1. A barrier film for a preformed VIP panel, comprising: comprises an amorphous polyethylene terephthalate layer, crystalline polyethylene terephthalate, an aluminum foil layer and a polyethylene layer which are sequentially compounded from an inner layer to an outer layer.
2. A barrier film for a preformed VIP panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the thickness of the polyethylene terephthalate layer is 50-500 um.
3. A barrier film for a preformed VIP panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the thickness of the crystalline polyethylene terephthalate is 10-100 um.
4. A barrier film for a preformed VIP panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the thickness of the aluminum foil layer is 5-40 um.
5. A barrier film for a preformed VIP panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the thickness of the polyethylene layer is 40-200 um.
6. A preformed VIP panel, comprising: the core material, the first barrier piece and the second barrier piece are oppositely arranged on two sides of the core material in the thickness direction;
a part of the first barrier is recessed to form a groove after pretreatment; the core material is wholly or partially accommodated in the groove; the second barrier piece is in sealing fit with the part outside the groove of the first barrier piece to form a sealing edge extending along the circumferential direction of the core material;
the first and second barriers are the barrier film of any one of claims 1-5.
7. A preformed VIP panel as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the seal edge is located on the plane where one side of the core material faces the second barrier piece.
8. A preformed VIP panel as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the groove is formed by stamping or plastic suction.
9. A thermal insulating container comprising a VIP panel as claimed in any one of claims 6 to 8.
Background
The Vacuum Insulation Panel (VIP Panel) is a short name of the English Vacuum Insulation Panel, is one of Vacuum Insulation materials, is formed by compounding a filling core material and a Vacuum protection surface layer, effectively avoids heat transfer caused by air convection, can greatly reduce the heat conductivity coefficient to 0.0015w/m.k, does not contain any ODS material, has the characteristics of environmental protection, high efficiency and energy saving, and is the most advanced high-efficiency Insulation material in the world at present.
The vacuum insulation panel generally comprises a core material, a vacuum barrier composite film and an adsorbent, wherein the adsorbent is placed in the core material, the core material is wrapped by the vacuum barrier film, and the most common structure of the existing barrier film is as follows: a Polyethylene (PE) film, an Aluminum (AL) foil, an aluminized polyethylene terephthalate (MPET) film and a Nylon (NY) film are sequentially arranged from inside to outside (when the barrier film is made into a VIP barrier bag, PE is used as a heat sealing layer, and the inner side of the barrier bag).
This structure has the following problems: the tensile properties of the film are relatively weak and the grooves cannot be formed by punching.
Disclosure of Invention
The main technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a barrier film for a preformed VIP panel that maintains good barrier properties after stamping.
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a barrier film for a preformed VIP panel, comprising: comprises an amorphous polyethylene terephthalate layer, a crystalline polyethylene terephthalate layer, an aluminum foil layer and a polyethylene layer which are sequentially compounded from an inner layer to an outer layer.
In a preferred embodiment: the thickness of the poly-noncrystalline polyethylene terephthalate layer is 50-500 um.
In a preferred embodiment: the thickness of the crystalline polyethylene terephthalate is 10-100 um.
In a preferred embodiment: the thickness of the aluminum foil layer is 5-40 um.
In a preferred embodiment: the thickness of the polyethylene layer is 40-200 um.
The invention also provides a preformed VIP panel comprising: the core material, the first barrier piece and the second barrier piece are oppositely arranged on two sides of the core material in the thickness direction;
a part of the first barrier is recessed to form a groove after pretreatment; the core material is wholly or partially accommodated in the groove; the second barrier piece is in sealing fit with the part outside the groove of the first barrier piece to form a sealing edge extending along the circumferential direction of the core material;
the first and second barriers are the barrier film of any one of claims 1-5.
In a preferred embodiment: the seal edge is located on the plane where one side of the core material faces the second barrier piece.
In a preferred embodiment: the groove is formed by stamping or plastic suction.
The invention also provides an insulated container provided with a VIP panel as described above.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention provides a barrier film for a preformed VIP plate, which greatly enhances the tensile resistance of the whole composite film by utilizing the impact resistance and the tear resistance of amorphous polyethylene terephthalate, so that the barrier film can be used for punch forming a groove to form the preformed barrier film. In addition, the invention adopts a single aluminum foil, the traditional barrier film mostly adopts an aluminum plating mode, and the aluminum plating layer loses the water and gas blocking effect due to stretching in the stamping process of the barrier film because the barrier film does not have the stamping forming condition.
Traditional VIP board adopts the multilayer barrier material to make flexible packaging bag after compounding, puts into behind the thermal-insulated stamen material evacuation and carries out the heat-seal, carries out the hem shaping. The manufacturing process is complex and has a plurality of working procedures, and the heat preservation and heat insulation performance of the board can be damaged in the manufacturing process. The preformed barrier film is utilized to manufacture the vacuum VIP heat insulation board, so that the working procedures are reduced, the damage to external packages in the manual operation and manufacturing process is reduced, and the improvement of the heat insulation performance of the VIP vacuum heat insulation board is facilitated.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme in the embodiment of the invention is clearly and completely described below; it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments, and all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without any inventive work are within the scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a barrier film for a preformed VIP panel, comprising an amorphous polyethylene terephthalate layer 1, a crystalline polyethylene terephthalate layer 2, an aluminum foil layer 3, and a polyethylene layer 4, which are sequentially laminated from an inner layer to an outer layer.
The noncrystalline polyethylene terephthalate layer 1 is selected to improve the tear resistance of the barrier film by utilizing the impact resistance, tear resistance and high and low temperature heat resistance of the barrier film, so that the barrier film cannot be damaged in the stamping process. The crystalline polyethylene terephthalate is a water vapor barrier layer, improves the water vapor barrier property of the barrier film, and ensures the vacuum degree after long-time use. The single aluminum foil layer 3 is selected to avoid the aluminum foil layer 3 from losing the water and gas blocking performance in the stamping process, and the barrier film is guaranteed to still have good barrier performance after stamping.
The non-crystalline polyethylene terephthalate layer 1 is a plastic uptake material, also called polyester hard rubberized fabric, is a thermoplastic environment-friendly plastic product, the rim charge and the waste products of the thermoplastic environment-friendly plastic product can be recycled, and the chemical elements contained in the thermoplastic environment-friendly plastic product are carbon, hydrogen and oxygen as the same as paper, and belong to degradable plastics. Packaged products made from this material eventually turn into water and carbon dioxide when discarded.
Therefore, the barrier film of the embodiment can adopt the plastic suction and hot pressing processes to play a shaping role and form the packaging box with a three-dimensional structure. Traditional VIP board separation bag complex film is only applicable to the bag packing, can not make preforming spatial structure's packing carton.
Specifically, the thickness of the amorphous polyethylene terephthalate layer 1 is 50 to 500 um. The thickness of the crystalline polyethylene terephthalate is 10-100 um. The thickness of the aluminum foil layer 3 is 5-40 um. The thickness of the polyethylene layer 4 is 40-200 um.
The aluminum foil is characterized in that the aluminum foil is made of the following materials: AL801 or AL8079 or AL 8011.
The barrier film for the preformed VIP plate utilizes the impact resistance and the tear resistance of the polyethylene terephthalate to greatly enhance the tensile resistance of the whole composite film, so that the barrier film can be used for punch forming of the groove to form the preformed barrier film. the first barrier and the second barrier are barrier films as described above.
