1. The electric energy meter clamping and fixing device is characterized by comprising a tray, wherein slide bar fixing grooves are formed in two sides of the tray, fixing slide bars are arranged on the slide bar fixing grooves in a sliding mode, and spiral slide grooves are formed in the fixing slide bars;
the fixed sliding rod is sleeved with at least one rotating nut, the inner side of the rotating nut is provided with a sliding pin, and the sliding pin is arranged in the sliding groove; the outer wall of the rotating nut is also fixedly connected with a push support rod;
the outer side of the rotating nut is also rotatably connected with an air spring for driving the rotating nut to rotate, one end, far away from the rotating nut, of the air spring is hinged to the tray, and an included angle is formed between the air spring and the pushing support rod;
a clamping block is further arranged between the gas spring and the push support rod outside the rotating nut, and the two clamping blocks which are oppositely arranged are used for clamping the electric energy meter;
the end part of the bolt fixing frame is provided with an adjusting bolt, and the end part of the adjusting bolt is arranged on a rotating path of the clamping block and used for limiting the clamping block to rotate backwards.

The electric energy meter clamping and fixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a connecting seat is arranged outside the rotating nut and between the gas spring and the push-supporting rod, a limiting groove is formed in the connecting seat, a buffer spring is arranged in the limiting groove, and the clamping block is mounted on the buffer spring.

The electric energy meter clamping and fixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tray comprises an upper tray and a lower tray, the upper tray is slidably disposed on the lower tray, and the fixing slide bar slides along the slide bar fixing groove when the upper tray slides relative to the lower tray.
4. An electric energy meter holding and fixing device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the upper tray is provided with a push-pull slot.

An electric energy meter detection system, characterized by comprising the electric energy meter clamping and fixing device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, and a detection device, wherein the detection device is arranged opposite to the electric energy meter clamping and fixing device and comprises a turntable, a plurality of groups of fixed connection points are arranged on the turntable, and the fixed connection points are used for adapting to different types of electric energy meters; the turntable is also connected with a turntable driving mechanism for driving the turntable to rotate.
6. The electric energy meter detection system according to claim 5, further comprising an electric energy meter conveying device disposed on one side of the electric energy meter holding fixture for transporting the electric energy meter to be detected.

The electric energy meter detection system according to claim 6, further comprising a manipulator, wherein the manipulator is arranged on one side of the electric energy meter clamping and fixing device, and is used for grabbing the electric energy meter to be detected on the electric energy meter conveying device and placing the electric energy meter on the electric energy meter clamping and fixing device; the electric energy meter clamping and fixing device is used for clamping the electric energy meter which is detected and finished on the electric energy meter clamping and fixing device and placing the electric energy meter on the electric energy meter conveying device.

The electric energy meter detection system of claim 7, further comprising a control device, wherein the control device comprises a central controller and an electric energy meter identification component, the electric energy meter identification component is used for identifying different electric energy meter types, and the central controller is electrically connected with the turntable driving mechanism and the manipulator and is used for controlling the turntable to rotate and controlling the manipulator to grab the electric energy meter according to the type of the electric energy meter.
Background
In the electric energy meter detection process, an important operation is error detection. When the error of the electric energy meter is detected, the detection device and the electric energy meter to be detected need to be connected to electrify the electric energy meter and obtain a feedback signal detected by the electric energy meter.
The electric energy meter error detection method comprises manual detection, semi-automatic detection and automatic detection, wherein during the manual detection, manual pressure meters are required to be connected, and when dozens of electric energy meters are required to be detected at one time, manual pressure meter connection detection is required, so that the efficiency is low, and the labor intensity is high. When the electric energy meter is connected with the detection assembly, the electric energy meter to be detected needs to be fixed by the semi-automatic detection equipment or the automatic detection equipment, so that the electric energy meter does not displace in the connection process with the detection device, and the connection is ensured to be firm. The existing automatic or semi-automatic electric energy meter detection device is characterized in that an electric energy meter is placed on a platform, a connection terminal is moved and detected or the electric energy meter is moved to enable the electric energy meter and the connection terminal to be in contact, and in the connection process, the electric energy meter is easy to displace, so that connection failure is caused, the detection efficiency is influenced, or connection is not firm, and the contact position of the electric energy meter is ablated.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the present invention provides an electric energy meter clamping and fixing device to solve the technical problem in the prior art that the electric energy meter is easy to displace and the connection is failed or not firm.
