Background
In more and more data analysis scenes, frequently queried data needs to be cached in a CPU secondary cache. When the real-time data analysis is subsequently carried out, the data in the secondary cache can be directly read, the data in an external cache or an internal memory does not need to be frequently read, and the high-efficiency calculation and analysis of the data are realized.
Data in the secondary cache may be cached in the form of a singly linked list, and each node of the singly linked list may cache a plurality of key-value pairs. With the gradual increase of the cached data amount in the single linked list, the problem that a plurality of keys conflict may occur, in this case, a plurality of conflicting data may be cached in the same node of the single linked list, and the plurality of conflicting data are connected through a pointer. When a large number of conflicting key value pairs exist in the single linked list, the data in the single linked list needs to be sorted, and in the sorting process, the access request for the data in the single linked list cannot be processed, which may affect the operation of the service.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived from the embodiments given herein by one of ordinary skill in the art, are within the scope of the invention.
In the related art, in order to realize storage and analysis of mass data, a storage and caching technology of MySQL or ORACLE itself may be adopted to cache data that needs to be frequently used into a second-level cache of a CPU. For example, after a Structured Query Language (SQL) statement is executed, the hash value of the SQL and the Query result of the SQL statement are cached in the secondary cache. Subsequently, if the same SQL statement needs to be operated, the query result can be directly obtained from the second-level cache, the query process does not need to be executed again, the data needing to be queried can be quickly obtained, and the query speed is improved. Or a Redis database can be adopted, and frequently accessed data in the Redis database is cached in a secondary cache of the CPU, so that the data query speed is improved.
The second-level cache of the CPU is provided with the single linked list, data can be cached through the single linked list, when a large number of conflicting key value pairs exist in the single linked list, in order to solve the problem of the conflict of the large number of key value pairs, the single linked list needs to be expanded, and the cached data in the single linked list is arranged. In the sorting process, the data cached in the single chain table cannot be queried, and the data in the single chain table can be queried only after finishing the data sorting. The data cached in the single linked list is generally data of a service with high real-time requirement, the frequency of access is high, and the data sorting process needs a long time, which will affect the operation of the service.
In order to solve the above problem, embodiments of the present application provide a data processing method, an apparatus, an electronic device, and a medium, which are described in detail below.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a data processing method, where the method is applied to an electronic device, and is described below by taking the electronic device as a server as an example, the method includes:
s101, transferring the cached data in the main data structure of the second-level cache to an auxiliary data structure of the second-level cache.
The primary data structure in the embodiment of the present application may be a singly linked list or a unilaterally sliced piece, and correspondingly, the secondary data structure may also be a singly linked list or a unilaterally sliced piece.
The data in the main data structure and the data in the auxiliary data structure are cached in a key-value mode, and when a large number of key-value pair conflicts exist in the cached data in the main data structure, the cached data in the main data structure can be started to be transferred into the auxiliary data structure. The memory space occupied by the auxiliary data structure is larger than that occupied by the main data structure, so that key-value pair conflicts in the auxiliary data structure can be avoided as much as possible.
During the data transfer process, the hash value of each data needs to be recalculated, so that the key value pairs with conflicts in the primary data structure are transferred to different nodes of the secondary data structure.
S102, if a data access request aiming at the data to be accessed is received, suspending data transfer and searching the data to be accessed from the main data structure.
The data access request may be a data access request from a client, or a data access request generated when the server needs to acquire data required for executing the service in the process of executing the service.
S103, if the data to be accessed is found from the main data structure, processing a data access request based on the found data to be accessed, and continuing data transfer.
If the data access request is a data access request from the client, the server can send a data access response carrying the data to be accessed to the client after finding the data to be accessed; if the data access request is generated by the server, the server can directly acquire the searched data to be accessed.
And S104, if the data to be accessed is not searched from the main data structure, searching the data to be accessed from the auxiliary data structure, processing a data access request based on the searched data to be accessed, and continuing data transfer until all the data cached in the main data structure is transferred to the auxiliary data structure.
After all the cached data in the primary data structure are transferred to the secondary data structure, the secondary data structure can be used as the primary data structure, and accordingly, the original primary data structure is deleted.
In an embodiment, if the data to be accessed is not found from the primary data structure and the secondary data structure, it indicates that the data to be accessed is not cached in the secondary memory, in which case, the data to be accessed may be continuously queried from the memory or the hard disk.
By adopting the technical scheme, the data cached in the main data structure of the second-level cache can be transferred to the auxiliary data structure of the second-level cache, in the data transfer process, if a data access request aiming at the data to be accessed is received, the data transfer can be suspended, the data to be accessed is preferentially searched from the main data structure, and if the data to be accessed is not searched, the data to be accessed can be further searched from the auxiliary data structure. Therefore, the auxiliary data structure is added, so that the data access request can be processed in the data arrangement process, and the data transfer can be continued after the data access request is processed. The method and the device realize data arrangement and avoid the influence of the data arrangement process on the operation of the service.
In another embodiment of the present application, the method shown in fig. 1 may also be applied to a process of compressing and sorting data, and if data to be cached in the secondary cache is reduced, that is, a large number of idle nodes appear in the main data structure, the data may be compressed and sorted, in this case, a memory space occupied by the auxiliary data structure is smaller than a memory space occupied by the main data structure.
It can be seen that in the embodiment of the present application, the sorting or expansion of the data structure is not completed in a centralized manner at one time, but can be completed in a rolling manner for multiple times, so that the influence of the data sorting process on the performance of the server is reduced.
In another embodiment of the present application, in the data transfer process, if a data write request for data to be written is received, the data transfer is suspended, the data to be written is written into the auxiliary data structure, and after the data to be written is successfully written, the data transfer is continued.
