; inputting the basic information of the work and the preset evaluation rule into an evaluation model to obtain a first evaluation result, wherein the first evaluation result comprises a plurality of evaluation values, and the plurality of evaluation values correspond to the basic information of the work; acquiring a watermark embedding scheme according to the evaluation value; acquiring work management information according to the first evaluation result and the watermark embedding scheme; obtaining a first work watermark according to the work management information and the first evaluation result, wherein the first work watermark comprises an identification mark, and the identification mark corresponds to the work management information; and acquiring first execution information according to the first work watermark and the watermark embedding scheme, wherein the first execution information is used for embedding the first work watermark into the first creative work according to the watermark embedding scheme. The technical problems that in the prior art, the embedding mode of the digital watermark in the works is single, and the protection efficiency of the works is low are solved. The method and the device realize the value evaluation of the works based on the neural network model, thereby determining the watermark embedding scheme by combining the value of the works, and achieving the technical purposes of finely managing the works and improving the protection of the digital watermarks on the works.

As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, apparatus, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present invention may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