The invention also provides an electric energy meter detection system.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
the electric energy meter clamping and fixing device comprises a tray, wherein slide bar fixing grooves are formed in two sides of the tray, fixing slide bars are arranged on the slide bar fixing grooves in a sliding mode, and spiral slide grooves are formed in the fixing slide bars; the fixed sliding rod is sleeved with at least one rotating nut, the inner side of the rotating nut is provided with a sliding pin, and the sliding pin is arranged in the sliding groove; the outer wall of the rotating nut is also fixedly connected with a push support rod;

the side wall of the tray is also provided with a bolt fixing frame, the end part of the bolt fixing frame is provided with an adjusting bolt, and the end part of the adjusting bolt is arranged on a rotating path of the clamping block and used for limiting the backward rotation of the clamping block.
Preferably, a connecting seat is arranged between the gas spring and the push support rod outside the rotating nut, a limiting groove is formed in the connecting seat, a buffer spring is arranged in the limiting groove, and the clamping block is installed on the buffer spring.
Preferably, the tray includes an upper tray and a lower tray, the upper tray is slidably disposed on the lower tray, and when the upper tray slides relative to the lower tray, the fixed sliding rod slides along the sliding rod fixing groove.
Preferably, a push-pull clamping groove is formed in the upper tray.
An electric energy meter detection system comprises the electric energy meter clamping and fixing device and a detection device, wherein the detection device is arranged opposite to the electric energy meter clamping and fixing device and comprises a turntable, a plurality of groups of fixed connection points are arranged on the turntable, and the fixed connection points are used for adapting to electric energy meters of different types; the turntable is also connected with a turntable driving mechanism for driving the turntable to rotate.
Preferably, the electric energy meter detection system further comprises an electric energy meter conveying device, wherein the electric energy meter conveying device is arranged on one side of the electric energy meter clamping and fixing device and used for transferring the electric energy meter to be detected.
Preferably, the electric energy meter detection system further comprises a manipulator, wherein the manipulator is arranged on one side of the electric energy meter clamping and fixing device and used for grabbing the electric energy meter to be detected on the electric energy meter conveying device and placing the electric energy meter to be detected on the electric energy meter clamping and fixing device; the electric energy meter clamping and fixing device is used for clamping the electric energy meter which is detected and finished on the electric energy meter clamping and fixing device and placing the electric energy meter on the electric energy meter conveying device.
Preferably, the electric energy meter detection system further comprises a control device, the control device comprises a central controller and an electric energy meter identification component, the electric energy meter identification component is used for identifying different electric energy meter types, and the central controller is electrically connected with the turntable driving mechanism and the manipulator and is used for controlling the turntable to rotate according to the type of the electric energy meter and controlling the manipulator to grab the electric energy meter.