Therefore, in the data sorting process, if the data to be written is required to be written into the second-level cache, the data to be written can be written into the auxiliary data structure, and the problem that the data cannot be written into the second-level cache due to data sorting is solved.
In another embodiment of the present application, two cases of triggering the above-mentioned S101 are provided, which are described below separately.
In case one, a conflict rate of the key value pairs cached in the primary data structure is detected, if the conflict rate reaches a preset conflict rate threshold, an auxiliary data structure is created in the secondary cache, and the above S101 is executed to transfer the cached data in the primary data structure of the secondary cache to the auxiliary data structure of the secondary cache.
The preset conflict rate threshold value can be set in advance according to actual requirements.
And secondly, if the data volume of the data to be written received in the appointed time length is larger than the preset data volume threshold value, creating an auxiliary data structure in the secondary cache, writing the data to be written into the auxiliary data structure, and after the full volume of the data to be written is written into the auxiliary data structure, executing the step S101 to transfer the cached data in the main data structure of the secondary cache to the auxiliary data structure of the secondary cache.
In the embodiment of the application, if a large amount of data to be written exists in a short time, the time required for writing the data to be written into the main data structure is long, and long-time data writing may affect the electronic device to read the data cached in the main data structure. In this case, the data may be expanded, an auxiliary data structure may be created, and during the process of writing the data to be written into the auxiliary data structure, if a data access request is received, the data writing process may be suspended, and after the data access request is processed, the data writing may be continued. Therefore, when a large amount of data to be written needs to be written into the secondary cache, the data to be written can be gradually written into the auxiliary data structure in a rolling type increasing mode, and code execution of the server cannot be influenced.
The implementation manner of the embodiment of the application can be applied to a scenario where data which needs to be frequently accessed is cached in a main data structure. In another embodiment, during the initialization process, the specified data may be read from the memory or the hard disk, and the specified data may be cached in the primary data structure of the secondary cache.
Wherein the designated data is preset data which needs to be frequently accessed.
By adopting the method, because the designated data is the data which needs to be frequently accessed, compared with the prior art that the data is frequently accessed and then written into the secondary cache, the designated data is directly cached in the secondary cache in the initialization process in the embodiment of the application, the data access speed can be further improved, and the caching and the query of the memory data are realized in a code level.
The data sorting method provided by the embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to specific scenarios, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s201, when the system is initialized, the server writes the specified data read from the memory and/or the hard disk into the secondary cache in a form of a single linked list.
As shown in fig. 3, the 5 nodes included in the singly linked list are exemplarily shown in fig. 3, and each node includes a key-value pair (e.g., key-value in node 1 and key-value in node 5) and a pointer "next" for indicating address information of a succeeding node.
The subsequent server may also write other data that is frequently accessed into the singly linked list.
S202, after the data volume in the single linked list is gradually increased, if the condition that the key values of a plurality of data conflict exists, caching the key value pairs with the conflicts in a node and connecting the key value pairs through a pointer.
As shown in FIG. 4, if the key values of two data are calculated to be the same, both data need to be written into the same node, such as node 3 in FIG. 4. In this case, both key-value pairs (key-values) of the two data may be buffered in the node 3, and the two key-value pairs are connected by the pointer "next".
It can be understood that as the amount of data written into the singly linked list increases, there may be a situation where multiple conflicting key-value pairs are cached in one node, which may result in a long time consuming side length for querying data from the singly linked list, which has a great impact on the application seeking speed.
By way of example, assume that 5 key value pairs with the same key value are cached in node 3, for example, the keys are all 3, and the value values are beijing, shanghai, fertile, hangzhou, and west ampere, respectively. If the data to be inquired is ' xi ' an ', firstly calculating the key value to be 3, and then searching the key value pair 1 (3: Beijing) in the node 3; by the pointer of the key-value pair 1, the key-value pair 2 in the node 3 can be found (3: Shanghai); the key value pair 3 (3: fertilizer combination) in the node 3 can be found through the pointer of the key value pair 2; the data of 'xi' can be found only by 5 times of searching, obviously, the time needed by the query is long.
Therefore, when the key-value pair collision rate in the singly linked list reaches the preset collision rate threshold, S203 may be executed to sort the key-value pairs.
And S203, when the key value pair conflict rate in the single linked list reaches a preset conflict rate threshold value, creating an auxiliary one-way slice.
And S204, transferring the data in the single-linked list to the auxiliary one-way slice.
During the process of transferring the data in the single linked list to the auxiliary one-way slice, the hash value of each data needs to be recalculated, so that the data is dispersed and cached in each node of the auxiliary one-way slice, and key value pair collision is avoided.
S205, if a data access request aiming at the data to be accessed is received, suspending the data transfer process and processing the data access request.
The server can preferentially inquire the data to be accessed from the single linked list, and if the data to be accessed is not found, the data to be accessed is possibly transferred to the unidirectional slice, so that the data to be inquired can be continuously searched from the unidirectional slice.
And S206, after the data access request is processed, continuing to transfer the data in the single chain table to the auxiliary one-way slice until all the data in the single chain table are transferred to the auxiliary one-way slice.
In the process, if the data access request is received again, the data transfer process is suspended again, and the data access request is processed preferentially, so that the process of sorting the data does not influence the service execution of the server.
Corresponding to the foregoing method embodiment, an embodiment of the present application further provides a data processing apparatus, as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus includes:

Therefore, the auxiliary data structure is added, so that the data access request can be processed in the data arrangement process, and the data transfer can be continued after the data access request is processed.
