the clamping jaw 9 is fixedly connected to the inner surface of the clamping jaw guide rod 22, the end portion of the clamping jaw guide rod 22 is rotatably connected with a roller 11 through a roller shaft 10, and the roller 11 is matched with the end portion of the clamping jaw 9.

The working principle is as follows:

when the pipe inserting device works, the clamping jaw 9 is inserted into the hose firstly, the hose is clamped between the outer surface of the clamping jaw 9 and the roller 11, the hose can also be protected through the roller 11, the hose is driven to move to a deformation station by moving the fixing plate 1 so as to change the pipe diameter of the hose, and the connecting plate 21 is used for rotationally connecting the surface of the positioning shaft 5, so that the two groups of pipe inserting devices 2 can be driven to rotate to open at a proper angle by rotating the connecting plate 21, the distance between the two groups of pipe inserting devices 2 can be changed so as to adapt to the pipe diameter of an elliptical pipe, the application range is wider, and pipes with the diameter of 16mm-60mm can be processed; in this application, through setting up spacing groove 8 and spacing axle 7 to inject the turned angle of intubation device 2, in order to prevent that its angular rotation from too big causing the damage.

In the second embodiment, as a further scheme of the first embodiment, a spring housing mounting block 12 is arranged in the middle below the fixing plate 1, two sets of spring housings 13 are symmetrically mounted in the spring housing mounting block 12, one ends of springs 14 are fixedly connected in the spring housings 13, and the other ends of the springs 14 respectively abut against the lower surfaces of two connecting plates 21. The lower surface of the spring housing mounting block 12 is fixedly provided with a tail fixing block 15 through bolts. The spring 14 can apply a resilient force to the connecting plate 21, so that when the cannula device is not in use, the two sets of cannula devices 2 can be rotated and retracted to the initial minimum angle state by the resilient force of the spring 14. Therefore, when maintenance is needed, the outer fixing plate 16 can be directly detached from the inner fixing plate 17, and maintenance work can be carried out on parts in the clamping jaw mounting holes 4, so that the difficulty in equipment maintenance is reduced, and the operation of workers is facilitated.

In the fifth embodiment, as a further scheme of the first embodiment, clamping grooves are formed in side surfaces of two ends of the limiting shaft 7 and side surfaces of two ends of the roller shaft 10, the E-shaped clamp springs 18 are fixedly mounted in the clamping grooves, the E-shaped clamp springs 18 at two ends of the limiting shaft 7 are respectively in contact with two side surfaces of the connecting plate 21, so that the position of the connecting plate 21 can be limited, and the E-shaped clamp springs 18 at two ends of the roller shaft 10 are respectively in contact with outer side surfaces of the end portions of the clamping jaws 9. Thereby being capable of limiting and fixing the position of the roller shaft 10.
