The injection molding machine is the main molding equipment for manufacturing thermoplastic plastics or thermosetting materials into plastic products with various shapes by utilizing a plastic molding die, when the injection molding is carried out, raw materials for injection molding are required to be added into the injection molding machine, the vacuum material suction is realized by arranging a suction fan and a feeding pipe in the current common mode, but impurities possibly exist in the raw materials, the injection molding effect is influenced, and therefore, the prior art has the scheme of setting filtration in a lower storage bin, but a filter container is blocked after long-time use, and the production is inconvenient.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, an object of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure is to provide an injection molding device for producing an air conditioner casing, so as to solve the problem that impurities in a filtering material are easily blocked.

In view of the above, one or more embodiments of the present specification provide an injection molding apparatus for producing an air conditioner casing, including a feeding mechanism, an injection mechanism, and a mold clamping mechanism, wherein the feeding mechanism is configured to feed a raw material into the injection mechanism, the injection mechanism is configured to inject the raw material into a mold, and the mold clamping mechanism is configured to clamp the mold;

Preferably, the bottom of the storage bin is provided with a plurality of pressure sensors, and the controller is further used for controlling the driving mechanism to drive the movable plate to rotate according to the measurement result of each pressure sensor, so that the material suction gun moves to the position, with the measured pressure being larger, in the storage bin.

Preferably, the movable part is of a hollow structure, a supporting plate is arranged inside the movable part, and the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting rod connected to the bottom of the supporting plate.
