1. An elastic vibration isolator characterized in that: the elastic column comprises an elastic column (1), wherein a plurality of fiber layers (2) are sequentially arranged in the elastic column (1) from bottom to top, and certain distance is reserved between the fiber layers (2).
2. An elastic vibration isolator as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the elastic column (1) is in a round table shape.
3. An elastic vibration isolator as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the fiber layer (2) is made of carbon fiber or glass fiber or basalt fiber.
4. An elastic vibration isolator as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the fiber layer (2) is made of cloth fibers.
5. An elastic vibration isolator as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the elastic column (1) is provided with a central hole (3).
6. The process for producing an elastic vibration insulator according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of: s1, pouring polyurethane glue with a certain thickness into the die or paving a polyester film with a certain thickness, and scraping the upper surface of the polyester film;
s2, laying a fiber layer on the top of the polyurethane, and rolling the fiber layer by using a roller;
s3, pouring polyurethane glue with a certain thickness or paving a polyester film with a certain thickness on the top of the fiber layer, and scraping the upper surface of the fiber layer;
s4, repeating the steps S2-S3 according to design requirements, and pressurizing, preserving heat and shaping;
s5, taking out the polyurethane block in the mold after the polyurethane glue in the mold is naturally solidified and shaped;
and S6, cutting the polyurethane block obtained in the step S5 into a designed shape and a designed size by adopting water cutting.
7. The process for preparing an elastic vibration isolator according to claim 6, wherein a heating plate is provided on an outer wall of said mold, and in steps S1-S3, the mold is heated by the heating plate.
8. The process for producing an elastic vibration insulator according to claim 6, wherein in step S2, the fiber layer is heated before being laid.
Background
At present, in an assembly type track structure of track traffic, in order to reduce noise generated in a vehicle running process, a damping layer is usually laid at the bottom of an assembly type track plate, due to different running requirements, the rigidity requirement of a track is also different, in order to meet the rigidity requirement of the track, the rigidity requirement of the track is generally realized by changing the material of the damping layer, the cost is high, and the requirements of different application scenes are difficult to meet.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides an elastic vibration isolator and a preparation process thereof, wherein the rigidity of the elastic vibration isolator can be adjusted by changing the number of fiber layers, and the rigidity requirement of various application scenes of a track can be met by combining the adjustment of the number of the elastic vibration isolators in a unit area.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
an elastic vibration isolator comprises an elastic column, wherein a plurality of fiber layers are sequentially arranged in the elastic column from bottom to top, and a certain distance is reserved between every two adjacent fiber layers.

The preparation process of the elastic vibration isolator comprises the following steps:
s1, pouring polyurethane glue with a certain thickness into the die or paving a polyester film with a certain thickness, and scraping the upper surface of the polyester film;
s2, laying a fiber layer on the top of the polyurethane, and rolling the fiber layer by using a roller;
s3, pouring polyurethane glue with a certain thickness or paving a polyester film with a certain thickness on the top of the fiber layer, and scraping the upper surface of the fiber layer;
s4, repeating the steps S2-S3 according to design requirements, and pressurizing, preserving heat and shaping;
s5, taking out the polyurethane block in the mold after the polyurethane glue in the mold is naturally solidified and shaped;
and S6, cutting the polyurethane block obtained in the step S5 into a designed shape and a designed size by adopting water cutting.
Preferably, a heating plate is provided on an outer wall of the mold, and the mold is heated by the heating plate in steps S1-S3.
Preferably, in step S2, the fiber layer is heated before being laid.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the rigidity of the elastic vibration isolator can be adjusted by changing the number of the fiber layers in the elastic column, and the rigidity of the track can be adjusted by combining the adjustment of the number of the elastic vibration isolators in unit area, so that the rigidity requirement of various application scenes of the track can be met, and the elastic vibration isolator is simple in structure and low in manufacturing cost; the preparation process of the elastic vibration isolator can meet the manufacturing requirement of the elastic vibration isolator, can be manually operated and automatically controlled by a machine, and can reduce the manufacturing cost of the elastic vibration isolator.