According to the technical scheme, the invention provides the electric energy meter clamping and fixing device and the electric energy meter detection system, and the electric energy meter clamping and fixing device has the beneficial effects that: the tray is arranged, fixed sliding rods are arranged on two sides of the tray in a sliding mode, rotating nuts are arranged on the fixed sliding rods, and a support pushing rod, a clamping block and a gas spring are sequentially arranged on the rotating nuts. In a free state, the push support rod inclines upwards, and the gas spring is in a compressed state. The electric energy meter is placed on the tray, the back of the electric energy meter presses the support pushing rod, and the rotating nut is driven to rotate anticlockwise along the fixed sliding rod. During the rotation of the rotating nut, the gas spring follows and is firstly compressed, and after a critical value is crossed, the gas spring extends and continuously pushes the rotating nut to rotate anticlockwise, so that the clamping block is in contact with the side wall of the electric energy meter to clamp the electric energy meter. After the clamping block clamps the electric energy meter, the air spring continuously acts, under the action of the sliding pin positioned on the inner side of the rotating nut, the fixed sliding rod slides forwards along the sliding rod fixing groove to drive the electric energy meter positioned on the fixed sliding rod to move forwards together or have the trend of moving forwards, so that the electric energy meter is ensured to be firmly contacted with a connection terminal of a detection device, connection failure or connection insecurity caused by electric energy meter displacement in the connection process of the electric energy meter is prevented, the detection efficiency of the electric energy meter is effectively improved, the detection accuracy of the electric energy meter is improved, and the risk of electric energy meter connection electric shock ablation is reduced.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions and effects of the embodiments of the present invention will be further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 9, in an embodiment, an electric energy meter clamping and fixing device includes a tray 100, slide bar fixing grooves 101 are formed on two sides of the tray 100, a fixing slide bar 200 is slidably disposed on the slide bar fixing grooves 101, and a spiral slide groove 201 is formed on the fixing slide bar 200. At least one rotating nut 300 is sleeved on the fixed sliding rod 200, a sliding pin 301 is arranged on the inner side of the rotating nut 300, and the sliding pin 301 is arranged in the sliding groove 201. The outer wall of the rotating nut 300 is also fixedly connected with a push-support rod 310.
The outer side of the rotating nut 300 is further rotatably connected with a gas spring 320 for driving the rotating nut 300 to rotate, one end of the gas spring 320, which is far away from the rotating nut 300, is hinged to the tray 100, and an included angle is formed between the gas spring 320 and the push-supporting rod 310. A clamping block 330 is further disposed between the gas spring 320 and the push-support rod 310 outside the rotating nut 300, and the two clamping blocks 330 disposed oppositely are used for clamping the electric energy meter 20.
For example, the two sides of the tray 100 are respectively provided with the slide bar fixing grooves 101, each slide bar fixing groove 101 is provided with one fixing slide bar 200, each fixing slide bar 200 is provided with at least one rotating nut 300, and the rotating nuts 300 on the two fixing slide bars 200 are arranged oppositely, so that the electric energy meter can be clamped from two sides. In a free state, the push-support rod 310 and the gas spring 320 form an included angle of 60 degrees to 120 degrees, and the included angle is gradually increased along with the counterclockwise rotation of the rotating nut 300. The clamping block 330 is disposed between the push rod 310 and the gas spring 320, and after the rotating nut 300 rotates by a certain angle, the clamping block 330 can contact with the side wall of the electric energy meter 20 placed on the tray 100.
Referring to fig. 3 to 8 together, in the free state, the push rod 310 is tilted upward, the gas spring 320 is in a compressed state, and the rotating nut 300 has a tendency to move clockwise. The electric energy meter 20 is placed on the tray 100, the back of the electric energy meter 20 presses the support pushing rod 310 to drive the rotating nut 300 to rotate anticlockwise along the fixed sliding rod 200, and meanwhile, under the action of the sliding pin 301, the fixed sliding rod 200 drives the electric energy meter 20 to move forwards integrally. During the rotation of the rotating nut 300, the gas spring 320 follows and is firstly compressed, and after a threshold value is crossed, the gas spring 320 is extended and continuously pushes the rotating nut 300 to rotate anticlockwise, so that the clamping block 330 is in contact with the side wall of the electric energy meter 20 to clamp the electric energy meter 20. After the clamping block 330 clamps the electric energy meter 20, the gas spring 320 continuously acts, and under the action of the sliding pin 301 located inside the rotating nut 300, the fixed sliding rod 200 slides forward along the sliding rod fixing groove 101 to drive the electric energy meter 20 located thereon to move forward together or have a tendency of moving forward, so that the electric energy meter 20 is ensured to be firmly contacted with a connection terminal of a detection device, connection failure or connection unreliability caused by displacement of the electric energy meter 20 in the connection process of the electric energy meter is prevented, the detection efficiency of the electric energy meter 20 is effectively improved, the detection accuracy of the electric energy meter 20 is improved, and the risk of electric shock and ablation of the connection of the electric energy meter 20 is reduced.
