The valve body is a device used for controlling the direction, pressure and flow of fluid in a fluid system, so that the air tightness of the valve body is very important, but some existing valve bodies mainly depend on manual assembly, a valve core is assembled on the valve body manually, but human factors exist in a manual tool formula, the precision is not easy to control during assembly, the assembly precision is low, poor products are easy to occur due to insufficient sealing performance, and therefore the air tightness of the valve body cannot be guaranteed, and the air tightness of the valve body needs to be tested.
In the prior art, when detecting the automobile valve body, the detection equipment is complex and expensive, meanwhile, the number of the detected automobile valve bodies is limited, the applicability of the equipment is poor, and when detecting the valve bodies of different models, parts of the equipment need to be replaced, and the use of the equipment is troublesome.

The invention aims to provide an automobile valve body air tightness detection device, aiming at solving the problems that in the prior art, when an automobile valve body is detected, detection equipment is complex and expensive, the number of the detected automobile valve bodies is limited, the applicability of the equipment is poor, and when the automobile valve bodies of different types are detected, parts of the equipment need to be replaced, so that the use is troublesome.

the automobile valve body is installed on the detection mechanism, then the first air cylinder is controlled to work to drive the detection mechanism provided with the automobile valve body to move downwards, so that the automobile valve body is soaked in clean water, then the valve of the connecting pipe fitting is opened, compressed air enters the automobile valve body through the connecting pipe fitting, whether bubbles are generated in the water of the automobile valve body is observed, if bubbles are generated at the automobile valve, the problem that the air tightness of the automobile valve body is poor is solved, no bubbles are generated, and the air tightness of the automobile valve body is good.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: detecting the type and the size of an automobile valve body 22 as required, adjusting the distance between each group of connecting pieces 12, specifically, driving a limiting sliding seat 9 to move along a limiting sliding rod 8 by controlling a second air cylinder 15 to work, and driving a plurality of groups of limiting sliding plates 10 to move along with the limiting sliding seat 9 through a movable telescopic joint 17, so as to change the distance between the limiting sliding seat 9 and the plurality of groups of limiting sliding plates 10; then, the connecting sleeve 14 with different models is replaced according to the model and the size of the automobile valve body 22, and then the automobile valve body 22 is installed on the connecting sleeve 14;
the automobile valve body 22 is installed on the detection mechanism 6, then the first air cylinder 4 is controlled to work, the detection mechanism 6 provided with the automobile valve body 22 is driven to move downwards, the automobile valve body 22 is soaked in clean water, then a valve of a connecting pipe fitting is opened, compressed air enters the automobile valve body 22 through the connecting pipe fitting, whether bubbles are generated in the automobile valve body 22 in water is observed, if bubbles exist at the position of the automobile valve body 22, the problem that the air tightness of the automobile valve body 22 is poor is shown, and no bubbles are generated, the air tightness of the automobile valve body 22 is good is shown.
