The auxiliary device for measuring the parameters of the crankshaft of the engine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a fixing bolt (270) is installed between the mechanical chuck (210) and the fixed disk seat (220), a second threaded hole is opened on one side of the mechanical chuck (210) close to the fixed disk seat (220), and a rod end of the fixing bolt (270) is in threaded fit with the second threaded hole.

Background

The crankshaft is an important component in an engine, and under the combined action of centrifugal force of rotating mass, gas inertia force with periodic change and reciprocating inertia force, the crankshaft bears the action of bending and twisting load, so that the crankshaft needs to detect the revolving moment of the crankshaft after production.

When the engine crankshaft detects the turning moment, the end part of the crankshaft and the torque sensor are connected with each other by using the coupler, but when the couplers of different models are detected, the couplers of the corresponding models are often required to be replaced, and the couplers which are used for installing different models and specifications are repeatedly detached, so that the detection efficiency is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to make up for the defects, the invention provides an auxiliary device for measuring the parameters of an engine crankshaft, aiming at solving the problem that couplers of corresponding models are often required to be replaced when couplers of different models are detected.

The invention is realized by the following steps:

The driving measuring mechanism comprises a motor, a gearbox, a torque sensor and a coupler, wherein the input end of the gearbox is connected with the output shaft lever of the motor, the coupler is respectively connected with the output end of the gearbox and one end of the torque sensor, the crankshaft fixed connecting mechanism comprises a mechanical chuck, a fixed disk seat, a sleeve and a fixing part, the fixed disk seat is fixedly arranged on one side of the mechanical chuck, one end of the sleeve is fixedly arranged on one side of the mechanical chuck, the fixed disk seat is far away from one side of the mechanical chuck, the fixing part is arranged outside the sleeve, the other end of the torque sensor is fixedly inserted inside the sleeve, and the end part of the crankshaft main body is clamped and fixed on one side of the mechanical chuck.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the fixing member includes an adjusting bolt, a first threaded hole is formed in an outer side of the sleeve, a rod end of the adjusting bolt is in threaded engagement with the first threaded hole, and the rod end of the adjusting bolt extends into the sleeve.

In an embodiment of the invention, a box body is fixedly arranged outside the sleeve, and a screw of the adjusting bolt movably penetrates through the top and the bottom of the box body.

In an embodiment of the invention, a spring and a limit ring are respectively arranged inside the box body, the spring is arranged above the limit ring, the rod end of the adjusting bolt respectively penetrates through the spring and the limit ring, and the limit ring is fixedly connected with the adjusting bolt.

In an embodiment of the invention, a groove is arranged outside the sleeve, and the bottom of the box body is fixedly arranged in the groove.

In an embodiment of the invention, the box body includes a lower box shell and a box cover, the box cover is fixedly installed on the top of the lower box shell, and the ends of the adjusting bolts respectively movably penetrate through the box cover and the lower box shell.

In an embodiment of the present invention, through holes are respectively formed on the box cover and the lower box shell, and rod ends of the adjusting bolts respectively movably penetrate through the through holes.

In an embodiment of the present invention, a fixing bolt is installed between the mechanical chuck and the fixed disk seat, a second threaded hole is opened on a side of the mechanical chuck close to the fixed disk seat, and a rod end of the fixing bolt is in threaded engagement with the second threaded hole.

In an embodiment of the present invention, a limiting fixture block is disposed inside the sleeve.

In one embodiment of the invention, an elastic gasket is arranged between the mechanical chuck and the fixed disk seat.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the auxiliary device for measuring the parameters of the engine crankshaft, which is obtained through the design, the sleeve and the fixing piece in the crankshaft fixing and connecting mechanism are used for connecting the rod ends of the torque sensor, the mechanical chuck in the crankshaft fixing and connecting mechanism is used for fixing the end part of the crankshaft main body, crankshafts with various dimensions can be fixedly installed by adjusting the distance between the clamping jaws in the mechanical chuck, and the crankshaft with various dimensions can be integrally, quickly and efficiently detected by the detection device.

Examples

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides an auxiliary device for measuring engine crankshaft parameters, which includes a driving measurement mechanism 10, a crankshaft fixing connection mechanism 20 and a crankshaft main body 30.

The drive measuring mechanism 10 fixes the crankshaft main body 30 for torque detection through the crankshaft fixing and connecting mechanism 20, and the crankshaft fixing and connecting mechanism 20 can adjust and fixedly mount crankshafts with various specifications and dimensions.