Further, it should be understood that various changes or modifications of the present invention may be made by those skilled in the art after reading the teaching of the present invention, and these equivalents also fall within the scope of the present application.
Example 1: the invention relates to an elastic vibration isolator which comprises an elastic column 1, wherein a plurality of fiber layers 2 are sequentially arranged in the elastic column 1 from bottom to top, a certain distance is reserved between every two adjacent fiber layers 2, the fiber layers 2 are pre-embedded in the elastic column 1, the fiber layers 2 are used as reinforcing layers, and the rigidity of the elastic vibration isolator can be adjusted by adjusting the number of the fiber layers 2. When the elastic vibration isolator is used, the rigidity of the track can be adjusted by adjusting the self rigidity of the elastic vibration isolator and combining the adjustment of the number of the elastic vibration isolators in unit area, the rigidity requirement of various application scenes of the track can be met, the structure is simple, and the manufacturing cost is low.
Preferably, in order to improve the stability of the elastic column support, the elastic column 1 is in a circular truncated cone shape.
Preferably, in order to increase the rigidity of the elastic vibration isolator, the fiber layer 2 may be made of carbon fiber, glass fiber, basalt fiber, or cloth fiber, so that a large rigidity can be obtained with a small number of fiber layers, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
Preferably, in order to reduce the deformation amount of the outer side of the elastic column, the elastic column 1 is provided with a central hole 3, and the deformation amount of the elastic column 1 to the outer side is reduced by reserving a margin for the deformation of the elastic column 1 at the position of the central hole 3.
Example 2: the invention relates to a preparation process of an elastic vibration isolator, which comprises the following steps:
s1, pouring polyurethane glue (or other elastic materials) with a certain thickness into the mould or paving a polyester film with a certain thickness, wherein the thickness of the polyurethane glue is determined according to design requirements, the upper surface of the polyurethane glue is scraped to be flat, a scraper can be manually adopted to scrape the polyurethane glue, and a mechanical arm can be adopted to automatically scrape the polyurethane glue in cooperation with the scraper;
s2, laying a fiber layer on the top of the polyurethane, rolling the fiber layer by using a roller, and laying the fiber layer manually or by using a laying trolley in cooperation with a track; the roller can be pushed by a manual or electric trolley;
s3, pouring polyurethane glue with a certain thickness or paving a polyester film with a certain thickness on the top of the fiber layer, and scraping the upper surface of the fiber layer, which is the same as the step S1;
s4, repeating the steps S2-S3 according to design requirements until a polyurethane block which meets the design height and the number of designed fiber layer layers is obtained;
s5, taking out the polyurethane block in the mold after the polyurethane glue in the mold is naturally solidified and shaped;
s6, in order to reduce damage to the elastic vibration insulators, the polyurethane block obtained in step S5 is cut into elastic vibration insulators of designed shapes and designed sizes by water cutting.
Preferably, in order to ensure the processing quality of the elastic vibration isolator, a heating plate is arranged on the outer wall of the mold, and in the steps S1-S3, the mold is heated by the heating plate, so that the polyurethane glue in the mold is always in a non-solidification state in the manufacturing process of the polyurethane block, and is synchronously solidified, thereby avoiding layering and ensuring the processing quality.
Preferably, in order to ensure the tightness between the fiber layer and the polyurethane adhesive, in the step S2, the fiber layer is heated before being laid, so that the upper surface of the polyurethane adhesive is solidified during the process of laying the fiber layer, the tightness between the fiber layer and the polyurethane adhesive is ensured, the occurrence of delamination is avoided, and the processing quality of the elastic vibration isolator is ensured.
The preparation process of the elastic vibration isolator can meet the manufacturing requirement of the elastic vibration isolator, can be manually operated and automatically controlled by a machine, and can reduce the manufacturing cost of the elastic vibration isolator.
