1. A novel resin fiber model production method based on a foam mold blank is characterized by comprising the following steps:

s1, manufacturing a die: processing the shape of foam to prepare a foam mold blank, wherein the foam mold blank is divided into an upper mold blank and a lower mold blank;

s2, surface treatment of the die: mixing epoxy resin and a curing agent in proportion to prepare an epoxy resin mixed solution, then uniformly brushing a layer of epoxy resin mixed solution on the surfaces of the upper mold blank and the lower mold blank to enable the epoxy resin mixed solution to be rapidly cured within 20-30min, standing for 1-2 hours, then brushing for the second time, and after brushing for two layers, forming a layer of protective film on the surface of the foam mold blank;

s3, mixing the matrix resin with the curing agent to obtain a mixture, then respectively coating the mixture on the surfaces of the upper mold blank and the lower mold blank, respectively paving fiber materials, and finally coating the mixture on the fiber materials;

and S4, closing the upper mold blank and the lower mold blank, waxing the joint of the mold blanks, shaping and demolding.

2. The method for producing the novel resin fiber model based on the foam mold blank as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the curing agent is at least one selected from the group consisting of vinyl triamine, methyl ethyl ketone peroxide and isophorone diamine.

3. The method for producing the novel resin fiber model based on the foam mold blank as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the matrix resin is at least one selected from unsaturated polyester resin, phenolic resin and polyimide resin.

4. The method for producing the novel resin fiber model based on the foam mold blank as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the fiber material is selected from at least one of glass fiber, carbon fiber and aramid fiber.

5. The method for producing the novel resin fiber model based on the foam mold blank as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the mixing ratio of the epoxy resin to the curing agent is 1: 0.3.

6. The method for producing the novel resin fiber model based on the foam mold blank as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the mixing ratio of the matrix resin to the curing agent is 1: 0.01-0.05.

7. The method for producing the novel resin fiber model based on the foam mold blank as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in S3, the number of layers of the fiber material is 4 to 6.

The method for producing the novel resin fiber model based on the foam mold blank as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in the S3, each layer of the fiber material is rolled and compacted by a roller, and a mixture of matrix resin and a curing agent is coated, wherein the coating amount is 0.01-0.1kg/m 2.

9. The method for producing the novel resin fiber model based on the foam mold blank as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in the step S4, the setting time is 24-48 h.

10. The method for producing the novel resin fiber model based on the foam mold blank as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in the step S4, after the upper mold blank and the lower mold blank are closed, they are clamped by a clamp, and then the joint is waxed.

Background

As is known, resin molding generates a large amount of heat, and when resin fiber models are generally produced in the past, a material with good heat resistance is needed to make a mold blank, and generally, a wood mold or an engineering plastic is used to make a mold for producing the resin fiber models, so that the mold is high in cost and long in production time. However, if the foam is used for making the mold, the operation is very convenient, but when the mold made of the foam is used for producing a resin fiber model, the foam is melted by heat generated during the molding of the resin fiber, so that the shape of the model is deformed inestimably when the model is made, and the mode is not very preferable.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a novel resin fiber model production method based on a foam mould blank, so as to solve the problems in the background technology.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a novel resin fiber model production method based on a foam mould blank, which comprises the following steps:

s1, manufacturing a die: processing the shape of foam to prepare a foam mold blank, wherein the foam mold blank is divided into an upper mold blank and a lower mold blank;

s2, surface treatment of the die: mixing epoxy resin and a curing agent according to a ratio to prepare an epoxy resin mixed solution, then uniformly coating a layer of epoxy resin mixed solution on the surfaces of the upper mold blank and the lower mold blank to enable the epoxy resin mixed solution to be rapidly cured within 20-30min, standing for 1-2 hours, then coating for the second time, and after coating the two layers, forming a layer of protective film on the surface of the foam mold blank, so that the corrosion of resin fibers to foam can be effectively avoided, and the melting of the foam at high temperature can be effectively isolated;

s3, mixing the matrix resin with the curing agent to obtain a mixture, then respectively coating the mixture on the surfaces of the upper mold blank and the lower mold blank, respectively paving fiber materials, and finally coating the mixture on the fiber materials;

and S4, closing the upper mold blank and the lower mold blank, waxing the joint of the mold blanks, shaping and demolding.

