Clamp-on ammeter
1. A current clamp meter, comprising: the clamp comprises an ammeter body, a clamp head trigger, a clamp head, a data storage module and a data calculation module;
the tong head trigger is embedded into one side of the top of the ammeter body; the tong head trigger is used for realizing the opening and closing of the tong head;
the clamp head is connected with the ammeter body through a first fixed seat embedded in the ammeter body; the joint of the tong head and the tong head trigger is arranged in the first fixed seat and is fixed through a bolt;
the data storage module and the data calculation module are both arranged in the ammeter body; the data storage module is used for storing the current value and the corresponding measurement time; and the data calculation module is used for determining the current peak value, the average value and the valley value of the line to be measured according to the current value and the corresponding measurement time.
2. The current clamp meter of claim 1, wherein the back of the meter body comprises: a battery and a USB interface;
a battery cover is arranged at the upper end of the battery; the battery cover is provided with a fixing screw;
and the USB interface transmits the current value and the corresponding measuring time, the current peak value, the average value and the valley value to an external device connected with the USB interface.
3. The current clamp on meter of claim 2, wherein said battery is a rechargeable battery; the external power supply can charge the rechargeable battery through the USB interface.
4. The current clamp meter of claim 1, wherein the front surface of the current meter body comprises: the ammeter comprises a switch embedded in the ammeter body, a range selection unit arranged above the switch and close to the position of the tong head, and a display screen embedded below the switch.
5. The current clamp on meter of claim 4, wherein the display screen is an LCD display screen.
6. The current clamp meter according to claim 4, wherein the range selection unit is a range adjustment dial.
7. The current clamp meter according to claim 1, wherein anti-slip protrusions are provided on both sides of the current meter body.
8. The current clamp-on meter according to claim 7, wherein the material of the anti-slip protrusions is a rubber-plastic anti-slip material.
9. The clamp-on ammeter of claim 1 wherein a second mounting socket is provided at the bottom of the ammeter body, said second mounting socket being provided with a lanyard.
10. The current clamp meter of claim 1, wherein said jaw is rotatably connected to said jaw trigger by a ball bearing; and an inner ball is arranged in the ball bearing rotating shaft.
Background
The split core ammeter is formed by combining a current transformer and an ammeter. The iron core of the current transformer can be opened when the wrench is tightened; the lead through which the current to be measured passes can pass through the open notch of the iron core without being cut off, and the iron core is closed after the wrench is released. The circuit conductor under test passing through the core becomes the primary coil of the current transformer, where the passage of current induces a current in the secondary coil. Therefore, the ammeter connected with the secondary coil can measure the current of the line to be measured.
The clamp-on ammeter at the present stage does not have a storage function of measurement data, if the current data of a line to be measured needs to be called, an operator needs to record the measurement time and the current data after each measurement, and the method is very inefficient and difficult to meet the condition of calling a large amount of current data.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a clamp-on ammeter, aiming at the problem that the clamp-on ammeter in the prior stage does not have a data measuring storage function, the invention provides a clamp-on ammeter which can measure a current value in a time period and accurately know the load condition of a low-voltage cable in a time period by configuring a data storage module and a data calculation module, thereby determining the specific operation condition of equipment and improving the power supply reliability.
The invention provides a clip-on ammeter, comprising: the clamp comprises an ammeter body, a clamp head trigger, a clamp head, a data storage module and a data calculation module;
the tong head trigger is embedded into one side of the top of the ammeter body; the tong head trigger is used for realizing the opening and closing of the tong head;
the clamp head is connected with the ammeter body through a first fixed seat embedded in the ammeter body; the joint of the tong head and the tong head trigger is arranged in the first fixed seat and is fixed through a bolt;
the data storage module and the data calculation module are both arranged in the ammeter body; the data storage module is used for storing the current value and the corresponding measurement time; and the data calculation module is used for determining the current peak value, the average value and the valley value of the line to be measured according to the current value and the corresponding measurement time.
Optionally, the back of the ammeter body comprises: a battery and a USB interface;
a battery cover is arranged at the upper end of the battery; the battery cover is provided with a fixing screw;
and the USB interface transmits the current value and the corresponding measuring time, the current peak value, the average value and the valley value to an external device connected with the USB interface.
Optionally, the battery is a rechargeable battery; the external power supply can charge the rechargeable battery through the USB interface.
Optionally, the front surface of the ammeter body comprises: the ammeter comprises a switch embedded in the ammeter body, a range selection unit arranged above the switch and close to the position of the tong head, and a display screen embedded below the switch.
