Background
The pre-laid waterproof roll is composed of a main material (such as asphalt, rubber and the like), self-adhesive glue, a surface anti-sticking or anti-sticking protective layer and an isolation material, and can prevent water from flowing on an adhesive surface after being bonded with post-cast concrete, wherein the water flowing is the condition that water flows in an adhesive interface under the action of water pressure. In order to master the bonding strength of the pre-paved waterproof roll and the concrete after bonding, the concrete is poured on the pre-paved waterproof roll, and the bonding strength is subjected to a peeling resistance test after the pre-paved waterproof roll and the concrete are bonded. The appearance, physical properties, test methods and the like of the pre-paved waterproof roll are explained in detail in the national standard GB/T23457-2017 pre-paved waterproof roll, and specific regulations are given to the anti-stripping test method of the pre-paved waterproof roll and post-poured concrete, but no specific test tool is given. And the process links of the tests basically need to firstly pour and mold a concrete sample by using a sample preparation mold, then move the concrete sample out of the sample preparation mold, then place the concrete sample into a test tool and clamp and fix the concrete sample. From the above, it can be seen that: the sample preparation mold and the test tool are two independent devices, the sample preparation and the test are two independent links, the concrete sample after sample preparation has shifting and clamping links to the test tool, the experimental flow is complicated, the shifting and clamping links have great influence on the concrete sample, the accuracy of the experimental result is directly influenced, and the defects of inconvenient operation, low test efficiency and high device cost exist. Therefore, an integrated tool suitable for the peeling strength test and sample preparation of the pre-paved waterproof roll is urgently needed to be designed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an integrated tool suitable for testing the peeling strength of a pre-paved waterproof coiled material and preparing samples aiming at the defects in the prior art. The invention can directly produce concrete samples, can also carry out seamless butt joint of the peeling strength test of the pre-laid waterproof coiled material, realizes the integrated design of a sample preparation mould and a test tool, saves the links of shifting and clamping the concrete samples to the test tool after sample preparation, greatly simplifies the experimental process, improves the accuracy of the experimental result, and further truly simulates and accurately tests the bonding strength of the pre-laid waterproof coiled material bonded with the concrete in the using process.

The design principle of the invention is as follows:

In other words, the method can be used for directly manufacturing the concrete sample and can also be used for carrying out the peel strength test of the pre-paved waterproof coiled material in a seamless butt joint mode, so that the links of shifting and clamping the concrete sample to a test tool after sample preparation can be omitted, the experimental process is greatly simplified, the accuracy of the experimental result is improved, the bonding strength of the pre-paved waterproof coiled material and the bonded concrete in the using process can be truly simulated and accurately tested, and the method has the advantages of complete functions, flow simplification, convenience in operation, accurate and reliable result, high testing efficiency, simple structure and low cost.
More specifically, the U-shaped frame, the bearing plate and the pre-laid waterproof coiled material are combined together to form a forming inner cavity of a concrete sample when being placed horizontally, and the concrete sample can be manufactured after concrete slurry is poured and maintained. The prepared waterproof roll material is vertically placed together with a concrete sample in a pouring inner cavity and a pre-laid waterproof roll material bonded with the concrete sample in the sample preparation process, a connector is connected with an external testing machine, then the external testing machine is started, and meanwhile the upper end of the pre-laid waterproof roll material is clamped, downward tensile force is applied to a downward turnover end to conduct uniform tensile force until the pre-laid waterproof roll material is completely separated from the concrete sample. In the stretching and stripping process, the concrete sample is subjected to upward counter force provided by an external testing machine, a U-shaped frame and a bearing plate, and is simultaneously subjected to downward tension and adhesive force between the contact surface of the pre-paved waterproof roll and the concrete sample, the counter force value and the downward tension in the stretching process are observed and recorded, the adhesive force between the pre-paved waterproof roll and the concrete sample is calculated according to the force balance principle, and then the stripping strength of the pre-paved waterproof roll is calculated.