Preferably, the curing agent is at least one selected from the group consisting of vinyl triamine, methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, and isophorone diamine.

Preferably, the matrix resin is at least one selected from the group consisting of unsaturated polyester resins, phenolic resins, and polyimide resins.

Preferably, the fiber material is selected from at least one of glass fiber, carbon fiber, and aramid fiber.

Preferably, the mixing ratio of the epoxy resin to the curing agent is 1: 0.3.

Preferably, the mixing ratio of the matrix resin to the curing agent is 1: 0.01-0.05.

Preferably, in S3, the number of laying layers of the fiber material is 4 to 6

Preferably, in S3, each layer of the fiber material is rolled by a roller and coated with a mixture of a matrix resin and a curing agent in an amount of 0.01-0.1kg/m2, and the fiber materials are tightly bonded by a small amount of the mixture.

Preferably, in the step S4, the setting time is 24-48 h.

Preferably, in S4, after the upper mold blank and the lower mold blank are closed, they are clamped by a clamp, and then the seam is waxed.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

in the novel resin fiber model production method based on the foam mold blank, the problem that the foam mold blank is melted due to heating during fiber resin molding to cause deformation is solved, and meanwhile, compared with a wood mold, the foam mold is lower in processing cost and shorter in processing time, so that the model manufacturing cost is reduced fundamentally.

2. treating the surface of the die: mixing epoxy resin and a curing agent according to a ratio of 1:0.3 to prepare an epoxy resin mixed solution, then uniformly coating a layer of epoxy resin mixed solution on the surfaces of an upper mold blank and a lower mold blank, wherein the coating amount is 0.2kg/m2, so that the epoxy resin mixed solution is rapidly cured within 20-30min, standing for 1-2 hours, then coating for the second time, wherein the coating amount is 0.1% kg/m2, and after coating two layers, a protective film is formed on the surface of a foam mold blank, so that the corrosion of resin fibers to foam can be effectively avoided, and the melting of the foam at high temperature is effectively isolated;

3. mixing matrix resin and a curing agent in a mixing ratio of 1:0.01-0.05 to prepare a mixture, then respectively coating the mixture on the surfaces of an upper mold blank and a lower mold blank, respectively laying fiber materials, totally laying 4-6 layers, rolling and compacting the fiber materials by using a roller when 1 layer of the fiber materials are laid, coating the mixture of the matrix resin and the curing agent, wherein the coating amount is 0.01-0.1kg/m2, and coating a small amount of the mixture to ensure that the fiber materials are tightly bonded;

4. and (3) closing the upper mold blank and the lower mold blank, clamping the upper mold blank and the lower mold blank through a clamp after closing the molds, waxing the joint, finally shaping for 24-48h, demolding, and sequentially performing dewaxing, polishing, assembling, finishing, coating and packaging after demolding.

The invention solves the problem that the foam mold blank is melted by heating during fiber resin molding to cause deformation, and simultaneously, compared with a wood mold, the plastic mold has lower processing cost and shorter processing time for mold type manufacturing, thereby fundamentally reducing the mold manufacturing cost.

Embodiment 2, a method for producing a novel resin fiber model based on a foam mold base, comprising the steps of:

1. manufacturing a mould: processing the shape of the foam to prepare a foam mold blank, wherein the foam mold blank is divided into an upper mold blank and a lower mold blank;

2. treating the surface of the die: mixing epoxy resin and a curing agent according to a ratio of 1:0.3 to prepare an epoxy resin mixed solution, then uniformly coating a layer of epoxy resin mixed solution on the surfaces of an upper mold blank and a lower mold blank, wherein the coating amount is 0.3kg/m2, so that the epoxy resin mixed solution is rapidly cured within 20-30min, standing for 1-2 hours, then coating for the second time, wherein the coating amount is 0.2% kg/m2, and after coating two layers, a protective film is formed on the surface of a foam mold blank, so that the corrosion of resin fibers to foam can be effectively avoided, and the melting of the foam at high temperature is effectively isolated;