Referring to fig. 1, the drive measuring mechanism 10 includes a motor 110, a transmission case 120, a torque sensor 130, and a coupling 140. The input end of the gearbox 120 is connected with the output shaft of the motor 110, and the coupling 140 is respectively connected with the output end of the gearbox 120 and one end of the torque sensor 130.

It should be noted that the specific model specifications of the motor 110, the gearbox 120, the torque sensor 130, and the coupling 140 need to be determined by model selection according to the actual specification of the device, and the specific model selection calculation method adopts the prior art in the field, so detailed description is omitted. Referring to fig. 2, the crankshaft fixing and connecting mechanism 20 includes a mechanical chuck 210, a fixing disk seat 220, a sleeve 230 and a fixing member 240. The fixed disk seat 220 is fixedly installed on one side of the mechanical chuck 210, one end of the sleeve 230 is fixedly installed on one side of the fixed disk seat 220 far away from the mechanical chuck 210, and the sleeve 230 and the fixed disk seat 220 are fixed by welding. The fixing member 240 is installed outside the sleeve 230, and the other end of the torque sensor 130 is fixedly inserted into the sleeve 230. A limiting fixture block 250 is arranged on the inner side of the sleeve 230; the limiting clamping block 250 is matched with the clamping groove of the torque sensor 130, so that the stability of the joint is improved. The end of the crankshaft body 30 is fixed to the mechanical chuck 210. A fixing bolt 270 is installed between the mechanical chuck 210 and the fixing disk seat 220, a second threaded hole is formed in one side, close to the fixing disk seat 220, of the mechanical chuck 210, and the rod end of the fixing bolt 270 is in threaded connection with the second threaded hole; the fixing bolt 270 is used to fixedly mount the fixing base 220 on the back of the mechanical chuck 210. An elastic gasket 260 is arranged between the mechanical chuck 210 and the fixed disk seat 220; the elastic pad 260 is a rubber pad, which increases the friction force between the mechanical chuck 210 and the fixed disk seat 220, so that the mechanical chuck 210 and the fixed disk seat 220 are fixed more stably by the fixing bolt 270.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the fixing member 240 includes an adjusting bolt 241, a first threaded hole is formed on an outer side of the sleeve 230, a rod end of the adjusting bolt 241 is screwed with the first threaded hole, and the rod end of the adjusting bolt 241 extends into the sleeve 230; the rod end of the adjusting bolt 241 in the fixing member 240 is inserted into the slot at the end of the torque sensor 130 for fixing the torque sensor 130. A box body 242 is fixedly arranged outside the sleeve 230, and the sleeve 230 and the box body 242 are fixed through welding; the screw of the adjusting bolt 241 is movably penetrated through the top and the bottom of the box 242. A groove is arranged outside the sleeve 230, and the bottom of the box body 242 is fixedly arranged inside the groove; the groove is used for embedding the mounting box 242. A spring 244 and a limit ring 243 are respectively arranged in the box body 242, the spring 244 is arranged above the limit ring 243, the rod end of the adjusting bolt 241 respectively penetrates through the spring 244 and the limit ring 243, and the limit ring 243 is fixedly connected with the adjusting bolt 241; the spring 244 is pressed by the top wall inside the box 242, so that the spring 244 presses the limit ring 243 and the adjusting bolt 241, and the adjusting bolt 241 has a good anti-loosening effect. The box body 242 includes a lower casing 245 and a box cover 246, the box cover 246 is fixedly installed on the top of the lower casing 245, and the rod ends of the adjusting bolts 241 respectively and movably penetrate through the box cover 246 and the lower casing 245. Through holes are respectively formed in the box cover 246 and the lower box shell 245, and the rod ends of the adjusting bolts 241 are respectively and movably penetrated through the through holes; the through hole is the same as the rod end of the movably mounted adjusting bolt 241.

The working principle of the auxiliary device for measuring the engine crankshaft parameters is as follows: when in use, the mechanical chuck 210 in the crankshaft fixing and connecting mechanism 20 is used for fixing the end part of the crankshaft main body 30, and crankshafts with various dimensions can be fixedly installed by adjusting the distance between the jaws in the mechanical chuck 210; the rod end of the torque sensor 130 is connected using a sleeve 230 and a fixing member 240 in the crankshaft fixing connection mechanism 20. The motor 110 drives the shaft coupling 140 and the torque sensor 130 to rotate through the gear box 120, and finally drives the crankshaft main body 30 to rotate through the crankshaft fixing and connecting mechanism 20, so as to complete the torque detection of the crankshaft main body 30.