In a preferred embodiment, a bolt fixing frame 400 is further disposed on the side wall of the tray 100, an adjusting bolt 410 is disposed at an end of the bolt fixing frame 400, and an end of the adjusting bolt 410 is disposed on a rotation path of the clamping block 330, so as to limit the clamping block 330 from rotating backwards. On one hand, in a free state, the rotating nut 300 tends to rotate clockwise under the action of the gas spring 320, and at this time, during the rotation of the rotating nut 300, the end of the adjusting bolt 410 contacts with the rear end of the clamping block 330, so that the clockwise rotation of the rotating nut 300 is limited. On the other hand, the angle and height of the push-and-hold lever 310 can be adjusted by adjusting the extending height of the adjusting bolt 410 relative to the bolt fixing frame 400, so as to be capable of adapting to different types of electric energy meters 20.
In another preferred embodiment, a connecting seat 340 is disposed outside the rotating nut 300 and between the gas spring 320 and the push rod 310, a limit groove 341 is formed on the connecting seat 340, a buffer spring 342 is disposed in the limit groove 341, and the clamping block 330 is mounted on the buffer spring 342. After the clamping block 330 contacts with the side wall of the electric energy meter, the gas spring 320 acts continuously, and at the moment, the buffer spring 342 is compressed, so that the clamping is firmer on one hand, on the other hand, the clamping block 330 is prevented from damaging the outer wall of the electric energy meter, and on the other hand, a reliable rotating space is provided for the fixed sliding rod 200.
In another embodiment, the tray 100 includes an upper tray and a lower tray, the upper tray is slidably disposed on the lower tray, and when the upper tray slides relative to the lower tray, the fixing sliding rod 200 slides along the sliding rod fixing groove 101. Namely, the lower tray is fixed, after the detection is finished, the upper tray is pulled, the upper tray slides relative to the lower tray, in the process, the fixed slide bar 200 slides reversely along the slide bar fixing groove 101, so that the rotating nut 300 rotates clockwise under the action of the slide pin 301, the electric energy meter is separated from the detection device, and continues to rotate until the rear end of the clamping block 330 contacts with the end of the adjusting bolt 410, and returns to a free state.
Further, a push-pull clamping groove 102 is formed in the upper tray, so that the upper tray can be pulled to slide relative to the lower tray by a mechanical arm or a manual operation.
Referring to fig. 10, in another embodiment, an electric energy meter detection system includes the electric energy meter clamping and fixing device as described above, and further includes a detection device, the detection device is disposed opposite to the electric energy meter clamping and fixing device 10, and includes a rotating disc 500, a plurality of sets of fixed connection points 510 are disposed on the rotating disc 500, and the fixed connection points 510 are used for adapting to different types of electric energy meters; the turntable 500 is further connected with a turntable driving mechanism for driving the turntable 500 to rotate. For electric energy meters of different types or other meters, the detection connection contacts of the electric energy meters are different, the turntable 500 is arranged, a plurality of groups of fixed connection points 510 used for being matched with the meters of different types are arranged on the turntable 500, and the turntable 500 is rotated according to the detection requirements of the meters of different types, so that the detection requirements of the meters of different types are met.
Further, the electric energy meter detection system further comprises an electric energy meter conveying device, wherein the electric energy meter conveying device is arranged on one side of the electric energy meter clamping and fixing device and used for transferring the electric energy meter to be detected.
The electric energy meter detection system further comprises a manipulator, wherein the manipulator is arranged on one side of the electric energy meter clamping and fixing device and used for grabbing the electric energy meter to be detected on the electric energy meter conveying device and placing the electric energy meter on the electric energy meter clamping and fixing device; the electric energy meter clamping and fixing device is used for clamping the electric energy meter which is detected and finished on the electric energy meter clamping and fixing device and placing the electric energy meter on the electric energy meter conveying device.
Furthermore, the electric energy meter detection system further comprises a control device, the control device comprises a central controller and an electric energy meter identification component, the electric energy meter identification component is used for identifying different electric energy meter types, and the central controller is electrically connected with the turntable driving mechanism and the manipulator and is used for controlling the turntable to rotate according to the type of the electric energy meter and controlling the manipulator to grab the electric energy meter.