2. treating the surface of the die: mixing epoxy resin and a curing agent according to a ratio of 1:0.3 to prepare an epoxy resin mixed solution, then uniformly coating a layer of epoxy resin mixed solution on the surfaces of an upper mold blank and a lower mold blank, wherein the coating amount is 0.4kg/m2, so that the epoxy resin mixed solution is rapidly cured within 20-30min, standing for 1-2 hours, then coating for the second time, wherein the coating amount is 0.3% kg/m2, and after coating two layers, a protective film is formed on the surface of a foam mold blank, so that the corrosion of resin fibers to foam can be effectively avoided, and the melting of the foam at high temperature is effectively isolated;

3. mixing matrix resin and a curing agent in a mixing ratio of 1:0.01-0.05 to prepare a mixture, then respectively coating the mixture on the surfaces of an upper mold blank and a lower mold blank, respectively laying fiber materials, totally laying 4-6 layers, rolling and compacting the fiber materials by using a roller when 1 layer of the fiber materials are laid, coating the mixture of the matrix resin and the curing agent, wherein the coating amount is 0.01-0.1kg/m2, and coating a small amount of the mixture to ensure that the fiber materials are tightly bonded;

4. and (3) closing the upper mold blank and the lower mold blank, clamping the upper mold blank and the lower mold blank through a clamp after closing the molds, waxing the joint, finally shaping for 24-48h, demolding, and sequentially performing dewaxing, polishing, assembling, finishing, coating and packaging after demolding.

In the above examples 1 to 3, the curing agent is at least one selected from the group consisting of vinyl triamine, methyl ethyl ketone peroxide and isophorone diamine;

the matrix resin is at least one of unsaturated polyester resin, phenolic resin and polyimide resin;

the fiber material is selected from at least one of glass fiber, carbon fiber and aramid fiber.

Comparative example 1, a novel resin fiber model production method, comprising the steps of:

1. manufacturing a mould: processing the shape of the wood block to obtain a wood mold blank, wherein the wood mold blank is divided into an upper mold blank and a lower mold blank;

2. treating the surface of the die: mixing epoxy resin and a curing agent according to a ratio of 1:0.3 to prepare an epoxy resin mixed solution, then uniformly coating a layer of epoxy resin mixed solution on the surfaces of an upper mold blank and a lower mold blank, wherein the coating amount is 0.2-0.4kg/m2, and coating for the second time after curing, and the coating amount is 0.1-0.3% kg/m 2;

3. mixing matrix resin and a curing agent in a mixing ratio of 1:0.01-0.05 to prepare a mixture, then respectively coating the mixture on the surfaces of an upper mold blank and a lower mold blank, respectively laying fiber materials, totally laying 4-6 layers, rolling and compacting the fiber materials by using a roller when 1 layer of the fiber materials are laid, coating the mixture of the matrix resin and the curing agent, wherein the coating amount is 0.01-0.1kg/m2, and coating a small amount of the mixture to ensure that the fiber materials are tightly bonded;

4. and (3) closing the upper mold blank and the lower mold blank, clamping the upper mold blank and the lower mold blank through a clamp after closing the molds, waxing the joint, finally shaping for 24-48h, demolding, and sequentially performing dewaxing, polishing, assembling, finishing, coating and packaging after demolding.

In comparative example 1 above, the procedure was the same as for the other materials except that the mold base used was different from those of examples 1 to 3.

The novel resin fiber model based on the foam mold blank prepared by the invention has lower production cost and shorter processing time of the mold blank, and in order to verify the related technical scheme, the applicant performs the following tests:

comparative example 1: by adopting the steps in the embodiments 1-3, the curing time after the epoxy resin mixed solution is coated on the surfaces of the upper mold blank and the lower mold blank for the first time is detected under the condition of changing the mold blank material, and the steps are specifically shown in table 1:

As shown in table 1, in examples 1 to 3, the curing time after the epoxy resin mixed solution was applied to the surface of the foam mold blank for the first time did not exceed 30min, while in comparative example 1, the curing time after the epoxy resin mixed solution was applied to the surface of the foam mold blank for the first time was significantly increased after the mold blank was changed to a wood mold blank, and thus it was found that the foam mold was processed at a lower cost and in a shorter processing time than the wood mold.