as shown in figures 1-5, the integrated tool suitable for the peeling strength test and sample preparation of the pre-paved waterproof roll comprises a U-shaped frame 1 serving as a framework main body (when the sample preparation is carried out in a horizontal placement mode, the U-shaped frame 1, a bearing plate 2 and a pre-paved waterproof roll 7 are combined together to form a forming inner cavity of a concrete sample 8), when the test is carried out in a vertical placement mode, the U-shaped frame 1 is used for fixing the concrete sample 8 and transmitting a counterforce F from an external testing machine, the U-shaped frame 1 is buckled at an open end of the U-shaped frame through a bolt 4, the bearing plate 2 is encircled with the U-shaped frame to form a pouring inner cavity 5 and is of an L-shaped structure (when the sample preparation is carried out in the horizontal placement mode, the bearing plate 2 is combined with the U-shaped frame 1 and the pre-paved waterproof roll 7 together to form a forming inner cavity of the concrete sample 8), when the test is carried out in the vertical placement mode, the bearing plate 2 is a main counterforce component and provides reverse supporting force and also fixes the concrete sample 8), the connector 6 is fixed at the opposite end of the opening of the U-shaped frame and extends outwards (used for connecting the U-shaped frame 1 with an external testing machine), and the jackscrews 3 are arranged at the left side and the right side of the connector 6 in a penetrating way at the opposite end of the opening of the U-shaped frame (so that the concrete sample 8 can be conveniently and smoothly separated from the inner cavity of the U-shaped frame 1, and particularly, when the concrete sample 8 is closely combined with the inner cavity surface of the U-shaped frame 1 and is difficult to remove, the concrete sample 8 can be easily demoulded by virtue of the ejection effect of the rotary jackscrews 3); the bottom lower part of the opposite end of the opening of the U-shaped frame 1 extends to the pouring inner cavity to form a section of limiting baffle I1-1 (the limiting baffle I1-1 is mainly matched with the limiting baffle II 2-3 in the test stretching process to commonly limit the concrete sample 8 and prevent the deflection of the concrete sample 8 and the pouring inner cavity 5 due to the existence of a gap), the opposite end of the opening of the U-shaped frame 1 is provided with a jackscrew hole 1-2 (used for screwing a jackscrew 3) in the plate thickness direction, and the end face of the opening end and the top face of the opening end of the U-shaped frame 1 are provided with threaded holes I1-3 (used for screwing and fastening bolts 4).
The bearing plate 2 is an L-shaped structural stress plate consisting of a counter-force baffle 2-1 and a limit baffle II 2-3 (when a sample is horizontally placed for sample preparation, the counter-force baffle 2-1 is matched with a U-shaped frame 1 and a pre-paved waterproof coiled material 7 to jointly form a forming inner cavity of a concrete sample 8; when the test is vertically placed for test, the counter-force baffle 2-1 is a main counter-force part and provides reverse supporting force and simultaneously fixes the concrete sample 8; and the limit baffle II 2-3 is mainly matched with the limit baffle I1-1 in the test stretching process to jointly limit the concrete sample 8 and prevent the concrete sample 8 and a pouring inner cavity 5 from deflecting due to gaps); and bolt through holes 2-2 (for penetrating bolts 4) matched with the threaded holes I on the end surface of the open end and the top surface of the open end of the corresponding U-shaped frame 1 are respectively arranged on the counterforce baffle 2-1 and the limit baffle II 2-3.
The front end of the connector 6 is provided with a connecting pin hole 6-1 (the quick connection between the connector and an external testing machine can be realized only by inserting a pin shaft into the connecting pin hole 6-1).
The specific use cases of the invention are as follows:
firstly, the concrete sample is manufactured by using the invention as a mould (see fig. 6):
firstly, pre-paving a waterproof coiled material 7 on a stable flat plate; then, horizontally placing the assembled waterproof roll on a pre-paved waterproof roll 7, and enabling the side where the limiting baffle I1-1 is located to be located below; then, concrete slurry (the mass ratio of the concrete slurry is 42.5 of strength grade common portland cement: ISO standard sand: water =1:2: 0.4) is poured into the pouring inner cavity 5 through the upper opening and is compacted; subsequently, the concrete sample 8 was cured for 7 days under the required curing conditions.
Secondly, the peeling strength test of the pre-paved waterproof roll is carried out by using the invention as a sample tool (see fig. 7-9):
firstly, vertically placing the prepared waterproof roll together with a concrete sample 8 in a pouring inner cavity 5 and a pre-paved waterproof roll 7 bonded with the concrete sample 8 in the sample preparation process; then, connecting the connector 6 with an external testing machine, namely aligning a connecting shaft of the external testing machine and a connecting pin hole 6-1 matched with the connector 6 with a hole position and then inserting a pin shaft; then, starting an external testing machine, providing an upward reaction force F for the testing machine and the concrete sample 8, simultaneously turning over the upper end of the pre-paved waterproof roll 7 downwards, clamping the downward turning end, and applying a downward pulling force F' to stretch at a constant speed until the pre-paved waterproof roll 7 and the concrete sample 8 are completely separated; and finally, observing and recording a counter force value and a downward tension force value of the external testing machine in the stretching process, and calculating the bonding force between the pre-paved waterproof roll 7 and the concrete sample 8 according to a force balance principle so as to calculate the peeling strength of the pre-paved waterproof roll.