Optionally, the display screen is an LCD display screen.
Optionally, the range selection unit is specifically a range adjustment dial.
Optionally, anti-slip protrusions are arranged on both sides of the ammeter body.
Optionally, the material of the anti-slip protrusions is specifically a rubber and plastic anti-slip material.
Optionally, the bottom of ampere meter body disposes the second fixing base, the second fixing base is equipped with the rope of hanging.
Optionally, the tong head and the tong head trigger are rotationally connected through a ball bearing rotating shaft; and an inner ball is arranged in the ball bearing rotating shaft.

So, store current value and corresponding measuring time through data storage module when measuring, confirm the current peak value, average value and the valley value of the circuit that awaits measuring through data calculation module according to current value and corresponding measuring time to make things convenient for the operation personnel to carry out the transfer of current value, thereby accurately know the load condition of low-voltage cable in a period, make clear and definite equipment operation's particular case, improve the reliability of supplying power based on equipment operation's particular case.

The clamp-on ammeter of the scheme is mainly applied to: the clamp-on ammeter at the present stage does not have a storage function of measurement data, if the current data of a line to be measured needs to be called, an operator needs to record the measurement time and the current data after each measurement, and the method is very inefficient and difficult to meet the condition of calling a large amount of current data.
Specifically, the clip-on ammeter comprises: the clamp head comprises an ammeter body 1, a clamp head trigger 2, a clamp head 3, a data storage module and a data calculation module;
the tong head trigger 2 is embedded into one side of the top of the ammeter body 1; the tong head trigger 2 is used for realizing the opening and closing of the tong head 3;
the clamp head 3 is connected with the ammeter body 1 through a first fixed seat 4 embedded in the ammeter body 1; the joint of the tong head 3 and the tong head trigger 2 is arranged in the first fixed seat 4 and is fixed through a bolt;
the data storage module and the data calculation module are both arranged in the ammeter body 1; the data storage module is used for storing the current value and the corresponding measurement time; and the data calculation module is used for determining the current peak value, the average value and the valley value of the line to be measured according to the current value and the corresponding measurement time.
According to the clamp-on ammeter provided by the invention, the current value and the corresponding measuring time are stored through the data storage module during measurement, and the current peak value, the average value and the valley value of a line to be measured are determined through the data calculation module according to the current value and the corresponding measuring time, so that an operator can conveniently call the current value, the load condition of a low-voltage cable in a period of time can be accurately known, the specific running condition of equipment can be determined, and the reliability of power supply based on the specific running condition of the equipment can be improved.
In order to realize free movement of the clamp ammeter and enable information interaction of data collected by the clamp ammeter in a connected external device, the back of the ammeter body 1 comprises: a battery and a USB interface;
a battery cover is arranged at the upper end of the battery; the battery cover is provided with a fixing screw;
and the USB interface transmits the current value and the corresponding measuring time, the current peak value, the average value and the valley value to an external device connected with the USB interface.
In an alternative embodiment, the battery is a rechargeable battery; the external power supply can charge the rechargeable battery through the USB interface.
Further, the front surface of the ammeter body 1 comprises: the ammeter comprises a switch 5 embedded in the ammeter body 1, a range selection unit 6 above the switch and near the clamp head 3, and a display screen 7 embedded below the switch 5.
In order to improve the numerical definition of the display screen 7, the display screen 7 is an LCD display screen.
In order to improve the measurement convenience of the forward ammeter, the range selection unit 6 is specifically a range adjustment turntable
In some embodiments, the ammeter body 1 is provided with anti-slip protrusions on both sides.
Further, the anti-skid protrusions are made of rubber and plastic anti-skid materials.
In order to improve the placing convenience of the forward ammeter in the non-working time period, the bottom of the ammeter body 1 is provided with a second fixing seat 8, and the second fixing seat 8 is provided with a hanging rope 9.
Through hanging rope 9, the clip-on ammeter not only can be directly placed in the non-working time period, but also can be directly hung on the wall, so that the placing diversity of the clip-on ammeter is improved.
In order to improve the control effect of the tong head trigger 2 on the tong head 3, the tong head 3 and the tong head trigger 2 are in rotating connection through a ball bearing rotating shaft; and an inner ball is arranged in the ball bearing rotating shaft.
In the specific implementation, an operator presses the tong head trigger 2, and the inner ball in the ball bearing rotating shaft moves along with the tong head trigger, so that the tong head 3 is driven to open or close.
